Webmaster Introduction: I believe the evidence is overwhelming that “Total Individual Control Technology” (TITC) has been beta tested on “targeted individuals” since at least the 1950’s by the US government. Evidence also indicates that TITC has now been implanted in “the vaxxed” as “Intra-body nano-network.” A coup against humanity has occurred that involves both mass murder and mass enslavement.

Below, is an email message I sent to someone involved with the Icator-class action lawsuit on behalf of targeted individuals, which, like the interview above, illustrates that the “Targeted Individual Program” and the Covid-19 injections are actually parts of the same long-term human enslavement operation.

This message is of the utmost importance. I have lately been researching the linkages between the TI program and the intra-corporate nano networks that seem to be (partially to completely?) installed in those “vaxxed” with the Covid jabs. This tech must also form the basis of Bill Gates’ total enslavement cryptocurrency patent, 060606 (See below link #7) and the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset/“Go Direct” to digital enslavement program (see below links #11 and 12)

I think it will be quite easy to prove, empirically if not legally, that the TI program has developed in secret since WWII by various governments, most notably the US and UK, and is directly related to the ongoing United Nations-World Economic Forum attempt to enslave humanity via installing self-assembling intra-body nano-tech into people through the so-called Covid injection. We can trace this “crime against humanity” to top-secret government projects of the US and UK, including the classified work of the Macy Conferences (1942-1953), UK’s Ratio Club, CIA-military MKULTRA-MONARCH mind control programs, etc.

I refer specifically to MIT’s Dr. Norbert Weiner’s 1955 invention of the auto-correlotor (in which he was able to decode and send and receive EEG patterns of his own brain from his computer along 12 different channels) and MKULTA Subproject 119 (1959) in which P.I. 1) This was the best interview you have ever given. Of course it’s all true.

Rense speculated that maybe five percent of the population knows about gangstalking, etc., but I don’t think that is anywhere near right. IMO practically nobody knows about this. People have no idea what is going on.

As you know, your average person is dumb as a brick and completely without knowlege. Even if you tried to explain all this garbage to them, they wouldn’t believe it.

And if Rense is correct about contamination of the unvaxxed via shedding, everybody is in huge trouble.

I live in Mexico and even though there was no real pressure to get the vax, the people all fell for the propaganda and believe the “virus” canard, so, anecdotally, I would say maybe 80 percent got vaxxed. Most still wear masks.

I wonder how the elite plan to avoid this nanoparticle contamination?

I was throwing the 5% just to be generous and to include those who may have heard the term, but have no knowledge of what it really signifies.

Hard core people who really understand it (the TI program) would amount to about 1%.

As for the shedding, unfortunately, we firmly believe we are correct. Wear a mask whenever you have to go into a store. 15 or 30 minutes won’t do any harm and WILL give you some protection from aerosols.

Here’s perhaps a better title for the post of our most recent interview- in case you and Ralph are correct that very, very few even know what the TI program is (I’ve now spelled out Targeted Individuals instead of just using Tis).

Personally, I think there are many, many millions of perps involved in the National Security Racketeering Network- from all ranks of society. And while they may know a lot about “the TI program”, they might call it something else, like “counter-terrorism,” “the bad-guy hunting business”, “Community-Oriented Policing (COPS),” etc. The NIH would have other names for involuntary test subjects based on their latest perversions of The Common Rule. DHS would refer to us TIs as “potential terrorist threats” or “persons of interest”. FBI would refer to us as “non-investigative subjects, and police would call us Tis, “Code 4: Silent Hits.”

We are calling it the “Targeted Individual Program”- a USAP- Unacknowledged Special Access Program (black project). But it’s all the same thing. It’s a HUGE program that goes by many, many different names.

I was 27 when it started and now I am 72. The saddest thing is not being able to have love or happiness with this “go between” there in the middle of all relationships.
