In Parts XI and XII of this series, I put forth 333 hypotheses to try to explain what in the world is going on in Crestone/Baca, Colorado. In this final Part XIII, I would like to consider this final hypothesis:
Hypothesis 334: Operation Crestone/Baca, Colorado, involves the continuation of top-secret MKULTRA mind control experiments on our local residents, spiritual seekers, and retreatants within our local cults and spiritual communities. Meditators, contemplatives, and retreatants tend to isolate themselves in silence and hence, provide ideal guinea pigs for covert brain mapping via 24/7 remote neural monitoring, manipulation, and “harvesting of brainwaves.” Monitoring and manipulation of information, thoughts, emotional states, dreams, moods, etc. sent to and received from targeted individuals and groups via non-invasive neuroscience technologies (NeuroS/T) affords neuroscientists and “WINS” (warfare, intelligence, national security) operatives the opportunity to test and deploy “cognitive warfare” (CW) capabilities against unwitting American citizens.

2) Cognitive warfare (CW), the “battle for your brain,” is a new form of military combat that forms a 6th military warfare domain (in addition to air, land, sea, space, cyberspace). This paper explains that CW “is the art of using neuro science/technologies (S/T) to alter the cognition of human targets” in order “to harm the cognitive abilities of opponents,” “make everyone a weapon,” “harm societies as well as military,” and “capture the psycho-cultural as well as the geographical high ground” at home and abroad. CW involves “hacking the individual” via cybertorture and neuroweapons and it weaponizes individuals and entire societies so that “citizen-based agents” (collaborators with military and police) wage war against “targeted individuals”/adversaries. In cognitive warfare, anyone and everyone can be a target! The chief developer and deployer of CW is the US Department of Defense.
Hybrid warfare includes cognitive warfare (CW) as well as economic warfare, cyber warfare, information warfare, and psychological warfare. In the above post, author Francois Du Cluzel, asserts that NATO member states are already targeting (THEIR OWN) domestic populations at an unprecedented rate because the NATO military cartel increasingly sees their own domestic populations as a threat! (This is the targeted individual program!!) He adds that “CW will lead to the militarization of all aspects of human society, from the most intimate of social relationships to the mind itself.” Cluzel notes that “weaponization of neuroS/T can and will be used to induce morbidity, disability or suffering; and ‘neutralise’ potential opponents or incur mortality” – in other words, to maim and kill people. Furthermore, cognitive warfare “is potentially endless since there can be no peace treaty or surrender for this type of conflict.”
Cluzel also notes that “NATO military officers are calling on corporations to invest in NATO’s cognitive warfare research.” So here we have an entire secret, lethal war domain now funded largely by the private sector, aka Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). Maurice Strong was selling PPPs as an alternative to representative government in the UN Agenda 21! Strong states that Rothschild is the positive synthesis of environment on the one hand and growth and development on the other. Strong very clearly admits that the Rothschild combination, including the Rockefellers and most world capitalists, aim to control the environment and development movement as the synthesis. Power will converge into their hands through the Rio Conference. The synthesis, the head of the power, merges into the hands of the House of Rothschild.
Another speaker at the Fourth World Conference was David Rockefeller, world energy capitalist and banker. He was named “Mr. Growth and Development” at the meeting. His counterpart, William Ruckelshaus, organizer of the EPA and creator of its laws under Presidents Ford and Reagan, was dubbed “Mr. Environment.” “Mr. Environment,” Ruckelshaus, is the CEO and Chairman of the Board for BFI, Browning-Ferris Industries, one of the largest private environment companies in the world. The hypocrisy is that Ruckelshaus as EPA chief, made the very laws by which his waste company, BFI, is becoming rich. Hypocrisy number two is that Ruckelshaus and Maurice Strong were key investors in American Water Development, a company which tried to circumvent Colorado water laws and gain control of one of the largest underground reservoirs of water in the world…..
I did a survey of the people down in the San Luis Valley. And I asked what will happen when Maurice Strong and William Ruckelshaus and others will pull 200,000 acre feet of water/year out of the San Luis Valley? It was unanimous that their land will turn into a wasteland, will turn into a desert. So here we have people at an environment congress that are waltzing 200 miles south that want to suck the aquifers dry and turn it into a desert. The hypocrisy is so deep.

III. Introduction
I begin this final chapter of my extended series, “Is Crestone/Baca, Colorado, the “Vatican City of the New World Order: An Expose of the New World Religion,” with the above quotes because I believe they reveal what Crestone/Baca’s New Age-UN Agenda 2030-New World Order community ((here named “Operation Crestone/Baca”) is really all about. Yes, 33 epigraph quotes is a bit excessive! However, I ask the reader to ponder these statements carefully, as I have, for doing so can help lift the veil of deception that still engulfs this “Potemkin Village” (false-front) community.
“All war is based on deception,” observed Chinese military genius, Sun Tzu. I submit that this extended series proves that Crestone/Baca, Colorado and, indeed, America have been under “unconventional warfare” attack for many decades by “globalists forces” within the United Nations, the Committee of 300, and other foreign networks, in cooperation with their local minions, idealists, lackeys, and “useful idiots.” Indeed, Cumbey (1983, 1986) concludes that the New Age movement itself is part of the Tavistock Institute/Psychological Warfare Division of the British Army’s unconventional-psychological warfare offensive against America and western civilization. I embarked upon this 12-year research and writing project immediately upon retiring from a 30-year career as a university geography professor in California. I had just moved to live full-time in the small mountain town of Crestone/Baca, Colorado. The coordinated infiltration, sabotage, and capture of Crestone/Baca and Saguache County, Colorado were/are part of the United Nations-New World Order “globalist” plan to wrest control of America’s land and resources, overthrow the United States and other sovereign governments, and suppress, kill off, transhumanize, and/or enslave the vast majority of citizens via UN Agenda 21/2030 mandates. Per quote #3 above, Maurice Strong stated in his opening address at the 1992 Rio Earth Summit that the ruling elite had “the responsibility to bring about the “collapse of industrial civilization” in order to “save the environment.”” Can you grasp the colossal insanity of that statement? Maurice Strong, a high school dropout no less, intends to “save the planet” by destroying Western civilization!? We have entered “insanityland?” How many billions of people would have to die to fulfill Maurice Strong’s vision? As part of the Rio Earth Summit (1992), UN Agenda 21 operatives attempted to covertly sneak a Biodiversity Convention Treaty through the US Congress that would have excluded American citizens from half of the landmass of the coterminous United States (See Figure 2). Incidentally, Maurice Strong was also mentor to World Economic Forum’s director, Klaus Schwab, the current principle advocate of the neo-fuedalist/fascistic “Fourth Industrial Revolution” now being implemented worldwide under the cover of the Covid plandemic/scamdemic.

Upon my retirement in the fall of 2011, I had the time, energy, and motivation to investigate some urgent issues raised in a 1996 speech by Tom DeWeese of the American Policy Center. He stated:

Was the “Honorable Maurice Strong” really “the most dangerous man on earth?” Strong wore a bewildering number and assortment of hats. Among them, he was Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment (1972), the UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED or Rio Earth Summit of 1992), and UN Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20 Summit of 2012). Widely celebrated in the media as “The Wizard of the Baca,” “Planetary Savior,” and “Godfather of Crestone/Baca,” Strong, a Canadian, and his Danish wife, Hanne, are at the center of the New Age-New World Order makeover foisted upon our tiny community of Crestone/Baca, AS WELL AS our nation, and our world.

The list of present and past Committee of 300 members includes the British and other European Royal families, Baron Edmond de Rothschild, David Rockefeller, Sir John Rawlings Reese, Sir Winston Churchill, Henry Kissinger, Sir Aldous Huxley, Colonel Edward Mandel House, Lord Arthur Balfour, Sir Halford John Mackinder, Warren Buffet, George H.W. Bush, George Schultz, Ted Turner, John P. (J.P.) Morgan, John J. McCloy, Sir Bertrand Russell, Eugene Rostow, Cecil John Rhodes, H.G. Wells, Sydney Webb, S.C. Warburg, and Earl Warren among others. An informed reader will discern that these and other members of the Committee of 300 have had an enormous influence on world events during the past couple centuries. They rule the rulers of the nations. The many “Sirs” and “Lords” in this list reflect its predominantly British composition.

I never collaborated with Mr. Irvin or consulted his work with Gnostic Media during 99% of the writing of this series. Yet these diagrams present many of the connections I made throughout my research and writings, thus helping to independently confirmation these networks of influence. Specifically, they help confirm that Crestone, CO is: 1) a locus of New World Order-UN Agenda 21/2030-world government-UNCED (Rio Earth Summit) activity, and 2) is a (CIA) MKULTRA cult! It is no coincidence, then, that in Figure 3-J: MKULTRA CULTS, Crestone, CO is associated with many names, cults, and institutions which I have previously referenced and/or provided in-depth information about in this series. These include L. Ron Hubbard and the Church of Scientology, Michael Murphy and the Esalen Institute, Findhorn (New Age-Intelligence Cult), Heaven’s Gate (New Age-Intelligence Cult), Jonestown (New Age-Intelligence Cult), the Church (Senate) Committee, Aleister Crowley, the Church of Satan (New Age-Intelligence Cult), “The Battle For The Mind” by William Sargent, as well as “gurus and spiritual frauds.”
In “Cloak of Green” (1985) Elaine Dewar reports that as a former British MI6 spy, Maurice Strong, delighted in finding multiple purposes for his projects in a process intelligence agencies refer to as “function stacking.” The evidence in this series, reinforced by the above diagrams, indicates that some of the main covert purposes of “Operation Crestone/Baca” include:
1) theft and/or permanent control of our land, water, and mineral resources, via their “swarming” our community with on-the-ground agents to support the implementation of local, regional, national, and international UN Agenda 21/2030 policies,
2) creating a base of operations for Manitou Foundation to help organize and “sell” the “new paradigm” (one-world-government, new world order, ecospirituality, religious syncretism, mother GAIA worship, green new deal, green energy, the global warming fraud, etc.) of the 1992 UNCED Rio Earth Summit/Agenda 21 (Agenda for the 21st century),
3) syncretizing/melding (destruction of) the world’s religions and their replacement with the “New World Religion,” a hybrid blend of New Age philosophy, the “green new deal” (climate change-related energy restrictions), GAIA earth worship, Luciferianism, witchcraft, military-police state surveillance and repression, Judeo-Masonic-satanism, and the establishment of the fourth world “wilderness of the mind” cum cybernetic/transhumanism through brain-computer and brain-machine (Pentagon AI Cloud) mind control operations.
4) the continuation and operational deployment of CIA MKULTRA mind control/cult research and experimentation upon nonconsensual human subjects (including spiritual seekers, locals, activists, others). The goal is to develop and deploy neuroscience and technology (NeuroS/T) “dual use” capabilities to both enhance and degrade human cognitive capacities. Cognitive or neuro warfare (neuroS/T) weapons systems, comprise the new 6th warfare domain, and are used to augment other warfare domain (land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace) systems to achieve:
a) total population control (“full spectrum dominance” and “Mastering The Human Domain” by the military and police aka WINS (warfare, intelligence, national security) and National Security Racketeering Network.)
b) “total information control” of selected targeted individuals and groups via organized stalking-electronic harassment (OS-EH), the “targeted individual program.”
c) the creation of a global (Luciferian) hive mind consciousness (aka Pentagon AI-cloud and fourth world battle for the collective mind) that incorporates intra-body nanotechnologies from chemtrails and Covid injection bioweapons along with psychological-information/cognitive warfare weapons that can be activated by electromagnetic frequencies.
5) the implementation of the New World Order/New World Religion/one-world-government/British Israel World Federation/New Order of Barbarians/neo-feudalism-communism under communitarian law. Aka “the Antichrist Kingdom,” Jewish Utopia, “Tikkun Olam” (Hebrew for “the repairing or reinvention of the world”), and the Synagogue of Satan.
I discuss all these aspects of Operation Crestone/Baca at length in this series and in my other websites.
Following is a brief synopsis of some of the other MKULTRA cults featured in Figure 3-J. Some of these operations also functioned as intelligence “Potemkin Villages.” These cults are described in greater detail in Parts VIII and IX of this series:
1. Findhorn Ecovillage: While meditating, Eileen Caddy, co-founder of the Findhorn Ecovillage New Age Community in Scotland, began hearing the “voice of God” in the 1960s. She “channeled” numerous books by transcribing “the voice.” The fact that her two husbands were British and American intelligence officers and that the Findhorn “spiritual community” was located on the northern Scottish coast adjacent to Kingloss Royal Air Force Base, suggests she was actually “channeling” human voices via synthetic telepathy weapons (aka Voice of God/Voice-To-Skull/V2K/microwave hearing/microwave auditory effect).
2. Another presumed “Manchurian channeler” was Helen Schucman, a Jewish psychology professor at Columbia University, a hotbed of CIA mind-control activity. In 1976, Schucman purportedly began hearing the “voice of Jesus” and transcribing “A Course in Miracles,” which became a best-selling book. (Some Christian authorities regard the heretical theology presented in “A Course in Miracles” to be demonically inspired).
3. Heaven’s Gate and Jonestown (The People’s Temple) were two CIA MKULTRA cults that went so wrong that all members were “suicided,” that is, executed by special forces in a US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) hit. Work by independent researchers indicates that Jonestown was one of many joint CIA-US military mind control and enslavement experiments. People’s Temple cult members were predominantly black and mentally handicapped. They had been airlifted to Guyana after being released from mental hospitals in California after Governor Ronald Reagan cut funding for California’s mental health programs.
4. The Church of Scientology is a UFO-mind control cult founded by Naval Intelligence Officer, L. Ron Hubbard. Hubbard was a friend and associate of British occultist, Cambridge graduate, and MI6 operative, Aleister Crowley, aka “The Beast” and “666.” Scientology cult members who try to leave the cult are typically gangstalked by other cult members in a process which they term, “Fair Game.” In Part IX: NWO ‘Slavemasters’ & Our ‘Absolute Slavery’ Via Intel Ops, Mind Control, Scientology, Cults, Torture, 9/11, & “Voices of God”: 2 Timelines (962 – 2012 AD) of this series, we learn that (L. Ron) Hubbard “expected Scientologists to support every goal of the New World Order…. (including) a) elimination of international boundaries, b) one world government, c) one world bank, d) one world currency, and e) a one world army. Go figure!
5. The Esalen Institute, co-founded by Michael Murphey, “collects a huge amount of research by CIA and MKULTRA doctors,” according to reddit.com. Esalen and Michael Murphy are both closely associated with the Human Potential Movement which also continued MKULTRA mind control programs after the Church Senate Committee exposed some of these nefarious CIA mind control operations in 1977.
6. The Church of Satan was founded by Jew, Anton LaVey (born Howard Stanton Levey), who incidentally, was also the “handler” of Monarch-mind controlled sex slave, Marilyn Monroe. (Webmaster: That must have been a rough job, Howard!)
The pattern that emerges here is one of cults created by the CIA, US Navy and other branches of military-intelligence in order to covertly continue MKULTRA-type mind control experiments and programs in communities across America and the world long after these programs were allegedly shut down. The Jonestown “experiment” clearly had the objective of enslaving the black “parishoners” through mind control, torture, and abuse.
Typical activities within these and other destructive cults include:
a) “Manchurian channeling” (broadcasting voices to victims’ brains via pulsed microwave signals called “Voice of God” weapons),
b) the creation of mind-control slaves through use of trauma (torture)-based mind control per the MONARCH military mind control protocols,
c) gangstalking and “suiciding” (murder/disposal) of wayward cult members and political enemies, etc., and
d) tight control over cult members and cult communities by military-intelligence “handlers.”
Based on Crestone/Baca’s “alleged” association with these MKULTRA cults in the above figures and in information presented throughout this series, do you think any or all of these activities occur in Crestone/Baca? Absolutely yes.
To draw out these connections further, in DoD-CIA Projects Bluebird, Artichoke, MKULTRA, and related mind control programs of the early 1950s, it was deemed necessary to conduct “terminal experiments” on human test subjects. Of course, this resulted in the deaths of some human test subjects. Thus, “disposal” of subjects became a necessity. I believe that gangstalking protocols fulfill this “disposal” requirement in addition to fulfilling other intelligence agency objectives. Organized stalking-electronic torture (OS-EH)/the “Targeted Individual Program”/Satanic Ritual Abuse is “the perfect crime” because if/when “targeted individuals” (TIs) complain of being harassed by groups of strangers and/or assaulted by electronic directed energy and neuroweapons, they can be smeared, slandered, diagnosed as crazy, and then institutionalized. This “psychiatric reprisal” has been used in many totalitarian nations to discredit and eliminate political enemies, expendable human test subjects, and other undesirables over the past century. These totalitarian states include the Soviet Union, communist East Germany, fascist Germany, the United States, Canada, UK, and others.
The following two diagrams from Nico Haupt of the New York 9/11 Truth Movement provide a visual timeline for global mind control operations (Figures 4 and 5 below, from “The OSS-Tavistock MindControl Cult- 9/11 Truthling Infiltration Timeline,” (http://911closeup.com/nico/911truthling_cult4.html). These figures help to further clarify some of these cult relationships.

The timeline begins with the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (upper left of diagram), founded in Tavistock Square in London in 1920. In Part V of this series, we learned that Tavistock is the world’s brainwashing center (Coleman, 2006). Nico Haupt explains the linkages and the chain-of-command:
(Tavistock’s) network extends from the University of Sussex to the U.S. through the Stanford Research Institute, Esalen (George Schultz, Bechtel), MIT, Hudson Institute, Heritage Foundation, Center of Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) at Georgetown, where State Department personnel are trained, US Air Force Intelligence, and the Rand and Mitre corporations. A network of secret groups, the Mont Pelerin Society, Trilateral Commission, Ditchley Foundation, and the Club of Rome is conduit for instructions to Tavistock…. The entire OSS program, as well as the CIA has always worked on guidelines set up by the Tavistock Institute. Included in the OSS program is also Nazi technology, later officially used for the Atomic Bomb and NASA.
Figure 5 (below) shows critical developments in mind control programs. In the 1990’s, Osho Rajneesh/Osho’s (the Baghwan) International cult, the worldwide web, hangout versions of Simulacron II, and “Urantiagate” come about. The 2000’s see the implementation of Operation 9/11 as “Logic Reality Paradox,” and the successful Orwellian infiltration of the 9/11 Truthling Movement “cult” by Byron Belitsos and Les Jamieson of the Urantia cult, followed by that of David Ray Griffin (CFR, “One World Government” advocate), Dr. Steven E. Jones (DOD, “exotic weaponry”), and Robert Bowman (DOD and former head of “Star Wars” project in 1980’s).
Pleae note that these figures and accompanying timelines also help identify the “who, what, when, where, and why” of Operation 9/11.

V. My Experiences in Crestone/Baca as Probable Nonconsensual Human Test Subject and Definite Targeted Individual (TI)
A. Carmelite Contemplative Retreat Hermitage Moves To The Baca
Some of my experiences in Crestone/Baca are relevant to this discussion. I am an example of one who was first “embraced by Crestone” and then “spit out,” as Cheyenne Mendel mentions in quote 14 above. In fact, my very first experience in Crestone/Baca is relevant. I had been a friend of “the Carmelites” (aka The Spiritual Life Institute of America, SLIA) since 1968 when I was a student at Prescott College. At that time, their “Nada” (Spanish for “nothing”) hermitage, located in Sedona, Arizona, was staffed only by Fr. William McNamara and his administrative assistant, Tessa Bielecki. The “Carmelite” (a Catholic order) community provided a place where individuals could meet God first hand through contemplation and “going to the desert to pray.” They provided a center for silent, contemplative retreats in the spiritual/intellectual tradition of Trappist monk and author, Thomas Merton. The SLIA grew over the years and, in 1983, they were the first spiritual group that the Manitou Foundation invited to join the “Refuge For World Truths” in Crestone/Baca. In about 1985/86, upon completing partial construction of their new facilities, the priests, monks, and nuns of the SLIA hosted a celebration-party-program for their old friends and supporters. I was invited, came, and was very impressed with the beautiful Crestone/Baca-Sangre de Cristo mountain area.
The principle speaker at the event was Michael Murphy, reportedly a friend of Fr. William McNamara. Co-founder of the Esalen Institute and a key figure in the Human Potential Movement, Murphy made a memorable presentation. Murphy waxed eloquent about the importance of finding ways for humans to achieve “peak performance,” for example, how champion athletes can get “in the zone.” Esalen had grown out of the 60’s counter-culture-New Age movements and was famous for hosting expensive conferences in Big Sur, California that featured hot tubs, nudity, and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Esalen also “collected a huge amount of data from CIA and MKULTRA doctors” (wikipedia) and was integrally associated with the Human Potential Movement which continued MKULTRA research and experimentation even after these crimes were exposed and outlawed by the Church Senate Committee hearings in 1977.
Of course, I was ignorant of these connections at the time. But please note that Michael Murphy and his Esalen Institute are listed in connection with MKULTRA Cults in Figure 3-J above, along with numerous other intelligence and CIA-spawned cults, including Jonestown, Heavens Gate, the Church of Satan, the Church of Scientology, and Findhorn Ecovillage. These same (MKULTRA) cults are featured in Nico Haupt’s 9/11 Truthling Infiltration Timeline (Figures 4 and 5).
Don’t get me wrong. Like many others, I loved the SLIA Carmelites and greatly admired and respected their charismatic and dynamic founder, Fr. McNamara. Having been raised a Unitarian, however, I was not able to discern that Fr. William was actually a fairly radical “New Age Priest.” In retrospect, I can think of at least six reasons why the SLIA might have been invited to join Manitou Foundation’s “Refuge For World Truths” by the New World Order globalists that control Crestone/Baca:
1) In 1960, William McNamara had an audience with Pope John XXIII, who blessed his vision to create a a “new wineskin” that is “at once a return to primitive Carmelite eremitical life and a creative contemporary response to the needs of modern society.” Fr. McNamara’s new contemplative retreat center, the Spiritual Life Institute of America, would include priests, monks, and nuns.
2) The primary focus of the SLIA was to inspire and provide a place for people of all faiths to engage in contemplative retreat. Fr. McNamara described contemplation as “a long loving look at the real…. “a pure intuition of being, born of love. It is experiential awareness of reality and a way of entering into immediate communion with reality.”
3) Fr. McNamara was a strong advocate of Jesuit priest-paleontologist and Darwinist, Teilhard de Chardin’s rather heretical ideas. de Chardin (1881-1955), considered the “prophet of a “new Christianity” centered on evolution,” was “known for his theory that man is evolving, mentally and socially, toward a final spiritual unity, the Omega Point,” which he regarded as “an apex of thought/consciousness” (from wikipedia). This “noosphere” “would be the result of the interactions of increasing activity of human networks creating a highly charged “thinking layer.” This idea would certainly appeal to globalists and military-intelligence people trying to create a global (AI) hive mind they can completely control. In other words, de Chardin’s “noosphere” may be an apt description of the Pentagon-DARPA-AI-cloud (BEAST) system aka “fourth world battle for the collective mind” (per Figure 3-H above) now being constructed worldwide. US military-intelliegence’s demonic attempt to control everyone’s mind via asserting “full spectrum dominance” over everything and everyone and “Mastering the Human Domain” (per the Jade Helm military drill of 2015 and UWEX-16 (Unconventional Warfare Exercise of 2016) could be construed by globalist psychopaths as “the Omega Point” of history.
4) McNamara was a personal friend of Rabbi Abraham Heschel, who helped convince the Catholic leadership of Vatican II to reverse 2,000 years of doctine and exonerate “the Jews” of their guilt for crucifying Jesus Christ. As we shall see, the New World Order is primarily a Judeo-Masonic-Satanic World Order (see below).
5) McNamara authored “Earthy Mysticism” among several other books. His “earth-centered mysticism” was/is compatible with the UN’s worship of Gaia, the earth goddess, and the Masonic syncretization of all religions into a “new world religion” headed by the “Universal Church” (Catholicism). (See references to the Gaia Hypothesis in Figures 3-J (MKULTRA Cults) and 3-H (Fourth World Battle For the Collective Mind) above.)
6) Fr. William and the SLIA were extremely open-minded, intellectually and spiritually. They were ecumentical to the core and both encouraged and participated in many inter-faith dialogues with Buddhists and other religions.
Fr. William was one of my heroes and I do not mean to denigrate him, his efforts, or his legacy in the slightest. I am merely trying to understand, via 20/20 hindsight, what happened in Crestone/Baca. As a long-time friend and associate of the Carmelites, I also note that between 1985 and 2003, Fr. William spent the great majority of his time in California rather than at the Nada hermitage. In 2003, the Carmelite community banished McNamara from the community he had founded, presumably for womanizing. He denied these charges, but was nonetheless kicked out and “de-frocked.” The “coup of 2003” resulted in a radical downsizing of the Carmelite community as a number of priests, brothers, monks, and nuns left the SLIA at that time.
After a few years of “wandering in the wilderness,” the indefatigable Fr. William established another contemplative retreat center, his fourth, on the border of California and Oregon. I visited him there in about 2010 shortly before he died. His comment to me about his friend, Rabbi Abraham Heschel: “He never once mentioned the name of Christ.” His comment regarding his ouster in 2003: “It was a mutiny.” (Knowing what I know now, I suspect this “coup” was engineered by the New World Order team that controls Crestone/Baca.)
As noted, Fr. William was extremely ecumenical. In the late 1980s, he encouraged SLIA members, including co-foundress, Tessa Bielecki, to engage in extended “inter-faith dialogues” with Tibetan Buddhists in Boulder, CO. I attended one of these conferences with some of them. By then, I had already taken a trekking and mountain climbing trip to Nepal and Tibet and begun reading and studying books by Tibetan Buddhist masters. In about 1996 or 1997, I attended a Dzogchen retreat in Pagosa Springs led by the young Tibetan Buddhist master, Tsoknyi Rinpoche. From approximatey the late 1990s to 2011, I studied and practiced the Tibetan form of Buddhism. For a number of years, I made a concerted but ultimately unsuccessful effort to hold both Christian and Buddhist worldviews simultaneously, as Fr. William’s Catholic ecumanism seemed to encourage.
I certainly won’t attempt a comparative analysis of these two traditions here! Suffice it to say that for me, the two worldviews are intellectually incompatible and it is impossible to follow both traditions simultaneously. In two Power of Prophecy audio programs entitled “The Ways of the Serpent,” Christian author, Texe Marrs, asserts that the implantation of the “double mind” is satan’s principle strategy! George Orwell referred to “double-think” as “having the ability of holding two contradictory worldviews in your head at the same time.” Some of Orwell’s famous examples were: “war is peace,” “freedom is slavery,” and ignorance is strenth.” Indeed, “double-think,” aka “implantation of the double mind” is a severe form of mind control. As James 1:8 states: “a double-minded man, is unstable in all his ways.” Likewise, in Peter 3:8, we learn: “Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous.”
B. (Brain) Monitoring of Retreatants and Meditators?
More to the point of this discussion, when I attended mass with the Carmelites, a Scottish man named Martin Maccauley generally occupied the front row on the far right side in the chapel next to the wall. After the “coup of 2003,” Maccauley seemed to assume the mantle of parishoner-in-chief, for example, always holding the wine chalice during communion. I mention this because Maccauley often acted a lot like, well, an MI6 spy… which I suspect he was/is. As per introductory quote #23, Maccauley is reported to have stated: “The important thing is to keep things stirred up.” Once when I met him in “downtown” Crestone while I was walking my two dogs, his only greeting was: “Nice cats.” And in Part XII of this series, I report that when I ran for a position on the Baca Grande Property Owners Association Board of Directors, Maccauley wrote a smear piece about me for the Crestone Eagle’s letters to the editor. Entitling his letter “Dr. Karlstrom and Mr. Hyde,” Maccauley listed some of the valid, truthful conclusions on my websites, but cast them as ridiculous lies. He concluded by admonishing locals not to vote for this, you guessed it, “anti-semitic conspiracy-theorist.” If he were indeed a PsyOps agent for MI6 he would be well aware of the tactic of using the “psychiatric reprisal,” i.e., smearing “targets”/”enemies” as crazy. (Please revisit the above sentence: “This “psychiatric reprisal” has been used in many totalitarian nations to discredit and eliminate political enemies, expendable human test subjects, and others over the past century.”)
And, perhaps not coincidentally, when I attended Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s Tibetan Buddhist teachings, another British fellow, Mark Eliot, said to have MI6 connections (i.e., parents), generally always sat near the right front of the students, often turning around and surveying the meditators. At a local restaurant, I overheard Eliot confide to Hanne Strong, “they are the kind of people we want here.” What kind of people do we want in Crestone, Mr. Eliot? And who are “we?”
I wonder now whether these two Brits, who seem now to have been monitoring and “handling” our community, were keeping track of the Buddhist meditators and Catholic parishoners and perhaps other local spiritual groups as well, for nonconsensual, noninvasive mind control/behavioral control experiments. Were/are they foreign agents? If indeed, Crestone/Baca is/was utilized for covert mind monitoring, mind reading, mind mapping, and mind manipulation experiments, as I suspect, British intelligence (MI6) may well have been involved in the operation, for example, in cooperation with the CIA. If so, these two Brits may have been doing a lot more than simply their own spiritual practice!
C. International Bankers Come To My Street For Silent Meditation Retreat
Now fast forward to about 2008. I was a fairly serious student, meditator, and practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism at that point. By then, I had a considerable library of both Christian and Buddhist books and had filled notebooks full of “teachings” from Buddhist masters, including the Dalai Lama himself. My house is located within very short walking distance of Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s retreat land and teaching facilities. That year, I was still a Full Professor of Geography at California State University, Stanislaus in Turlock, CA, but had been granted a sabbatical leave to conduct research and was spending that time in Crestone.
There are only six houses on Peaceful Way, the long, winding street where I live. But that particular fall, a Swedish lady named “Trillium Seafyre” (real name: Jenny Larson), a banker in London, had rented the house immediately next to mine (973 Peaceful Way). “Trillium” had taken time off from her banking career to meditate with a Buddhist group led by Alan B. Wallace, a University of Massachussetts, Amherst professor and author. The house across the street from mine (940 Peaceful Way), was simultaneously occupied by a young Jewish-Buddhist couple from New York City, Nick and Michelle, who were also part of Wallace’s meditation group. Nick was a Wall Street stock broker and one of Al Gore’s “global warming-climate change” ambassadors/evangelists. As these three were embarking on an extended “silent retreat,” I talked with them only briefly.

These titles demonstrate Wallace’s orientation towards the scientific study of Buddhist meditation. How do you scientifically investigate meditation? Methods for remote measurement of brain waves include electroencephalography (EEG) and EEG-feedback, remote neural monitoring (RNM), remote neural manipulation, transcranial neural modulation, brain-computer-interface (BCI), brain-machine interfaces, and a variety of other methods. In fact, studies that focus on monitoring, measuring, and manipulating brainwaves have been conducted by military and intelligence agencies, medical facilities, and academic institutions since 1955 at least! And electronic methods of mind influencing, monitoring, mapping, and manipulation have been the predominant focus of the CIA-military-medical establishments’ MKULTRA and related programs since about 1960! Moreover, the Dalai Lama’s Life Sciences Foundation has long been conducting similar experiments on meditaters.
Now we can begin to connect some dots and experiences. What do MKULTRA cults (Crestone, CO), the Esalen Institute, the Human Potential Movement, the Dalai Lama’s Life Sciences Foundation, and Alan B. Wallace’s team of Buddhist students, meditators, and academics all seem to have in common? Among other things, apparently, the study, monitoring, harvesting, and manipulation of people’s brain waves and mental states.
Parenthetically, during that fall, I noticed that a UPS truck delivered an inordinate number of large boxes and packages to Nick and Michelle’s rented residence at 940 Peaceful Way. Was this equipment for brain monitoring/measurement/manipulation? If so, whose brain(s) was/were being monitored and manipulated? Since they had all moved immediately next to and across the street from my house, might they have been capturing and measuring my brain waves? Or might they have been targeting the meditators at Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s nearby retreat center? Or perhaps their own brains were being monitored? Or other members of the community? Or all of the above? Might they also have been involved in the sale or “trading” of my (or our) brain waves to a variety of other institutions?
Incidentally, the UN term for organized stalking-electronic harassment (OS-EH) is “cybertorture.” Per the diagram below, “cybertorture” is “the mining of brain data.” The people who are subjected to “cybertorture” and “the mining of brain data” are called “targeted individuals.”

As a “targeted individual” (TI), I am in contact with many other TIs. Many of them believe that they (we) have “owners” and “renters,” i.e., we are “human trafficked” into secret brain, behavioral, and torture studies which are highly lucrative for the contractors involved. Trillium (Jenny), Nick, and Michelle seemed like nice people. They wouldn’t be involved in enrolling others, such as me for instance, into nonconsensual human experiments that involve 24/7 surveillance, targeting, torture, and covert brain monitoring and manipulation, would they? I don’t know. But this is exactly how the “TI program” works.
As a practicing Buddhist, and then Christian, and, indeed, a scientist myself, I surely wouldn’t object to the scientific study of the brain waves of spiritual practitioners, would I? If this research includes nonconsensual human experimentation, torture, and removal of civil liberties of human test subjects, as is the case for millions of “targeted individuals” around the world, (including myself, and perhaps many other Crestone/Baca residents), I most certainly object. And I do not grant my consent.
So. What are the odds that three members of an academic-scientific-Buddhist meditation group who also happen to be representatives of Wall Street and the City of London banking and/or brokerage institutions would simultaneously move into homes immediately next to my house on a tiny street in a tiny town at the same time that I’m there? I’d say the probability of this happening by chance is extremely low.
D. Military Neuroscience and Technology (NeuroS/T) Research is Multi-Billion Dollar Business: “We are targeting the brain”
Again, many targeted individuals are aware that they/we are trafficked and that there is big money to made in neuroscience. To highlight the revelations of Dr. James Giordano, “neuroweaponologist,” neuroscientist, and “neuroethicist” at Geogetown University who is a consultant for DARPA (the DoD’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) and the European Union’s Human Brain Project (in epigraph quote #30 above):
“Neuroscience captures $175 billion dollars annual market space…. The brain is the next battlespace…. We are targeting the brain…. We need to recon (the) target area (i.e., the domestic population) in order to: 1) acquire viable targets and 2) avoid collateral damage. Like (in) any race, the morbidity and mortality, going at this speed… is real.
We are tracking neurological or brain signatures of key targeted individuals that are thought to represent whole groups. If I understand how his or her brain works and do this on a broad enough scale, I can develop patterns and I can use this in ways that informs my intelligence; this force multiplies and synergizes my human intelligence (HUMINT), my signals intelligence (SIGINT), and my communications intelligence (COMINT). NEURINT (Neuro intelligence) coupled with assessment and access gives me these capabilities….”
Similarly, in quote #31 above, Dr. James Canton, CEO of Globalfutures, Inc., states:
“Neural nets at the core of AI involve over a trillion dollars of financial trading… So neuro is likely a game changer, and it has much larger impact domains when it’s in the wild (webmaster: i.e., secretly used against “targets” in society)…. Neuronal self-assembly and nano-technology…. one of the factors of neuro-science – The dark side is the weaponization of these technologies… These (Cuban and Chinese) embassy attacks are directed, purposeful, and targeted at a particular population that is targeted and chosen…” Neurotechnology will drive the next “hybrid war,” which has already started… Everything that can be made can be hacked. Neuro-hacking includes the ability to create thoughts and blend it with AI. These devices that we think were used externally or possibly internally (in the Cuban embassy attacks). Or they are are tied to other sensors, or flyables, drones… Neuro-hacking allows us to adjust memories at the nano-scale.”
Both Giordano and Canton stress the “dual-use” nature of these operations. That is, the technologies involved can be used to help and possibly “enhance,” and they can also be used to harm, maim, and kill people.
Giordano says “neuro S/T” (neuroscience and technology) is a $175 billion/year business while Canton says it and highly related life-extension studies involve over a trillion dollars of financial trading…… That’s big money! That kind of money could certainly bring Wall Street and City of London fianciers as well as British and American intelligence agencies to Crestone/Baca. It might even bring them to Peaceful Way in Crestone, CO, to rent homes adjacent to mine, especially if I were the target of the brain study!
Do these factoids factor into the explanation(s) for how and why I have been targeted? The 2013 movie, “The Flame” has this subtitle: “Finding Gold In Crestone, Colorado.” Yes, people used to mine gold here. But what is the gold today? Is it the priceless water in the San Luis Valley aquifer, reportedly worth trillions? Or is it free, convenient access to nonconsensual test subjects’ brainwaves so these can be sold, monitored, manipulated, degraded, enhanced, altered, and/or destroyed at will? I suspect it may include both of these “commodities.”
E. Center For Contemplative Research Supplants Carmelite’s Contemplative Retreat Center
Fast forward to about 2019. After several years on the market without a buyer, the Carmelites (SLIA) retreat center in the Baca finally sold to The Center for Contemplative Research (CCR) (Center For Contemplative Research). Amazingly, this group is headed up by the aforementioned Professor Alan B. Wallace. I visited the former Nada Hermitage soon after the new occupants moved in and talked with a psychology professor from UC Santa Barbara named Robin who was on sabatical leave there. She explained to me that EEGs (electroencephalographs) and other brain wave patterns (from local meditators and residents, presumably) are gathered and analyzed there and shared with academics and medical people all over the world! These expert neuroscientists, psychologists, cognitive researches, etc. regularly have zoom conferences to discuss the “brain data.” Their website indicates that CCR’s Board of Directors include the following scientists and neuroscientists:

In Appendix 184: The Center For Contemplative Research’s Website: On acquiring “semantic information” from “professional contemplatives”, we learn that The Center For Contemplative Research solicits and utilizes “professional contemplatives” for their acquisition of brain data because:
“Professional contemplatives provide the world’s highest-resolution access to the fundamental processes that create semantic information — the processes by which meaning is extracted from our world, and from which all concepts, scientific or otherwise, are derived. For this reason, professional contemplatives provide the best sources of data regarding subjective phenomena like thoughts, emotions, memories, and consciousness. One of the largest scientific contributions that contemplatives can make is to help clarify the nature and potential of both consciousness and genuine well-being. The CCR’s contemplatives are unique in that they’re engaged in full-time retreats, meditating 8–12 hours a day under world-class instruction and in exceptionally conducive retreat environments, while remaining open to longitudinal collaboration with the scientific community.”
Thus, the ultimate goal of collecting, i.e., harvesting, all this brain data, i.e., brainwaves, from these meditators/contemplatives is to better understand how information, aka semantic information, is processed. The CCR website states:
“Fortunately, scientists already work with a phenomenon that provides an entryway into the subjective domain. This phenomenon is semantic information, referred to below also as information. In addition to the concepts of matter, energy, space, and time, scientists are increasingly considering information to be a core facet of science. For instance, computer scientists work with computer hardware but are ultimately most interested in how these computational systems process information. And some physicists have concluded that information is so fundamental to our description of reality that it is meaningless to even draw a distinction between reality and information (Zeilinger, 2004).”
This kind of brain research seems to involve many academic disciplines and involve much interdisciplinary collaboration as per their Figure 9 below:
Figure 9: Professionally trained contemplatives offer the most refined technology — albeit of a different sort than scientists are used to — that we have for studying consciousness directly, and thus for studying the creation of information, since this process is currently known to occur only in the mind of a conscious being.
F. Is Crestone/Baca and CCR’s Brain Research A Continuation of CIA-DoD’s MKULTRA Experiments?
We can now very legitimately pose the question: Is this CCR brain research a continuation of the CIA’s MKULTRA mind control experimentation? The following passage from Dr. John Hall’s “Guinea Pigs: Technologies of Control” (2014) suggests that their research is a direct outgrowth of past MKULTRA projects:
“Things had become a little hot for the CIA (MKULTRA) researchers by the early 1970’s. Victims’ complaints had prompted congressional hearings and the unethical experimentation conducted by the CIA on unwitting subjects began to be exposed… The CIA began looking for other ways to continue their mind control research with greater plausible deniability and less chance of getting caught with their pants down. The era of remote neural monitoring had begun.
The Advanced Research Projects Agency awarded a contract for $338,000 to the Stanford Research Institute (CSRI) on February 9, 1972. The program director was Dr. George Lawrence and the contract was granted to Dr. Lawrence Pinneo to determine the feasibility of bio-cybernetic communication. More specifically, Dr. Pinneo was reseaching the feasibility of designing a communication link between man and computer using electrical activity of the brain during verbal thinking. The hypothesis was that the electrical activity of the brain during thought may be similar to the electrical activity of the brain during overt speech. “The research was predicated on the assumption that thought is nothing more than covert speech.”…… Overall, Dr. Pinneo’s research in 1972 determined that a bio-cybernetic communication system was feasible which would allow a computer to interpret human thought based on the EEG.
The research that followed focused on remotely sensing the small, electrical potentials generated by the brain. Remotely detecting the EEG would negate the need for scalp electrodes and alleviate the requirement for informal consent on the subjects. One researcher, Robert G. Malech, researched remotely monitoring and altering brain waves which culminated in the filing U.S. Patent number 3951134 in 1974. His apparatus involved transmitting a base signal and a first signal to the brain of a monitored subject. The brain of the subject would then transmit a second signal back to a receiver in response to the two incoming signals. Essentially, the two incoming signals would entrain with the brain’s inherent electrical frequency and or interference waveform would be returned to a receiver. The interference waveform could then be demodulated, amplified and displayed visually before being routed to a computer. According to Malech, the demodulated waveform would be used to produce a compensating signal which could be transmitted back to the brain. The compensating signal could be artificially attempted to entrain the normal brain activity and produce a desired change in the subjects’ brain. In Malech’s description of the apparatus he specifically mentioned its value in monitoring a conscious subject without his awareness. His patent was published in 1976 and his apparatus was comprised of components commonly employed in radar systems at that time.
Using these basic concepts, more modern research has focused on converting the received electromagnetic waveforms back into audible thought that can be monitored and recorded. Essentially, mind reading has come of age and has been in use among intelligence agencies for a number of years now. In addition to monitoring a subject’s thoughts, researchers have also capitalized on Malech’s earlier discovered EEG entrainment techniques. Once a dictionary of EEG waveforms corresponding to various emotional states was created, it became relatively easy to cause a normal subject’s brain to entrain the desired waveform to produce a desired emotional state. One would assume that using the same technique, the visual and auditory cortices of the brain could be entrained to stimulate visual and auditory hallucinations respectively. This would result in what subjects would perceive as realistic appearing holograms or sounds that cannot be attributed to a realistic source in their surroundings. Indeed, thousands of people across the United States are voicing complaints of just this phenomena.
…. Microwaves belong to a part of the electromagnetic spectrum which are included in radar, microwave ovens and all cell phones. Their non-thermal effects can be as equally detrimental as their thermal effects, as witnessed every day in microwave ovens. Allan Frey targeted various organ systems with microwaves and was able to reproduce detrimental effects, including heart arrhythmias and sudden death. Modulated microwave frequencies, those carrying a second embedded frequency, were found to be the most damaging. In 1975, Frey reported that microwave energy pulsed at certain modulations could breach the blood-brain barrier and induce neurological changes. The DoD took a keen interest in Frey’s research. They were intrigued not only with the use of microwave as a directed energy weapon, but as a carrier signal for communications to be placed directly in the brain. This is now called “microwave auditory effect” and has been extensively researched by government and private institutions. Finally, the need for electrodes, as with the Neurophone, was a thing of the past.”
The above discussion more or less proves that CCR’s research is a direct continuation of MKULTRA studies. Our next question, then, should be: Is CCR a front for ongoing CIA-DoD brain research? I’d say unequivocably that it is. It is clear that CCR is undertaking the kinds of brain research to which Drs. Giordano and Canton refer in quotes #30 and 31 above and in the next section of this paper on cognitive warfare. The symbiotic partnership between military-intelligence, military contractors, and the academic-medical establishment, already well-established during Project MKULTRA and related mind control programs, has only increased since the 1950s.
G. Cognitive Warfare (CW), Weaponized NeuroS/T, and Targeted Individual Program
The Pentagon has a long-standing interest in “the militarization of brain science.” Appendix 176: Battlescape Brain: Engaging Neuroscience in Defense Operations (Dr. James Giordano, 2017) identifies numerous NeuroS/T (neuroscience and technology) methologies that are weaponized for military purposes. These include EEG-based neurofeedback devices, EEG-based brain-to-computer interfaces, neurosensory immobilizing devices, transcranial neuromodulating devices, and nano-neuroparticulates.
As noted above, cognitive warfare (CW) is the DoD’s and NATO’s new 6th warfare domain that is deployed synergistically with the other five (land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace) as a part of hybrid warfare. Appendix 182: Redefining Neuroweapons: Emerging Capabilities in Neuroscience and Neurotechnology (DeFranco, et al., 2020) indicates that neuroS/T can be employed in warfare, intelligence, and national security (WINS) applications as both soft (nonlethal) and hard (lethal) weapons and that they are used during kinetic (combat) and non-kinetic engagements (“peacetime”) “to incur destructive and/or disruptive effects.” NeuroS/T weapons include directed energy delivery systems, transcranial neuromodulatory systems, and neuro-nanomaterial agents.
Military “scholars” acknowledge that cognitive warfare (CW) is the modern outgrowth of information warfare and psychological warfare. The World Economic Forum defines “information warfare” as follows:
“Information warfare combines electronic warfare, cyberwarfare and psy-ops (psychological operations) into a single fighting organisation, and this will be central to all warfare in the future.”
Wikipedia states: “Information warfare is the manipulation of information trusted by a target without the target’s awareness so that the target will make decisions against their interest but in the interest of the one conducting information warfare. [1] As a result, it is not clear when information warfare begins, ends, and how strong or destructive it is. [2]”
Golly, gee whiz. All this sounds an awful lot like organized stalking-electronic harassment (OS-EH) aka the “targeted individual (TI) program” to me. In fact, I believe that we are beginning to realize that “the targeted individual program” IS cognitive warfare and BOTH COMPRISE the operational deployment of the MKULTRA mind control programs!
So of course we must ask: Are the scientists involved with CCR research studying brain data from “targeted individuals” and possibly Crestone retreatants, meditators, and/or spiritual practitioners as well as brain data from “professional contemplatives?” Would the “brain data” harvested from “involuntary” vs. “voluntary” test subjects be treated differently? Are CCR neuroscientists’ research contracts associated with the European Union’s Human Brain Project? Or perhaps DARPA’s B.R.A.I.N. (Brain Research Through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies®) Inititative? Or is their research funded by DoD, military contractors, and/or high-tech industries? I strongly suspect that extensive networks of neuroscientists collaborate on the analysis and interpretation “brain data” derived from a whole variety of sources and that the results of the studies are shared widely utilized for both military and academic purposes.
So, we seem to have come full circle. It seems most likely to me, anyway, that Crestone/Baca spiritual centers involved with the Manitou Foundation’s “Refuge For World Truths” may have provided the “brain data” subjects for the continuation of top-secret MKULTRA mind control research on nonconsensual experimentees. Some of these projects could have been associated with the Esalen Institute-Human Potential Movement and Spiritual Life Institute of America complex. The many retreatants at Crestone/Baca’s Buddhist retreat centers may have also nonconsensually supplied “brain data” to neuroscientists, perhaps while on retreat and perhaps whilst in their own homes. We do know that for this kind of human research, the harvesting of “professional contemplatives'” “brain data” has now come out into the open with the Center for Contemplative Research.
Another factoid may be germane at this point. As I stated earlier, I had and have great respect and affection for “the Carmelites” and was saddened by the breakup of their community. I talked to different members and former members of SLIA at that time and was surprised to hear Tessa Bielecki, the co-foundress of SLIA, tell me that all the members of the community had to undergo therapy for PTSD for at least five years after the breakup! PTSD is “post traumatic stress disorder.” It used to be known as “shell shock,” a term applied to soldiers who psychologically shut down after exposure to traumatic battle conditions. I could scarcely believe this revelation about individuals that I genuinely thought were so spiritually advanced that they must have been living close to heaven with God and Jesus.
Now that I have put some of these pieces together, I can offer some speculations: Were the Carmelite priests, monks, nuns, and their retreatants also guinea pigs and “targets” in the Crestone/Baca MKULTRA cult mind control experiment? Were they also traumatized via “the TI program” of “cybertorture”/”psychotronic warfare” experimentation? I.e., was their “brain data” also being harvested experimentally? Was the “brain data” of their parishoners and retreatants being harvested? If so, were any of them aware of this? Or was the “coup of 2003” a traumatizing intelligence psyop and setup? Is it possible that our entire community, or our spiritual groups, in particular, have functioned as nonconsensual guinea pigs, i.e., have been targeted with electromagnetic frequency (nonlethal) weapons and psychological warfare techniques for many decades?
To repeat introductory quote #8 above: “the CIA had chosen to move mind control experimentation from academic and military labs into the community. An inner circle of Heironymous scientists experimented on cult devotees, and sometimes collaborated in mass murder to silence the subjects (Jonestown, SLA, Solar Temple). It was a marriage of convenience. Occult societies are secretive. They follow direction. They exist in corners of a society that ignores them. (From Alex Constantine: “Virtual Government: CIA Mind Control Operations In America,” 1997)
An extended visitor/observer/possible agent in Crestone, Bruce Polock told this writer in 2013: “Most people around here are afraid to come out of their houses.”
Compare this statement with Dr. John Hall’s observation: “The ultimate goal of the stalking and defamation phase (webmaster: of the “TI program”) is to get the target diagnosed as mentally ill or drug addicted to ensure job loss where they will be more apt to remain home where the rest of the operation can be accomplished.”
Allow me rephrase this sentence as follows: The stalking and defamation phases of the TI program are designed to harass and intimidate victims to the point where they retreat to their homes, where they become guinea pigs, i.e., nonconsensual test subjects for electromagnetic and other forms of mind-behavioral control technology.
So we must ask: Is Crestone/Baca a government mind-control project basically comprised of two groups: 1) “targets” (or test subjects) on the one hand and 2) secret teams of psychologists, handlers, and enablers who oversee and facilitate these covert experiments in addition to the stalking perpetrators themselves whose job is to harass and intimidate the TIs? If so, this might help account for the high turnover of people in our community and indeed, the relatively high number of suicides and disappeared citizens.
To better understand the “TI program,” I’ll offer additional insights from Dr. John Hall’s “Guinea Pigs, Technologies of Control (2014):
“Organized stalking is the harassment of an individual by people unknown to them for the sole purpose of inducing psychological trauma. It is perpetuated by individuals from within their community working in concert with each other to achieve a desired goal and is centrally directed and organized… The overwhelming majority (of victims) are experiencing a very methodical progression of experimentation that fits well into the template that I am hypothesizing. Targeted individuals are experiencing a form of experimentation that follows a progression of phases that include: 1) selection, 2) surveillance, 3) stalking, 4) defamation, 5) attack, and 6) monitoring.
One must remember that the technology being used to commit these crimes originates at the federal government level. Hence, it is seen being used most often by private investigative agencies that are owned and operated by former FBI agents. These individuals maintain contacts with the agency who work with them in a reciprocal relationship. These relationships are imperative to the defamation phase (phase 4).
The attack phase (phase 5) is characterized by directed-energy attacks meant to disrupt normal physiological functioning. It may occur at any time during a victim’s targeting but is most noticeable as a distinct phase late in the targeting….. According to Dr. Robert Duncan PhD, in his book, “Soul Catcher: Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare Revealed,” the attacks are the result of central nervous system manipulation. In effect, the brain is being manipulated to manifest the physical symptoms of twitching, burning, spasm, and other symptoms. While this may be true, almost all of the victims also report electrical disturbances within their homes. It is my belief that some of the attacks are secondary to directed energy attacks at specifically targeted peripheral nerves, muscles and organs and not strictly through the central nervous centers controlling them. In effect, the same directed energy modalities being used to open and close garage doors, turn lights on and off and disrupt computer screens in the victim’s home may also be used to physically attack the victim at targeted sites other than the brain.
The weapons used in the attack phase include microwave, millimiter wave, radio-frequency, laster and probably scalar modalities. All of these modalities have been researched extensively and weaponized for military use as mentioned earlier in the book.
The attack phase is followed by the monitoring phase (phase 6). Having worked with multiple victims that have been victimized for varying lengths of time, it is clear that the victims have been chosen for experimentation for the duration of their lifetime.”
H. Mind Control: History and Applications

The following posts highlight the “contributions” of some of the biggest names in psychology and psychiatry, who incidentally, should be regarded as depraved psychopaths who betrayed their patients and their Hippocratic Oaths:

These posts trace the history of mind control programs since before World War II. These nefarious, even satanic programs were carried out by medical and academic professionals in partnership with military-intelligence agencies and the military-industrial-corporate complex. It seems that in their zeal to advance the cause of “national security” and/or to reap financial rewards and prestige, psychologists and neuroscientists forgot that the brains they study have owners. Historically, the brainwaves they study are coming from the tracking, targeting, torture and traumatization of nonconsenting human test subjects, often termed “targeted individuals.” Neuroscientists tend to forget that TIs are fellow human beings with God-given civil rights and the Constitutional guarantee of being able to live free of “cruel and unusual punishment” and torture. Torture and “cruel and unusual punishment” are apt descriptions for the “targeted individual program.”
Surveying the extremely dark history of mind control experimentation, it is clear that the psychological and psychiatric professions as a whole are complicit in these war crimes and crimes against humanity. In “Bluebird: Deliberate Creation of Multiple Personality by Psychiatrists” (2000), psychiatrist Dr. Colin A Ross states:
“Clinical responsibility for the mind control experimentation lies with the doctors, who should have been constrained by the Hippocratic Oath…. (Operation) BLUEBIRD blows the whistle on extensive political abuse of psychiatry in North America in the second half of the twentieth century. Many thousands of prisoners and mental patients were subected to unethical mind control experiments by leading psychiatrists and medical schools. Organied academic psychiatry has never acknowledged this history. The network of mind control doctors involved in BLUEBIRD has done a great deal of harm to the field of psychiatry and to psychiatric patients.”
But that’s just the introduction, boys and girls. When the Pentagon and allied agencies weaponize these technologies, the results are much more horrific yet. Appendix 32. NSA Mind Control and Psy-ops by Will Filer
The most horrific information of all is contained in this article by an ex-NSA psychic warrior who became a whistleblower upon writing this article in 2009. He was murdered in 2010.
The pattern that I discern here, based on information provided in the above articles, is that CIA, NSA, FBI, military and the medical-academic establishment, in concert with their British counterparts, “weaponized” psychology and psychiatry, in particular, during their Macys and Ratio Conferences and MKULTRA-related programs from the 1940s to the present. In fact, secret development of electronic mind control technologies was a major hidden theme of the Cold War itself. Shockingly, the objective of the elites that have run our nation since WWII has always been to transform humans into cybernetic (cyborg) slaves; that is, to merge humans with machines in order to enslave us. Mind control has always been a deeply satanic program in that it incorporates satanic ritual abuse and satanic ritual murder. To see where this has led us, we need only look at the wholesale criminal behavior of our top medical establishment during the contrived Covid-bioweapon plandemic/scamdemic. The Moderna website actually bragged that the injections comprise “operating systems.”
All this said, I readily acknowledge that:
1) Many, perhaps most, brain and behavioral scientists may genuinely believe the work they are doing is beneficial, i.e., contributes to positive applications of these “dual use” technologies, and
2) the use of “professional contemplatives” as a source of “brain data” could possibly result in the diminution of the number of “targeted individuals,” i.e., nonconsensual experimentees, required for this kind of research.
However, I am certain that the TI program continues unabated today because it is still being deployed against me and a variety of other TIs with whom I am in contact. And I have no certainty that “professional contemplatives” will fare better than TIs in the long run. They could be used/abused in the same manner, after all, what’s important is the “brain data,” not the test subject. Thus, this public use of “professional contemplatives” as a sourve of brain data may simply comprise a “limited hangout” by intelligence agencies. (I have become acclimatized to their tricks.)
As with any scientific endeavor, complete transparency as to methods and research subjects utilized must become legally mandatory. Likewise, laws that secure citizen’s “cognitive liberty” must be enacted and enforced. In the meanwhile, I believe our society must become aware of these atrocities and then defund and dismantle these research projects immediately and bring ALL criminal perpetrators, including the brain scientists, to justice.
I. Insights of a Tech-Savvy, Tortured Targeted Individual (TI)
As webmaster of gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com, I am in touch with many TIs worldwide. Some of these are extremely bright people. A great many are brutally tortured, some well beyond the limits of human endurance. Webmaster’s Comment: Targeted individuals are essentially society’s lab rats; human sacrifices to Moloch and the gods of war, scientific progress, the CIA-academic-medical complex in partnership with the DoD (Department of Death) and NIH (National Institutes of Health). Each TI is a “covert operation” subjected to nearly continuous covert psychological, physiological, and neurological operations (attacks) carried out by the military-intelligence-corporate-academic-medical complex in cooperation with large segments of civilian society, including organized crime. Today, millions of civilians, government and legal officials, police, FBI/NSA/CIA, and scientists derive their livelihood through destroying the lives of others. This is paid for with our tax dollars. Such a society essentially functions as a death cult and ensures its own destruction.
In “The CIA As Organized Crime, How Covert Operations Corrupt America and the World” (2017), Douglas Valentine observes that “to the CIA, we are all either cannon fodder or lab rats.” Millions of people, including the 400,000 “atomic soldiers,” the nearly 500,000 victims of “Gulf War Syndrome,” and military personnel that have been required to take the experimental gene-therapy jab, function in both capacities (lab rats AND cannon fodder).

J. “Havana Syndrome” Attacks Come To My House Before Cuba
On about July 1, 2106, I was standing in my own living room facing north when I felt a powerful blow to the back of the head that knocked me to the floor. BTW, I’m a 6’1, 230 pound former mountain climber and active hiker. I am very strong and have good balance. I spent the next couple weeks on my living room couch, unable to walk, eat, or function normally. I had to crawl on my hands and knees to go to the bathroom. I did not go to the hospital or call anyone for help because I had experienced similar but less severe attacks previously and I had a pretty good idea I had been hit once again by a directed energy/neuro (aka “nonlethal”) EM weapon.
At that time, I was contacted via email by a stranger, named “Tiara Lusk” who claimed she lived in Idaho, She wanted to talk to me on the phone, supposedly regarding some topic I had raised on one of my websites or radio interviews. I was so weak that it took me two weeks to recover to the point where I could talk to anyone on the phone! When I was finally able to talk again, my voice was extremely weak, soft, and hoarse. (I now realize, of course, that Tiara Lusk’s “assignment”/job was most probably to monitor me after the DEW attack.) Interestingly, when I picked up the phone for her call, I noticed her caller ID stated “Brigham Young University”! I now speculate that she was a student, or employee, or somehow otherwise affiliated with the BYU psychology department. I make this inference now because I have encountered other pscyhology students that have appeared in my life at strange times, presumably as part of the organized stalking operation. Perhaps this was/is considered an “assignment,” a project, or extra credit for them?!
Don’t forget “they” conduct 24/7 uberveillance on TIs and know where we are at all times. Also please recall that Dr. James Giordano and his colleagues convinced the government that “a whole of nation approach” is required for this black project. Giordano stated: “Where now we have almost a seamless triangulation between government entities, research entities, and commercial entities that are then able to mobilize those resources in the deep surveillance that is necessary for acknowledging, addressing, and assessing relative risks that may become threats, quantifying the risk to threat index, and then identifying what aspects of those quantifiable risks are mitigable and/or preventable, and then engaging the resources that are necessary to do that (i.e, “mitigate”/”take out” the “threat”/”targeted individual.”) (quote # 30).“
The DEW attacks against me in the summer of 2016 caused me to experience a suite of symptoms consistent with the symptoms of mind control victims documented in my gangstalkingmindcontrol.com website. (See: Microwave Mind Control Symptoms & Published Evidence (by Cheryl Welsh, 2003)). It is probably not a coincidence that similar directed energy attacks on US and Canadian diplomats in the Cuban and Chinese embassies occurred a few months later, in that fall of 2016 and throughout 2017. Based on the now officially-documented suite of symptoms produced by these exotic weapons attacks at the embassies, the government has devised a new term for this phenomena: “Havana Syndrome.” However, I regard this as a sort of a “limited hangout” operation, a standard tactic of the CIA-military establishment. After all, these kinds of covert electronic attacks on innocent civilians have been occurring since 1955 at least, with the full knowledge and participation of the US government!
(As per quote #7 above by ex-special forces operative, David Vincent, from “The Art of Mental Warfare” (https://torturedinamerica.org/BlackOps.pdf):
“These are evil motherfuckers and they are no friends of ours. These things don’t have anything to do with protecting the US people or standing up for freedom and democracy. They don’t give a shit about the average American. In this age of the global economy, the concept of nation state is obsolete. If only proud Americans could understand that. Pride in the American way is just another propaganda device for PsyOps agents – people like me – to use to manipulate you and make you think that black is white and white is black.
The bottom line is that the most power-crazed and greed-addicted people are above the law and get away with everything. In the covert world, rules do not apply. Democracy is a fairy tale. Nothing is what it seems, reality isn’t real. Through the looking glass Alice goes.”
I did not go to the hospital after this event (actually, two events) in the summer of 2016. Rather, I stayed home alone without any help whatsoever. I did not inform anyone of the events/attacks or reach out for help. I now believe that some unknown person or persons with direct knowledge of these attacks must have coordinated Tiara Lusk’s phone and email communiques with me as a means of monitoring my response to the attacks.
Did these electronic attacks constitute attempted murder? Was it an experiment to “inflict and measure traumatic brain injury to learn how the brain heals” as TI, E.C., states above? Were they testing new forms of exotic directed energy/neuroweapons on me? Was this the “terminal” part of my “terminal MKULTRA experiment” to dispose of the nonconsensual human test subject, me? It could be all of the above. I regard these attacks as attempted murder.
I have not yet told the entire story of my targeting to anyone anywhere. Suffice it to say that after these electronic assaults I was extremely weak and my blood pressure was abnormally very low for an extended period of time. I eventually got a medical checkup, at which time my doctor referred me to a cardiologist in Alamosa, Colorado. Despite the fact that I had a whole suite of symptoms not related to heart issues, the cardiologist suggested that I start taking Coumadin, an anti-coagulant or blood thinner. Having developed a deep distrust of all medical people and indeed, people in general, as a result of my targeting, I did not rush out to find Coumadin. However, when I mentioned the cardiologist’s recommendation to my primary physician, he was visibly startled, and stated: “If you take Coumadin with very low blood pressure it could kill you!”
Such is the life of a “targeted individual.” You live in a perpetural “war zone” in which others are instructed to abuse you because you have been “blacklisted” as a “potential terrorist threat” and are smeared in your communities by retired FBI-types as a pedophile, drug dealer, or some other lie. You learn from continually being the target of “lies, spies, setups, and psyops” that nobody can be trusted. And as I noted earlier, the stalking perpetrators, i.e., the “mind controlled patsies,” as Dr. Rauni Kilde calls them, are reputed to celebrate with wild, festive parties when one of their targets commits suicide. In Catholic doctrine, suicide is an “unforgiveable sin” which automatically sends a person to hell. Thus, obviously, the stalking perps are satanists and this “program” is from the pit of hell.
K. MKULTRA Subprojects Pertinent to “Targeted Individual Program”
In this section, I quote passages from Dr. John Hall’s “Guinea Pigs: Technologies of Control” (2013). Dr. Hall briefly summarizes the MKULTRA subprojects he regards as most applicable to the kind of targeting/experimentation of innocent civilians known commonly known as “organized stalking-electronic harassment” (OS-EH) or “the targeted individual program.”
“Unfortunately, there is no legislation in the United States that prevents government agencies from experimenting on the public…. We have entered an era of technological advancement in electromagnetic weapons that have allowed agencies to use society as a laboratory, giving plausible denial to those performing the research… Society has become the new laboratory, the public guinea pigs, for the technologies of control.
Nazi Germany first saw the use of psychiatry as a punitive tool for controlling political dissidents. In Nazi Germany, psychiatrists were responsible for killing hundreds of thousands of their patients deemed racially and cognitively compromised.
At the end of WWII many German physicists, medical doctors, scientists, and psychiatrists were brought othe U.S. through secret channels without State Department approval. Their entry into the United States was facilitated through two OSS (Office of Strategic Services) operations called Project Paperclip and Project 63. Over 1,000 researchers were allowed entry into the United States through these projects. Many of them were physicians guilty of mind control experiments at concentration camps such as Dachau, where the effects of mescaline and other mind altering drugs were tested on prisoners… The OSS became the CIA and the horrors at Dachau became government-funded projects with a myriad of codenames like MKULTRA, MKSEARCH, ARTICHOKE, and BLUEBIRD. Similar to the concentration camp victims in Nazi Germany, the American public would become the unwilling guinea pigs of most of these government-funded abuses of human rights.
MKULTRA was created by the CIA in 1953 and continued, according to documents, until 1972 under codename MKSEARCH. Many of the MKSEARCH documents remain classified to date and the documents that were released are heavily redacted. MKULTRA consisted of 149 subprojects that were all aimed at mind control… The recurring theme in all of the studies was the attempt to control human emotion, human thought, and human behavior by any means available. Thousands of people today are voicing complaints of subliminal control, hearing voices in their heads and being attacked with directed energy weapons. The following subprojects of MKULTRA paved the way for the experimentation we see happening today:
Subprojects 5, 25, 29, 49
All of these subprojects were conducted by Dr. Alden Sears. They involved the study of hypnosis, recall of hypnotically-acquired information, hypnotic techniques and methods of hypnotizing unwilling subjects. All were labeled as “top secret.” They were done under the auspices of the University of Denver and the University of Minnesota. These four subprojects ran between 1953 and 1956 with an estimated budget of 75,000 US dollars.
Subprojects 23, 45
These subprojects were contracted to Charles Geshickter from 1953 to 1956 and were labeled as top secret. They were done under the auspices of the University of Richmond and the National Institute of Health. Subproject 23 involved the study of chemical agents that would modify the function of the central nervous system. Subproject 45, through the NIH involved the development of techniques to maximize physical and emotional stress in human beings.
Subproject 62
Maitland Baldwin supervised this subproject through the NIH in 1956. It involved the stimulation of monkey’s brains with various radio frequencies.
Subproject 68
Directed by Dr. Ewen Cameron, this subproject was conducted in 1957 at McGill University (Canada). It studied the effects of repeated verbal signals on human behavior. Cameron published his results in the American Journal of Psychiatry in an article entitled “Psychic Driving.” Psychic Driving entailed de-patterning a subject through massive amounts of electro convulsive therapy (ECT), drugs, and (sleep) deprivation. Following depatterning, the subjects were then played repetitive loops of recorded material to re-create a new personality. Many victims were left incontinent, amnesic, and unable to return to normal society. Dr. Cameron was the President of the American Psychiatric Association and was eulogized after his death as having made “outstanding contributions to the mental health of the Canadian people.
Subproject 94
This subproject was conducted through the Bio-Researh Inc. Company and the Panoramic Research Company. Both companies were funded with CIA dollars. They were studying remote control of behavior through brain stimulation.
Subproject 119
Dr. Saul Sells directed this project under the auspices of Texas Christian University in 1960. He was researching the techniques of controlling the human organism by remote electronic means. The subjects in this subproject were unwitting and many were children. I have interviewed one of the childhood subjects of this subproject who is now in her fifties. She claims she is still being subjected to covert experimentation.
Subproject 138
Conducted at the University of Texas at Austin in 1961, this subproject involved the creation of biomedical sensors. It’s subjects were unwilling.
Under the umbrella of MKULTRA, several researchers also investigated the use of brain implants to alter the human condition… The goal was the same in all of the studies; to control human behavior through the introduction of electric shock, radio frequency or directed energy to the brain. While most readers familiar with MKULTRA may see it as a dark past in our nation’s medical history, there is ample evidence it is continuing today.
… Advances in technology took the brain stimulation studies a huge step forward in the late 1960s and early 1970’s. Negating the need for brain implantation, researchers now turned the exposure of the brain to external electromagnetic fields to produce similar results to brain implantation… As it would be discoverd, the human brain is very responsive to externally applied electromagnetic fields.
.. Multiple personality disorder (aka Dissociative Identity Disorder) is the technique used in MKULTRA to create Manchurian Candidates (programmed assassins).
Two doctors in particular have done the bulk of the research using electromagnetic fields to alter human brain activity. Dr. Michael Persinger, currently at Laurentian University in Canada, has studied the ability of magnetic fields to create false memories and alter consciousness for many years….. Dr. Persinger is accredited with developing the “God Helmet” which, when placed on a subject’s head, uses microwave energy to stimulate the temporal lobes of the brain. The subject will then have spiritual experiences akin to being in the presense of a supreme being or having alien contact. In the article, “On the Possibility of Directly Accessing Every Human Brain by Electromagnetic Induction of Fundamental Algorithms,” he mentioned the potential for the capability of directly influencing the approximately six billion brains of the human species. He goes on to mention that this could be accompllisehd by generating neural information within a physical medium within which all members of the species could be immersed.
… Of interest, the remote viewing studies of the 1960’s and 1970’s have a direct relation to both MKULTRA and current, ongoing experimentation… The United States Government has and will continue to use the unwitting public as guinea pigs for this type of experimentation.”
VI. What Are Ongoing MKULTRA Mind Control Programs For?
We should probably just acknowledge that the USG-CIA-DoD’s mind control programs comprise their top secret, so-called “family jewels” (“skeletons in the closet”). Electromagnetic frequencies are used in many (covert) ways to manipulate and control individuals’ and groups’ behavior, moods, thoughts, etc. Ex-CIA neuroscientist, Dr. Robert Duncan (2010), asserts that the elite would rather see humanity destroyed than give up these technologies! (That might provide a clue that these elites are not human!?) Among the many types of control over others “the technology” affords them:
1) These technologies can and are being used to influence thoughts, moods and behavior of large population groups by sending subliminal messages from cell towers via 450 – 700 MHz EMF signals (Figure 7).

2) This “technology” can be used to transform anyone into a piece of surveillance equipment for operators, allowing the operators of “the technology” to see through the eyes and hear through the ears of “targets”/victims on their computer screens. (The skillset required for someone to operate “the technology,” is supposedly the same as playing a video game.)
3) “The technology”/”the program” is used to program Manchurian candidate assassins, mass-shooters, sex-slaves, and controllable bio-robot slaves in all fields of endeavor. In WHAT, WHO, WHY, and HOW Of Weaponized Radio Frequency Surveillance System (partial transcriptions of 5 ‘Lookoutfa Charlie’ videos w/ BONUS videos On US Air Force’s “Chart of Coercion” I document that TI, “Lookoutfacharlie,” lists the following infamous mass shooters/programmed assassins/serial killers, who, among others, complained of “hearing voices:” David Berkowitz (Son of Sam), James Holmes, Nicholas Cruz, Seung-Hui Cho, Aaron Alexis, Myron May, Nathan Gale, Mark David Chapman, Stephen Paddock.
4) “The technology”/”the program” can be used to create mind-contolled patsies, perhaps including some gangstalking perpetrators.
5) These so-called mind control “experiments”/programs can be used to covertly eliminate (i.e., destroy the lives of) any and all opposition to the New World Order in a selective depopulation purge of intellectuals, activists, enemies of the state, veterans, mind control victims, inferior races, Christians, veterans, and other so-called “threats” or “deplorables.”
6) “The technology”/”the program” can be used to program an army of New World Order slaves for the political elite and an army of supersoldiers/assassins for the military (and Satan).
7) Voice-of-God (aka “microwave auditory effect”/”synthetic telepathy”/Voice To Skull/V2K) and Remote Neural Monitoring/Manipulation weapons can be used to drive people crazy, defeat foreign enemies, create Manchurian Candidate assassins AND “Manchurian Channelers”, simulate fake spiritual experiences, manipulate cult beliefs, create cults, destroy cults, destroy societies, etc.
8) These technologies are used to map people’s brains to create “digital twins,” “clones,” or “Avatars” that can be used to:
a) to steal identities, resources, ideas, inventions, creative products, etc. from anyone (as part of information/cognitive warfare),
b) for military war games, as per the Pentagon’s “Sentient World Simulation.”
9) These NeuroS/T technologies are central to “Cognitive Warfare” (CW), which is now the 6th operational warfare domain (in addition to land, sea, air, space and cyberspace). Targeted individuals (TIs) serve as beta tests for this new Pentagon warfare domain system.
10) Taregeted Individuals (TIs) are the unwitting test subjects for the EU’s Human Brain Project and Obama’s BRAIN Inititiative mind mapping programs.
11) TIs are also probably the “beta tests” for the development and implementation of Bill Gate’s (Microsoft’s) Total Enslavement 060606 patent. 12) TIs are the beta tests for the Pentagon’s remotely delivered no-touch torture. Ex-NSA whistleblower and TI, Karen Stewart, states that the Pentagon’s torture levels 1-5, at least, are tested on TIs.
13) Futurists like Ray Kurzweil and his other billionaire friends’ seek personal omniscience and immortality through the “Immortality Project,” hoping to augment their consciousness by linking them together into neural networks via brain-to-computer and brain-to-brain interfaces. This process may involve transfering digital versions of victims’ minds and souls for their use. Omniscience and immortality are the serpent’s promises to Eve in the garden, “surely you shall not die,” and “ye shall be as Gods.” (Genesis 3:1-5)
14) Crestone/Baca and other military-intelligence covert operations scattered around America and the world may be providing nonconsensual test subjects for military-intelligence’s ongoing remote viewing and/or Gateway Process and/or for the testing of military-grade “non-lethal” (directed energy/neuroweapons).
15) Targeted individuals also provide prurient entertainment for psychopathic elites addicted to ‘torture voyeurism’ via closed circuit TV, more or less as shown in the movie, The Truman Show.
16) Based on the testimonies of numerous “targeted individuals,” DOD-CIA MKULTRA-Nazi mind-control experiments and mind-behavioral monitoring have been conducted on many since their births and these experiments continue until the deaths of the TIs.
17) Some TIs believe their targeting via directed energy-neuroweapons is being used to degrade their spiritual bodies, or auras, in order to destroy their connection with God and covertly induct them into Satan’s kingdom.
18) The technology is used to torture victims/targets and manipulate them into acting out and commiting crimes of passion and/or suicide. This may have political or religious purposes, Since suicide is considered the one “unforgiveable sin” by the Catholic Church, it may result in the victim joining Satan in hell forever.
19) “The technology” is used to install satanic “New World Order Programming” through satanic ritual abuse/torture-based mind control, that is, the DOD’s Monarch programming. I.e., programming can be installed without the victim’s knowledge and the victim can later be “triggered” to perform particular tasks. These victims would comprise so-called “sleepers.”
20) The technology can be used to dispose of nonconsensual human test subjects, such as MKULTRA suvivors, political enemies, and TIs.
There are many more possibilities and realities.
Clearly these are highly destructive and satanic Illuminati projects and those carrying them out must be considered members of “destructive cults”/satanic cults. We must ask then: are governments and military contractors conducting these satanic projects in concert with demons? This seems possible, even probable, to me. Many report that Nazi scientists “cut deals” with devils in order to gain advanced technologies. And, as noted above, thousands of imported “Operation Paperclip” Nazi scientists formed the core of post-World War II CIA and DOD MKULTRA mind control programs. The Jewish Kabbala, i.e., black magic satanism, provides the core elements of mind control programming for these Illuminati trauma-based mind control systems.
VII. Excommunicated From Crestone/Baca!
In 2013, I became aware that I was being targeted via “organized stalking-electronic harassment;” not only in Crestone/Baca, but everywhere I went, even when I drove across the country! My friends and neighbors in Crestone/Baca supported and participated in my targeting. In epigraph quote #19 above, former fellow Carmelite Ruth Pulver informed me via email in 2014: “Now Crestone is going to take you down.” In quote #18, former Metropolitan Opera singer, Sue Vaughan, explained to me in an email in 2014: “You can’t criticize the Jews or even use the word. That’s why nobody wants to know you. Jews created the world.”
My community-based, government-supported shunning-stalking-stoning-targeting in Crestone/Baca was also presaged in epigraph quotes #14 and 15, respectively, wherein Hanne Strong, the Danish woman who heads the Manitou Foundation, proclaimed that those “who do not do their spiritual work… better take a hike out to the road and get out of here” and Crestone acupuncturist, Cheyenne Mendel, observed: “you either get embraced by Crestone or you get spit out.’ And in quote #21, Marvin Mattis declared: “We don’t want people to live here full time.” (This is a theme I’ve encountered several times here. It may have to do with the fact that our handlers realize that “the energies” (i.e., electromagnetic frequencies and directed energy and neuroweapons) in Crestone/Baca are too toxic for most to survive year round. Or it could have to do with the fact that our managers find it is easier to “handle” ‘part-timers’ than ‘full-timers.’)
In 2017, I finally felt compelled to flee the pervasive hostility of the Crestone/Baca community and indeed, of America, and I relocated to Mexico. I still retain my house in Crestone/Baca, however, in hopes it may someday become a normal American town. I believe that many others have also been “spit out” of Crestone/Baca over the years. Quite a number have committed suicide and/or gone missing in our “love and light” berg. Indeed, I knew some of these unfortunates.
As noted, my experience indicates that a considerable number of people in Crestone/Baca and Saguache County participate and/or have participated in “the TI program” as stalking perpetrators (“perps” or “flying monkeys”), surveillance role players, sheriff’s informants, citizen spies and informants, crisis actors, etc. I feel the term “fake people/spies” perhaps most accurately describes these individuals. Living in a fake community such as Crestone/Baca is much like living in “The Truman Show” (movie) where “they’re all pretending,” as the girl who loves Truman informs him. Dr. Rauni Kilde refers to the perps as “mind-controlled patsies.”
Regardless, these pathetic losers obviously operate within a chain-of-command, a para-military-type system designed for the sole purpose of injuring others who are “blacklisted” as “enemies.” These are modern “death squads” and, as I understand it, this lifestyle becomes a passion as well as a living for perps. They are typically paid via gift-cards, bitcoin, and various creative off-books methods, including receiving new cars, new homes, a new roof, etc. It has taken me a long time to adjust to living around “fake people/spies,” that is, people who are in a secret chain-of-command and therefore, not acting on their own volition. All the normal rules of social behavior are thrown out the window by this reality. And, of course, “honey pots”/”honey traps” come with “the program” as well. To be a TI is to live in a fake world and like living in a spy movie, where nothing is as it seems.
Dr. John Hall explains the purpose of the psychological attacks in phase (#5) of the program as follows: “Remember, the goal of this (attack) phase is complete annihilation of the victim’s personal and professional life.”
So much for our “love and light” community… so much for the “land of the free and the home of the brave“…. and so much for the Golden Rule. It seems that our “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” charitable endeavors in Crestone/Baca have morphed, under the cloud of fear produced by the phony Global War on Terrorism and the influence of our local satanic groups, into “Neighbors Ratting On Neighbors,” “Neighbors Smearing and Slandering Neighbors,” “Neighbors Harassing Neighbors,” “Neighbors Stalking Neighbors,” “Neighbors Hating On Neighbors,” and “Neighbors Zapping Neighbors.” The Hindustani death pyre rituals carried out locally by our “End of Life Project” in which the deceased are publicly cremated suggest yet another term: “Neighbors Burning Neighbors.”
However, all this does make for the effective implentation of a communist (“Fourth Industrial”) revolution, Great Reset, and UN Agenda 2030, doesn’t it? I wonder how many of the foreigners in Crestone/Baca are registered foreign agents. Since this is the new form of warfare, and since it targets innocent American citizens for degradation and destruction, perhaps we should reconsider the idea of hanging spies in the public square.
VIII. Is Crestone/Baca a “Potempkin Village” (facade/false front/cover story)?
Chip Tatum, former Special Operations whistleblower, states in introductory quote #12: “Just like there are “safe houses,” we also have “safe communities.” We have communities where we know it’s safe for (sleeping agents or retired agents) to be and to operate. They’ll often have every day jobs. But there they are awaiting orders.”
And in introductory quote #13: Ed Eavenson of Eavenson Surveying in Alamosa, Colorado, told me (Eric Karlstrom): “Based on my experience as a surveyor here over the years) 80% of the homes in the Baca are owned by Trusts.”
Potemkin Village (From Wikipedia): “In politics and economics, a Potemkin village is any construction whose sole purpose is to provide an external façade to a country that is faring poorly, making people believe that the country is faring better.”
Are there other examples of communities that have functioned as false fronts/facades for covert intelligence operations? Yes, many. In addition to the various CIA-spawned cults mentioned above, here are a few more:
In “Weird Scenes Inside the Canyon: Laurel Canyon, Covert Ops, and the Dark Heart of the Hippie Dream” (2014), David McGowan documents that the Laurel Canyon rock scene of the 1960’s was a “whole cloth invention” of the military-intelligence establishment designed to discredit and neutralize the anti-war movement in America. Thus, the Laurel Canyon community must have been significantly infiltrated with undercover spies, agents, handlers, and paties, just like Crestone/Baca. Similarly, in “CHAOS: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties” (2019), Tom O’Neil documents that the Haight-Ashbury Free Clinic of San Francisco was utilized as a mind control experiment by CIA MKUTRA Doctor Louis Jolyon West. His psychiatric patients/mind control victims included Charles Manson and his bevy of young mind-controlled slaves. Similarly, Wolfgang Halbig’s analysis of housing deed transfers on Christmas Day (Dec. 25), 2009, in Newtown, CT (Sandy Hook), indicates profound external manipulation of the domestic population for apparently nefarious “intelligence purposes.”

Then there is the whole January 6 staged, false-flag event, whereby trained government agents tried to “turn” a peaceful protest of a blatant election theft into an “insurrection.”
I’m sure there are many, many more examples. After all, this is what the CIA and DoD do with our tax dollars. Of course, the CIA, the Federal Reserve, and DHS, the Council on Foreign Relations, and a host of other agencies and businesses in America are also beachheads for “the globalists.”
My conclusions, based on many years of research and experience:
1) Crestone/Baca is a Potemkin Village/false front/facade for multiple purpose military-intelligence operations, including testing and deployment of the U.S. military’s cognitive warfare system on the public.
2) Part of the mission of Operation Crestone/Baca has been to continue MKULTRA cult-mind control experients on nonconsensual test subjects, including me!
3) A silent genocide/democide of civilians is now being carried out against those blacklisted as “potential terrorist threats” via the DHS-FBI Fusion Center system. These “targeted individuals” are attacked by all sectors of society via the FBI-DHS Fusion Center and Community-Oriented Policing (COPs) systems.
IX. The “Targeted Individual Program:” MONARCH, the PHOENIX PROGRAM & Cognitive Warfare

A. Military-Political Functions of the “Targeted Individual Program”
a) On the programmatic level: Marshall Thomas accurately described the “organized stalking-electronic harassment (OS-EH) aka the “targeted individual” program as Monarch: The New Phoenix Program. However, most people don’t know what these taxpayer-funded programs were/are. So here is a short description of each.
MONARCH is the DoD’s (Department of Defense’s) systematic weaponization of MKULTRA mind control techniques that has secretly used to produce Manchurian cadidates (programmed assassins, or sex slaves, Manchurian channelers, supersoldiers, etc.) through inducing dissociative identity disorder (DID) through trauma-based mind control. Torture-based mind control is essentially synonymous with satanic ritual abuse (SRA). Traditionally, the rape of children six years old and younger is the primary technique to produce DID by inducing alter personalities to split off from children’s core personalities, whereupon skilled “trainers” program these subalter personalities with different identies and abilities to perform different tasks. These SRA techniques, evidently based on the Jewish Kabbalah system of black magic, have been used by the Illuminati and other secret societies for hundreds of years to program their own children to become their bio-robot slaves.
British Tavistock Institute psychologists like Sir John Rawlings Rees and William Sargent, Nazi mind-programmers such as Josef Mengele, and CIA spychiatrists such as Drs. Ewen Cameron and Jose Delgado, “scientifically” refined these techniques over the past century. These torture technologies are currently applied at “detention” and “rendition” centers such as Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo Bay and throughout the world today through “organized stalking-electronic harassment” (OS-EH), that is, the “targeted individual program.”
OS-EH, now deployed as a weapons system against people of all ages, involves two main means of subjecting victims to trauma-based mind control: 1) gangstalking/psychological attacks and 2) attack via electronic (directed energy and neuro) weapons. Combined pychological and electronic warfare is often referred to as “psychotronic” warfare. Childhood victims of MKULTRA and adult victims of OS-EH (psychotronic warfare) may both be accurately referred to as “targeted individuals” and “survivors,” I believe. Both groups have survived essentially the same scientifically-enhanced Illuminati satanic ritual abuse programs designed to torture them into compliance and indeed, into becoming bio-robot slaves.
The Phoenix Program: During the early phases of the Vietnam War, the CIA and US military felt they were losing the war because Vietnamese civilians supported the guerilla fighters, termed Vietcong of VC. Dr. Robert Komer and Nelson Brickham of the CIA devised a bureacratic system to coordinate all elements of society, including the military, police, political, and business and domestic sectors via supercomputers to identify, locate, track, attack, and destroy these “targeted” individuals. “Targets” were typically teachers, farmers, business people, or anyone the CIA thought might influence civil society. Military and police (both US and Vietnamese) rounded up these targeted individuals and delivered them to local, regional, and national “interrogation” (i.e., torture) centers. There they were subected to enhanced interrogation (torture) methods outlined in the CIA’s KUBARK Interrogation (Torture) Manual (1963), based on torture methods developed in the CIA’s MKULTRA programs.
From what I gather as a civilian, military/intelligence personnel have a relatively simple worldview. They regard everyone as “adversary,” “asset,” “ally,” or “neutral” depending on whether or not they comply with their demands. (During the Vietnam War), civilians “blacklisted” as “adversaries” were brought to interrogation/torture centers and tortured until they either: 1) “broke down” and became assets, informants, or allies, or 2) died from the incredibly brutal torture and abuse.
As I see it, the “targeted individual program” operates essentially in the same way today. This “Global Phoenix Program,” as it has been called, fulfills the same functions and is now directed against the entire world’s population. Thus, Mark M. Rich’s (2013) description of the TI program as “a cleverly disguised program of torture and murder” is accurate. Assuming the above, we can speculate that many of the so-called “stalking perps” may have formerly been “adversaries” who were “turned” into “assets” by these torture techniques. (In America, of course, “anti-war protesters” were regarded by the military as probably their single greatest “threat” and have been treated as “enemies,” “adversaries,” and “threats” ever since the Vietnam War.)
Dr. Alfred W. McCoy (2006) referred to MKULTRA and related mind control programs of the 1940s onward as a multi-billion dollar/year, top-secret “Manhattan Project Of The Mind.” Similarly, ex-Admiral John Pointdexter has described his new “Total Information Awareness” aka “Terrorism Information Awareness” programs in 2003 as a “Manhattan Project for Counterterrorism.” Despite the deliberate Orwellian confusion of terms, people must understand that “counterterrorism” IS “terrorism.” In fact, “counterterrorism” is state-sponsored terrorism” directed against the domestic population. What is referred to as “cognitive” or “hybrid” or “Fourth Generation” or “Fifth Generation” warfare today then, combines all the techniques and technologies developed under MKULTRA research with everything they know about waging counterterrorism, uber surveillance, etc. against domestic populations. It is the secret merger of the “Manhattan Project of the Mind” with the “Manhattan Project for Counterterrorism.”
Cutting through the smokescreen terminology, Dr. Rauni Kilde, TI and former chief medical officer of Northern Finland, has stated: “This (targeted individual program) is the most important policy of the US government.” Of the many, many different Orwellian terms for the targeted individual program, recent ones include “total information control” and “cognitive warfare.”
Cognitive Warfare (CW)
As described in various military articles, cognitive warfare (CW) is the “battle for your brain,” a new form of military combat that forms a 6th military warfare domain (in addition to air, land, sea, space, cyberspace). (See: Behind NATO’s ‘cognitive warfare’: ‘Battle for your brain’ waged by Western militaries (by Ben Norton, October 8, 2021)). This paper explains that CW “is the art of using neuro science/technologies (S/T) to alter the cognition of human targets” in order “to harm the cognitive abilities of opponents,” “make everyone a weapon,” “harm societies as well as military,” and “capture the psycho-cultural as well as the geographical high ground” at home and abroad. CW involves “hacking the individual” via cybertorture and neuroweapons and it weaponizes individuals and entire societies so that “citizen-based agents” (collaborators with military and police) wage war against “targeted individuals”/adversaries. In cognitive warfare, anyone and everyone can be a target! The chief developer and deployer of CW is the US Department of Defense.

Hybrid warfare includes cognitive warfare (CW) as well as economic warfare, cyber warfare, information warfare, and psychological warfare. In the above post, author Francois Du Cluzel, asserts that NATO member states are already targeting (THEIR OWN) domestic populations at an unprecedented rate because the NATO military cartel increasingly sees their own domestic populations as a threat!

Cluzel adds that “CW will lead to the militarization of all aspects of human society, from the most intimate of social relationships to the mind itself.” He notes that “weaponization of neuroS/T can and will be used to induce morbidity, disability or suffering; and ‘neutralise’ potential opponents or incur mortality” – in other words, to maim and kill people. Furthermore, cognitive warfare “is potentially endless since there can be no peace treaty or surrender for this type of conflict.”
Cluzel also notes that “NATO military officers are calling on corporations to invest in NATO’s cognitive warfare research.” So here we have an entire secret, lethal war domain now funded largely by the private sector, aka Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). Maurice Strong was selling PPPs as an alternative to representative government in the UN Agenda 21! Whoever pays this piper gets to “selectively cull” (i.e., target) whichever part of “the herd” it wishes to eliminate.
So we must ask: Which groups provide the greatest input into the selection of “blacklisted” individuals who are placed on the DHS-FBI Terrorist Screening Data Base? Well, the ADL (Anti-Defamation League) and SPLC (Southern Poverty Law Center), both of which are Jewish lobby groups, among others. Starting to get it now? There are innumerable “scholarly” articles about these warfare techniques, as well as related patents, grants, military manuals, etc., that support these conclusions.

We know the DoD’s stated goals are “full spectrum dominance” and “Mastering the Human Domain.” After 9/11, President Bush announced the “battlefield” (aka “battlespace”) in the Global War on Terrorism includes your neighborhood, the street where you live, and the space between your ears. In other words, the battlefield in the Global War on Terrorism is everywhere all of the time, including your mind. In other words, this is total war. And Bush-Cheney instructed the CIA to “take the gloves off” regarding torture. Which they did and still are doing.
Author and reporter, Christopher Hedges recently stated: “Depopulation is total war.” So now we get a better sense of what Bush, Cheney and Co. had in mind for the American people. I hope this extended series will help citizens figure out just who is destroying our lives and our societies as well as how and why. We certainly outnumber them and we can win if we understand our enemy and his methods.

It seems to me that the “satanic spirit of gangstalking” is well described in the “Excommunication of Spinoza” by Amsterdam Synagogue, Jan. 27, 1656, found in Douglas Reed’s “The Controversy of Zion” (1976):
“cursed be he by day and cursed by night; cursed when he goeth out, and cursed when he cometh in; the Lord pardon him never; the wrath and fury of the Lord burn upon this man; and bring upon him all the curses which are written in the Torah. The Lord blot out his name under the heaven. The Lord set him apart for destruction from all the tribes of Israel; with all the curses of the firmament which are written in the Torah. As my life has become more and more systematically degraded over the past decade, I have dedicated considerable time to understanding and explaining this diabolically evil program. As noted, I have learned that “the program” is “state-sponsored terrorism” that deploys military-grade weapons systems against “watchlisted” civilians. It is run out FBI and DHS Fusion Centers and carried out by private contractors, sheriff’s offices, first responders, citizen vigilante groups, sayanim, ex-military and ex-cop contractors, etc. Today, it is an ever-expanding, for-profit, worldwide business. To better understand how this DHS-FBI-DOJ system operates, it useful to examine the recent lawsuit filed by targetedjustice.com against these entities on behalf of 17 targeted individuals.
Please note that the lawsuit quotes federal sources that acknowledge that over 97% of the individuals whose names are on the Department of Homeland Security’s Terrorist Screening Data Base (TSDB) have no connection with terrorist activities in any way!
I fear that unless the citizens of the world expose and reject this highly diabolical program it will continue to grow as a RICO racketeering operation, and then become the military-policing system of the New World Order-Agenda 2030-AI-controlled SMART CITIES across the world. Covert intelligence-community neutralization/elimination of “blacklisted” political enemies, commonly referred to as “organized stalking-electronic harassment” (OS-EH) or “the targeted individual program,” is so widespread today that a silent genocide (or democide, “murder by government”) is now occuring.
Democide is the hallmark of totalitarian, communist, fascist, or communist-fascist-satanist governments.

Appendix 176: Battlescape Brain: Engaging Neuroscience in Defense Operations (Dr. James Giordano, 2017) features Giordano’s summary description of some of the key types of neuroweapons now available to our military for “cognitive warfare” against enemies foreign and domestic. He refers to creating human-machine networks (Pentagon AI Hive Mind?) and testing and developing lethal and nonlethal weapons. Table 2 below lists a number of these “weaponizable Neuro S/T technologies.”
Table 2 lists a number of pharmacological agents, microbial agents, organic toxins and neurotechnologies. Presumably, some of these can be delivered via air and water and the neurotechnologies are chiefly delivered electronically. These include neurosensory immobilizing devices (high output sensory stimulators to evoke disorientation/discomfort), transcranial neuromodulating devices (neural network stimulators for use in in-close operations against individual actors/targets), and nano-neuroparticulates (neurovascular hemoraggic agents for in-close and population targeted uses). Per Table 2, Giordano states:
“NeuroS/T can be weaponized to target neurological substrates and mechanisms that affect physiology, cognition, emotions and behaviors. As shown in Table 2, such “neuroweapons” include drugs to degrade physiologic and cognitive functions, and/or to alter emotional states to affect the desire or capacity for aggression and combat; organic toxins that can induce neuromuscular paralysis and death; microbial agents (e.g., bacteria and viruses, inclusive of “bio-hacked”, genetically-modified organisms) that can incur various levels of morbidity – or mortality, and a number of technologies that can be used to alter sensory, perceptual, cognitive and motoric functions.” [6,7,8,9,3]
Apropos of the Covid injection bioweapon (also a neurobioweapon) rolled out globally in 2020, Giordano observes that laws and regulations can be circumvented and neuroweapons deployed “under the veil” of “private and/or governmentally-supported industrial efforts to neuroS/T research and development.” I.e., “dual use agendas” (i.e., “bio-hacking” by neuroweapons) can be accomplished by state-endorsed venture capital:
“The dedication of private and/or governmentally-supported industrial efforts to neuroS/T research and development could also enable and (at least be argued to) justify postures and protocols of diminished transparency, as commercial interests can be shielded as means to protect proprietary interests and intellectual property. Under such veils, dual-use agendas can be fostered and developed. An additional concern is that neurobiological and neurochemical substances and certain neurotechnologies can be obtained and/or developed (i.e., “bio-hacked”) with relative ease by individual non-state actors who may be supported by state-endorsed venture capital, and who may operate without regard for regulations defined by the current BTWC, thereby creating further opportunistic windows for influence.”
Dear Reader: let’s recall that Dr. Josef Mengele, the “Auschwitz Angel of Death” of Nazi Germany, was a scientist who had the full support of government as well as major international institutions such as the Rockefeller Foundation. There are certainly thousands, possibly even millions, of modern Josef Mengele’s today; scientists whose “research” and “experimentation,” at least from the viewpoint of their nonconsensual test subjects, are indistinguishable from torture, attempted murder, murder, and treason. Drs. Giordano and Canton and, who knows, possibly some of those affilitated with Center for Contemplative Research, etc., may qualify as modern-day Josef Mengeles. Depriving an American of his Constitutionally-guaranteed civil liberties is treason.
Is this what Crestone/Baca is really all about: A satanic mind control operation cloaked by a New Age “love and light” “ecospirituality” community? Yes. I believe brain-mind experimentation has always been one of Operation Crestone/Baca’s main functions.
We have now connected the dots between MKULTRA, the Esalen Institute, the Human Potential Movement, The Spiritual Life Institute of America and the Center for Contemplative Research), the Dalai Lama’s Life Science Foundation as well as my own and others’ experiences here. Local resident, Cheyenne Mandel, accurately states: “You either get sucked in or spit out from Crestone.” I believe the intelligence agencies and their front companies, with the support of their surrogates, lackeys, and “useful idiots” are capable of accomplishing both these results. And in the interval between being “sucked in” and “spit out,” I suspect that many are utilied as nonconsensual human test subjects, as I believe I have been. Then, when individuals are no longer deemed useful for experimentation, many are presumably processed through the FBI-DHS Fusion Center system, watchlisted as “potential terrorist threats,” and covertly attacked, harassed, tortured, terrorized, and disposed of via the “targeted individual program.” Again, Rich (2013) accurately refers to “the program” as “a cleverly disguised system of torture and murder.”
Experimentation upon and torture of nonconsensual human test subjects is in stark violation of the Nuremberg Code, the Geneva Conventions, and innumerable federal, state, and local laws, not to mention the laws of God (See: Laws of God and Man (US, States, UN, and International Treaties) Violated by Organized Stalking/Electronic “Information Operations” Against Civilians).
XI. The Luciferian Conspiracy and The Master Cult
An honest researcher follows the data where it leads. So, we have followed the trail of evidence to where it leads: the “Luciferian conspiracy” of the Bible. Certainly, implementation of the Antichrist kingdom can be accomplished by connecting all human brains to the Pentagon Cloud-Hive Mind and accomplishing the bio-robotization and zombification of our species. This project is now well underway. And I suggest that we “targeted individuals” have been beta test guinea pigs for this global enslavement project since 1955 at least. 1955 was the year that Dr. Norbert Wiener, the MIT mathematician, invented the autocorrelator computer that could generate and interpret EEG patterns that he sent to and from the human brain along 12 channels. I submit that since that date, many, many millions of innocent civilians have been and many millions more are now targeted in this manner and for this purpose.
Dr. Norbert Wiener was a Jewish math genius and major contributor to the Macys Conferences from 1942 to 1953. His most pertinent books include:

I believe the titles of these books reveal that Dr. Norbert Wiener understood very well that this research:
1) would lead to the creation of cyborgs (cybernetic organisms) which is to say, bio-robot slaves, and that
2) these bio-robot slaves could and would be used as “golems” (monsters/killers) by the Jewish people against their enemies, which is to say, all non-Jews.
Golem (definition): In Jewish folklore, an artificially created human supernaturally endowed with life.
In his article, “The Golem is at Hand,” Texe Marrs states:
“The Golem, simply put, is a Beast; perhaps he is The Beast. He springs from the satanic mindset of ancient and modern Jewish rabbis. The Golem, according to the Jewish holy books, is a hero. He is a monster, true, but once conjured up through supernatural black magic, he kills and destroys on behalf of the Jewish people. The Golem is the frankensteinian monster whom the rabbis unleash on the enemies of Israel. In fact, the medieval cabalistic lore of The Golem inspired Mary Shelley’s classic tale of Frankenstein.”
In: “The Human Species Is On The Precipice Of Becoming A Race Of Mind-Controlled Cybernetic Slaves.” TI and MKULTRA survivor, James F. Marino, sums up our extremely grave situation today:
“It is Rothschild Zionism’s control over the U.S. Military Intelligence complex, and its total subversion of this complex, which the American citizenry must collectively be made aware of. Especially since this Orwellian complex is being used in secret to brain map the entire U.S. population in the interest of ultimately reducing us to a cybernetic race of beings, whose state of consciousness will come from a neural network of artificial intelligence driven computers.
Imagine a race of people all thinking the same thoughts simultaneously while being incapable of having an individual thought – a true slave race – and you can begin to understand the inherent evil which drives those who operate within the very hierarchy of this complex.”
When I first began this research, I wondered if this article was too extreme and alarmist. I now believe Marino’s assessment is accurate and not alarmist.
The Master Cult
It is possible to hold different opinions regarding the identity of the “master cult”/”cabal.” For example, I’m now reading MONARCH-survivor, Laura Worley’s kindle book, “Puzzle Pieces to the Cabal, Mind Control, and Slavery: Putting It All together For Peace, Healing, and Freedom.” Worley has a lot of personal experience, obviously, with the MONARCH mind control program. She identifies the “cabal” as including four aspects: satanism, Illuminati, military, and witchcraft, and notes there is considerable overlap of members of these cult groups. My research, however, leads me to identify the master cult as “Judeo/Masonic/satanists.” But clearly, she and I are referring to the same cabal. Perhaps Ms. Worley is unaware that the Illuminati is a powerful Jewish secret society and that the Jewish Kabbala is the basis for witchcraft, Masonic rituals, and mind control programming. Regardless, I believe Ms. Worley is correct in her statement: “They will never stop. We have to stop them.”
I offer the following sampling of statements from Part IV: The (Jewish) “Controllers” and Their Destructive Mission and Appendix 33: Quotes on Judaism and Zionism, in which members of “the cabal”/”master cult” identify themselves. I believe the statements speak for themselves.

XII. Final Conclusions
A. Is This Spiritual Warfare?
In Matthew 4:9, the devil tempts Jesus saying: “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”
Of course, we know that Jesus rejected “the deal.” But we all should know, based on observation and experience, that a great many groups and individuals have accepted this “deal.” These groups and individuals do (human and animal) sacrifices and rituals for satan and expect him and his demonic realm to help them reap rewards in this life. In fact, these groups/individuals often “summon the demon” via a process called “theurgy” and often demand their rewards. Anyone who is literate can read of the “Jewish conspiracy” and the “Luciferian conspiracy,” which are one and the same, and which spans thousands of years. Douglas Reed has traced this history in “The Controversy of Zion” (1976) and concludes that “Judaism IS the worship of Moloch (satan).”
And Rabbi Stephen Wise has stated: “Some call it communism, I call it Judaism.”
What do Judaism, Freemasonry, Theosophy, Mormonism, Scientology, the secret societies, the military, intelligence services, UFO cults, the New Age Movement, the Nazis, etc., all have in common? The Jewish system of black magic, the Kabbala, is at the core of most of these. From what I understand, the Jewish Kabbala provides methodologies for summoning angels and demons in the proces of “theurgy.” It outlines methods of casting spells and curses, etc., as the means of enhancing personal or group power or wealth, etc. Of course, this is all forbidden in the Bible.
We have seen that the CIA and other powerful groups create cults, including Satanic cults, to experiment with different methods of controlling people via mind control, etc. Based on my observations, cult leaders exert considerable control over the thoughts and behaviors of cult members. Indeed, in some cults, members often seem to be connected in a sort of “hive mind” that is controlled, perhaps, by the cult leader(s), and possibly by, you guessed it, the one who often commands the cult leaders, the devil. Obviously, these mental-spiritual connections are greatly facilited and enhanced today by technologies such cell phones, computers, face book, up to and including the military’s C4 ISR systems (Command, Control, Communications, and Computers; Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaisance) as well as PROMIS, Palantir, and ESCHELON spyware computer programs which advance the agendas of “Total Information Awareness”/”total information control,” etc.
I’m speculating here that some cult systems, especially “the master cult,” for example, are designed to entrap their members into Satan’s “hive mind.” Adam Weishaupt, founder of the Bavarian Illuminati in 1776, reportedly wanted to rename his group, “the Order of Bees.” The terms “hive mind” and “bees,” etc., call up images of mind-controlled masses. Utah, the world capital of Mormonism, even calls itself “The Beehive State.” I’ve read that Mormonism is a Judaic-Masonic sex-cult based on the rituals of the Jewish Kabbala.
Thus, on a spiritual level, it seems obvious to me, anyway, that satan and his minions’ goal is to entrap everyone in this satanic “hive mind” and bring everyone into satanic enslavement and, of course, to hell with them. I suggest that that, my friends, is the real meaning and spiritual import of the “fourth world battle for the collective mind” aka the Pentagon-AI-cloud system.
Before leaving the JQ (Jewish question), I offer my blunt observation, based on my research and experience, that Jews as a group are under demonic oppression or possession. This is hardly a new revelation. As Reverend Meryon Smith, a Jew, states in quote #17 in the above section: “The Jew is the anti-Christ; was in St. John’s day; is today and will be.”
There it is, dear reader: Jews, the so-called “Synagogue of Satan,” are the principle architects of the Antichrist/Beast system now being rapidly constructed before our eyes. Anyone with “eyes to see” and “ears to hear” will discern this dynamic unfolding in our world today. I hope this key insight might help my “targeted individual” friends as well as “not-yet-targeted-individuals.” On the spiritual level, our targeting may be merely satan and his minions “doing their damnedest” to recruit us into their kingdom, which is hell. This is apparently a zero-sum game spiritual war. People must choose sides now, I believe. And that choice has eternal consequences.
B. Is Crestone/Baca “The Vatican City of the New World Order?”
If we define New World Order as the “fourth world lostness of the mind,” the Pentagon-AI-Cloud (Satan’s) hive mind, and the Antichrist Kingdom, that is, a society of transhuman bio-robot slaves and spiritual zombies who serve the Judeo-Masonic-satanic elite, then yes, Crestone/Baca could be regarded as the “Vatican City of the New World Order.” This “Vatican City” would fulfill its intended role in the “Luciferian Conspiracy” if it contributes to the syncretism (i.e. destruction) of all major world religions except Luciferianism/Judaism/Freemasonry and transhumanism/posthuman eradication of the human species as it presently exists. Obviously, I suggest we resist this demonic BEAST system with everything we’ve got.
C. Summary of the TI program aka “Authoritarian Political Warfare, DoD/NATO’s Cognitive Warfare (CW), Secret State-Sponsored Domestic Terrorism, Open-Air Gitmo, CIA No-Touch Torture & Soft-Kill Depopulation Purge”
The following two paragraphs currently comprise my latest “abstract”/summary of “the Targeted Individual (TI) program” on the homepage of gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com. I have struggled over the years to write a short, accurate description of “the program,” but, alas, have found this to be impossible. So it is as short as I could make it:
“The US Department of Defense’s (DoD’s) cognitive warfare (CW) is the secret, illegal ‘war against the individual,’ aka counterterrorism, organized stalking-electronic harassment (OS-EH), Targeted Individual (TI) program, cybertorture, authoritarian political warfare, state-sponsored domestic terrorism, contract stalking, open-air Gitmo, CIA no-touch torture/murder, total information control, and covert transhumanism to bio-robot (cyborg) enslavement through trauma-based mind control, torture and abuse. CW comprises the sixth warfare domain and is deployed synergistically with the other five warfare domains of land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace. Cognitive or neural warfare is the modern incarnation of top-secret CIA MKULTRA/MHCHAOS/PHOENIX and DoD MONARCH black, mind control-torture programs dating from the 1950s. A centerpiece of US domestic and foreign policy, this “new form of combat” seeks to destroy enemies from the inside out. Using “national security” and the Global War on Terrorism as pretexts, CW is a central component of hybrid warfare, 5th generation warfare, full-spectrum dominance, information operations, and Jade Helm (Mastering the Human Domain) and UWEX-16 (Unconventional Warfare Exercise) military drills of 2015 and 2016, respectively. Citizen targets are secretly watchlisted/blacklisted as “enemies” through the FBI-DHS Fusion Center system and electronically tracked, hacked, and attacked everywhere they go by the NSA Global Spy Network’s Signals Intelligence (SIGINT). TIs (targeted individuals) are also harassed 24/7 everywhere they go by networks of street perps (perpetrators, aka “goons on the ground”), including special forces, police, military-intelligence counterterrorism specialists, military psychological operations groups, surveillance role players, sayanim, military and civilian cyberstalkers, ex-police and ex-military private subcontractors, citizen spies, police/FBI informants, Neighborhood Nazis, citizen-based-agents, etc. (i.e., a secret army of thugs, cowards, and bullies). Meanwhile, FBI sources admit that over 97% of individuals placed on the Terrorist Screening Data Base (TSDB) have no links to terrorism.
Cognitive warfare (CW) involves: a) covert trafficking, targeting, 24/7 active surveillance (including breaking and entering homes, cars, etc.), electronic tracking and hacking, and ritual abuse, torture, and murder of innocent citizens, b) weaponization of neuroscience and technology (NeuroS/T), c) covert targeting of individuals’ and populations’ brains worldwide, continuously, and ceaselessly, d) weaponization of anyone, everyone, and society itself, e) a secret War OF Terrorism via psycho-political/psychotronic warfare, f) exotic weapons-testing, mind control, no-touch torture/murder, and bio-engineering experimentation on nonconsensual human test subjects. According to “neuroweaponologist” and DARPA-EU consultant, Dr. James Giordano, a “whole of nation” approach is required to wage this “Manhattan Project For Counterterrorism” via neural warfare. CW “perps” (perpetrators) operate within “the Interagency,” including DoD, NATO, financial and political leadership, intelligence and security agencies and private sector cutouts, government agencies, law enforcement, the super-rich, and cooperating corporate, academic (especially neuroscientists, psychiatrists, and psychologists), medical, mafia, community-oriented policing (COPs), public-private partnerships (PPPs), and vigilante civilian groups. The “Interagency” is apparently controlled by Deep State racketeers (aka “the Enterprise,” “Brotherhood,” “Organization,” “Company,” “Agency,” and “International Zionist Criminal Syndicate”) that also traffic humans, children, sex, slaves, organs, illegal drugs, and arms worldwide. I believe the “program” is deeply satanic, that “perps” belong to interlocking destructive cults, and the master cult is the “Synagogue of Satan.” There is no statute of limitations for these capital crimes (treason, murder, attempted murder, torture), war crimes, and crimes against humanity.”

D. Final Hypothesis 334: Operation Crestone/Baca, Colorado involves the continuation of top-secret MKULTRA mind control experiments on local residents, cults, spiritual communities, spiritual seekers, and retreatants. Meditators, contemplatives, and retreatants tend to isolate themselves and hence, provide ideal guinea pigs for covert brain mapping via 24/7 remote neural monitoring, manipulation, and “harvesting of brainwaves.” Monitoring and manipulation of information, thoughts, emotional states, dreams, moods, etc. sent to and received from targeted individuals and groups via non-invasive neuroscience technologies (NeuroS/T) affords neuroscientists and “WINS” (warfare, intelligence, national security) operatives the opportunity to test and deploy “cognitive warfare” (CW) capabilities against American citizens.
Hypothesis 334 is herein proven.
E. Final Thoughts
In quote #24 above, Dr. Robert Duncan, ex-CIA neuroscientist, author of “Project Soul Catcher: Volume Two Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare Revealed” (2010) states:
“The most profound crime a government can do to an individual is peer into their minds without consent… They improve their techniques of manipulating the justice system and hacking politics during the process as well as the technical capabilities. The intelligence agencies have become a virus, a cancer, on all of humanity.”
Amen. These military-intelligence MKULTRA mind control-cult operations are so antithetical to what America stands for that the guilty parties must be prosecuted and punished to the full extent of the law post haste. Execution would be too kind for the members of these highly destructive cults. (“Ye shall know them by their fruit.” Matthew 7:16)
I have lived long enough and with enough integrity and discernment to begin to understand that I and indeed, all Americans, have been fooled for many decades via our governments’ psychological operations. Indeed, in many ways, we have lived in a false-matrix of disinformation, propaganda, and lies. These strategic deceptions and frauds comprise acts of information warfare against the American citizenry and hence, are antithetical to living in a free, constitutional Republic. In the case of Crestone/Baca, CIA-UN-MI6 “operations” exposed in this post include psychological, psychotronic, and cogntivive warfare. I suggest that disinformation and lies have been and are being used to coverup long-term covert nonconsensual human experimentation and concomitant organized stalking-electronic torture crimes (the TI program) perpetrated by plain-clothed special forces, ex-military and police, MKULTRA cults, citizen-vigilantes, etc. These domestic crimes must be exposed and rectified and the perpetrators must be punished poste haste.
President John F. Kennedy stated: “An error doesn’t become a mistake until you refuse to correct it.” This is why I have the temerity to insist that these crimes be exposed, the real truth of the matter established, false-fronts and frauds dismantled, and these criminals brought to justice. This series strongly suggests that the “Refuge of World Truths” is a massive con, a false-front deception perpetrated by “UN foreign agents”-“New World Order fifth columnists” who are hell bent on stealing our land and wealth and enslaving humanity through mind control, cognitive warfare, etc. But it appears that Crestone/Baca is more than simply a “Potemkin Village” false-front for intelligence and military operations. It has provided a beachhead for a strategic UN-driven military-style invasion that has allowed these fifth column enemies (yes, alas, including DoD, CIA, MKULTRA cults, etc.) to control and ultimately appropriate our land, resources, citizens, and nation.
Oh and BTW, it appears that UFOs, aliens, and MKULTRA cults of “the Mysterious Valley” are all just military psyops and for that matter, part of “cognitive warfare” against the domestic population. And 9/11 and the global warming fraud? Yep, you guessed it. Although for these we can apply the German term, “Weltanshaungskrieg” or “worldview warfare,” which is, of course, psychological and cognitive warfare.
