Government Weaponization
My name is Anthony Jude Galvin. I have started this campaign not to buy anything or use the funds for materialistic or selfish gain. I started this campaign so I can live and survive. I am the victim of government weaponization since at least 2013 under the Obama presidency. I have been wrongfully placed on the terrorist watchlist even though I have no ties to terrorism and no history of violence, protests, or subversive anti-government activities. Someone can get on this list just for inadvertently and unknowingly crossing someone that has power. Tulsi Gabbard got placed on the terrorist watchlist by the Biden administration just for telling the truth and giving her opinion on the prospects of a Kamala Harris presidency. If they can do this to her and damage her reputation, how much more damage to a person like me or you (the average American) who has no power, no money, and no influence to fight it. I have been forced out of jobs and communities through an elaborate and well-organized slander and harassment campaign that has violated my civil rights, damaged my property, and made me an outcast in my own country. This campaign has destroyed my family relationships, work relationships, and friendships. I have had to move 10 times in 6 years because of the intense harassment, stalking, and mental trauma from dealing with people who have no ethics, morals, principles, or integrity. Most, and now all, potential job opportunities have been blocked or sabotaged through illegal surveillance, lies, and innuendo. America was founded on the principles of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These are rights we inherit from God, not man or governments. People from all walks of life have gotten together to conspire against me in hopes of ruining my life.
One of biggest crimes being perpetrated against me was designed to fight organized crime. This crime is now being used on me. It is the federal statute called:
Federal conspiracy law, under 18 U.S.C. ยง 371, involves an agreement between two or more people to commit a federal crime or defraud the United States. The agreement itself is the core of the charge, but it also requires an overt act by at least one conspirator to further the conspiracy’s goal.
A side note: with this law, their actions DON’T have to always be successful. It is the planning itself that is the crime. I only make this point to illustrate the innumerable amount of other schemes and nefarious plans they made against me that didn’t work out.
The crime of conspiracy is just one of the many crimes being committed against me. For example: my vehicle has been dented, scratched and keyed over the entire car (the hood, the trunk, the doors, the roof, etc.) by these private security contractors who work for the military industrial complex and members of the community who have been “duped” into believing they are “patriotic” and doing the right thing. If I report it to the police they have been instructed not to help me by being given the “bogus” term that it is a matter of “national security” by the people running this operation against me. These are vandalism crimes which have now reached the level of felonies with the amount of damage that has been done. It would cost over $2000.00 to get my car repainted. In the past someone also damaged my windshield by smashing it and putting chips in it while I was working out at the gym. This is an example of the violation of the conspiracy law because at least 2 people had to be communicating with each other to make sure I was not in the area to witness it. No one would do something like that in broad daylight unless they knew they could get away with it. Another example is when my mountain bike which was worth over $500 was stolen outside a grocery store in broad daylight. The people coordinated and communicated with each other on their cell phones in order that I would not catch them by walking out at that precise time. That is most certainly a felony based on the amount the bike was worth. What makes this really sick and twisted is that these people who harass me in public, damage my property, and spread lies and gossip about me are PAID money to do this to me. What kind of person would do this to someone? Furthermore, their modus operandi is to set someone up for a crime or public outburst by constantly harassing them. They hire people to do things to push the “targets” buttons (which they learn from the years of covert surveillance in which they develop a dossier and psychological profile on the target). They will position someone to video the set up from afar while the other operative or operatives initiates the harassment.
I can’t defend myself because there is no due process afforded me because of laws such as the Patriot Act which if you actually read it, is not Patriotic at all. I don’t know why I am on this list because no one ever tells you. If I file a lawsuit against anyone involved it would be dismissed or thrown out because the judge would be told that it is a matter of “national security”. But that is a lie and they are just hiding behind that term so that their criminal activities won’t be exposed. The people involved with my former employers (coworkers, managers, executives) and the general public that they enlist all sign gag orders in order to get paid. By signing this gag order they will either lie or not admit to anything even if I file a workplace harassment complaint directly with the corporation’s arbitrator or the EEOC.
The people running this operation against me won’t stop until I’m dead. The fact that they also get bonuses if someone commits suicide or gets entrapped in a crime, which they try to set up, is completely evil. They also tell people that I am under investigation for a crime. That is a lie as well. They know everything about me, everywhere I go, who I talk to, etc.. Anybody in law enforcement knows that NOBODY is under investigation for over a decade unless they are running a massive criminal enterprise like a drug cartel, money laundering, etc. If someone is aware of the operation being run against me and they choose not to participate they will not say anything or help me because they are most likely scared it could happen to them if they do. Surveilling, mentally torturing and harassing someone forever is not only wrong but inherently evil. That is not America.
