In my opinion, the information provided in the brief youtubes and explanatory text by Bryan Tew below could be invaluable to and hence, should probably be carefully studied by all Targeted Individuals! Herein, Bryan Tew explains the SMART SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM utilized in SMART CITIES that integrates data gathered through continuous surveillance which is ultimately guided by Artificial Intelligence Supercomputers. Your tax dollars at work, it seems! If this scenario proves correct, TIs are non-consensual lab rats being used to perfect this total-lock down, New World Order (UN Agenda 21) control system.

By marrying the concepts of Crime Analytics and Predictive Policing, Artificial Intelligence Supercomputers – via a separate INTRANET connection – are using a strategy called INTER-CONNECTION – via the INTERNET. This system allows for exchange of REAL TIME data and information between community-based agents, police, and their Army of Informants/Provocateurs regarding the location and activities of the victim. This is achievable in real time because of the Internet (social media, etc.).
The RNM System that targets Mind Control victims with Remote Neural Monitoring/Remote Neural Manipulation is able to piggyback off of these EXASCALE Artificial intelligence Systems at the speed of light in real time to better target, harass, distract, and torture the victim into submission to the RNM System’s influences. The system constantly targets the victims communications, financial transactions, and other daily activities, interjecting chaos and disruption to create a PSYCHOTRONIC CONCENTRATION CAMP that the Mind Control victim cannot break out of, much less even recognize.
This system also allows the Targeted Individual’s daily activities and other information to be more effectively triaged, analyzed for actionable insights, and subsequently disseminated to the appropriate agencies and individuals (Community-Based Agents, Organized Stalkers, etc.) in a useful time frame.
It allows Community-Based Agents, police officers, and other (intelligence) analysts to detect the CHOICE REFERENCE PATTERNS of the mind control victim as they are forming, enabling the community-based agents to take proactive measures to stay ahead of and evaluate any new incident patterns throughout the city as the Targeted Individual tries to function and survive. The system allows the Fusion Centers to forecast the favorite ‘hot spots’ of the Targeted Individual to proactively allocate resources and deploy personnel (Organized Stalking) resulting in improved force effectiveness to NEUTRALIZE the Activist, Dissident, and Whistle Blower in real time.
For example, digital video around the world is growing, both in the private sector and the public sector. Cities like San Diego, for example, have very high concentrations of and coverage by surveillance cameras for monitoring everything from public transportation to general activity. The RNM System uses analytics in conjunction with these digital video systems for real-time operations and can generate alerts based on certain events concerning the victim. The system is also used as a forensic tool against the victim (e.g.: Stalking). The RNM System uses video analytics to look back and reconstruct what has happened with the Targeted Individual and see if there are conclusions to be drawn, by way of an automated Artificial Intelligence Model.
