On September 16, 2003, George W. Bush issued Homeland Security Presidential Directive 6 (HSPD-6), which was intended to collect information on individuals who “are or have been engaged in acts constituting, in preparation for, in support of, or associated with terrorism.” Based on this directive, a database was created that is still used by security agencies worldwide today: The Terrorist Screening Data Base (TSDB). Attorney Ana Toledo has filed a lawsuit on behalf of TargetdJustice, one of the largest Targeted Individuals groups in the world, challenging the use of this database. There is clear evidence that Targeted Individuals worldwide are listed in this very database, even though the criteria specified in the Presidential Directive do not apply to them. In an interview with Harald Brems, Ana Toledo explains the background to the lawsuit.

Es wird wohl für viele von uns eine unangenehme Überraschung, wenn nicht vielleicht sogar für die meisten von uns , wenn wir feststellen, dass wir nicht auf der Liste stehen. Denn das, was die Geheimdienste können, können schon längst die Wirtschaftsunternehmen, soweit sie finanzkräftig sind und sie haben vielleicht sogar noch mehr zu verlieren und sorry:
Es geht auch ohne Satelliten, dann jedoch nicht mit den neu entwickelten Hochleistungswaffen, da sind wir uns einig. Die sind auch nicht nötig, sondern mit zu Waffen umfunktionierten Geräten, die nicht ionisierende, gebündelte Strahlung emittieren, die dann natürlich auch Leute brauchen, die sie bedienen, denn ein Opfer bewegt sich..
Ich finde es eines TIs nicht würdig, sich über die Erfahrungen und Beobachtungen anderer TIs lustig zu machen und zu glauben, man sei im Besitz der allein gültigen Meinung. Es ist mit Sicherheit ein Teil der Wahrheit, der hier beschrieben wird, aber nicht die alleingültige absolute Wahrheit.
Ich persönlich stehe mit Sicherheit nicht auf dieser Liste, auch wenn gilt. Viel Feind, viel Ehr. Ich würde lieber eine Terrorist sein, als dem schlichten Mammon auf den Fuß getreten zu sein, aber es ist nun mal nicht meine Wahrheit.
Ich muss mich also selbst retten. Danke trotzdem.
Wenn der Prozess erfolgreich ist, werden wir alle in geringerer Erklärungsnot sein.

I’ve been taken to the point of fainting and it feels like to the brink of death. I have been being abused since 1983. I remember a person I worked with say to me “nobody hates you Cheryl” I looked at her as to wit ” wtf!” I wasn’t even thinking about that. I looked at her as if she was crazy. Well that says to me she knew something was going on. It was a young man child who had this done to me. What a man child. I actually like that p.o.s. like he could have been my friend but he didn’t want that so I was like live and let live. I had respect, he obviously not! I’m being attacked 24/7/364 nonstop torture. I tried to get in this lawsuit but by the time my targeting situation allowed me to we search it was to late.
