Friends,
As a result of my experiences with targeting over the many years, I now believe that we are used for multi-purposes. Think about all of the areas of our bodies and our minds that our attackers tamper with and probe: the brain itself, our internal organs, our limbs and hands and feet, the orchestrated scenarios or “dreams,” emphasis in many cases on sex (the programming to attempt to turn our thoughts to deviant sex, to change our sexual orientation, to think of everything in a sexual context, etc), our balance and hand-to-eye coordination, the interrogations for the V2K victims, our sciatic nerve and spinal column, even our daily habits, our method of entertainment, and many other areas.
If I am accurate in believing that we are multi-purposed, that belief opens doors to who might be behind our targeting. Who would be interested in and benefit from studying those areas listed above?
(1) Medical research institutes, including psychiatric clinics, would love to have real test subjects for studying and perhaps experimenting on various parts of the brain and their functions, our body nerves and circulation system, and our senses.
(2) Human studies institutes would be interested in our thoughts about and interactions with others.
(3) Government agencies such as CIA, FBI, DHS, the NSA would want to know how we think, what we think, and what we do as a result of how and what we think. They would also want to enhance their interrogation techniques. And they most certainly would want to know how they can manipulate human behavior by remote.
(4) Law enforcement would want to know how they can use targeting for control purposes, to predict crime and to interrogate suspects.
(5) Our personal adversaries (for whatever reason) would like to punish us for doing, saying, or writing something that they do not like. What better way to accomplish that than by using remote physical and neurological attacks upon their perceived enemies.
(6) Entertainment is a trillion dollar industry. Some of that entertainment is perverse. It’s entirely possible to consider that we might have a paying, invisible audience watching us as their own reality show, and we are the actors.
Once we are targeted, our body/mind invaders possess incredible power. They can decide who actually gets to operate the remote means to read our thoughts, hear our voices in a two-way communication system, play with our emotions, torture our bodies and minds, see what we do and where we go, watch who we interact with, etc. Money and greed can kick in that this point. It would be very tempting for the attackers who have targeted us to rent us out for the purposes already stated. The “owners” of the targets would have to determine which of the “renters” deal with which area. Although all groups would be able to see and hear us, all the groups would not, for example, be able to use V2K on us or read our minds. Each group would have to be assigned a particular area of usage that meets its purpose(s).
If we are indeed leased out to various individuals, groups, or organizations, those entities would not necessarily know about the other watchers/users. Actually, it probably would not matter if they did. Each group would watch (and sometimes interact with us) for its own reason(s). If I am right about our being multi-purposed, we have only one “owner,” but several or many viewers.
Just a few thoughts, based on fifty years of targeting experience, studying, observations, and communications with other targets.

As I have written over the years – I know for a fact that I am being marketed and sold for many purposes to
many paying customers since 1985. I am certain that this is the case for a large percentage of victims. Our attackers market our
knowledge and personal abilities which can be transferred to paying customers and others via electronic brain link.
We are being tried out by persons and customers that want to use or purchase us for a period of time. Some are long term.
In addition – they do have a variety of audiences which view us as amusement and entertainment.
There are sick audiences that enjoy watching when we are being attacked – tortured or forced to do things.

As a follow-up to Max’s and Jeffrey’s recent comments about TIs being owned and rented (i.e., that this is human trafficking)……
…. Mark Phillips, the man who de-programmed government MONARCH sex-slave, Cathy O’Brien, talks about our targeting-torture as “white slavery” and “predictably the largest “cottage industry” in terms of illicit profits, death and destruction to innocent victims…. in the 21st century”: He says:
“Trauma-based mind control, also aptly termed “white slavery” for the CHOSEN ONES IN THE 21ST Century, will be predictably the largest “cottage industry” in terms of illicit profits, death, and destruction of innocent victims…unless the trend is stopped and those responsible in government and the private sector are punished and the survivors/victims given qualified rehabilitative psychiatric care.”

I think Tis can work on many fronts to expose and defeat this atrocity:
1) the TJ and other lawsuits are great.
2) We can also join human rights groups as individuals and as groups and conjoin our cause with theirs.
3) We can make efforts to bring the various TI groups together internationally.
4) We can continue to do community outreach- with fliers, with articles, radio programs, TV programs.
5) We can continue our research and post this on websites, such as mind: gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com
6) We can write letters, emails to and call our political representatives.
7) We could even develop our own “Terrorism Watchlist”- only this time we list the real terrorists.
(I give TJ much well-deserved credit for their efforts along these lines).
Re: #7, for example, neuro-weaponologist and DARPA and Human Brain Project Consultant, Georgetown University’s, Dr. James Giordano, has a video where he admits that he and a few of his friends convinced the government to adopt a “whole of nation” approach to neurowarfare. Well, as our targeting and torture are obviously part of that great project, Giordano himself would certainly be a legitimate target for us. This could be accomplished in many ways, and the TI survivors know many of these methods.
Given that federal sources admit that well over 97% of the individuals (TIs) on the Terrorism Watch List are not terrorists, it is time for citizens who are illegally targeted to develop our own Terrorism Watch List to identify the real terrorists behind “the TI program.” (See: TargetedJustice’s $1.3 Billion Lawsuit Against DOJ, FBI, DHS On Behalf of Targeted Individuals (Jan 11, 2023) and Preliminary Injunction (Feb 5, 2023) W/ Webmaster’s Bullet Summaries Of Information Presented). In the FBI-DHS Fusion Center system, anyone can nominate anyone else as a potential terrorist threat.
SO…. while I know this is only scratching the surface of those who are perps, my 4 nominations today for OUR (TIs and freedom lovers) top, “Known or Suspected Terrorists” (KST) and high-value targets (TIs) (based on considerable research; see this website, gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com), are:
1) ex-Admiral John Pointdexter, convicted felon for his role in the Iran-Contra Scandal (with “The Enterprise” criminal syndicate) and committing multiple perjuries before Congress and creator and Director of Total Information Awareness, which morphed into Palantir Technologies, Inc.
2) Alex Karp, CEO of Palantir, advanced software for surveilling, tracking, targeting, destroying “terrorists”
3) neuro-weaponologist, Dr. James Giordano of Georgetown University, and (“expert” on the Havana Syndrome, you bet he is, he’s doing it to others, confessions below)
4) Dr. James Canton of Global Futures, etc. (“expert” on the Havana Syndrome, you bet he is, he’s doing it to others, confessions below)
Here’s a little about each. You can pin these photos and bios on your walls just as the US military, FBI, CIA, etc. have done in COINTELPRO, MHCHAOS, and Phoenix Programs (and still do, I think, along with DHS) with civil rights activists, anti-war activists, critics of government, veterans, Christians, constitutionalists, patriots, and other upstanding citizens. Indeed, all Americans should probably have these photos on their walls as high value targets and enemies of humanity, truth, freedom, etc.
1) Admiral John Pointdexter: ex-Admiral, convicted felon, member of the international Iran-Contra arms and drug smuggling network terme “The Enterprise,” Creator and Director of Total Information Awareness (TIA) program (which he called “the Manhattan Project for counterterrorism”). This DARPA-Pentagon program was rejected by the American people as too invasive but now it operates anyway in a Public-Private-Partnership, Palantir Technologies, Inc. founded by Jew, Peter Thiel and now headed by Jew, Alex Karp. This is the total surveillance, tracking, information gathering program that facilitates the “man-hunting business.” (Referred to by Dr. James Canton below- probably Jewish)- which of course, refers to our targeting, etc.

On TIA- From wikipedia:
Total Information Awareness (TIA) was a mass detection program by the United States Information Awareness Office. It operated under this title from February to May 2003 before being renamed Terrorism Information Awareness.[1][2]
Based on the concept of predictive policing, TIA was meant to correlate detailed information about people in order to anticipate and prevent terrorist incidents before execution.[3] The program modeled specific information sets in the hunt for terrorists around the globe.[4] Admiral John Poindexter called it a “Manhattan Project for counter-terrorism”.[5] According to Senator Ron Wyden, TIA was the “biggest surveillance program in the history of the United States”.[6]
Congress defunded the Information Awareness Office in late 2003 after media reports criticized the government for attempting to establish “Total Information Awareness” over all citizens.[7][8][9]
Although the program was formally suspended, other government agencies later adopted some of its software with only superficial changes. TIA’s core architecture continued development under the code name “Basketball.” According to a 2012 New York Times article, TIA’s legacy was “quietly thriving” at the National Security Agency (NSA).[10]
Webmaster comment: Regarding the importance of the connection between targeting and “The Enterprise” (exposed during the Iran-Contra affair by Christic Institute and other sources), two brilliant TIs (targeted individuals), Dr. Rauni Kilde, former Chief Medical Officer of Northern Finland, and Kay Griggs, ex-wife of Marine Corps Col. George Griggs, trace their targeting to “The Organization” and “The Brotherhood,” respectively. I believe the “Enterprise,” “Organization,” and “Brotherhood” are names applied to the same criminal syndicate. Both of these brilliant and tortured women believed that this criminal network was run by Jews.

“Neural nets at the core of AI involve over a trillion dollars of financial trading… So neuro is likely a game changer, and it has much larger impact domains when it’s in the wild (webmaster: i.e., secretly used against “targets” in society)…. Neuronal self-assembly and nano-technology…. one of the factors of neuro-science – The dark side is the weaponization of these technologies… These (Cuban and Chinese) embassy attacks are directed, purposeful, and targeted at a particular population that is targeted and chosen…” Neurotechnology will drive the next “hybrid war,” which has already started… Everything that can be made can be hacked. Neuro-hacking includes the ability to create thoughts and blend it with AI. These devices that we think were used externally or possibly internally (in the Cuban embassy attacks). Or they are are tied to other sensors, or flyables, drones… Neuro-hacking allows us to adjust memories at the nano-scale.
I came up with the concept of “Dark Networks” when I was advising SOCOM (US Special Operations Command) on this concept of “Bad Guy Hunting-Targeting”….. Just like Wal-Mart has a supply chain, Dark Networks have supply chains. Their goal is to produce disruption and conflict. So if you are in the Bad-Guy Hunting Business (i.e., the targeted individual program!), you’ve got to have a supply chain.”

These four known terrorists (KST) are some of our top slave-masters. I nominate them… as random strangers have nominated us to the Terrorism Watchlist. They are the real terrorists behind our targeting and torture. Our civil liberties are guaranteed by the US Constitution, which does not support a system of rich slave-masters and poor slaves. Hence, these criminals/terrorists must be tried, convicted, and punished accordingly. (Pointdexter was tried and convicted but not punished or his role in Iran-Contra.).
However, I believe these atrocities will persist until they are actually stopped one way or another. Hence, I believe we Tis must find creative ways to turn this thing around so that the real terrorists are exposed and pay for their crimes. Meanwhile, it continues because it’s a lucrative business for these monsters and our targeting is their protection racket in that it allows them to silence and neutralize those who oppose their criminality. BUT… when truth confronts power, it eventually prevails.
