James Martinez was a protege of Walter Bowart, author of Operation Mind Control (1978) and Operation Mind Control Researcher’s Edition (1994). Together, Bowart and Martinez founded the Freedom of Thought Foundation in the 1990s. So he is a pioneer in this field of research. He knows what he’s talking about!!!!
“MKULTRA never ended. We’re in it right now. Maintaining our cognitive liberty supercedes the Constitution and everything else. I was recently asked to be the chief advisor on a committee on Brain-Computer-Interface as relating to determining international standards for technology. These committees represent the various nations.
These committees determine what will happen when you interface the brain, the computer, AI and quantum… This will end everything. This will decapitate our relationship to God. We’ll become cybernetic. We’ll be silicon-based life forms. Most people will walk right into it. BCI is tied into everything… our warfare systems, our banking system, this is an extinction level event. You will no longer be an organic, free-will human being. You now will be fused, tied-in to the Cloud.”
They want everyone distracted, with all these dramatic news events, the Epstein files, Gaza and everything else. Palantir is aiding and abetting the end of our species. People are cloning their personalities, their voices. No laws are on the books to deal with any of this.
Some people’s bodies are being used as energy-chargers for the Cloud, if they’ve had the kill shot. Other people that don’t have nano-tech in their blood or their skin can still be transmitted synthetic telepathy, their moods can be changed, and schizophrenia can be induced.
The World Economic Forum and others have bragged they want to kill off most of humanity. This is invisible. This is part of CIA MKULTRA, the corporations’ aiding and abetting… including the computer industry, the cell phone industry, the cell-tower industry, the satellite industry. Subjects need to be cybernetic with their devices. This has already altered biological behavior. They need to have the legal compliance of the states’ that are putting up the towers.
People in Congress have testified about NeuroStrike and other directed energy weapons being used against the public (targeted individuals or TIs). Remember, to perfect weapons systems, you need to test them. So the TI’s are the test subjects for this system. There are people who under attack with these weapons systems. And it’s been labeled Havana Syndrome. This basically cancels all types of borders, etc.
We have a breakaway civilization that has decided they don’t need us anymore. Part of this occurred in 1947 with the passage of the National Security Act (creating the CIA). Then they secretly perfected all these sciences. And they had the national security clause to protect their activities for all these years.
The goal is upgrade or alter our species while killing it off. It’s been decided by multiple groups of people. The World Economic Forum is the public arm of this breakaway civilization. So people like Yuval Noah Harari talk about humans as “hackable animals.” They want to create a synthetic silicon based human that will be fused with technology. Basically, it will dissolve the boundaries between your inner world and your outer world.
If I want to get rid of you I can just kill you or I can change you and manipulate you to your death. This is the most lethal and dangerous technology to humanity. The head of Palantir, Peter Thiel, is aiding and abetting the end of your free will, your ability to make decisions. People are calling him the anti-Christ. And he may be.
Why am I sounding the alarm about this now? I found out that the committee I was asked to participate in was not funded and was not backed by the US government. The committee was being ignored. Furthermore, we were taking orders from China. But a lot of the power was given to China by our leaders. The Chinese are running us in this area. The United States is occupied right now.
Weapons systems, drones etc are now being run by peoples’ brains in real time in real operations. These people would have some sort of brain implant chip. In other words, the operators themselves are chipped and controlled. I’ve talked to people like this.
Whose doing this? Palantir, Google, DARPA, Department of Defense, Europe, the Soviets, everyone’s involved in this because it’s the high-ground of warfare.
This is the spiritual fight of all fights. Dr. Jose Delgado (CIA psychiatrist of Princeton) said in the future we’ll have a “psycho-civilized society.”
Your elected officials are responsible for this. They are supposed to be informing the public about this. They are not.
How do we fight this. It will be done in court. Go to your County court recorder and make a declaration of your freedom of thought. That you are free. You set the stage for future litigation. I will put a pending declaration on my substack. I’m trying to give a legal remedy to the public. Pay attention to what Palantir is doing. Pay attention to lawsuits that will be filed on this against Peter Thiel and Elon Musk.
Don’t allow these technologies to run you. These people don’t care about you. They just don’t care. You have to declare your rights. Elected officials should be doing what I’m doing now. But they aren’t.
