Read the names of the persons who were Epstein’s associates: they were mostly politicians and people with political power or scientists who might possess knowledge that would be useful to a foreign country surrounded by enemies. Otherwise, with his money, he could have created a palace in Thailand or other countries, for example, and had Russian, Asian, and other girls delivered to him with impunity. If it was a US service running him, Acosta would have been told it was the NSA, etc. All of it smacks of honey traps.
Intelligence agencies do favors for each other, so I suspect that he was probably a foreign, intelligence agent for a foreign intelligence agency that did favors for US intelligence agencies.
