I am so scared as unknown people can read my mind through “synthetic telepathy”. I believe this was affected during spinal surgery, possibly including an implant. Of course , on top of my neighbors “ESP” ( it’s one way, I can’t read anyone’s mind). Also 24/ surveillance including hacked phones, gangstalking, mini cameras and listening devices in my home. I want to reverse this, of course, without revisiting a thoracic spine laminectomy. Any suggestions? Also can synthetic telepathy be activated without an implant.
