Mechanical engineer, author, and Targeted Individual (TI), Jian Liang, identifies four general phases of targeting:

1) gang stalking
2) covert implantation, electronic torture, and use of “targets”/”subjects”/”human products”/victims in various neuro-weapons testing programs
3) some of these “targets”/”subjects”/”human products”/victims are converted into MKULTRA/MONARCH mind-controlled slaves via their complete mind and soul control and full possession by their handlers, who are generally “entities” belonging to satanic cults and secret societies.
4) traceless termination, generally via covert use of electromagnetic frequencies

However, as a TI herself, Jian Liang has found liberation through:

1) self-scanning, detecting, and removing implants, micro-chips, etc.
2) de-programming of trauma-based mind control with the help of qualified psychologists
3) prayer
