legislative counsel revised Organized Torture Act
California Assembly Member/Dr. Weber (from San Diego) submitted this proposed bill redressing organized covert torture to the Office of Legislative Counsel without sponsoring the bill. I just received the attached bill text from the California Office of Legislative Counsel. This bill still needs a Cal legislator’s sponsorship and endorsements from organizations active in California. Please help collecting endorsement letters from organizations and finding a California state legislator to introduce this bill. The deadline is coming: 2/16, this Friday!!
