I know this personally because I have been there…and its happening worldwide.

Its happening in the USA, Europe, Asia and around the world. Mind Control technologies rely on a process called ‘VERIFICATION’ and the CIA/DIA HIve Mind Teams cannot allow their victims to engage in random or chaotic situations or conversations, because it disrupts their technology.

For example, in Poland, where I met with a group of targeted individuals, it was a man named Slawek, and others. It is happening in every country on earth.

That is why the victim is boxed in inside a ‘FLOATING BOX’ 24/7 because they must keep the mind control victim inside a ‘Controlled Environment’.

They are walking Targeted Individuals to their death. Targeted Individuals who play the game do all the hard work. The government perpetrators just help the victim to deaths door (hyper game theory).

Imagine a never ending chess game that only stops upon the death or incapacitation of the victim. The objective is for the Hive Mind Teams, Surveillance Teams,….Organized Stalkers, etc., to keep forcing the victim to make a move (a response) because in order for them to move they must force the victim to move first.

In every scenario involving the Hyper Game Theory, there is always an opponent and always a victim. The more control the victim thinks he/she has the less control he/she actually has. Gradually the victim will hang himself/herself. As the opponent, the CIA/DIA Hive Mind Teams just help him/her along to their certain premature death.

For the hyper game to work properly the opponent must place the victim into an environment he can control. The BIGGER the environment the easier it is to control.

So the CIA/DIA Contractors mentally interrogate, harass, distract and torture the victim 24/7 forcing them to become consumed with their own inability to function and survive. The victim is overwhelmed by the ‘Sheer Magnitude’ of the game being played out against them each day.

Remember, Organized Stalking is based upon ‘Picket Surveillance’. The organized stalkers are not dedicated to the targeted individual, per se, but are dedicated to all targeted individuals who move through their area of operation where they live work and play.

Hence, the Hyper Game is endless, with infinite depth and application. ALWAYS A HIGHER OPTIMUM TO CHOOSE FROM – ALWAYS A NEXT MOVE TO BE MADE!

Professor John Nash mathematically proved that by constantly and perpetually altering any value in the model one can constantly and perpetually alter that models expected outcome. With CIA/DIA Mind Control technologies, the model is the victim.

So by constantly and perpetually altering any value in the daily life, daily activities, daily finances, daily health and we’ll being, etc., of the victim, the CIA/DIA handlers and operators can constantly and perpetually alter the outcome of the daily life, daily activities of the victim thereby perpetually forcing the victim into a endless series of counter moves and forced adjustments each day trying to function and survive the trauma and chaos as each counter move and forced adjustment is an evoked potential (synaptic response) inside the victims brain which can be remotely measured (Keyword: REMOTELY) and integrated back into RNM data.

The RNM Supercomputer, which the victims brain is remotely tied to 24/7 for life, monitors and downloads all electromagnetic activity of the victims brain as it continues to build a Cognitive Model (Copy-Cat Parallel Twin Personality) of the victims Will, Intellect and Emotion (Human Soul) to eventually achieve Direct Behavioral Control over the victim.

All of this is based on certain mathematical models employed against the victim including the Hyper Game Theory (Non-Cooperative Gaming Theorem).

Remember, in each Hyper Game scenario there is always an opponent and always a victim.

In order for their Mind Control technologies to work effectively the CIA/DIA Hive Mind Teams must place the victim into an environment they can control.

For the government perpetrators to move against the victim using the Hyper Game Model they must force the victim to move (respond) first, tangibly or electronically.

The victim is generally forced to move (respond) to the trauma and chaos in order to function and survive.

If the victim does not move (respond) first then the Verification Process breaks apart and the Non Cooperative Gaming Theorem (Hyper Game Theory) fails!

THE VISUAL ENTRAINMENTS CONTAINED IN THE NEUROPROGRAMMING THAT THE RNM SYSTEM IS USING AGAINST THE MIND CONTROL VICTIM, 24/7, CONTAINS TWO DIMENSIONAL IMAGES OF HUMAN AND BIO-MORPHIC FACES STARING BACK AT THE MIND CONTROL VICTIM. That is why the staring by organized stalkers is used with mind control victims. They need to make constant provocations against you to constantly keep you responding to them.

YOU OFTEN SEE ON YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA, THE CYBER-STALKERS & CHATTER-BOTS USING THESE IMAGES OR VIDEOS OF A PERSON STARING INTO THE CAMERA AS IF THEY ARE STARING AT YOU, FORCING YOU TO LOOK THEM IN THE EYES, TO PROVOKE YOU, THE VICTIM. AGAIN, ITS TRIGGER STIMULI. IGNORE THEM. DO NOT RESPOND. IGNORE AT ALL LEVELS WHETHER ITS STREET THEATER OR CYBER THEATER

What most targeted individuals dont realize is that the RNM Supercomputer, which your brain is remotely tied to for life, which is monitoring, imaging, measuring and downloading all data regarding the neural activity of your brain 24/7 for life, is designed and programmed to remotely provoke you as much as possible into emotional responses which can be remotely measured and integrated back into RNM data.

The sign used by the group which goes by the name of ‘Targeted Justice’ and the woman who goes by the name of ‘Ella Free’ is nothing more than a visual campaign by government provocateurs to solicit emotional responses from targeted individuals. Its based on the Psychology of Marketing.

The remote neural monitoring system is designed to provoke you emotionally so they can generate Response Statistics which the RNM System will use to determine how to interpret and link descriptions with data captured about your memory references.

That is why they are constantly harassing you with Street Theatre, trying to keep you talking tangibly or electronically by email, text, social media, etc.,, or constantly stopping you and asking for directions, and so on, in order to constantly provoke you! To provoke you into emotional responses to generate enough synaptic responses from you which the RNM Supercomputer can then correlate into Response Statistics..

Once they have consistent statistics the system will use previous ‘choice references’ and inject them into your subconscious thought during normal activity which is also referred to as ‘impulse injections’ to convince you that the response was your own and influence you to complete or describe the reference by making the appropriate verbalizing or performing a related action, which is known as ‘Verification’. You can fight and/or control this if you learn to defeat these memory attacks by learning to read active memory.

Once they see what you respond to emotionally, or intellectually, they will fabricate ‘conversational’ or ‘situational’ scenarios (Street Theater) based on events or topics they know will capture your attention.
