Chemtrails propagate energy. Think of a wire in the sky. They will spray a short line that will burst off into a plasma, it will turn bright white (as) it’s turned into ions. Then they energize it and it becomes glowing. What they now have is an eye in the sky. It’s just like printed circuitry in the sky.
That’s just one aspect of what they can do. It can propagate microwave energy, laser energy, and it can actually create these kinds of energies so that you have a new magnitude of power available at the site of use.
Three main aspects of chemtrails are:
1) solar quantum energy harvesting, with definite mind control aspects, along with ground heating and other things having to do with environmental modification (ENMOD).
2) As chemtrails spread, they become “active auroral” antennae-manipulable ionized plasma. This is due to solar effects on the chemtrails. As the plasma spreads it become ionic. There are many different kinds of things being sprayed; some form and create a low-grade laser.
3) the physical conditioning that we all undergo as a result of the spraying. When the materials come to ground during the atmospheric inversion that occurs at night, we breath, drink, eat, and ingest them into our bodies. These chemicals build up in us through the process of bio-accumulation. Since all of our bodies are different, everybody has a distinct bioaccumulation radio signature that can be remotely identified with electromagnetic frequencies from satellites, towers, hand held devices, and the “active aurora.” They can read a human body by the amount of electronically-reactive particulate that has been ingested as if it was a thumb-print, or finger-print.
This is secret stuff. They deny this is happening. But now we are starting to see things like “Morgellons Disease.”
Remote viewing is a science in itself. The technology includes things like earth-penetrating tomography, interferometry, and various tomographies. This can all be accomplished by satellite, “active auroral” (chemtrail plasmas), or by hand held units. A lot of times, it is in conjunction with all three. They have to spray to build an ion plasma in order to charge it and bounce signals off it and get reflections of it and interpret those reflections. They can do 3-d viewing from very far away and get excellent resolution.
One of the companies that handles all this is Time Domain Corporation out of Huntsville, Alabama. They have over 200 classified patents that have to do with through-wall, through-roof remote viewing. This remains secret because they don’t want people knowing they can spot you 400 feet under the ground and hear everything you say. That’s just a small aspect of what this technology is about.
There seems to be subculture within our culture that has a lot more information on wireless technology than the guy on the street, than you or me. … there are groups of people here that are using radio and other wireless capabilities and some of them, God help us, are actually operatives of DHS, or FBI, or CIA, or NSA and they are doing a lot of the gangstalking. They are acting as mobile spotters because the human vector goes hand-in-hand with this wireless activity that is being used to stalk people with video or audio. .
Because just the people following you around is just a small part. If they can get cameras on you in your house, outside of your house, watch you coming and going, they can target you much more effectively. I know this for a fact. I live so rural, they’ve had to do this to intimidate me the same way they would intimidate someone in the city.

Gina Romano: Bill Gallagher is from New Mexico, he spent 4 years in the Air Force, and he is now writing a book called, “DevilVision:” The Book (aka “The World’s New Wireless Grid.” (He is also a “targeted individual.”)
Bill Gallagher: I saw my first chemtrails in the late 1970s over Magdala Air Force Base while I was in the Air Force. These huge white lines would go horizon to horizon. Then, I don’t really remember seeing many chemtrails until after 9/11, when I started seeing them in profusion.
Chemtrails are a particulate spray, sprayed out of an aircraft. A powder is run through a de-agglomerator. Particulates are sprayed out of air craft that spread out across the sky. These are sprayed to achieve many different energy effects. A lot of this has to do with environmental modification and a lot with mind control. Along with particulates are things like benzene and formaldehyde, and other petroleum substances. Powders include different kinds of particles including aluminum oxide, barium and pure metallic oxides. There is a lot of experimentation. Much or possibly all of this is human experimentation that was authorized through emergency war powers acts passed in Nixon’s times and before.
Romano: I’ve heard radioactive particles are dropped, including radioactive thorium. How does this work in with mind control?
Gallagher: What is happening is conditioning. I haven’t heard of radioactive thorium but I don’t discount anything. Clifford Carnicom at Carnicom.com has discovered a lot of biologicals, including human cells in blood, in the chemitrails.
Every day and night we have an inversion during which what is sprayed high up comes down to ground level, where it is ingested. Whatever is sprayed during day, the people are getting dosed with at night.
The metallics are used for conditioning. During the past 10 years, we’ve had a plethora of electronic antennae installed in our neighborhoods. Before 1996, people were able to restrict the siting of these things and keep them away from hospitals and schools, etc. But under Clinton, the wireless grid was radically extended and antennae went up everywhere as these restrictions came down. Even in rural areas, most people can see massive microwave cell towers close to their homes. Perhaps everyone can see at least 4 or 5 of these from where they live.
A lot of the chemtrailing is to propagate energy to induce the basic constant electronic energy field in conjunction with the antennae. Satellites are also involved. To get to the point, whenever you ingest these chemicals, by breathing, eating and drinking these particles, our bodies are becoming conditioned. The metallic chemicals, especially will make us jump a lot more to the wireless energy being sent. This is electronic mind control.
If you are taking in chemicals and metallized particles then the electrolytes of your blood are going to be much more conductive to all kinds of energy, not just the broadcast energies.
Back in the 1950s, Project Argus occurred that exploded nuclear bombs in portions of the electromagetic field of the earth. They found out that this augmented the aurora borealis and the natural lines of magnetic force in the atmosphere. W. O. Schumann discovered that our planet has an average resonance of 7.8 Hertz, or cycles per second. This is extremely close to the average frequency of the human brain. This Schumann resonance was altered during Project Argus. By exploding these bombs in the magnetosphere, this affected the way people think. They also found that the aurora borealis were like giant antennas on their own- and they could use them to view over the horizon and communicate with submarines deep in the ocean. By this time, the Navy had also become privy to a lot of the Tesla technology.
The chemtrails, once sprayed- this is multi-tiered, multi-faceted, very expensive, solar energy harvesting. When first sprayed, you have grids, lines, quantum energy devices. This is solar energy harvesting going to the HAARP patent (High Active Frequency Auroral Research Project). Tesla had been doing a lot of this before. He died in 1943. A lot of his papers ended up in Belgrade in 1936 and both the Russians and Nazis got into this at that time and developed this.
After Project Argus, they found out they could use these auroras to broadcast communication signals with much greater power and accuracy than they could before. Ham operators already knew about “the skip;” under the proper circumstances, they could use these natural lines of magnetism to send communications all over the earth. So the Navy decided they want to make these kinds of communications more reliable and developed this through Project Argus and 20 – 30 other projects.
I saw photos that showed a lot of chemtrailing over Saudi Arabia in about 1990-91 during Desert Storm. This kept going during all of the 1990’s under Clinton. Then Bush II re-activated the War in Iraq in 2003. There was a lot of technology testing going on over in the Middle East between these wars- all during the 1990s.
So the satellite photos I saw in Saudi Arabia show the same patterns we see here in America daily. These include grids, hooked grids, circles, round curves, shapes in the skies that make use of solar energy as soon as they are sprayed, then they spread out and become “active auroral.” And it depends on what is sprayed at what layer of the atmosphere and where they spray. You very rarely see any night spraying.
Moderator: Why no night spraying?
This is an energy technology. So they need the sun to act on the particles they spray. The Mickeson-Morley Effect tells us that light reacts with straight lines- so light reacts with these lines and these attributes exhibit the quantum multiverse, what a lot of people call the universe. It’s quantum physics. And this has been hidden from a lot of people, with all the dumbing down.
The HAARP patent itself can focus vast amount of sunlight on a small area of the surface of the earth with a high degree of accuracy and can even simulate nuclear explosions without having to detonate a nuclear device. It’s also an air moving engine at well. Heat the ground- it’s called ground heating…. This produces an updraft, then winds rush in from the sides to that central area. So it’s an air-moving engine as well. Do it over a city… Done at one level, they can put everybody asleep. Another level, they can give everybody a stomach ache. At another level, they can make everybody violent.
As the chemtrails spread they become very thin, this is a transient form. You can see little sundogs- or little rainbows- inside due to petroleum- this is it when it becomes an “active auroral” – then the sun, which is massive, massive power, breaks apart the particulates and it becomes an ionic plasma, with lots of subatomic particles in it, lots free protons, neutrons, lots of free electrons. And this “active aurora” then can be manipulable with antennae technology. It can be used for many things.
A lot of times you’ll see washboard patterns in the sky. That’s called “electro umbellatus”- it’s an indication that there is heavy energy being propagated by antennae into the sky in conjunction with these active auroras..
I used to work with the US Air Force. Since then, I’ve been studying the sky. I now have over 40,000 photos of chemtrails all around the country. The spraying can have many effects. Done at one level, they can put everybody asleep. Another level, they can give everybody a stomach ache. At another level, they can make everybody violent.
There are 1000’s and 1000s of patents. Some of these patents go back to pre-1950. These patents were classified and now are unclassified. So you can see these things have been planned for a long time.
The third step of chemtrail is the actual physical conditioning that we all undergo.
This is quantum physics. These are quantum experiments, quantum energy harvesting, novel solar energy harvesting. To summarize, the three main aspects of the chemtrails are:
1) solar quantum energy harvesting, with definite mind control aspects, along with ground heating and other things having to do with environmental modification (ENMOD).
2) as chemtrails spread they become “active auroral” antennae-manipulable ionized plasma. This is due to solar effects on the chemtrails. The sun degrades the chemtrails. As the plasma spreads it become ionic, and with what is sprayed, an ionized plasma is formed. There are many different kinds of things being sprayed; some form and create a low-grade laser that’s the by-product of the solar degradation of the particulate. The ions become very manipulable with antennae technology.
3) the physical conditioning that we all undergo as a result of the spraying. When the materials come to ground during the atmospheric inversion every night, we breath, drink, eat, and ingest it into our bodies. We’ve had this going on for more than a decades. These chemicals build up in us through the process of bio-accumulation. Since all of our bodies are different, each of our body’s have distinct radio signatures that can be remotely identified with electromagnetic frequencies from satellites, towers, hand held devices, and the active auroral.
This is secret stuff. They just deny this is happening. But now we are starting to see things like Morgellons Disease. Bio-accumulation occurs distinctively in each of us. Everybody’s body is different, and our different exposures will build up in us in different places in different levels. This gives each of us different radio signatures.

So chips are really irrelevant. This is just a show, “acclimaton.” We are really all chipped already by this technology. We don’t have a choice. So bio-accumulation causes this physical conditioning of people so they can create a radio signature that allows them to be spotted anywhere on the planet, anytime. And they can identify you based on how you glow.
Interviewer: How can we get these things out of our body? I’ve heard from another TI that activated charcoal helps get rid of mercury. We are trying to find ways to get the magnetics out of our bodies.
Gallagher: They’ve been doing this conditioning for well over 10 years. So you have to find yourself a nice, expensive environment so you no longer ingest this stuff. Then you need to undergo extremely expensive chelation process.
The fact that the government is denying all this is an indication that a large part of the program is depopulation. I’m sure of it. As bad as it is here, it’s much worse in Europe. It has been going on a lot longer there.
Once they get a certain amount of electronics installed in your environment, it’s harder and harder for people to react. It’s hydraulic. It is mind control. A man named Goldworthy says that he’s found out that the blood brain barrier becomes much weaker due to even weak electromagnetics. There comes a point where this deterioration of cellar membrane becomes irreversible.
Vitamins are important. You can start taking calcium and magnesium to help. And these will become harder and harder to get, of course.
Moderator: Who is behind these chemtrails? There are a lot opinions regarding the New World Order, the military, Satanists on the rise, Illuminati, etc. Who else is involved?
Gallagher: First, HAARP is definitely a Navy program. We know they are saying publicly that this all experimental, and this is a lie.
This program is very expensive. It was actually referred to in Arthur C. Clarke’s book, “The Fountain of Paradise.” Clarke helped develop the satellite dish among other things. He mentioned that the rebuilding of the atmosphere would have to happen. That it would be massively expensive. That tells you that it is the money people, the international bankers.
Andrew Jackson, the first Democrat president, kicked out the international bankers. In 1828, he left office, and our debt was quite low. The international bankers didn’t like that. They came back and orchestrated the Civil War. By 1913, they started the Federal Reserve, gained control of our currency, and then instituted the income tax. This supposedly was an emergency war power that was to be rescinded, but was never rescinded. Then they attacked the judiciary. Then they started whittling away at the people’s freedom. These people have been busy for well over a century. Taking America from within.
This is a cleanup operation. This is a slow depopulation program. These are the people behind the currencies. They are trying to make the Amero, then the one-world currency. People are losing confidence in these systems. So next comes the programming, the druggings….
The bottom line is how all this affects the man on the street. People are having a hard time thinking, getting by financially. This is a covert attack that is now just starting to show its form. It’s very close to its culmination. But only a few people are awake enough to even know what is going on.
I suggest you get inside a metal enclosure- Put on metal roofing and metal siding. The people behind this are behind the tyranny, the dictatorship, secrecy and the police state. This is the number one industry in America today.
The people behind the chemtrailing are the people behind the taxing, they are controlling the currency, military, and law enforcement. What law enforcement is now is the New World Order’s tax enforcement. It’s going to get a lot worse.
There are tent cities in California now. They are starting to pop up everywhere. During the last depression, people were able to band together and feed themselves. Steinbeck wrote about this in the “The Grape’s of Wrath.”
A lot of the chemtrailing is environmental modification. They are spraying a lot of barium oxide, which is a dessicant- it makes droughts. They are taking control of food and water. This is a totally-controlled depression event.
We are soon going to see here what has already happened in Africa over the past 20 years. The chemtrailing there was started over 20 years ago, then it was used in conjunction with biotech, then the starvation started. This was for mass depopulation. That’s how they do it. It’s cheap and fast. People are so weak by the time the starvation starts that they can’t act.
My new book is: “Devil Vision: The New World’s New Wireless Grid.” Yes, I’ve been stalked, mobbed, harassed, poisoned, tested, and experimented on, and everything, but after a certain point, I didn’t let it get to me any more, it just enraged me.
Moderator: They want you enraged. They want you gone. They want you to go over the edge. They want to get you institutionalized or to commit suicide.
Gallagher: A lot of their plan is based on secrecy. If you know that they want to keep you on edge until they need you for some kind of violent show, to take somebody out, or as some kind of Manchurian Candidate. MKULTRA goes back to the 1950’s. We didn’t know about MKULTRA until the 1970’s.
The CIA failed to destroy 4 boxes of MKULTRA project receipts. And just what we learned from those documents show that Nazi Germany never ended, it just went underground.
This is the 4th Reich. Before electronics, this kind of mind-control programming has been around for centuries. A lot of hard-core religions, disciplines, indoctrinations, secret societies, are basically mind-control programming. Trauma and repeated trauma are used to create personality disorder. After the subject is devolved, hurt, confused, dissociated, then multiple facets of their personality begin to manifest.
Repression after trauma is used along with reward to get a subject to act in a certain manner…. To avoid further trauma, and to repress the trauma that has already occurred. The technical term is marionette programming; it’s a Nazi term. When electronics came in, a whole new system developed.
We are being experimented on.
Moderator: But it’s not working. I’m not giving in. You are not giving up or you’d be left alone.
Gallagher: There are 35 basic psychological profiles- basic models. Most people will fit into these. There are some out there that are quite rare. They are trying to create diagrams and programs of predicatable behavior. We talked about Voice-to-Skull (V2K) and how certain people are receiving messages in their minds.
This was one of the first things they tried. Dr. Jose Delgado started putting implants in bull’s and monkey’s brains, etc.
They would love to be able to create robots- and would love to chip babies. But they can also cause predictable behavior by creating pain and disease- using nano-and bio-technology and in conjunction with it, the broadcast electronics which is very developed everywhere under the cover of cell phones and other broadcast technologies. They can create pain and they can target you via implants and/or via hotspots and the bio-accumulations that cause your radio signature. They can target you very easily, aggressively, and accurately. They can catscan you from a mile away. And that’s very conservative.
Moderator: I am getting a lot of emails on this. People are very interested in this. You have great information; thank you for sharing it. It’s very interesting.
Gallagher: They can target you very well- and they like to target you in the head. Dental implants come partially in here. They can also hear everything you say with certain types of ear implants and/or dental implants; these are easy to put in fillings. They can even hear sub-vocalizations- before you say something a lot of times you’ll often sub-vocalize it and/or when you are just thinking, you’ll sub-vocalize things…. That’s why a lot of people believe these are telepathy machines. That they can read your thoughts. They don’t realize they have a dental implant and they are sub-vocalizing and the operator that is monitoring them is actually hearing their thoughts that they don’t even realize they are sub-vocalizing. They know all of this. They’ve spent billions of dollars on this.
I spent a 3-4 years at Huntsville, Alabama. A lot of these German Paperclip (Nazi) scientists people were ostensibly rocket scientists. But they were also studying mind control techniques that were being perpetuated in the (Nazi) prison camps.
They picked Huntsville, Alabama to perpetuate/perpetrate there because it is the buckle of the Bible Belt, with lots of hard-core fundamentalists there. These are people who pound the podium and get the people riled up so the next thing you know they speak in tongues and wiggle around on the floor. So these people are very susceptible to being programmed. They saw correctly that fundamentalist Christians were a ready-made platform of mind control.
The German Nazi Paperclip scientists saw this and took advantage of this. And you can also see this in other religions as well. Not just fundamentalist Christianity. Wherever it can get in and get a foothold, it does it. Charismatic leadership- (can be exploited!)
I’m an auto-didactic polymath. I’m multi-faceted in my studies. I am constantly reading and learning. I’m just trying get as much of the good information out as possible. Moderator: Another TI named James, who is really brilliant like you, told me in a recent interview that chemtrailing tie in Project Bluebeam and the false rapture. Do you agree?
Gallagher: This is very pertinent and important. Chemtrailing is definitely an energy technology….
Now I want to go off topic briefly…. Before Enron belly up, they were selling weather derivatives, weather contracts. They could go out and spray a (chemtrail) cover, a company in Boca Raton Florida, named Dynomat, was doing this. Enron was involved with a lot of utility companies. They did a lot of these experiments in Florida under Jeb Bush’s administration. They had prepared the people prior to that by spraying for a medfly infestation which was totally non-existent. Nobody squawked. Then Dynomat started the chemtrailing in Florida. Enron was selling these derivatives to their stockholders as a profit-making deal, and no one noticed this.
If they could hire a company that would have a positive effect, i.e., make the temperatures warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer… that would save the utility companies a lot of money. The closer the ENMOD people could bring local temps around a city to near 70 degrees F., the more they could make.
Even the smaller contracts were worth millions and millions of dollars.
Then ENRON went kapute. Right after that came 9/11. Then came the secret Air Force- which is the drone Air Force. Which is not secret any more, but not many know about it. They brought it out into the open. I have so many photos from satellites showing these (chemtrail spray) lines all over the US, all over the world. There are all kinds of shapes, wave forms.
I have satellite photos of highly irregular electro umbellatus (clouds) over Washington DC when Congress was doing very important things, trying to get certain things pushed through. These people have been conditioned really wickedly.

My interpretation of a Bluebeam is that its holographic. They tested this back back in the 1980s. They used this on the Shining Path group down in Peru. They used holograms to totally freak out their hostages. They created these holograms. So they’ve already tested the technologies needed for an artificial rapture, and making Revelation come true, etc. I don’t doubt that they will do anything they have to to keep their mental hold on people.
The people that are running the fringe cultists- these people are ghouls, monsters- they only care about power. Some of these particles that are sprayed actually do produce 3-d fields of laser light- and that’s a hologram.
Moderator: Some governmental organizations, NASA, US Air Force, etc., I noticed that they were talking about the “kill chain,” is that related to depopulation, what’s that?
Gallagher: I think that refers to Amy Worthington’s article: “Chemtrails and Terror in the Age of Nuclear War.”
From a military point of view, you are looking at the number of bodies. Up until recently, that’s how you win a war. The kill chain extends for decades after the explosion of the bombs.
Corporate media has become “perception management” more than anything…. This is the matrix. The global warming so-called phenomena is just a cover story for a program that was thought of in Hitler’s time. Some call it “Project Arctose.” (The idea was to melt the ice caps.) They had many bases in Antarctica. But he had asked several of his scientists…. (interrupted).
Moderator: What about “Operation Cloverleaf.”
Gallagher. That’s Amy Worthington again. She’s good. She also did an article called “The Electronic Poisoning of America.”
The problem is that she’s been victimized by government misinformation a couple times. And these were guys from Special Forces. And Special Forces have their own informants and actually engage in cyber warfare, information warfare…. She’s brave because she took the torch and brought it to the public.
She has published a lot with the Idaho Observer. And they’ve also been targeted with misinformation.
John Von Neumann, who is the father of the modern computer, he was member of the Manhattan Project. At the age of 51 or 54 he died from radiation sickness.
In the 1950’s and 60s, there were these chemtrail lines were sprayed in the sky over Antarctica in order to heat the ground.
I’ve seen it go from 80 to 116 degrees in one day. The higher up you heat- the greater the movement below…. It’s a great air-moving engine. But these madmen have learned to use this as weaponry.
One of the weaponry aspects of this ground heating, it’s done on days when you can’t see it, when there’s no cloud cover. They’ll target a portion of the ionosphere so heavily that it will burst out into space and drag a lot of the atmosphere with it. This creates a hole that allows unfiltered sunlight to hit the ground. This is called an atmospheric depletion mechanism.
The atmosphere is a protective mechanism. Remove the ionosphere and tremendous UV and other cosmic rays can get in.
Ramona: These people have no pity.
Gallagher: They have a predator mindset. Arrogance is a human trait. Certain people, in groups, always act in a certain way. And they will be totally different individually.
What I’ve noticed is that they believe that if they weren’t doing it to you, you would be doing it to them. That’s sickness, that’s evil. If you try to talk to them, it’s like trying to convince a drunk that he’s a drunk. It’s denial. That’s a bona fide form of mental illness. The best thing you can do is to distance yourself from these people.
But they try to make it so you can’t distance themselves from them. When you fight with dirty people, even if you win, you’ve got dirt all over you.
There are many who are undergoing these tortures without even knowing what is happening.
Ramona: These people need to be stopped. If we can’t stop it, we can always fight it.
Gallagher: I think they had to hurry this plan along a great deal because of the internet. They were so close, and then the internet came out and people began to communicate with each other. It was our key.
Right now we’re picking the(ir) lock. That’s what we’re doing. We are picking the lock and it is popping open. And I don’t think the are winning at all, actually. Their constant torture, mobbing, and stalking, and their frenetic activities are becoming more frenetic daily.
There is basically a subculture within our culture that has a lot more information on wireless technology than the guy on the street, than you or me. I don’t use a lot of wireless radio or wireless things. But there are groups of people here that are using radio and other wireless capabilities and some of them, God help us, are actually operatives of DHS, or FBI, or CIA, or NSA and they are doing a lot of the gangstalking, and they are acting as mobile spotters because the human vector goes hand-in-hand with this wireless activity that is being used to stalk people with video or audio. .
Because just the people following you around is just a small part of the overall stalking and mobbing. If they can get cameras on you in your house, outside of your house. watch you coming and going, they can target you much more effectively. I know this for a fact. I live so rural, they’ve had to do this to be able to intimidate me the same way they would be able to intimidate someone in the city.
This subculture within our culture has an advantage; and they don’t like others to know about this advantage; and they employ it for nefarious reasons and for profit. A lot of the spotters who were doing the surveillance mobbing who were working in Tampa Florida, when I was there, for the newspapers. And there was a cross-over – you had legitimate reporting, but then technology caught up with it, they could just camera up somewhere or put a trailing device, a GPS, on somebody’s car. That technology has been around a long, long time.
People who are very involved with wireless technologies of all kinds, radios, have formed what we must call adult gangs. And a lot of the nasty things they are doing are for profit. They don’t care about hurting people, they just want the almighty buck. Then there are the people who are just sadists, and they that’s what they live for, just to see people suffer. The majority of surveillance stalking is taking place through these adult gangs who are very well versed and who buy a lot of this surveillance equipment.
If you notice, everywhere in the city there are spy shops everywhere. And they do a booming business.
You can’t go anywhere in the UK without being on camera. Then with the advanced imaging technologies available with the HAARP technologies- like acoustic imaging, tomography, interferometry, and things like that, there is no privacy.
The ACLU came out with a statement: “Privacy is power.” The military and the government, who are run by the internationalists who control the currency, do everything to empower themselves through secrecy. And they do everything possible to disempower the people through these technologies. Right now, you can’t afford privacy.
(Due to electronic targeting of) Bio-accumulated radio signatures: The people who are perfect herd animals, their conditioning is perfect. They might go to their graves and might be stalked the whole way, and they would never even know.
Moderator: They were driven to their graves because they murder these people covertly.
Gallagher: True. Early. But they will never miss the years. The mistake these people have made is that their need for sadism and control has caused them to overstep their bounds. They could have done all this covertly and never let anyone know. They could have done it without hurting people. Their plan to take over quietly could have progressed. But it didn’t because they had the needle- they had to go in and make somebody jump- hurt people.
Moderator: They want control. They want to get rid of us.
Gallagher: Right, just like the book “MONARCH: The New Phoenix Program.” Phoenix was a program in Vietnam to assassinate portions of the enemy in novel ways. The New Phoenix Program is the same way but is being used here by black ops with electronic DEW and poisons and biotech and nano-technology and chemicals and just about anything they can. In the meantime, they are going to test all this stuff on the human guinea pigs, which are us. They are trying to remake society in their own image and likeness. Fortunately, they (Jews) are pretty damn dumb.
I was reading an article in High Times in the 1980s, and the author of a letter to the editor said we can go on strike. We can’t do much. But we can deny them our talent. And so I did that. I quit my job. And at all costs, I starved back, they make it rough, they don’t like you to do that. They can’t do it without….
They need innovators and free thinkers. A lot of this surveillance is to feed off of inventors. Because they can’t think for themselves. They are only good at stealing. They have no compunction about stealing. They have to have to have the people with the talent working for them under their thumb.
There is no inventor in the world today who is not being stalked and mobbed and surveilled. If their inventions have possible military applications, it’s a lot worse than that.
