Part I. New York Nano: Maple Nation Transmutes Neurotech Empire
Alison McDowell: The Internet of Bodies (IOB), Internet of Bio-Nano Things (IOBNT) (of Covid) is to create ubiquitous sensing environments that integrate our bodies into electronic systems. And graphene nanomaterials are an important building block for that. I think the goal (of Covid) is not actually mass death. What they want is data analytics and the metaverse built. And they’ve built these social impacting schemes around all of this. I’d say the goal is create chronic illness. It’s like a parasite. They can weaken the host but they can’t kill the host. (So Covid is) A grand experiment across various geographies and groups with different genetic structures. The goal of the experiment is to launch the Internet of Bodies and integrating graphene, as dispersed in the atmosphere, into our biological systems. To do this, they need to find ways to make graphene more biocompatible.
I would say that the powers that be, the masters of the universe who imagine themselves as gods are looking to convert all life into electronic devices, including human beings. They’ll start with the plants (cyborg botany) and then gradually work their way up to more complex life systems. They are now turning plants into sensors so you can interact with the plant. So living things are actually now being turned into elements of the panopticon. The next phase is probably humanity. They are creating nanoelectronics that can self-assemble into the plants as an antennae (and graphene is part of that) when they are exposed to certain frequencies. A lot of the AI tracking probably has to do with tracking the dosing of graphene in the body to make it more biocompatible.
In the past, I’ve talked about how impact investing and pathways and putting people through their paces with biosensors feeds the data to feed the hive mind consciousness toward the singularity. This is about more than just turning us into humanized robots.
At about 36:00 – 40:00 minutes: This is all about harvesting our life force to unlock the key of life. They believe that this would allow them to become God and replace God. This idea of longevity is to replace our material cells with nanoelectronics to turn us into electrical systems that are outside of bodies. For 20 years, they have been working with MIT among others on mind uploads and looking at human life as just a data fabrication zone, or a substrate independent mind that exists outside a material body. What they most need to accomplish this is to develop:
1) and refine the tech and
2) an extensive library of neurons, of neural function and morphology, to match their tech and to get it to get work.
So if we understand the coding, the tracking, the graphene, the biosensors, the systematizing of life into this larger library system. That it is about building up the library, that the AI tracking tied to the (Covid) medical interventions are probably about setting up the infrastructure for these libraries.

I believe the end goal is “full spectrum dominance.” It’s a military term, but actually dominating life from the microbiome all the way up to the atmosphere and the satellites and the cosmos. To merge humans and computers; that this is all happening in a military construct; that it’s actually forced evolution in a military environment. That they are working to make consciousness mechanical, and to use our lives to actually power the computer that they are building. That potentially, this forced evolution into a consciousness that exists outside of our biological substrate, to turn us into SIMS, it could be a platform for extra-planetary travel. That your consciousness would be uploaded and then more portable in that format. And that cybernetics is central, that engineering your behavior to get that digital twin model with AI.
I talked about the perpetual pandemic and the World Bank being central to the program of getting the data harvest and keeping this social control system. That this narrative we are being fed is to keep everybody in fear and to isolate and divide people from each other as they get the data that they want. That the infrastructure has been going in regarding the sensor network for the spatial web which is 5 and 6G, with multiple other Gs planned. The bio-nanotech. Your biometric identity will link you to the software. That virology is the invisible enemy; it obscures the nanoweapons, the neurotech that we are talking about. That digital twinning is central to creating this separate consciousness, that this will be hung on digital health records and linked to cell atlases and other biocomputing and bioinformatic and genomic research. And that the impact investing is essentially a way of keeping people enslaved and dependent on the state and to track it all on a blockchain ledger system. And the end product here is the centaur (cyborg).*
What we are eventually looking at the development of a green energy system with piezoelectric energy harvested system that will be human life.
What we are engaged in now is a military engagement based on information systems.

So it really is about systematizing life and reducing any natural serendipity or chaos of the living force into something that can be managed from a computer space. This human+ idea, transhumanism, that cyborgs (centaurs) are what it is aiming for. That graphene is a central part of this as the world’s first 2-dimensional material. That the digital twins that they will use with the biosensors will seek to usurp our birthright and break our real relationships and push us into the metaverse through this blockchain wallet portal. By pushing us into the metaverse through this blockchain portal Everything becomes aggregated for computer-machine learning and disaggregated in terms of our relationships to each other and the land. That this is all unfolding through the narrative of a faux “sustainability,” a faux “social justice.” The solutions that are going to be offered that are data driven and tied to digital surveillance and gamified pathways that allow hedge fund betting on futures markets is really about making us rats in the maze and controlling us through nudges and that is not what we want.
But in the end, that is not our destiny. That love will win, but that we have to stand as keepers of life and we have to say that we are not afraid. We just have to do the work.
It is unlikely that we will prevail against DARPA and Goldman Sachs if we stay in their game. So we have to find a way to function outside of their game.
The Empire is attempting to jam our signals. We need heart energy to disrupt that. I see this very much as an engagement of the sacred against the profane.
I think what’s coming is AI as this “settler-colonizer.” The settler-colonizer doesn’t only seek control of the “natives” who inhabited the space before them, it also seeks to remove them entirely. So this is a colonization project. Indigenous erasure is essential here.

Many can’t comprehend that the institutions of government, the military, education, social care, health, etc. could be arrayed against us in this way.
The 2001 Space Preservation Act (H.R. 2977, 107th), sponsored by Dennis Kucinich, sought to ban the following weapons/weapons systems:
1) electronic, psychotronic or information weapons
2) chemtrails
3) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems
4) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic or ultrasonic weapons
5) laser weapons systems
6) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons
7) chemical, biological, environmental, climate or tectonic weapons
The bill failed to pass but did accurately describe some of the “exotic” weapons deployed by the DoD against civilian populations of the world today. Some of these technologies are framed as dual use (to help and to harm, i.e., medicine and military).
We are existing under a Space Fence, with Lockheed Martin in control of that. Our lives are being controlled by geofencing. We will be able to use our satellites to create an augmented reality layer on your world and add lots of information of various times, but it’s going to be backed by the CIA. And we will be able to create borders at will, not national borders, anything from your home to your state border.
…. It is not the immigrants that are the problem. At this point, this new version of globalization will pit every human being on the planet against every other human being. So we need to come at this from a place of global solidarity. Because the game we are in is a global game. It is the elite sociopath transhumanists against everyone else.
They are looking to create a militarized sensory environment… that is a sensor-based, spatial-based, blockchain network under militarized surveillance. This is a military engagement based on information systems. Here is a 1996 Air Force document that explains this:
They want to deny us access to the real world and force us into a dimensional metaverse, which is a militarized space, a military psyop.
They are reimagining evolution (2.0) so they can control it. this is happening through the Selfish-Ledger Program, a thought experiment of Google from 2016. They want to track every bit of data about you to build these twins. They want to create a digital system through nudges and leaderboards to make you give up all of your data to make you a digital twin. It’s all linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
At 135:00: On Cybernetics and the Macy Conferences: The work of Dr. Norbert Weiner (MIT mathematician, cybernetician) in the 1940s is central to all this early work in AI and computing. The idea is engineering life. We need to look at what has been happening in lab trials with rats and mice with different biosensor technology and nanotech technologies. I have been in touch with a number of people who have been targeted by nanotechnology systems so it seems pretty clear that the trials for these technologies are happening beyond rats and mice at this point but are extending out to nonconsensual human experimentation. (Webmaster Comment: These are the “targeted individuals.”). The United Nations has looked into this and have to put on a show about caring about this.
They’ve developed humanized mice. Chimeras are blended beings. Genetic modification has been happening cross species. The biotech industry has been going down this road of bioengineering in ways that are very disturbing. The activists in the GMO space don’t understand that GMO is applied to all beings including humans. We have to look and see what’s happening to the mice. Because the plans for the mice are the plans for all of life, including the people.
This is a system where they developed a way to use light stimulation (optogenetics technologies) of neurons to get mice to crave certain objects. Most devices we are using can blink lights without you even knowing it. Unless you understand that there can be cellular engineering happening that changes how your neurons function and how your behaviors are linked to use of light and LED light and photo-stimulation, it’s pretty scary. What they are talking about is object-craving behavior. They are working on neuro-marketing in the space of advertising, now down to the neuro level. So I would argue that the billionaires see us no different than mice. We are just livestock to be managed.
… Re: the Internet of Bodies: The weaponization of health systems. Signals intelligence is about managing human life processes as dots and dashes, in morse code-type electrical signaling. Signals intelligence (SIGINT) is used both in financial markets and in military operations as well. Satellite surveillance systems can track uptake of vaccines in Africa. The IoB, Risks and Opportunities.
All of this is being driven by risk analysis and predictive profiling for human capital markets. Also, the SIGINT runs to both financial markets and the military. Once you regard life as just electrical engineering signals and equations, I think you lose a sense of the sacredness of all of the life on this planet.
Microsoft is working on the planetary computer and the bar code of life. Chan Zuckerberg is donating many millions to support the development of a human cell atlas in San Francisco. They have a biohub at the University of California in San Francisco. The goal is to understand life as a machine. They are trying to engineer both the biological processes of life (the body/Internet of Bodies) and the education system (the mind/Internet of Minds).
A lot of this research is framed as longevity research. This is central to the transhumanist game. The end goal is a substrate independent mind that exists outside of your physical body. Your consciousness is captured in a matrix outside of your body. It is transformed to a digital format. So DARPA is trying to optimize our bodies to a post-human future. This is all embedded both in medical and military research. It’s all framed as “dual-use” technology. So it’s often pitched as medical advancement. But what they are really advancing is a post-human future.

2:12:00 – 2:31:00: Cybernetics, Cybertorture, Biosensors, Implants, Targeted Individuals, Digital Twins, Ractors
The machine learning systems are always about weights applied to information as it is being processed in the mind. And if you understand that graphene, this two-dimensional wonder material supposedly discovered in Manchester, England in 2004, is being connected to neural function. And that in the quest to decode life, to create a “substrate-independent mind,” that they are looking to build a massive library of neuronal functions… the idea of how they are using graphene in our minds to crack not just the code of biological function but consciousness in this cybernetic/engineering system is pretty incredible.
This is the information about biosensor technologies and Ractors.
I need to come up with a book list. One book that has influenced my thinking is “The Diamond Age,” by Neal Stephenson (1995), which is prescient in all of these areas. The key story line is that a bespoke nanotechnology engineer designed a primer, that is actually a sentient Ipad, that is accessed with a tutor in it. And the tutor is a person who is remote and who with sensor technology like motion-capture technology, is acting out and teaching a young girl in another country. The girl is in Asia and the teacher is on the West Coast of the US. And the teacher is what’s called a “Ractor.” It’s like an actor, but in one of these simulation games.
I think, increasingly, the use of biosensors, motion-capture technology and digital twinning is about manipulating people through electrical remote stimulation to be sort of like puppets under control of the military-industrial complex. As people have reached out to me to share their stories, this is what they are experiencing and I think this is a lead up to the mass use of nano-electronic systems to compel people through digital nudges, being like literal electronic sequencing, whether it is causing pain or done in ways they may not even be aware of, to influence their behavior in ways that are either tied to impact investment deals or behavior that will allow the AI to collect the data that it wants to pursue this campaign to conquer a life.
A lot of this is about gamification and linking social impact finance to turning, with augmented reality, the whole world into a literal game and then placing people, through tracking them with digital identity systems, as players in the game.
This does connect very directly to this 1997 gathering in which the entertainment industry and the defense department industry came together and what was birthed out of that was University of Southern California’s Institute for Creative Technologies. There’s a lot going on in southern California with the intersection of Hollywood and the military and also UCLA, which is in the same area. Deborah Estrin, is a major player in the biosensor space and health data analytics, and is part of the Commons Project, and out on Roosevelt Island, the Cornell Technion, the Small Data Lab is there. So the Southern California military-entertainment (academic) nexus is really important. The ractors are in the book, the Diamond Age.
(Webmaster comment: This collaboration of the entertainment, defense, and academic sectors in California in the late 1990s helps explain the appearance of a series of movies that came out at that time which depicted some of the ways that targeted individuals are attacked. See: Enemy of the State, The Game, and The Truman Show among others. In each of these, the main character depicts the plight of a TI.)
These ractors are almost like steered beings. Maybe that steering is happening through painful interventions and maybe that steering is happening in a way that is so subtle that you aren’t even aware of it yourself.
This is a diagram that helps understand how cybernetics works. The word cybernetics comes from the Greek word “kubernetes,” which is steering. In Latin, the word is “Governor.” The idea is that you have a sensor and there is a set goal and that it re-engineers based on directing the activity towards the intended goal. In the diagram, there is a course that is set for a ship. The diagonal lines are winds and tides. There’s a course that is set for that ship. There’s a harbor there. If you understand someone’s life pathway. If you understand the social impact finance deal that is connected to directing people along a certain line, of engineering people’s behavior to get to a certain outcome. And as I mentioned that hedge funds are actually placing bets on whether or not you will get to the harbor and/or get to it in the right way. The boat gets off of course and the errors get corrected.
I want to make this strong point: As we understand the idea of the universal empire, of breaking the code of life, of steering human beings through that selfish-ledger, the Google, Larmarckian code breaking the intelligent design of life to become God that they are going to start, and increasingly through AI, that they will put all living beings on courses that will let them get the data that they most desire. And that they will be aggregating that data not only through wearable technology but through bio-sensor technology that is learning you at the level of your own neural function. It’s creating that neuronal library that the creates the substrate-independent mind. that they can then feed into the singularity to trigger this code breaking.
It’s really important to know that you’re not going to get to pick which harbor you go to. The course is set. The course is set through the lockdowns and the overall surveillance state that’s being imposed and through the digital currency and through the biosensors, the course will be set for you by someone else. Whether that course is education, mental health, health behaviors, housing, food resources, you are being steered as a puppet.
Re: This infographic: This article from Nano Energy is entitled: “The Development of Neural Interfaces and Energy Harvesters Towards Self-Powered Implantable Systems For Health Care Monitoring and Rehabilitation Purposes” (2019). And again, this is always framed as dual use. (Medical and military, help vs. harm). They will use these technologies that help people with neural-muscular issues, people with Parkinsons, with strokes, diabetes, other medical issues that sound very legitimate. But what happens when you implant these self-powered sensors into people who are perfectly healthy for purposes of social control?
This is the implantable system (per above diagram).
1) This is how the system can be stimulated: electrically, optically (through light), chemically, magnetically (pertains to graphene oxide and magnetism), and ultra sound frequencies.
2) The data can be transmitted through: ultrasound, wires, or radio-frequencies. (This is about inputs and outputs, information theory.)
3) The power source for the system can come from: its own energy harvesting, batteries, through EM frequencies and ultrasound, and by energy harvested from the person themselves with how the biosensors operate within them.
4) What kind of data can it take in? electrical, information (neural function), pressure, biomarkers, and temperature.
If you understand that the bio-surveillance state is linked to health systems engineering and the goal is to have lots of us with lots of sensors. The more sensors, the more data, the faster their code breaking will happen. The whole idea of of the dangers of asymptomatic people who are perfectly healthy who also need to get these sensors. You can never tell that you are healthy. This will be increasingly determined by the experts and that is all electrical models and stimulation models. Using algorithms, they can essentially recreate the world to be whatever they want. They can engineer it in virtual space and have those virtual worlds have direct consequences for our own material world. I think the sensors are for building out the digital twin and that the electronic records and blockchain are part of that.
On Dr. James Giordano, Biosensors Dual Use Cyber Torture
Dr. James Giordano, University of Georgetown professor of neuroscience and DARPA consultant, is sort of the front face for the military use of neuroweapons and the ethics of neuroweapons. But no one is saying that we shouldn’t have neuroweapons. But information warfare is down to your neural function. we are thinking about. When we think about cyber warfare we are talking about hackable human beings down to a nano electronic level that can be used to cause harm and to engineer people in ways that they have no idea that they are being engineered.
The UN General Assembly Human Rights Council in March, 2020 was gathering evidence and information in a special report about torture and punishment. I don’t harbor expectations that anything will come of this. All this could just be a fishing expedition to see what information people are willing to share about this. But the document does document cyber torture.
It says: “A particular area of concern, that does not seem to have received sufficient attention, is the possible use of various forms of information and communication technologies (“cybertechnologies”) for purposes of torture. Although the promotion, protection, and enjoyment of human rights on the Internet has been repeated addressed by the Human Rights Council, torture (has not).”
So they are acknowledging that this kind of torture is a real and present danger. Continuing from the report:
“In practice cybertechnology already plays the role of an “enabler” in both physical and psychological forms of torture, most notably through the collection and transmission of surveillance information and instructions to interrogators (webmaster: i.e., torturers) through the dissemination of audio and video recordings of torture or murder for the purposes of intimidation, or even “live streaming” of child sexual abuse “on demand” of voyeuristic clients, and increasingly, also through the remote control or manipulation of stun belts, medical implants, or conceivably, nanotechnological or neurotechnological devices. Cybertechnology can also be used to inflict, or contribute to severe mental suffering, while avoiding the conduit of the physical body, most notably through intimidation, harassment, surveillance, public shaming and defamation, as well as appropriation, deletion or manipulation of information.”
Here they (United Nations Human Rights Counsel) are acknowledging the existence of this very real concern. Increasingly, from what I’ve heard from individuals, that when they are talking about surveillance situations, this is becoming almost a game, like a gig economy platform where civilians are integrated into the game like larping live action roleplay where they engage in harassment of targeted individuals (TIs) in conjunction with these augmented reality sensing systems, which is pretty terrible.
This is a letter to this UN Report in June, 2020 out of Madrid.
There is a group in Spain called Victims of Electronic Torture (VIATEC). They represent some 145 victims (TIs) on this website but we know there are many more than that out there. So we have to understand the cybernetics and the neurowarfare and the neuroweapons as graphene becomes more and more wrapped up into the equation and the digital twinning in the conversation.
These are some messages sent to me from someone who has been targeted for about 6 years and who is very thoughtful about integrating the information I have shared about global finance into their lived experience.
Alison: Again, all of these systems are embedded in the Department of Homeland Security and the Fusion Centers.
Alison: I would say, infiltrating them is really getting sensor technology into people who are in a sense bystanders and victims in all of this to see how they operate in the game.
Alison: So again, that is talking about how many of these things seem socially acceptable on the surface. But the dual use functions that are involved are horrific. And very few people in the spaces of academia, non-profits, philanthropy, and the military are willing to talk about it.
I’ve had some people tell me that sleep is when they are particularly targeted with frequencies remotely. And this person says:
Alison: We know that recently the whole Edge net computing around Amazon that can ring doorbells and how they are all being integrated so if we imagine that as a frequency weapon system that’s important. And this person, as part of their colonization by these technologies, which I believe are both nano-electronic and fungal, they talk about a metamorphosis happening to them:
Alison: So there are very specific physiological things that are happening that are part of the continuium of the human-computing interface, they’re humanizing the robots and robotizing the people. Internet of Body systems that present in different ways. I believe that Morgellons is a manifestation of that.

These people are about harvesting life. Literally, they think of us as talking animals. This level of control of nature is an abomination.
Many states have chosen to build their economies on biotech and synthetic biology and nanotechnology. I think the cost of that is that we will be forced to live in a virtual world run by the CIA. Knowing our experience of MKULTRA and nonconsensual human experimentation.
Digital Twinning/Human Augmentation. All of this is coming out of the war machine.

Pierre Olmidyar (founder of Ebay and Jewish Billionaire)- is a real player in all this. He has advanced the idea of a universal world digital identity…. Good identity. The UK Ministry of Defense documentation is talking about all kinds of human augmentation. Sensory augmentation.
Many TIs have had their senses hijacked and these technologies are used to cause pain in them. Remote neural stimulation, navigating all this through an augmentated reality framework. The electronics programs in alignment with your genetic material (biome) and tuning the brain interfaces at the nano-level, whether that is done through nanowires or nano-computing systems or associated pharmaceuticals that go along with that. Many of these programs have already been undertaken by the military in the supersoldier program.
They are about engineering the whole world. They imagine augmented reality as different layers of GIS (Geographic Information Systems). That they would create interfaces for our neurons for how we process our emotions. They are talking about digitizing all levels of life and reality. Time is being coded into this.
They want to know who’s going to run outside the system, as in the movie Logan’s Run. Big energy/big oil is at the middle of all of this. And also this social impact innovation hub. So it is quite a wedding of biotech and social innovation. This whole program is being driven with central banking money.
3:15: Neuro Modulation and Mental Hygiene: 2016 paper entitled: Neuromodulation of Group Prejudice and Religious Belief by Holbrook, C., et. al., in Social Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience.
Alison: This is a paper from the University of Oxford (England). This relates to managing people’s faith, managing hygiene around what you allowed to think and what you are not allowed to think surrounding certain faith practices. We need to understand all of this within the context of Tavistock Institute (London) and the CIA’s MKULTRA mind control experiments, right. In the study, they were modulating people’s feelings about death and about religion and in-group and out-of-group remotely through neuromodulation. Which is pretty crazy because a lot of the operant conditioning that we see is happening is happening through trauma and a lot of this trauma is through violence and references to death and dying which is what we see during this past year with Covid (2001). We have been under this trauma-based mind control.
This involves all people of faith around the world to ground into your specific faith practice. How you connect to God. Their goal is to usurp God. The idea that they are seeking to neurally modulate one’s religious beliefs and that this is coming out of Oxford is a real problem.
The Human Brain/Cloud Interface: This March 29, 2019 paper from Neuroscience by Martins, et al.
One of the many authors of this paper is Melanie Swan. Her idea is that we have blockchain brains and that we will engage in problem solving with machine consciousness. This paper is from 2019. In that paper, they talk about neural nanorobotics. That is getting graphene assembling into nanotubes for nanomachines and that through remote frequencies or photonics (optogenetics) that those would be self-assembling within your living biological tissues and that those would change how your neurons act and then therefore change your emotional state and behavior.
“Significant cognitive enhancement.” In this, we have to think in terms of power dynamics. There are people who are going to be empowered by this technology and not diminished by it. If we are talking super soldiers and super humans I think that this is what this is about. Certainly this not an egalitarian goal. Not everyone will be augmented in this way. Certainly, they plan to maintain a caste system. This is the quantum computing and AI and advanced molecular manufacturing. New York is very focused on that.
Probably a lot of that will be kept track of on blockchain. If they increasingly engineer you towards robotics through nanorobotics, they are going to have to keep track of all the nanotech they put into you. And that will be related to your digital twin.
3:18: Neural Nanorobotics:
In 1993, Governor Mario Cuomo invested 10 millions in nanomaterials and nanoelectronics. For applied materials, another $850 million. $600 for projects on things like virtual intelligence. New York leaders working with DARPA- $5 million in state funds. That is working with University of Albany, RPI, Georgia Tech, Stanford, and MIT. IBM is very focused on this in upstate New York, specifically the greater Albany area. The Air Force is working there with their private partners.
3:20: Air Power (Air Force) and Electromagnetic Frequencies (Air Force Research Laboratory). The Air Force rules from the air, and it’s not just airplanes or satellites, even, it’s also the frequencies. They have a whole lab with 25 different pads to test different command, control, communication, computers, and cybertechnology (C-5). Once you understand that cybertechnology is not just something on your laptop, or a mainframe, or your phone, it’s actually neural nano-robotics in your mind. The level of military involvement in that is chilling in my opinion.
This is the site. Stockbridge, where they are doing research on frequencies and “Disruptive Technology Testing.”
They are doing cybercontrol of “controllable contested environments.” It seems that the “controllable contested environment” is our own biological systems. This is Griffiss Institute and they have been working with the Air Force since 2002. These are all public-private partnerships, which is fascism, and are funded with our tax-payer money. To pursue this transhumanist ideology.
A lot of this is tied to globalization. The push for soft-robotics is the push for automation and removing people from (health) care work. Some is going to be platform work and some is coming through Hanson Robotics. The have their own new healthcare robots coming online. But the robots still have to learn.
This woman (above), Suzanne Gildert, who is connected to D waves, is presenting at Singularity University at the Nordic Summit in 2018. She is talking in this video about a haptic suit, a reality headset, and putting her consciousness in the mind of the robot. The idea that you will train the robots for your haptic suit. This woman has developed her own digital twin, soft-robotic twin. This is sanctuary AI, and she’s developing cognitive architecture.

Again, this goes all the back to the Macey Conferences (1940s and 50s) and understanding how the mind works. They want to understand our minds so they can cede it into an anti-life substance that is under their control. Before that she worked at D wave, which is quantum computing. Because to make all of this work, the metaverse, the neural nano-robotics, the soft robotics, all of this is functioning on frequency and very high level computing systems.
They are talking about keeping humans in the loop so this like using robots like puppets. That is part of the globalization agenda. Blockchain will establish your digital identity in your life to be able to compete for a job based on your blockchain score to operate a robot at a distance. There is a Spanish film, Sleep Dealer (2008), about people who are trapped at the border and are operating these remote robotics programs like building construction sites and they are trapped in a small underground area and they are plugged in to a sensitive device and they are running the robots remotely.
We have to always remember that on top of all the AI and the domination narrative there is a concurrent capitalist, debt-finance, globalization narrative going on as well. That’s going to happen through your augmented reality, your digital twin. The ReadyPlayer.me is your passport to the metaverse and this is your digital twin who will be your Avatar to do online work that is not through a robot, it is turning you into a cartoon character. Depending on what gamified space you are operating in, they use your selfie and they re-make your Avatar to fit in the design genre of that particular gamified environment.
From an ad for ReadyPlayer.me: “ReadyPlayer.me enables a user to generate a personal avatar from a selfie image and use it in different virtual and gaming applications.” They are selling this as liberation. They say if you can become an Avatar, you communicate with everyone. They are saying this is a much more dynamic way of being. That program was invested in by Estonia- which the center of e-government and digital identities as well as the European Union. This will be woven into all the social credit scores. This is why Tim Draper says, we no longer need countries and borders… we already have bitcoin that doesn’t comply with traditional government regulations… we can all live in the digital metaverse now and we’ll live as digital avatars. And we’ll all be digital citizens. They are pushing us into a 2-dimensional metaverse and graphene is a key part of how that is happening.

Smart Contract Enforced Behavior Under Transhumanism: Transhuman Crypto Cloud Minds: This is an essay written, again, by Melanie Swan in 2018. Common people, wake up and smell the coffee!
They are talking about using blockchain to put your mind in the Cloud to control it. In this paper, they actually talk about SMART contracts- blockchain contracts for surviving in the future. Good player behavior could be game-theoretically enforced with privacy of blockchain and immutable ledger. So they are putting you in the game and they can enforce the rules and force you to be a good player. If we understand the domination principles of the UN Sustainable Development Goals that are set up for the hedge funds we know what that means to have them use blockchain to control your good behavior and to ensure your compliance. This is the IEEE.
They will use blockchain to turn your brain to a decentralized autonomous corporation. They want to corporatize everything. Everything is about money and control. And if they can turn your brain as a company they will do that and they are going to conduct a hostile takeover through graphene and nanotech. This paper is from 2015.
I’ve talked a lot about the Pay For Success finance. They are going to game the system and set narrow measures. It’s run by the CIA, that’s the augmented cities, that’s the Knight Foundation that’s operating in your city.
Please understand that this is not just about to have nice, interesting, interactive artwork. It has a very dark underlying agenda. It’s about putting people on the pathways and tracking them. It’s about your e-wallet as the portal to the metaverse. It’s about controlling you through the digital currency. They will set it up and they will make you think you can have your own independent blockchain currency. But eventually you won’t be able to use any of it. They will control the inputs and outputs. And if you have a local currency, it doesn’t need to be on blockchain anyway so why bother.
And they are going to nudge you with your SMART shirts and the SMART sensors from inside and outside and will cede your brain to Sophia the robot.
And they will connect the Finance To Results to emerging technologies to make impact bonds more impactful. We know how that’s going to go. Those are the diabetes impact bonds, among others, that are going to get your data to feed it to the SingularityNet through Ocean Protocol. And that what is so really intensely upsetting about what’s happening in Ethiopia with Cardano and Hanson Robotics. Definitely check out my podcasts on Ethiopia, it’s really important.
The movie, Logan’s Run (1975), shows a vision of this future. A big center of this is Dallas. There’s a corporate campus there that later became the campus of Exxon. One of the key buildings that was filmed in this movie, where you are only allowed to live to be 30 and then you are killed off. It’s this hedonistic, every sensual pleasure imaginable, but there’s no family or morals. Everything is an hallucinogenic scenario. And at one point, someone (Logan) tries to escape.
One of the buildings in this film is Pegasus Park. It’s a center for the bio-tech hub and impact investing. There’s a very clear connection here. We have to understand that all of this is threat scoring and risk profiling to see if you are going to be the runaway in the Logan’s Run movie of nanotech dystopia. We can image all the levers of control they are exerting. From your cells, to your emotions, to your physical activity, your house, travel, work, your social relations, your compliance with health protocols, productivity, and your ultimate threat score. This is all happening in the context of frequencies. And it’s all happening through the frequency waves. They want to know who is going to run and they want to demobilize you remotely before that happens.
This is Pegasus Park. This particular building that was in the film was originally home to Zale, the Mall Diamond Company, that paid a key role in fabricated diamonds. And once you understand that a lot of the nanotech and graphene is tied in with this diamonoid substance, which is also carbon-based, that these are nano-fabrication factories. I have some articles on this: they are looking to build things molecule by molecule. So this building was owned by Zale and then Exxon. So I think this is significant. And I think graphene is also related to petrochemical waste products. So Big Energy and Big Oil is central to all of this. And this is also a social capital innovation hub. This is quite a wedding of biotech and social innovation.
Tim Drapper in Estonia. His father’s foundation is based in Pegasus Park. Robert Kaplan is President of the Dallas Federal Reserve and we know all capital finance this being driven by central banking money. So they have offices in Pegasus Park. William Draper, the father of Tim Draper, was the head of the UN Development Program. All of this is going through aid programs. The import-export bank. It goes back to the Council of Foreign Relations, among others. It’s very logical that the central banking system and the nanotechnology and the biosensors would link back to the UN Sustainability Goals, development aid, tracking capital.

Mitre Corporation, founded in 1958, has so many tentacles into so many aspects of what is being rolled out. I have been collaborating with a friend on nano-electronics, bioelectronics, and graphene. This is a militarized construct linked with global capital flows/global finance. And there is a total disconnect between this system and the natural world.
We need to understand that all life on earth is part of a web of electronic connections that pre-dates the modern technologies.
Quoting John Trudell, of the American Indian Movement: “If we use our minds in clear, coherent manner, we will not accept the unacceptable.”
Alision: That is very central in this period of psychological operations, we need to understand the nature of the problem. Mine is grounded in the idea of AI and cybernetic systems as the end-game of settler-colonizer domination. Bio- and nano-technologies and nano-electronics are the most recent phase of empire. These are invisible weapons.
The sensor networks that will be in our environment and in our bodies. The GMOs, thesocial engineering to move into this transhumanist agenda (aka human +). The idea of SMART cities to separate us from who we are. There is this imperative for domination. If you try to live outside of empire, the empire tries to erase you.
Re: the above graphic, we first have to know what story they are trying to tell. The lynch pin to their system is the digital identity that will lead to a digital twinning. Medical passport systems that are tied to blockchain and tied to an electronic- or digital wallet. This will be offered through voting, education, public assistance, healthcare, universal basic income, these are ways to get people linked into the ID 2020 Program. As they build your twin, blockchain identity connected to sensor technologies will build out in finer and finer detail your digital twin… And there is an expectation that they can manipulate your digital twin in a virtual cyberspace in a way that will affect your material life. Whether or not they can actually do that…. That’s the way they talk about it.
They policy justification for all these things. Clearly, now we are operating in this global health imperative. The so-called pandemic and climate crises are interlocked and all of it is about channeling global capital through global impact markets. Those are linked to government policies that are outsourced through public-private-partnerships. Under the guise of transparency and accountability, they legitimize vast amounts of data aggregation. And this is fed into the AI in an attempt to trigger the singularity. So poverty, climate and health are fed through smart technologies in SMART city environments. All the while they are building out the Sentient World Simulation. There is an element of SIGNALS intelligence and gamification with threat management… and Mitre is a huge piece of that.
As they build you out, with digital twinning, the metaverse, the digital representation of the world, takes over. In living online, more and more of our spirit, our soul, is harvested by this predatory energy into this false consciousness, the AI world, where machines have their own identity outside of human intervention. Ultimately there is the idea of transforming evolution from Darwinian evolution to an intelligent design where the predatory energy will attempt to break the code of life and push God out of the way and become the rulers of the universe.
The gaming systems that are betting. Increasingly, the data that is generated in your digitally twinned life will be levereged in profound ways.
Mitre’s Nanosystems Group has been working in the nanotech space since at least 1992.
They have been working on nano-robots that they imagine inhabiting our bodies. Their key collaborator was Dr. Charles Leiber of Harvard. His work was on nano-wires, and nano-antennae, and nano-level computing systems. This settler-colonial AI is coming after the entire world. Leiber has been working with Mitre on nanotech for over 30 years before the incident in Wuhan. These things date back to Norbert Weiner’s work in the 40’s and 50’s.
In 1997, a close associate of Leiber, James C. Ellenbogen, wrote a book called: Matter As Software, about Programmable Matter. A key idea is the idea of a matter compiler. That you can program matter at will. The Internet of Bio-Nano-Things. Dr. Ian Akyildiz at Georgia Tech wrote a paper entitled: “The Internet of Nano-Things” (2010) published in IEEE Wireless Communications.
Thus, our consciousness and our thoughts. So this is all dual use technology. It’s always framed as helpful for curing Alzheimers, etc. In many ways there is a war waged on our consciousness. It may not be openly declared and we may not know what the war weapons are. Du Pont also played in a leading role in nano-tech, in particular, involving the Vagus-Nerve and the gut-brain axis. We know Du Pont’s origins are with gunpowder.
Prof. James Giordano, Georgetown University “neuroweaponologist” in a 2020 webinar presentation: He says really scary things about biotech and neurotech and neuroweapons. “Just by changing the data you can change the way individuals are regarded and treated. What we are doing is that we are contending and dealing with others that way. through their data to be far more specific in the way we deal with them, the way we assess them, the way we affect them, which is another fancy way of saying the way we target them.”
What he’s talking about is aggregation on massive amounts of data, in particular, data around brain activity, The Brain Initiative, getting across the blood-brain barrier.
When Giordano talks about way but also your function in society…. very much aligns with what we can anticipate coming with the bio-security state. They are using soldiers to test a lot of their protocols and neurotechnologies.
Military neurtech test phases Giordano refers to:
1) SUBNET Project was about getting knowledge and technology to treat neuro-psychiatric illness.
2) Restoring Active Memory (RAM) involved implanting wireless neural interfaces…. These are not necessarily surgical. Some are connected to non-invasive neurotechnology.
3) N3- Next Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnologies: high performance bi-directional brain interfaces. Again, these are non-invasive, non-surgical technologies.
He also talks about the caveat of collecting all this brain data, if you can access it, and if you can tag (which is associated with blockchain), then you can target it. Or:
“If it’s assessable, it’s accessible.
If it’s tagged, it’s targetable.
If it’s stackable, it’s hackable.
What’s hackable is manipulable.
What’s controllable is corruptible.”
Neuroelectronics are really central now in terms of research. They are talking about decoding the brain and that graphene, because of its conductivity, is central to this larger program.
With the Sentient World Simulation– this is connected with the biosecurity network. The idea of the brain as a computing system.

They can code cells with different crystals and with viruses. Within this context of imagining computing in the brain with different substances at the nano level- is something people have been thinking about for quite some time.
Bioengineered bacteria and sensor networks: Bacterial Nanonetworks! (Integrating Bacteria in IoT!).
Specifically, E. Coli- can be used in human-computing interfaces, this has to do with gut health. The story they want us to believe is that we can be programmed by viruses and bacteria. Information communication theory is based on having a transmitter and a receiver. This is all about happening through coding and we need to understand their language. So they want to use bacterial networks….
Our microbiome includes bacteria, fungi. We are our own cosmological being with trillions of microorganisms.
Most people in the world have no idea that these things are going on. They want to normalize this. Within this they have developed gamification to make it seem more fun. Gaming platforms. But people need to understand that all this is coming out of military Research and Development.
This is part of their SMART city program. There is a lot of interest in microbiome gut health and brain health. This is an image from IEEE. They are using the gut-brain brain access, and the Vagus nerve. This is from Dr. Ian Akyildiz at Georgia Tech:
This is framed as limited clinical useage, but Du Pont is part of this microbiome space. They may want to normalize this across all living beings on the planet to sort of seamlessly integrate us into the Internet of Bio-Nano Things.
The InBrain neural electronics. As we become more and more colonized by electrically conductive nano-particles. In-brain electronics and electroceuticals (using frequencies as drugs). This is coming out of Barcelona, Spain, one of the SMART cities. It is acenter for graphene research. We have to understand engineering people’s brain function and engineering people’s behavior feeds in with social impact investing in association with this massive data harvesting, to eventually feed the singularity.
Their goal is to have us live in their 2 dimensional world and not know who we are. They want to be able to project things straight into people’s brains- this could be visual, auditory, olfactory. Again, this is something Targeted Individuals have been experiencing and talking about for quite some time. .
The plan is to make us more and more question one another. And now controlled hallucinations are part of the mix to create “mixed reality” to make people question themselves. This goes back to the CIA’s MKULTRA work with hallucinogenic drugs. Now these torture programs that manipulate our physical minds may be on demand, technologically. And that is hard to think about.
But our spiritual self, our sacred self, is always untouchable and is ultimately OK. So we need to get in touch with that side of things to survive. If we have clarity and conviction and a strong heart about what we are here to do, I think we will be able to come through whatever they throw at us.
This is image from SanctuaryAI, talking about projected consciousness. They are imagining this idea that we can project our consciousness into robots. This means they would like to control our consciousness.
This is their story line. What is happening now is a narrative. And there are competing story lines. They would like to use the blockchain to track their story line to create the digital twinning to tweak us. So people need to understand that the blockchain is meant to be the portal to the metaverse. And once the own your twin in the metaverse then they can control the story. If we begin to identify with our digital twin as it functions in the metaverse then we will be increasingly under control of these systems.
In this moment of systems engineering, threat analysis, twinning, projected consciousness, we need to try to live in the space of the carefree kid. Because that is less controllable by the military.
Mitre Corp. is located in upstate New York next to an Air Force Research Laboratory. They will control you through the air, through radar and frequencies. BAE Systems is also there- as well as other space technology/cyber technology businesses. Mitre was a non-profit company started in 1958 and was spun out of MIT and it was spun out of national security, air defense and radar systems. It came out of the Cold War environment.
They are solving problems related to sensor tech, blockchain, threat assessment, neurotech- it’s all built into Mitre.
Back to Dr. Giordano, on picturing people as threats to the rollout of this bio-security state. Plays audio clip from August 2020:
So “track and trace,” everything is up and running. It’s important to understand that the whole narrative around precision medicine, personalized medicine, is all going to be tracked on your electronic health record. Zeke Emanuel was instrumental in setting this up under the Affordable Care Act. All these companies are incorporated in Delaware (blockchain electronic health care records), and of course there’s a Biden connection there. All this is linked to predictive analytics related to whole populations.
These medical tracking systems are tied to sensor networks, including wearable technologies, and related to biosensors and the connection to graphene. Once the predictions are made, it’s not simply about threat assessment, which is what Mitre was always about, but now our bodies are viewed as weaponized systems against society, against the technocracy, against the SMART city polis that is coming, and what that means for us.
Mitre: In 1958, the head of Mitre was H.R. Gaither, Jr., who was also associated with the Ford Foundation and the Department of Defense. H.R. Gaither was in partnership with William Draper III and they developed the first venture capital corporations on the West Coast. They were in on setting up Silicon Valley as a Defense sector hub. Gaither was also on the board of Rand Corporation. Rand today is advancing the Internet of Bodies. And the Ford Foundation is a major player in the impact investment space, and they are clearly involved in the lockdowns.
We have to wonder now if the Cold War wasn’t really the beginnings of this secret space program. The Soviet Union’s launch of the Sputnick satellite in 1957 was the trigger event to generate massive investments in space technology in California. Mitre was part of the early ARPA Net of the US Army.
In 1993, Mitre did the Environmental Impact Analysis for HAARP- the High Active Frequency Auroral Research Project in Alaska, which has both mind control and weather control capabilities and functions.
Mitre is a major player in military simulation, Mixed Reality/Augmented Reality and gamified spaces and frequencies. In the 1970’s they took over research projects from Jason and Stanford Research Institute. They were developing global grids even in 1972 to identify all the structures on the surface of the earth. They developed synthetic gaming environments for the military. This merged with entertainment/Hollywood, etc. Virtual reality is part of Mitre as well, including the “Milgram Virtuality Continuum” studies. This relates to the work of MKULTRA “spychiatrist” and Yale professor, Dr. Stanley Milgram. They were in on the ground floor of systems engineering.

In Data Zone in Santa Clara, CA, over half a million children’s data has been collected… foster care, juvenile justice data, health care centers, etc., all this has been fed into the Fusion Centers. This is fed ito the Silicon Data Regional Data Trust, led by Chan Zuckerberg. Once you understand the threat analytics and the Dept. of Homeland Security. Of course, it’s all framed as equity, justice, etc. There is a heavily influence of Bloomberg Philanthropies in San Jose as well.
Gaither, Mitre, and systems engineering are linked to these venture capital firms and Silicon Valley. This is a global project, but the US has been central to the development of all this since before World War II.
Jason’s contracts are now managed by Mitre. As of 2017, they were working on AI for health and health care. They want to frame all this as blockchain health records, trying to improve data analytics around health outcomes of black and brown communities that have been traumatized by erasure and other genocidal tendencies.
What is really happening with these AI health care systems, I think, is managing people. Believe me they are all about patient compliance. Engineered nanoparticles and biosensors. Their aim is to get information a person’s economics, their physical environment, housing, etc. They want to figure out what resources you use and how to target you, as Dr. James Giordano said. They want to track your food access and access to healthy options.
They want to look at the overall social construct, including cultural competency. A lot of this will be tele-medicine- that means biosensors, where there can be many adverse consequences of your interactions with AI entities.

We see the merger of military simulations, video games, finances, interactive media, and SIGNALS intelligence. These are militarized systems that allow people in power to game the system.
One video game that Christopher Kline developed at the Rockefeller Center is called “Bioshock”- which he claims incorporates elements of 1984, Brave New World and other dystopian stories.
Key principles of the Moonshot Project, related to digital twinning and transhumanism, are to the move the world toward a militarized mixed reality, gamified environment run by the military.
The war gaming, working with DARPA on the synthetic theater of war. Mitre has created a Center for Data Driven Policy.
It’s the simulation and the risk profiling. But it’s all feeding the Borg to reach the singularity. Government big data. Put everything on blockchain and we’ll engineer it. We are moving into the tyranny of the data analyst class, mainly coming from Ivy League universities, their consortiums, they’ll set up all the legislation to push the data-driven government that’s coming with the blockchain identity. This is associated with the blockchain identities and e-government and data driven government solutions.
The prison industrial system is one of the major cost offsets. The social impact bonds, the Peterborough Prison with Sir Ronald Cohen. The Rikers Island Social Impact Bond is Michael Bloomberg. So Mitre is also partnered with the Federal judiciary on enterprise solutions for more and more virtual judicial processes. They want to start to run the judicial system remotely with the AI judging!
The book, The Diamond Age, it’s a regimented data analytics framing of the justice system. The impact data and data-driven solutions are tied to social welfare services to re-direct people out of the prison system, that is going to drive the impact markets. The main private contractors, GeoGroup, Circo, etc. associated with this are pivoting into social work and continuing health care.
So they are already ready for the open-air digital prison that’s coming that’s tied to the geofencing.

Rikers Island Social Impact Bond and Petersborough Prison Social Impact Bond…
Both are using the cost offsets to justify the impact investing of prisons. Mitre is integrated with data analytics and the judicial construct is really important. This is related to a sustainable development goal associated with justice work and Open Society, George Soros has quite a hand in this. Here we have Mitre modernizing healthcare, and right underneath that is cybersecurity, security engineering. Homeland Security. So all of this is being framed as an outright threat assessment according to the biosensor technology. This is being framed that your body is a potential weapon even if you are healthy according to the biosensor technology.
They are running very level national security engineering and cyber defense. But as we know, James Giordano is always saying: “if it’s stackable it’s hackable. If you can aggregate it you can break into it.” They are saying they will give you precision, personalized precision health care and at the same time they know it’s a security threat. Hacking your body or your brain is a tremendously scary prospect.

They have been working on the Medicaid for a long time. They have this whole division working with the Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS) on the health care modernization since 2012. So this has been going on. They’ve got a lock on it. Their qualifications are cybersecurity and public-private partnerships, telemedicine and health IT. So they are mining the body for data. And mining our minds.

This is pushing so that more and more people will not have access to in-person care at all.
They are looking at the health disparities as a social impact investment. They want to get people into the pipeline of ongoing health evaluation and data analytics. The hedge fund data analytics goes with the e-government solutions, goes with the public-private-partnerships, goes with the biosensor data, all in the attempt to trigger the singularity in order to crack the code of life and rule the universe. But nobody seems to see the broader agenda so people can refuse it.
Rural areas are being targeted for tele-health. Montana is a pilot area for all this tied to electronic records. Broad-based data sharing. This is what they want. If we understand systems engineering, one of the key players is the Health Care Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).. It’s huge and they have 100s of members all over the world. And they are building interoperable data platforms, ostensibly for better health care.
But we know that ultimately all the data analytics are being fed into the Dept. of Homeland Security Fusion Centers for the risk profiling and into these broader systems for AI. The same people who are building this whole thing are also doing the playbook to combat disinformation.
They are working on the impact of social policies. Mitre’s hands are in every single part.
Here is Mitre’s contract from March 17, 2020, to work on the track and trace systems for Homeland Security.
This all must be understood in terms of (Mitre’s early (1950s)) radar systems under the ostensible nuclear threat being now turned on the human population of the world to track them as a threat against this SMART city polis that is being built.
This is the Covid-19 health care coalition: These are all corporations working on data analytics tied to Covid: AmazonWeb, DeLoitte, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Mitre, etc. Mitre is the ones running the data dashboard. And when neuroweaponologist, Dr. James Giordano says you can adjust the data in the digital twin simulation and then make those changes have real effects in the real world… We have been living that for the past year and a half. We have been living life according to a constructed computer model simulation that was set up by a militarized, venture capital Silicon Valley web, and that is what we are living through right now. And we know that all the Internet of Bio-Nano Things is running on the telecom, small cell phone infrastructure, which is 5G but eventually 6G and onward. Mitre has an Engenuity platform that is working on 5G innovation. That is a big piece of it.
Drone, healthcare, and factory automation are their concentrations. So the stuff that is going to put us out of work, the stuff that’s going to track our bodily functions, and the drones that are going are to do the surveillance are all part of Mitre’s pervue. They are working on the credential initiative for the vaccine records. It definitely is about the medical passports. These medical passports were planned many years ago by the World Wide Web consortium in this Verifiable Credential Initiative for SMART health cards, and the Smart Health Cards were for biosensor data, and digital twinning.
We would like to think that the internet is something wonderful that we use but in many respects it’s using us and it’s using our bodies to construct its own reality. And the health wallets are a part of that. And within this space they are also working in augmented and virtual reality. Mitre is involved in blockchain, surprise, surprise. The risk profiling and AI simulation run on blockchain. And keeping people in line, the drones are part of that. If you imagine your biosensor data being connected with the ubiquitous surveillance state, I don’t think that’s too far off.
The price point for all these things are dropping, dropping, dropping, and they are getting loose out into the world without any oversight or accountability by any government agencies. All these agencies are captured.
The National Interoperability Collaborative is with the Health Information Management Systems. They are feeding to the National Council on Crime and Deliquency and the National Fusion Center Association. And that is both for impact data, for social impact projects, as well as for cost offsets around biosecurity threats and just profiling dissidents. And all of this data is being fed into the robots in this crazy Logan’s Run scenario.
I talked about how Dr. Charles Leiber and Harvard, in the programmable matter space, they have always been in the mix. And this goes back to 1997. So this idea of framing this as China’s fault is inaccurate, because Leiber was working with Mitre on nano-wires and nano-antennae for many decades before any China involvement. So the Internet of Bio-NanoThings is a homegrown situation.
James Ellenbogen, the chief nanotechnology guy, the Chief Scientist at Mitre Corporation, has been with the company since 1984. He founded the Nanosystems Group in 1992. Ellenbogen and Leiber have been working on these micro nano-electronics and nano wiring for decades. When Dr. James Giordano was talking about developing non-invasive, bi-directional brain-computer systems, this is the kind of work being done at Harvard. At Harvard, they are talking about mesh electronics where the device can be so thin it can be directly injected into the brain. The Neural Lace is more sophisticated than Musk’s Neuralink. It is talking about accessing inaccessible areas of the brain. At Rice University, they are working on graphene, nanotech and quantum dots. They say:
“plugging your computer into your brain becomes a lot more palatable if all you have to do is inject something.”
So what are we injecting, right? This is an image of the nano-robots, the milli-robots that Mitre designed, You can see here that the collaborators include Mitre, DARPA, Office of Naval Research, the Air Force, and the National Institutes of Health.
They see as programmable matter and talking animals that they can use in their experiments.. They can graphenate us to bring us into their world. They want to make us question ourselves and everything. They want to build this mixed-reality world where they can use this mesh network to influence our minds to make us question everything.
so… Bio-Nano Imperialism.
Out on the horizon is the human plus. They are trying to break this code of life. Yet the us that is us is sacred and is untouchable. But they are trying to break in there. I don’t think they will be able to do it.
A lot of this has to do with the blood-brain barrier. Getting in there with Neural Lace, nano-electronics, self-assembling nano-wires with graphene. Harvard, Leiber, Mitre, are part of this since the mid-1990s at least. This settler-colonial AI. The military, Big Tech and Big Pharma are central to this. … Ultimately we have to be the one’s to protect nature. Our true power is with God and the Creation. We’re here and there are still many beautiful things about being in the world.
So by focusing on Mitre, this speaks to the corruption of our government, non-profit and academic structures. They have been trying to build a false reality, an illusion, but we don’t have to go along with it.

4) “I WILL ASCEND ABOVE THE HEIGHTS OF THE CLOUDS.” “Clouds” are often used in the Bible to speak of the glory of God (see Matthew 24:30; Acts 1:9; Rev. 1:7). Lucifer coveted God’s glory for his own. He failed to acknowledge that his glory and beauty all came from and
was dependent upon God. In his sinful pride, Lucifer wanted a glory that would impress and dazzle all creatures.
5) “I WILL BE LIKE THE MOST HIGH.” He wanted to be EQUAL with God and to take God’s place as Possessor and Ruler of all. He wanted to become a completely independent creature, responsible to no one.

Hi Alison, have you heard of Michael Wann? He has done a lot of research, writing, and presentations on the Susquehana river. Notably, that it is a river goddess. And that not only have indigenous Americans had a profound relationship with it, but also, modern imperialists and tech companies have leveraged the river’s power to their own anti-human ends.

Few will probably believe this, but I’ll write it anyway. As a Christian, I know the Lord has told me that “they” have tried to control me through tech, but his Spirit prevents it. Satan is the Prince of the Power of the Air, but Jesus is the Authority above all authorities. His Spirit prevents their air-traveling tech from getting through. As such, I think that that may be why I am surveilled 24/7 by foot soldiers, and a camera is mounted above my apartment door, when there isn’t one mounted above anyone else’s in the building. I’ve thought about how wi-fi and radio and microwave signals work like spirits. We can’t see them; we just see what they do. But I imagine an actual spirit is more powerful than these other things, and yet, Jesus dominates those spirits; so I know inanimate, manmade tech cannot then conquer God. My point is: there is a path for a person to take that dissolves the power of these things entering the heart and soul, and it’s Jesus and his Spirit. Jesus said, “Don’t fear those who can kill the body, but cannot touch the soul.” Through him, the soul is saved and is safe. This mark of the Beast will be the dividing of those who have Jesus and those who do not, as Jesus said, “I’ll put the goats to my left, and the sheep to my right. Then I’ll say to the goats on my left, ‘Depart into everlasting damnation,’ and to the sheep, ‘Come and enter into my glory.'” Thank you for Dr. Karlstrom for you site! I’ve learned a great deal here.
