In about 2000, I finally figured out I needed to file a lawsuit. I took it all the way to the Supreme Court. Every justice at every level threw the case out. I didn’t get a full hearing anywhere.
I’ve never seen anything as horrendous and huge as what we are looking at here. All of these agencies work together. But the actual executive command, at least in my case and in many cases, is the FBI. They are so powerful.
Ramola D: (They attack us) with electromagnetic weapons, through-wall surveillance, radar, tracking, etc.
Geral Sosbee: Yeah. The whole ball of wax–they won’t stop at anything. This is unprecedented in human affairs…. The government is killing off the best people, that’s what it looks like to me.
Today, we (USA) want to control the universe. The FBI and CIA have actually hi-jacked our daily lives. They control us by intimidation, by threats, especially against whistleblowers or anyone who is an activist or an idealist. They come into your home. They use gaslighting operations to drive people crazy. This has been going on for me for about 30 years.
The FBI has two different personalities, like a schizophrenic. The media presents them as the guys in white hats, the saviors of little children, the protectors of our Constitutional rights. Nothing could be further from the truth. Because the other (real) side of the FBI is the dark, dirty, evil side where they assassinate people, torture people, and watch people take their own lives in real time. They are so completely evil and out of control that no one can touch them because everybody’s afraid of them. It’s like the mafia. (They are) dirty, sneaky cowards and assassins, who terrorize, torture, and murder people, not just by hi-tech weaponry, but by psychological operations, by gaslighting, by threatening them in their face, etc.
I consider every operative, every thug who follows our people (TI’s) around, surveilles them, assaults them with their cars, follows them by foot, harasses them in stores…. These people are engaged in attempted murder. Why? Because the FBI wants this person dead. They want him to make a mistake so they can put him in a mental institution or put him in jail, or force him to commit suicide. So I consider that every single operative, male and female, doing these assaults on our people, the targeted individuals, these people should be in jail. There is nothing that a target has done that would authorize a government to perform these kinds of felonies, which involves use of drugs, hi-tech weaponry, psychological operations, turning people into helpless, homeless people on the street.
Ramola D: It seems like they are operating with a facade and running a mafia-style operation. You know that this is something they have been doing for decades. In the 60’s and 70’s, in COINTELPRO, they infiltrated activist groups. They did the parallel construction, the entrapment, the kind of thing they are doing today. So this begs the question: Why on earth are they doing this? What are they achieving by targeting particular people in this extreme fashion?
Geral Sosbee: This is the big question of our millennium. Why would the FBI engage in this kind of ridiculous, murderous activity in violation of every human and Constitutional civil right that we have on the books? The only answer I have is that this is how they make the money. Author, Dr. Sass, said: “they increase the numbers and magnify the dangerousness.” The more people that they can track down and treat as criminals or suspects and the more they can make them appear to be dangerous, the more funding the FBI gets and the more power they get because everyone fears them.
Look at my paper in academia.edu called “A New Unheralded, Unlawful or Illegal Criminal Justice System Forged by the FBI.” The FBI has found a way to create a whole new criminal justice system (the Quasi-Criminal Justice System or QCJS) that allows no protections that are offered under the regular criminal justice system (CJS). There is no Bill of Rights. They process you under civil orders, not criminal court orders. Then they engage in one felony after another against you, the poor, beleaguered “hard target” (i.e., “someone they are trying to kill or imprison.”) They (FBI) are in pursuit of imagined or possible future misdemeanors. They use the NCIC (National Crime Information Center) to fabricate a case. They use the Federal Magistrate Judge to torture or terrorize people. And some hundreds of thousands to 2+ million innocent Americans are now in the data base, wrongfully watchlisted, placed on the terrorist watch list. And anyone who tries to help a target, soft or hard, is going to get in trouble with the federal judge. They can be put in jail or fined. Targets are treated like dogs. I consider the federal magistrate judges and the FBI to be criminally insane.
They (FBI) do anything they want. It’s a shame that our top law enforcement officers, the people we should be able to trust, are the most criminal element of our society.
The Constitution, in a way, no longer exists. The Supreme Court decides what Constitutional rights and privileges do and don’t apply. The TI program is a secret system where they target people as hard and soft targets and the Constitution doesn’t apply. There’s no Bill of Rights. You don’t get to confront your witnesses. You don’t even get to be told what you’re accused of. You don’t have the right to a trial.”

Thus, the primary perpetrators of the Targeted Individual program, the real terrorists, are here shown to be America’s top cops, the FBI, a mafia-like system which controls the Department of Justice (DOJ) and government itself. The Epstein Files debacle/scandal bears this out. 9/11 and the Jan. 6 “Fedsurrection” bear this out. Indeed, America’s “black history” of unsolved political assassinations bears this out: President John F. Kennedy, Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, Malcolm X, Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., and many others were “hard targets” assassinated by the FBI and their accomplices. Likewise, Ruby Ridge, Waco, the Oklahoma City bombing, and on and on are FBI/NWO state-sponsored terror operations. With such an extensive and spectacular criminal record, the FBI today must constantly monitor the population to “purge” truth-tellers and those who criticize government/deep state (FBI, CIA, NSA, DHS, DoD, etc.) corruption and criminality.
The modern Targeted Individual (TI) program is clearly the direct descendant of other government-sponsored civilian torture-terror-murder programs, including the FBI’s top-secret COINTELPRO (COunter INTELligence PROgram, 1958-1972 onward), the CIA’s Phoenix Program in Vietnam (1967-1972 onward) and concomitant top-secret CIA-DoD domestic equivalent surveillance-torture-murder program, MH-CHAOS (1967 onward) as well as the Nazi SS Gestapo’s medical experimentation-torture programs, communist E. Germany/Stasi secret police’s “Zersetzung” program, the Soviet Union/Russia’s KGB’s “psychiatric reprisal” system, etc. What’s more, I believe this program is meant to be the policing system for the satanic New World Order.
FBI and their innumerable accomplices spy, lie, cheat, steal, sabotage, torture, “supervise,” “neutralize,” and murder innocent citizens for fun, profit, and power. Indeed, the TI program is how these fiends, psychopaths, and sadists make their money. We must FIRE THE FBI to stamp out government-sponsored terrorism and corruption. They are now extra-legally purging (“neutralizing”) millions of honest civilians via this program. This program comprises total tyranny and highest treason against the American people and US Constitution. In my view, all state-manufactured crises comprise distractions designed to conceal this heinous, totally illegal program from public exposure. Thus, to make America decent again, we citizens must “purge” the real terrorists (FBI/CIA/Deep State) and begin to rebuild America along Constitutional lines. No sovereign nation or sovereign people can survive this evil, corrupt system.

The following is a summary of recent efforts by the fbi to silence me from reporting their crimes. The same brutal and criminal tactics used against me are sometimes used on a broader scale globally against others, including political targets and non-conforming (or divergent) nations. I have not included in the report an incident where a uniformed, armed police officer attempted to intimidate me in my home. Also, neighbors often assist the fbi in assaults on me and my wife in apparent efforts to provoke a answer. On some occasions snakes, tarantulas, dead animals ,etc., are planted in my home or patio to test my response. Most people accept the fbi’s propaganda campaign against me, so that doctors, dentists, lawyers, realtors, mechanics, etc., sometimes seek ways to insult or harm me. I consider all such individuals as accessories to the felonies committed against me by the fbi over the past twenty five (25) years. Finally, note that assaults on me by directed energy weaponry continue with great intensity, causing dramatic symptoms. The government thus is evidently controlled or overthrown by the intelligence community which can get away with almost anything with total impunity because the main stream media is also complicit in the offenses that I describe. Inspector Knipfing admitted to me during the discussion that someone committed a crime in Dallas, Texas, and planted my name at the scene of the crime. Inspector Knipfing also stated that an employee of the Texas Department of Public Safety is a suspect in the commission of the aforementioned crime and that a possible Public Integrity Investigation against that employee may ensue. During my discussion with Inspector Knipfing, Special Agent Rodriguez abruptly and pointedly attempted an apparent profiling effort against me by asking whether I ‘am angry at the FBI’ and whether I am online with my reports ‘for the benefit of humanity.’ Consistent with Agent Rodriguez’ adversarial tone, even the local police assist the FBI in fraudulent efforts to arrest me. After years of assaults and discreet attempts on my life by fbi death squads, I am
worn down, especially by attacks by DEW & ELF, causing loss of hearing, difficulty
walking and aggravated heart disease.
Also the fbi and FACEBOOK team up to block me from publishing; so, I quit
FACEBOOK yesterday. I consider FACEBOOK a dangerous fbi operative.
Evidence suggests that fbi reviews my medical charts, including Army records,
and consults with a medical doctor on how best to incapacitate me (see false
medical report by Dr. Holder at part 20 at “My Story In Detail”. The difficulty with
ambulation is partially explained by the general sensory neuropathy; the assaults
by DEW & ELF cause extreme sleep deprivation which is horrendous. After I closed
my FACEBOOK account, fbi reduced the DEW attack and allowed me to sleep more
than before.
The post traumatic stress that I experienced in Viet Nam is also exploited by
these ruthless fbi thugs who send operatives into locations (like Fed Ex and public
libraries, stores) to come up behind me and commit assault & battery
provocatively. When I file police reports, the police falsify the reports; when I try
to correct the false police reports, the prosecutor routinely refuses to prosecute.
The fbi’s Fusion Centers are used by all government employees to block any
benefit (such as police protection) that I may seek. I document many such
instances online. See part 19, a,b,c for my documentation of the fbi/Fusion Center
corruption of the UT Police Department where police helped fbi send thugs into
the library to distract and criminally assault me.

The Destruction of America By FBI And Their Associates
-Year 2000, SCOTUS case # 534US894-
From the time I left the fbi in 1978, to the present, the fbi pursued a criminally motivated vendetta against me, even harassing me in law school. The details of the torture and attempted murder of my person are presented in my website, my affidavits 2007/2014, my WRIT, and my thousands of reports online such as the paper entitled, “What Would You Do If”.
Below are some of the highlights of fbi’s corruption of courts, congress and other parties who could cooperate with and provide evidence on behalf of this victim of fbi’s unparalleled and incredible criminal campaign for revenge.
In my civil court case against fbi in Los Angeles in the year 2000 the following facts are recorded:
On July 3, 2000, I presented my case and on July 6, 2000, the judge denied relief and dismissed the case with prejudice. SCOTUS later denied my WRIT.
The presiding judge in LA federal district court was fully aware that the fbi conducted covert operations and blanket, assaultive surveillance and numerous crimes against me for a decade. He knew that the fbi McLean Affidavit was false and that government attorney Robinson pursued personal attacks on me without properly addressing the merits of my case.
The hostile decision by the judge, the unprofessional conduct of the US Attorney (USA), the false declaration of fbi’s McLean, the mean spirited and secretive demeanor of the USA and the judge himself all suggest the complete corruption of the judiciary and all portend the destruction of America that we once knew and respected. That time is gone and so is the integrity of our three branches of government.
In the next link visualize how the fbi operative, Brian Doyle, could have proven that the fbi fraudulently pursued their covert assaults on me, but he ignored my subpoena, failed to show, and subverted my efforts to present his evidence at the hearing. The judge scoffed at my objection to this travesty. Also note that certain police records were available in court which could have confirmed fbi involvement in forcing me to live on the streets, and were also kept out of evidence by the corrupt judge.
Additionally, the judge himself (as shown in the next link) tried to solicit irrelevant testimony from me, instead of providing me with a fair hearing. He thereby deviated from court protocol by engaging in open court harassment of me. After his little quasi harangue, the judge continued efforts to defend the very criminals and torturers of the fbi (the defendants) who terrorized me then and who continue the same crime spree now. Dozens of witnesses are mentioned or referenced in my reports that confirm the fbi clandestine activities against me which the Court sought to obscure.
The aggrieved plaintiff (me) continued for the next 16 years, (after the corrupt hearing in Real’s court) to date and possibly for the remainder of my life to sustain serious injuries and attempts on my life. The judge no doubt entertained ex parte meetings with fbi hoodlums and also knew that one of the Federal Magistrate Judges in his court house had authorized the fbi’s crime spree that I tried to present in court.

Her associate on the same day feloniously lies for the f b i. Fbi’s own SA Monica L. McLean boldly and definitively swears that as of the June 16, 2000 no fbi investigation exists anywhere by fbi concerning Geral W. Sosbee. This statement was a complete and damnable lie.
Robinson put on quite the show in unlawful efforts to discredit both my case and me personally. She and the judge exemplify the pure evil and fascist mentality that allows the fbi to commit atrocities in the USA with total impunity.
The court, contrary to the judge’s assertion, did not consider the demeanor of the witnesses, nor the evidence because the judge and fbi blocked witnesses from appearing, prevented the evidence in court from being introduced and prejudicially & unethically took over the hearing, thereby preventing me from presenting my case for a preliminary injunction. So, the judge clearly lies here:
Also, note how Judge Real incessantly and improperly asked me, ” Why would the fbi be interested in you.” Judge Real was at those moments a traitorous, quasi ‘operative in crime’ for the fbi assassins.
Regarding the fbi counsel’s spurious pleadings and subterfuge, the following instances are noted.(See above cited /pagea18.html ). Robinson’s legal reasoning in part makes my case as she cites the law relating to irreparable injury.
The ‘possibility of irreparable injury and the likelihood of success’ (in Robinson’s words) of my case in chief would have been easily established, if the judge had not been so completely corrupted by fbi. See Robinson’s pleadings where she inadvertently makes the legal point mentioned above that militates in my favor even today. She argues that I did not show irreparable injury. Of course no such showing would have been possible, if the fbi were successful in efforts to kill me. So, the law itself allows the fbi and the judge to murder potential whistleblowers, and Robinson thrives on that law.
The sworn, false testimony of McLean also represents in itself the filthy corruption generally of all the fbi’s documents in many cases in which the fbi is a party.
Covert fbi intelligence operations are conducted in secret by definition and McLean knew it. Any person, agency or group, any operative, informant, or street thug who conducts activity at the direction of or with the implied consent of the fbi, actually represents the fbi as though the Director of fbi himself conducts the activity. We must not allow the fbi and their agents and operatives to turn into ‘MAFIA, or the infamous demon, Mr. Hyde’ ( Author: Robert Louis Stevenson) when convenient for the fbi to commit and cover up their heinous crimes.

I conclude, therefore, from decades of fbi imposed suffering that the members of Congress whom I contacted and members of the courts to whom I appealed are actually (in their transparent cover up of decades of crimes by the fbi against me) guilty of treason and misprision of endless felonies. These leaders in Congress include many ‘respectable’ members such as Cornyn, Becerra, Hutchison, Sessions, et al. The judges include Real, all who sit in the Appeals Court and all in SCOTUS. In a way all of these cowardly, power seeking officials are guilty as accessories to all enumerated crimes against me continuing to date because they are on notice of said offenses. Judicial Immunity is a license for judges to engage in crimes against humanity by proxy.
They all bear guilt for the continuing torture and attempted murder of my person by fbi over the past 15-30 years. They (i.e. courts & congress) are de facto criminals because I personally notified them of the fbi’s heinous offenses, and in breach of duty they did nothing and do nothing today. At this moment the inhumane attacks by space based weaponry continue against this veteran who innocently defended the evil United States of America on the battlefield. The main law enforcement group in USA are criminals who seek out victims to justify their miserable existence.
Alas, the Federal Magistrate Judges are among the most dangerous, highly placed human monsters among us because they, pretending to represent justice, regularly wear their black robes to serve the dark and macabre agenda of fbi’s own serial killers. All such federal Magistrate Judges who assisted the fbi in terrorizing me from the time that I was an attorney in El Paso, Dallas, los Angeles, and the Rio Grand Valley, Texas, should be fired and face criminal trials for their Gestapo type, unconscionable crimes that I have fully documented. All other judges and government attorneys like Robinson should be required to speak the truth for once in their lives.

Shortly after the fbi hijacked my life, I confided in a Dallas attorney with whom I had a professional association and we both attended the same high school together. The word ‘evil’ does not adequately describe the extreme wickedness and the complete moral depravity of the fbi which in turn affects all of our public and private institutions and often the people who associate therein. Our country is now viewed by many as the enemy of mankind. Perhaps the current obsession with “living dead” productions reflects the decadence of popular culture and may, as orchestrated by fbi and high culture media chiefs, suggest more foreboding events yet to come.
The USA now seems to pride itself as the quasi demonic, global force set against all that a civilized people value (such as life, liberty, freedom from oppression, and all other fundamental human,civil, and constitutional rights). Such rights are stolen from us at will by the fbi and their supporters and friends. Mass murder and assassinations are hidden from us when fbi/cia/dod are the killers. After all, the people believe that , “My Country, Right Or Wrong”.

Attacks on political and ideological adversaries, such as me, by the US intelligence services (mainly fbi/cia and cops) shock the conscience. As I type this page, I am being tortured relentlessly, 24/7, by extreme assaults with DEW; today, as I strolled in a local mall (half asleep and fully exhausted from the DEW)) , the fbi sent one of their assassins to provocatively assault me from behind; I also reflect on the other attacks by fbi wherein I was repeatedly poisoned by a variety of bio-chem-viral-toxic gas agents which almost killed me. I have demonstrated for about half a century how the fbi subverts law and institutions in order to display their own power over and false image of indispensability to our nation. In virtually every fbi operation for the past century these thugs and killers seek public approval and sometimes adoration for their ‘crime fighting’ prowess. The truth is that the fbi is the most dangerous criminal enterprise ever in US history, and this assertion includes the threats against our people by the likes of Al Capone and his MAFIA . Today the fbi is the global federal MAFIA which in concert with federal Magistrate Judges torture, imprison, force suicide and assassinate innocent individuals under a complex system of laws and methods known only to the fbi and doj.
In my 30 years of struggle to stay alive while the fbi tries to kill me, I have learned that the fbi routinely lies, sets up innocent persons for arrest, imprisonment and death; when the fbi cannot find an ounce of evidence against a political adversary or whistle blower, the fbi goes all out using every dirty, illegal and unconscionable trick to destroy the Target through counterintelligence and extreme psychological operations.
The fbi goes to great length, sparing no expense, to silence this critic. When I tried to have the courts assist me in stopping the fbi crimes, all judges and so-called justices pretended that the fbi operated within the law.
That law is a complex cobweb of secret rules formulated to provide the fbi and company with complete freedom to entrap an innocent Target.

Visualize this reality : the most powerful agency in the United States of America, the fbi, is a group of deranged psychopaths or human monsters, worse than Nazis Mengele, Himmler and Goebbels.
These fbi agents and operatives in concert with federal Magistrate Judges single out candidates for torture, human experimentation and discreet assassination with total impunity. Their victims know that they are trapped and facing bad death with no way out and with no response to their pleas to government officials, media and the general public.
The torture of the victims are both physical and psychological and the terror that is imposed on them is unspeakable. This report is formulated in consideration of 30 years as Target of a gauntlet of assaults, torture, attempts on my life, and extreme psychological attacks on me by fbi’s clandestine operations which continue at this moment (and known to all by virtue of my chronicles) by *deranged persons working for the fbi.
Central to this study, aside from exposing the fbi as criminally insane, is to briefly describe their peripheral supporters in the general population, including the media and all departments of government, and others.

All who benefit or profit from government atrocities, such as most doctors and ‘well off’ individuals, are often contemptuous of anyone who criticises the fbi/police community. Such friends of the established authority generally hold that the government can do no wrong and that law enforcement particularly are immune from real accountability because of the presumed danger of their activities. The ‘government right or wrong mentality’ is an implied admission by ‘true believers’ of the criminality and infirmity in their own minds and in the collective conscience of the general population.
The *list of sociopathic characteristics shown below exactly applies to those fbi and police agents, operatives and street thugs sent to assault me everywhere. One should note that some of these fbi hoodlums are serial killers, serial torturers and just plain homicidal psychopaths who find an exhilarating and comfortable home with many benefits in the fbi. So, the reader might see here that their support for the crimes committed by government agents and police may be attributable (right or wrong) to the people. In fact many citizens readily cooperate with fbi psychopaths in assaulting me.
As for all others in society who support the fbi and police community, the evidence is clear that our society is dominated by quasi evil people who have no regard for those of us who are targeted for termination by cops and fbi. In other words we live in a kind of war zone here in USA where the occupying forces are the fbi,police,cia, and many in the general population. Furthermore, in order for some citizens to avoid any conflict with the serial killers in the police community, most people who otherwise are decent and caring, present an appearance of ‘disinterested’ in the atrocities going on all around them. They pretend that all is well in heaven and on earth. NOT TRUE!
So, reports such as mine and others who are being secretly tortured, maimed and killed by stealth are easily ignored and dismissed by almost everyone. This harmful apathy returns ultimately to haunt our society because the evil that many of us report does not stop when we the victims die, nor when the killers die. Instead their evil ‘lives after them’ and is perpetuated and institutionalized across our society and around the globe. Such inhumane actions that I outline in my reports coupled with feigned ignorance thereof by our fellow citizens ensure that public policy favors a violent, unconscionable and monstrous culture orchestrated to control all. In this culture of popular indifference to the unnecessary suffering and bad deaths of people by fbi/police/vigilante death teams, all seems acceptable to our sociopathic neighbors until they discover that, WOW, “…and “Then They Came For Me.”
As our fellow citizens show no interest in nor accept any responsibility for the crimes against humanity perpetrated in their name and on their behalf by government, I forsee a very dirty response globally from people with a different view of human progress and civilization. USA’s unconscionable crime spree, unprecented in human affairs, cannot obtain.

Contemptuous of those who seek to understand and expose them
Does not perceive that anything is wrong with them, though they are:

Seeks out situations where their tyrannical behavior will be tolerated, condoned, or admired and compensated
Conventional appearance, except when on special assignment
Goal of enslavement of their victim(s), as I show in their torture program against me
Exercises despotic control over every possible aspect of the victim’s life by using around the clock DEW (directed energy weaponry) assaults by low minded psychopaths

People everywhere in the world follow my work on line (* geral sosbee vs. fbi) where I outline the crimes against humanity committed by the gang of murderers who call themselves fbi/cia/nsa/nsc, etc.
Most concerned individuals understand that the atrocities that I outline are expanding into other countries and that the juggernaut of the crimes by fbi and company cannot be stopped. However, Trump today showed some slight sanity (more than CH) as he labeled the fbi and DOJ as frauds. So, Trump has the votes of the international community which indirectly impacts on voters at the polls here.

First the good news: I am doing well, thanks to my own perseverance and capacity to endure multiple, complex and sometimes life threatening assaults on me and my sanity.
Now the not so good news: Having worked and studied most of my 71 years on earth, I now conclude that our country ( the United States of America, US) is ruled and governed by extremely corrupt human monsters in the tradition of Himmler, Mengele, et al. associated with Germany Nazi Gestapo.
Spearheading the overthrow of the US government and the mind control of the populace are the fbi, cia, nsa, nsc and company. Complicit in the stealth coup here where millions of our people are wrongly imprisoned, killed by cops/fbi, and otherwise marginalized in the everlastingly twisted and sick ideological regime are the quislings of congress and the courts. Their members have sold out the people in traitorous betrayal.
The implications of the horrible kill and torture program and the irrationally brutal manipulation of the masses by the ruthless leaders of the US are quite disturbing for thinking and principled individuals: All persons in the US who are poor, disenfranchised, disadvantaged, or weak are subject to arbitrary deadly attacks by government (i.e.: death by government ). Even worse, the masterminds of this ‘Age of Madness’ who control and deploy space based weaponry now use that technology to micro manage the lives of millions, to torture and force suicide on many, even while other victims are monitored, or live in fear that “I might be next”.
The propaganda machine is also well greased, so that no dissent to the criminal regime is allowed on main street media. The intelligence community even blocks from publication reports such as mine online by a variety of sophisticated electronic manipulations of indexing and referencing protocol, including certain controls on Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, etc. The social media groups are so completely embedded with fbi/cia that membership therein presents more risks than advantages to the users. Indeed, the fbi so controls the most popular online media groups that all posts there are subjected to scrutiny for Patriot Act and sedition violations. Such illegal monitoring is ironic, given the fact that our government is overthrown and ruled by murderous scoundrels in the three branches and by all administrative agencies and departments tripartite.
All who support and defend the evil regime here are either thoroughly mind programmed, part of the evil, sociopathic and homicidal ruling class, or are afraid to do otherwise. Voting in popular elections is thus a gigantic exercise in futility and a joke and fraud perpetrated by media, talk shows and politicians.
Even as I type these words the fbi, USPI, Texas DPS, et al. surveil me in every way imaginable in their efforts to silence me. They fail because I do not fear them and because my work is more important to me than any threats or assaults that the killers and torturers continue at this moment to deliver.

On April 30, 2013, the United States Government as directed by the Director of the fbi orchestrated an elaborate and fraudulent criminal investigation of my person and sent two high level cops to my home to threaten me and my wife. The details of the illegal assault/threat by intimidation are recorded in the following link:
Today, over three years later, the USPI (Knipfing) under orders from the very same fbi who torture me 24/7/365, continue to violate the FOIA laws and to hold their phony investigation over my head. The apparent threat against me focuses on two items, one of which is a crime committed by the fbi in Dallas, Texas, where my name was planted at the scene. The other item is to follow my online reports, articles, papers, posts and emails to determine whether the government might be able to arrest and imprison me for reporting crimes by the fbi, USPI, etc. Presumably, sedition laws or Patriot Act provisions are presently used by the USPI in their secret yet clear threats against my First Amendment Rights as quoted above. The irony of the USPI crimes against me in concert with fbi’s continuing felonious assaults on me and my wife are twofold:
1) I defended the USA on the battlefield, have never been accused of any offense criminal or civil (that I am aware of), and served the fbi with excellent evaluations. Thus I am a patriot to the original USA, while the thugs of fbi and USPI are traitors and criminals as I have fully documented online. Regarding Texas DPS Special Agent Rodriguez, I consider the man a small minded fool.
2) While the two so-called investigators fly around the country trying to make a case against me, the fbi continues to commit multiple felonies similar to the ones that I have previously documented for over thirty years. Both Knipfing and Rodriguez scoff at my reports of Fbi attempts on my life, torture of my person, extreme psychological assaults, and destruction of my property. Indeed, after I published the *paper referenced below, the fbi entered my residence and tampered with my personal items in retaliation for my posting the report on their insanity; then, today, the fbi destroyed a tire on my car in additional retaliation for my reports.
Thus, I conclude that the fbi, desperate to find a way to imprison me, has directed the USPI Knipfing and his sidekick Rodriguez to continue their dual charade of investigating me while covering up the many serious felonies ongoing against me for over three decades. These two men, Knipfing and Rodriguez, should be fired and prosecuted for their dirty campaign against me, especially as they keep me on notice that my Free Speech has a price tag.
Regarding the fbi’s unconscionable crime spree against me, the most painful are
1) the psychological operations wherein the fbi monitors me every minute in every part of my residence and car as they also assault me with street thugs (some of whom I identified) and simultaneously conduct mental torture on me and on my wife daily.
2) sleep deprivation 24/7/365 by use of Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW) which keeps me exhausted and sometimes bed ridden.

The fbi currently employs an army of psychotics to discreetly destroy the life of the political Target (i.e. victim, ME) in a program as sinister and deadly in its application as it is cruel and unbelievable in its conception.

The police illegally and insanely threatened to arrest me for a non extant offense and the library staff and security guards harassed me continually on campus for about a decade. *These crimes against me are punctuated by the fraudulent “BOLO” in the year 2009, issued against me on campus by police acting as fbi operatives.

In the year 2006 I presented evidence online that the fbi manufactured by chemical combination a synthetic kidney stone (KS) in my body. At that time I had no third party, objective scientific studies to support my claim. I based my idea on the following:
The fbi thugs and assassins have M,M,O.
1) The Motive
2) The Means
3) The Opportunity …
…to execute such an atrocity by their corresponding
1) vendetta against me,
2) their scientific laboratory experts with conjunctive scientists in their employ, and
3) their fraudulently obtained, corrupt and abusive civil court order to medicate me.
The fbi with the full knowledge and authority of a federal Magistrate Judge regularly poisoned me in my home, in restaurants and in coffee shops for the past two decades. Evidence online supports these statements.
Shortly after I left the hospital, following the removal of the stone, I sent out requests to universities and scientific labs regarding whether or not one may produce in vivo a kidney stone. I included in my request the data obtained from *Part 16 of “My Story In Detail” and related links, wherein I presented the details of who I am, of the fbi vendetta, the narrative of events surrounding the kidney stone in me, the doctor’s findings, the hospital laboratory findings, and all other information in my possession on topic. I also studied topics in scientific journals relating to kidney stones and I recalled my high school chemistry class wherein we created stones in test tubes by adding specific chemicals together.
** I received no quick response, but after several months and years I received this answer to my question that I sent out as referenced above: Y E S !
All fbi agents, judges, congressmen, operatives, assets, scientists, et al. who were involved in the felonious assault on me by the KS are guilty as principals in assault with a deadly weapon, assault causing serious bodily injury, and an assortment of other crimes including violations of civil rights and conspiracy laws.
Finally I have learned that, as an apparent result of my reports online regarding the fbi’s KS caper, many persons around the world now suspect fbi/cia similar unconscionable behavior in intelligence efforts to incapacitate or kill adversaries. Some such countries include India, Thailand, Pakistan and Turkey.

I seek herein to prove by direct and circumstantial evidence that government officials of the United States of America (each and every employee in positions of authority, such as congress, courts, and executive offices) are guilty of many crimes against me et al. including but not limited to * Misprision of felony (and untold thousands of other felonies).
In support of this indictment against a wide range of USA officials I submit the following evidence:
My sworn affidavits 2007 & 2014, my WRIT to the SCOTUS, my letters to multiple members of the Congress of the USA, **my letters to high government officials, my court pleadings in my original law suit against the fbi and the DOJ, my thousands of testimonials on line with extensive evidence on the corruption of federal Magistrate Judges and police personnel across the country and overseas, and various other documents showing serious bodily injuries to me caused by the fbi’s classified non consensual cover research and experimentation program ( including assaults by bio-chem-viral-Directed Energy Weaponry).

This post is intended to remind all living that the fbi/cia assassins and their supporters are relentless in the crime spree against me that I have reported for almost thirty five years; and that the incredible evil which I and others try to capture in words defy simple description because the crimes are unconscionable, covert, painful (physically & and psychologically), and are unprecented in human affairs. Recently, one follows me into the grocery store and steals my smart phone when I turn momentarily from the shopping basket. Others assault me in the mall, on the streets & highways, or in my home. PS: The above report posted 9-20-16. The next morning the fbi thugs had received notice (from the agent assigned to torture and kill me) to send me notice of their revenge for the post. So, the fbi took over the hearing aids issued by VA for service connected hearing problem, and turned the volume to extremely high; that night the fbi hoodlum turned up the brain entrainment level to a ten (on a level of 1-10, ten being the highest & most painful). Sleep deprivation all night (via Directed Energy Weaponry, ‘DEW’) rendered me nearly incapacitated on 9-22-16 whereupon I suffered from loss of balance, extreme headache and other symptoms as set forth in part 19 of “My Story”.
While I cannot be certain of the reason for the retaliation, I suspect that my reference to assaults on me by Israeli lunatics (in service to Intel groups fbi/cia/mossad/SS) may have been part of the motives.

The fbi are masters of deceit and fraudulent manipulators of public opinion.
The fbi, though, seldom if ever documents its own provocative crimes committed in pursuit of Targets. So, as the fbi fabricates records on political Targets, no record is made of the unconscionable felonies committed by fbi agents/operatives in their efforts to arrest or kill their most credible adversaries. I am one such ‘hostile’ witness to the criminal insanity of the fbi- the single most corrupt and murderous agency (cia excepted) in government; and paradoxically the fbi are the chief educators and trainers of USA’s brutal & homicidal police leaders.

The fbi/cia/police community globally have created a self perpetuating murderous empire which requires the organization and funding of an army of secret assassins operating mainly in the shadows and in pursuit of new victims of their inhumane agenda. In a sense this unbelievable development is now an industry which is colossal and pervasive across all departments and branches of government worldwide. The criminal justice system now encompasses or manipulates the entire judiciary, all in congress and most in private business & universities, and all in the executive offices of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA everywhere on earth. I am attacked in El Paso, the weapons being used are horrific and intended for killing to be sure, they let me know everyday such is the case. The last several days have been brutal, the entire city seems to be in the hands of this system where at any time you are subject if targeted to being attacked in your home, stalked, and can be given heart hits, head hits etc. This can happen at the DPS, the tax assessor’s office, Social Security Office, in your vehicle, at Walmart and Target stores or anywhere especially at doctors and dentist offices that has been my experience, no one will help. If you live near an airport in this city, the FAA will allow you to be stalked by drones, jets, helicopters, private and commerical aircraft. Many photos of them being hooked up to me on a daily basis here in this city.

Hi Ramola and Geral- WOW! This is the missing piece of the puzzle the public needs to know. The internal targeting program by an agency using Nazi/Stasi tactics to surveil people to death is clearly an issue of extremely high public interest. I hope more agency whistleblowers come out and can dismantle this program and replace it with victims centered protection and public safety. This is true especially for those who have followed every public statement made by certain SAC’s- there are some scary characters, esp. in Texas, who are not only agency leaders, but leaders for their secret organization. And their loyalty is for the latter.

Ramola D: Hello, everyone, and welcome to this evening edition of Ramola D Reports. I’m Ramola D, and I’m here this evening with a very special guest, Geral Sosbee, former Special Agent of the FBI, and he’s got a very interesting story to report, he is an FBI whistleblower, who has a particular experience of targeting to report, and we’re here this evening to speak about both his experience and his views — his very important insights into the FBI, given his experience. So, welcome Geral, I’m so glad you could join me this afternoon.
Geral Sosbee: Thank you very much, Ramola, and thank you for all of your work in trying to bring all of our stories together–to help everyone who has been tortured and murdered by the FBI.
Ramola D: Oh absolutely, you’re very welcome Geral, I’m just doing what I feel compelled to do–I find it extraordinary that you would start off by saying people are indeed being tortured and murdered by the FBI–now you feel very strongly that the FBI is very majorly, mainly involved in this, right?–I mean, they are a primary component of this program?
Geral Sosbee: Yes, let me–may I make a couple of administrative announcements here?
Ramola D: Oh absolutely, go for it. Yes, absolutely.
Geral Sosbee: My name is Geral Sosbee–S-O-S-B-E-E–I was born August 30, ’45; I entered the United States Army in ’66, and served in Vietnam until ’68, I all the time was in Vietnam; I entered the FBI in ’71 and ended my career in ’78. Now the references to my work in the FBI are all on my website, http://sosbeevfbi.com/ — you can look at the FBI History Book, which is a summary of what I did in the FBI ….received from the directories of the FBI. (Finally) you can go to the Academia.edu for my biography and papers that I have written on the corruption of this evil FBI.
So what I am doing now is offering this to Ramola, with gratitude, for educational purposes–(in that) I have never participated, while I was in (any) service, in any type of activity that we are describing here (that is wholly to do with) directed energy weaponry, home invasions, threatening people, persecuting to suicide, locking them up….what we are looking at today is a massive program, from my personal and professional experience–and this is not legal advice, and I’m not soliciting anything here, I’m not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
(I want people to know) that this is a personal opinion–based on also my professional experience–that the FBI is spearheading the most colossal and evil attacks on people ever conceived on the face of the Earth, and they are using Deep Space-based technology, they are using Bio-Chemical Bio Warfare Elements and Agents, and they’re using Psychological Warfare to destroy people.
The only way that a person who is listening to me can understand this would be to (with the ability to) read much of my materials, starting with my story in detail, to understand how these guys–I’m talking about the FBI and all their friends–can actually drive a person insane, and that’s what they are trying to do in many instances.
Now the FBI recently sent the United States Postal Inspector to my home to threaten me and my wife. We have done nothing wrong and they knew it. The Postal Inspector–his name is Knipfing-I forget his first name K-n-i-p-f-i-n-g–Trey Knipfing–I have written several reports on Mr. Knipfing, he came out with Texas DPS, Conrad Rodriguez who turns out to be a real hotshot profiler. He’s a retarded man as far as I am concerned, but these 2 guys came out, after years of FBI stealing my mail, they come out to my home and threaten me and my wife with arrest, but they didn’t use the word “We’re going to arrest you” they just made it very clear why they were there. So in other words, the FBI has control over every agency in government on cue, whenever they want to, whenever they see the need–are you still there Ramola?
Ramola D: Yes yes I am listening closely–I wanted to ask you if you had experienced any of this, if you had any awareness of the extraordinary power the FBI has, when you were in the FBI–when you yourself were working there?
Geral Sosbee: Well as I said I never participated in anything like this. I was not aware that it even existed. My work what I did in the FBI I can’t go into it right now.
Rd: Sure
Geral Sosbee: They are listening and they would love to find a way to charge me with a violation of the (Right) oath of privacy and everything.
Rd: Right
Geral Sosbee: No, at no time did I even know that this kind of stuff was going on. In fact when I left the FBI was when I learned of their complete evil corruption. So when I left the FBI and they started in on me when I was in law school–if I did anything they started playing mind games with me, tearing up my car–this sort of thing.
Ramola D: Gaslighting? A lot of psychological warfare, all of a sudden?
Geral Sosbee: Thank you Ramola, I’ve written a short paper, short article on Gaslighting, I think it appears at AustinIndymedia. But it took me 2 years, Ramola, to figure out what was happening. Ten years after they destroyed my life in El Paso Texas–I was an attorney, a judge, and so forth–the SAC, the Special Agent in Charge who was a guy named Schwein–he was instrumental–and I got this from a former FBI Agent, a friend of mine, used to be a friend–Gary advised me (that they were going to be) ordering me to report to the FBI the day and time that I leave the city. This guy Schwein just revealed when he said that to (Gary) that he was in charge of destroying my career and my life–and he knows it, I’ve written about it–Anyway, it took me a long time to figure out how to combat it.
Ten years after it started–it started in about 1988, something like that–and about the year 2000, I finally figured out, I need to file a lawsuit! I filed a lawsuit, I took them all the way to the Supreme Court, and at every level, every judge, every Justice threw it out–I didn’t get a hearing anywhere, and in fact, the judge in my case in Los Angeles–and a transcript of what he did is partially on my website–he was blatantly prejudiced against me, and it was clear that he had an ex-parte meeting with the FBI to prevent me from presenting a case.
Now, this brings me to the other point if I may, Ramola, (Sure) Many people want to sue whoever is doing this, the stalking, the assaults the poisonings, the DEW attacks from directed energy weaponry and with microwaves and Extremely Low Frequency sound– we don’t know whom to sue–now when you don’t know who to sue, that’s a real problem.
You don’t know who to sue because these orders against us are being issued by corrupt and small-minded Federal Magistrate Judges or other judges–now I don’t think that the FISA judges–the Federal –(the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance) yes, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act judges–I don’t think they’re the ones on my case, they deal with court-suspected Terrorists and Enemies of the State–they have their hands full with dealing with that kind of problem.
These domestic issues–from what I can determine, and I was able to get myself into a position where I am admitted into this Federal District Court or Southern District Court of Texas–which is headquartered in Houston–in that group, there’s one or two judges in there that know me and that have been actually subliminally supportive of me. And there is evidence of that on my website having to do with Notices of Support from Federal Judges–or Federal Courts, excuse me.
So, I managed to get myself admitted into the Federal Court in Houston and all the Federal courts in the Southern District of Texas, and so I got to be acquainted with some of the Federal Magistrate Judges. In doing so I actually went into the Courthouse and met some of them.
And through my little investigation, limited as it was, I can prove that these Federal Magistrate Judges are the most corrupt, small-minded, and ridiculous men who have ever held office in the Judiciary (Very interesting) (for a hundred thousand a year, these guys) and so they are fully supported by the Federal District Judges –the one in Los Angeles who didn’t give me a fair hearing. (I see)
And …first of all lawyers don’t even want to talk–I had to sue the FBI alone–I couldn’t even get a lawyer to go co-counsel with me, because no-one wanted to go out on a limb against the FBI (Sure) that’s how powerful these people are. What I think they are doing here to us–is they are using secret orders from the Federal Magistrate Judges against individual targets such as Geral Sosbee–me; they take that around and show it–they show it to the police, they show it to your neighbors, they show it to the State agencies that you might be involved with.
Now the State Bar has never taken any action against me because they have very strict guidelines before they come after someone for disciplinary reasons–so the FBI has not been able to take away my Law license. Even though they have made some overtures– with phony clients in for example pretending to be in need of legal services, then I discovered they were not, they were frauds–
Ramola D: I see. Some kind of framing and entrapment operation over there–that failed–
Geral Sosbee: Yes, the Federal Judges and FBI need to profile a person who is targeted, and a person can be targeted for any reason at all–by the federal agencies such as NSA CIA, any of these agencies for any reason–if they don’t like you or if there is something about you that they don’t like, they can find–or if they think you’re a whistleblower–and incidentally I never intended to be a whistleblower, that was not my intent to be a whistleblower–all I am doing is showing the facts of, that surround the FBI’s attack on me–and people who are listening to me can decide whether or not I’m a whistleblower.
But I’ve never seen anything this horrendous and as huge as what we are looking at here because the FBI operations–and they are all tied in together, they knew that the FBI has the support of the CIA, all of these agencies work together but the actual executive command as far as I can determine, at least in my case, and I think in many cases is the FBI–they’re so powerful.
Ramola D: Very interesting, you know, so that suggests–
Geral Sosbee: No-one will question them and that’s a little problem when you–I forget who said it–but if you have a police group, you are not allowed to question what they are doing, then you can’t trust them, that is fundamental.
Ramola D: And that would suggest that, you know, that– since you think the executive order seems to come from the FBI — but you also suggested there’s a connection between the FBI and these Federal Magistrate Judges–so does the FBI first go to the judges and get this kind of order which they then present to everybody in the local fusion center or local Law Enforcement?
Geral: I’m having difficulty in hearing Ramola, I’m sorry–you were asking me about the orders from the Federal Magistrate Judges.
Ramola D: Correct. What is the connection–how does the FBI work it, do you think, between the Federal Magistrate Judges and then sort of issuing notices in the neighborhood and to the local fusion centers etc.?
Geral Sosbee: Well, I’m not an expert in this and I never tried to hold myself out as an expert–what I am saying is based on my personal opinion and my observations and I have no proof here to tell people–the issue is if it’s secret, it is sealed, you can’t get to them–how can you sue them if you don’t know who to sue?
Lawyers don’t want anything to do with it, plus lawyers want to make money–so if you go to a lawyer, with this kind of case, they’re just going to be real polite to you, say “We’re not interested” — so they know they’re not going to make any money most likely, plus they’re going to look bad, it’s going to make the FBI come down on them. These Federal Magistrate Judges or whoever, the FISA judges or whoever is issuing these orders–they’re doing it so no-one can get to them.
If Congress would investigate, I have many many witnesses, who would protect me — I know who they are…I have photographs of some of these stalkers–I consider them to be accomplices to potential murder, that’s why I recently identified some on the David Atkins video — tried to intimidate you and threaten you on the David Atkins video– you can see right there assault and intimidation and in a civil sense that’s a violation of a tort law–attempt to cause depression–
Ramola D: Provocation, right?
Geral Sosbee: Extreme emotional distress is what I am trying to say–but look, as far as these orders, Ramola, this is the most horrendous–there is no due process. No-one is ever told why he or she is being attacked—they can only speculate. Some people are being attacked because of their jobs—something in that they worked for the NSA, CIA, or any of these other intelligence agencies—they’re subject to being targeted if they do or say something, or if their personal lives don’t conform to these agencies’ idea of what they’re supposed to do.
Ramola D: Very often, it seems, especially among whistleblowers from the NSA etcetera or the Army—people I’ve spoken to, they’ve usually done something or they’ve spoken out against corruption inside the organization, you know, and then they get targeted. Or they’ve started an EEOC case about discrimination or something like that, and then they get targeted.
Geral Sosbee: Yeah, I’ve tried to understand that, Ramola, a few years ago I wrote a paper, a little article –on the criminal FBI, criminal abuse of the Global Disease Surveillance System. When I looked at that—it’s somewhere online—Criminal Abuse of the Global Disease Surveillance System–I learned there is a whole group of diseases, usually communicable diseases, that the government, the FBI, the HH Services (Department of Health and Human Services) some of these agencies, would use in order to profile a target so that they can–that will help them get the Federal court order in secret.
Now once they get that Federal court order, for example if a person has HIV—which I do not—but many people may come in contact with HIV or other diseases that I list in my report. That alone is enough, right there, to put a Global Surveillance Order on that person (wherever he goes and ever resides)
And the problem here that people don’t understand, we all want to be careful here who we have personal relationships with, everyone should be real careful there—however if they’re going to intentionally infect people, which is what I am saying they do, and if they are going to single out these people who have different type of illnesses, then why not make it public? Let’s see—why don’t you tell us FBI, tell the people why you have targeted me, and how you’ve been able to get my records to do that—I have invited them to do that—if they will comply, everybody can see what is going on.
But they won’t, this is a secret program–they don’t want to have to explain what they are doing. The minute they start explaining, it is an admission of all the things that you, that we have alleged against them—
And one more thing—when I say Surveillance, and I think Ramola, you understand this very well, I don’t mean just people following us around. It’s assault and battery, torture, home invasion, destruction of the cars–
Ramola D: With electromagnetic weapons, through-wall surveillance, radar, tracking, etc.
Geral Sosbee: Yeah. The whole ball of wax–they won’t stop at anything. This is unprecedented in human affairs, Ramola.
Ramola D: Absolutely. Would you say, Geral, that this is the use, this is sort of the misuse, this is the criminal abuse, I should say of power, of using covers of classified labels and secrecy labels in order to conceal crime—for this is literally crime, right, these are criminal assaults against people?
Geral Sosbee: Yes, that’s exactly right, Ramola—the problem is, and I’ve thought about this earlier–how can we actually comprehend what’s going on, it’s so difficult—and I’ve mentioned this earlier—it took me ten years to even figure out what I needed to do, and I sued them and then I started my website–
So what I can see is piece by piece we can get a picture, it’s like a jigsaw puzzle–we can fit together the whole program and understand it better–we can only do it piece by piece—that’s why I referenced my papers earlier in our talk here today, the papers at academia.edu –because in those papers I show little pieces of what they are doing to me and others, such as the quasi-secret criminal justice system that the FBI has started–they’re using a civil process, abusive civil process to go out and provoke people into responding, and then they arrest some people and put them in prison or in a mental institution. So it’s piece by piece is what we are trying to do, I think, is to put this thing together so ultimately we have the jigsaw puzzle altogether and we can see what is going on.
Ramola D: That’s a good plan—because there are indeed many pieces to this, right, aren’t there; there is the initial targeting and then the going to the Federal Magistrate and getting an order and then informing the neighborhood, informing the local Fusion Center and then engaging in these harassive entrapment activities which further push the target into further dire straits either being imprisoned–arrested and imprisoned–or sent off to a Psych Ward?
Geral Sosbee: Yes, that’s right—and one more thing here please. I’m really disappointed in our Police Departments, because first of all they are programmed and trained by the FBI at the National Academy—and there—the culture has become so corrupt that they are killing people on the street willy-nilly. They can kill people and get away with it because they are trained to do that by the FBI—now Police departments sometimes refuse to accept my complaint of a crime against me–
Rd: Oh yes.
Geral Sosbee: Even threatened to arrest me…when I make a complaint. My wife and I filed a complaint in Brownsville and the Police Detective, his name is Adrien Posada, and this is all on record, I’ve written reports on it, he quietly threatened to arrest me—in his words, for filing a false police report, and then he said, go take your medication–my wife is sitting there right next to me.
So when he stated this to me, I knew immediately that this guy Adrien Posada, detective from the Brownsville Texas Police Department and on here, the Commander of the Police Department got involved, he told me that Posada didn’t behave properly and this Commander,I forget his name, criticized Posada’s demeanor, the way he treated me and my wife. So at that point I knew we had a corrupt cop. But it’s not just Posada, I am seeing something here.
Ramola D: Oh yes. Oh yes, you know, it’s like they follow a protocol, it seems like they’ve been trained to use this mental health story—immediately accuse people of being mentally unwell when they are presented with complaints like this.
Geral Sosbee: That is a good point, thank you for putting that in there—and in fact it even goes beyond the police. The FBI apparently contact medical doctors and falsely report a paranoid delusional disorder, they receive in their file a false mental diagnosis, they try the same methodology–in Part 20 of my story in detail you’ll see the medical doctor’s report where he falsified that report. That same medical doctor today is working for the DA…also I have a DA pdf at my Academia.edu which will show some of that information that’s going on with these doctors.
Ramola D: Very interesting, so you have information; in other words, you’re aware that the FBI actually contacts doctors beforehand, psychiatrists also possibly, in order to get this kind of psychiatric diagnosis right, misdiagnosis, I should say–
Geral Sosbee: Yeah, Ramola, I can’t prove it, again this is all based on personal experience and my–I should use the word speculation–but how else can the doctor and the police, these sorts of people, turn against an innocent man or woman–unless some very powerful group like the FBI goes in there and displays a Federal Court Order which says/looks valid, since this is completely extra-legal in the sense that, there is no due process, there’s no equal protection under the law, there’s no Bill of Rights applied, then how are you supposed to defend against this type of thing?
Ramola D: Right–so many people are reporting precisely what you are reporting Geral– so many people, across the country and literally across the world, pretty much the same scenario is being replayed around the world right, the same protocol, the same story, people being targeted, people being assaulted with weaponry, and when they speak out, when they make a complaint to police, it’s always an issue of, you know, that the police either don’t take the complaint seriously or they accuse the reporting victim of being mentally unstable and needing a psychiatrist immediately.
Geral Sosbee: Yeah, and that’s exactly what’s happening. You got it exactly correct, its global, it’s not just something that’s happening in our little individual neighborhoods, and it’s something that people need to be educated about and I don’t know how to educate them except through what people like you and me and others are doing.
Ramola D: Absolutely. Public awareness–just speaking out, you know, and just sort of relaying our own experiences, as you are doing Geral and as I have been trying to do, –how else can you reach the public, right, you just report what’s going on on the ground. And of course mainstream media isn’t covering this, so we have an uphill battle to climb, we have to put the information out there, regardless, right?
Geral Sosbee: Yes, and let me say this–United States Attorneys are aware of this, they’re aware of what is going on, these are (US attorneys) all over the country are aware of this -and the States’ attorneys and the city prosecutors. All of these people will not do their job if the FBI lets them see these Federal Court Orders. Federal Court Orders — it’s the civil law that we’re talking about here — they’re so powerful, Ramola, it’s like a (decree) from God has come down in that civil court order.
Ramola D: That’s awful.
Geral Sosbee: In other words everyone that they come in contact with, and I mean everyone, is immediately turned against the target.
Ramola D: Yes, everybody — Because they actually go and contact everybody who’s within the target’s circle of acquaintance, circle of friendship, circle of collegiate relationship, personal relationship — anything, right?
Geral Sosbee: Yeah. My brother is afraid to be associated with me–I have two brothers–they, I’d love to see them before my time is up, and I’ve tried to see them, but it’s difficult, because, you know, no-one wants the FBI snooping around. And another thing–I think that the FBI controls Congress and the courts by implied blackmail. Anyone that has any human behavior that’s…..if Congress and the judges sitting there in the high courts, if the FBI ever disliked them, and wanted to get them, then they would find something in their personal lives that would be embarrassing, and they would ruin them. Everybody has something in the closet.
Ramola D: Yeah, I understand that’s how they run it. They have control files on all the Congresspeople, right?
Geral Sosbee: Yes, And they have extensive files on Congress. And on the Board of Judges on the court. Is there anything else that I have skipped that I haven’t addressed? That you and I have wanted to talk about?
Ramola D: There’s a couple questions that I had, you know, you had actually talked about this in previous conversations with me, and I just thought, you know, that other people would be interested in hearing this too. One of them is: you know, how do you see the CIA as being involved–because many people see the CIA as being a heavy part of the Deep State or Shadow Government, the control mechanism behind the whole thing–that’s one question–
Geral Sosbee: Real good question, Ramola. I received a message about the year 1990 or 1988 or so–and the CIA sent me a little subliminal message having to do with employment with the FBI and employment with the CIA. I didn’t think the CIA would send me a message like that…..let me just say the CIA wherever they are have total access to everything–they are the secret government, the FBI and the CIA, these groups are like governments unto themselves. They are like sovereign states, if I may use that expression. (Sure)
Now when I took off, I fled the United States for Thailand. Big mistake.
The CIA and FBI completely controlled Thailand (through) DOD. So when I was in Thailand, I was being assaulted by FBI operatives and thugs and informants; and incidentally, FBI operatives and thugs and normal citizens are involved in all of this, it’s not just the specialized and highly trained agents; it’s informants, operatives, and members of the general public on all who are involved in provoking people.
So now in Thailand I had so many assaults coming at me from so many I was kidnapped—all kinds of….
And one day some very smooth operators they didn’t seem to be FBI came at me when I was trying to exercise in the workout room, and they were very discreet, and I thought, these guys are not FBI, they’re acting more like CIA–
Rd: I see, a little more polished you mean–
Geral Sosbee: That was pure speculation, Ramola, but those were the two examples when I felt the CIA has been involved against me.
Ramola D: I see. Very interesting. And the FBI operatives you are talking about on the ground, I mean over here in the US as well, you know, we have Infragaard, and now we have the COPPs, the Community Policing Watch Services, and so forth and so they’re also all working with the FBI as well, right, what people call the gangstalkers.
Geral Sosbee: Yeah. Yes. That, see—let me go back to: The FBI has somehow managed to distil in the minds of all people a kind of feeling of awe-A-W-E-or respect. People believe that whatever the FBI says has got to be true.
Ramola D: Correct. Yes, yes—the FBI you know, it’s the guys with the FBI badge—so whatever investigations they are conducting have got to be kosher, have got to be legit, that’s what people imagine.
Geral Sosbee: If people knew what these FBI agents are doing around the world—and you and I are trying to show this—then I don’t think they’ll be so quick to say to the FBI, “anything you say, we’ll believe.”
Ramola D: Absolutely, and you know, I think that ‘s something to stress, Geral, as we try to inform the world, actually stress what exactly is going on on the ground, you know the actual horror of these programs, that are being conducted on people, on Americans right in America as well as other people, other citizens in other countries as well—being attacked extremely with these weapons to the point of torture, to the point of sadism, to the point of brutality, and to the point of death, because many people who are targeted actually die of the targeting, right?
Geral Sosbee: Yeah the idea of forcing people into a final exit. That is most abominable,
Rd: It’s criminal to start with! Its illegal.
Geral Sosbee: Yeah its hideous. That’s what the FBI do. We have a few of our friends, one or two of our friends you may recall committed suicide
Rd: Yes, unfortunately
Geral Sosbee: –trying to deal with the energy weaponry and the assaults, the stalking, and the character assassinations and all that, they can’t get jobs, they can’t even find a place to live, because they’re blackballed, so this kind of stuff can only happen under a murderous regime that doesn’t really respect human life (Yes) that’s my opinion on it.
Ramola D: Absolutely. I had one last question Geral, and that had to do with the DOJ. Now you made a very interesting comment to me yesterday about the FBI supposed to be under the DOJ, right—that’s supposed to be the set-up, the hierarchy, but it’s the other way around, actually?
Geral Sosbee: Yeah. I think I sent you a link to an article that I wrote, having to do with the loss of the constitutional government of the United States.
Rd: Yes, yes.
Geral Sosbee: Now in that article I showed—now I borrowed information, it was not all my data, I borrowed it from another book showing that the DOJ pretends to be the Head Honcho of Law Enforcement in this country. Actually the DOJ takes orders from the FBI. The FBI does whatever it wants to do, and then the DOJ has to support it. That’s my experience with the FBI and the DOJ.
Ramola D: Very interesting. I think people would be very interested to see, you know, the sort of interconnection and the actual hierarchy you know, that’s actually playing out. The NSA also comes to mind you know, because from what we are learning from the Snowden documents, that Suzie Dawson has found more information about, the satellites that are over every country are now being openly used by the NSA through various Intelligence Agency agreements that they’ve made with other countries. So–
Geral Sosbee: Yeah. That’s really scary, it may be beyond my ability to comprehend, what is actually going on with these satellites and different countries accessing them, Maybe it’s not just simply a global effort by the United States FBI, CIA to control the world, it’s an actual effort (of) purging everyone that’s on the Earth, who doesn’t conform to the standards that are dictated by these various Government officials. Now that’s a scary thought—a global purge in order to control the Earth and Outer Space. Then we’re really in for some bad times.
Ramola D: Yes and I think, unfortunately, you’ve hit the nail on the head there. There Is a globalist movement as you know, and there is a New World Order that’s been established, and if you look at the protocol of targeting throughout the world, it’s remarkably similar and has a very sinister similarity to it, so one has to kinda look at that direction and look at the Globalists, and look at their…you know, connect that to what the United Nations has been doing and the various depopulation programs that are in action etc, and yes, you know, global targeting of all humanity is indeed underway and has been underway for quite some time now in many different ways, shapes and forms which is horrifying to contemplate. But that sort of shows the connection between the local FBI and local CIA– I mean, I suppose you could never say the CIA is local, right because they’ve always been a bit octopus-like!
Geral Sosbee: Yes, the other thing that is horrifying to me is that the Media doesn’t say a word. …we don’t get Media coverage of what you and I and all the other people that are working on this project are reporting, to expose the insanity of what is happening to people.
Ramola D: Yes, we have to conclude they are a part of it Geral. They are a part of the Globalist enterprise to suppress and repress humanity, so we who are speaking out and we who are trying to do something, we are sort of the Alt Media, you know, we are the New Media
Geral Sosbee: Thank you Ramola Sad thought–That is an indictment as far as I am concerned, all these personalities and shows and Newscasts at night, all these reporters who pretend to be reporting news around the world, we’re indicting them, we’re showing they are cowards, they’re not doing any programs at all on something they know is happening–so it’s sad to realize
Rd: It is.
Geral Sosbee: It’s sad for our species, that we have these kinds of people, big media moguls, making huge sums of money, billions of dollars, some of them, and they’re not doing anything to educate the people about what’s going on.
Ramola D: Yes, absolutely. Do you have any advice for anybody who is out there and listening and waking up slowly to what is going on and wondering, What can I do to help change this situation?
Geral Sosbee: Well I thank you Ramola—other people need to be just like you…reaching out and trying to get people to submit their different accounts is the least they can do—Regards advice, look, from—from a long time ago I do not hold out hopes that this will stop (Oh boy)—I know some people will disagree, I hurt their feelings when I say that—but if we have the ability to stop this program—now we might be able like as you say to pull it back, but as to stop it, I don’t think it is possible and I don’t have any hope that it will stop.
Because the technology that is being used today, it’s to consolidate power and to control different governments, will have to continue to be used in the future for the same reason. Because other governments have access to it. In fact the embassy in, the recent embassy incident in Cuba–in which some people were losing their hearing. That’s an example of someone using some frequencies and destroying people’s hearings at the Embassy. Even after that admission, we don’t have people looking into our stories of DEW or… so I’m not happy at all with imagining we can stop them.
Now this may not be a good attitude now this sounds like a not good attitude but I see this as some kind of warzone – some of us live in a warzone—and my experience of war tells me you don’t ever sit back and hope the enemy won’t come at you, that’s something you just don’t do, it defies all logic, you’ve got to fight until you’re not there anymore.
Ramola D: Absolutely And it is a warzone, you’re right, you’re absolutely right, but it is Asymmetric War, because the people fighting this war against people like you and me are using weaponry, and we’re not using weaponry, we’re just using our words to report what they are doing. So they see it as an Information Warfare, they see this as an Information Operation—and they are daring to call their attacks with these weapons, they’re daring to call these attacks Information Attacks—they’re not information attacks, they are Assaults. They are physical assaults and they are mental assaults on our brains and our bodies. So it is a warzone, it’s the Next World War, which many people are not aware of—many people aren’t aware that it’s actually going on, but it is going on, we know it is going on, right?
Geral Sosbee: Yes Ramola thank you these are secret technologies, we don’t know the full range of these technologies on human beings Some people talk about Voice to Skull—we don’t talk about that but I believe them when they say that.
Ramola D: Oh yes, because the patents exist, many patents exist, and there’s a history of development that’s also been revealed through the work of many whistleblowers who’ve spoken out and through some information as well from military documents.
Geral Sosbee: Yeah—now do you know a lady named Eleanor, White or something—do you know her
Ramola D: Yes, yes I remember, she had a website, and she put some information out online.
Geral Sosbee: Okay. Now many years ago, I read some of her material and she was very right on target. She made some points that I didn’t understand but now I am beginning to think she was right-on. She stated that these technologies could be used to stimulate parts of the body. So if this is true, then what these guys are doing, who work for the FBI they’re using technologies to stimulate people’s bodies or their brain or their private parts or whatever—what are they thinking? Where did this technology come from – and how extensive is the application that it has taken? These are the kinds of things that we would need Government to open up, Congress would have to not be cowards (Yes)–Congress has some cowards in Congress—that’s another impossibility to realize!
Rd: Or we may have to replace Congress with some less cowardly people right?
Geral Sosbee: We just..If I were in that position…I would stand on the floor until I collapsed and was exhausted to make sure that a law was passed to examine and open up and make public all of these kinds of technologies that our government is using against our own people. And when we talk about people today, everyone in the world today is our own people–because we are one big community today in the world.
Ramola D: Correct. Yes, absolutely. And I thank you for your commitment and integrity there, Geral because you are indeed one of the few and far between for having the conscientiousness to say that. We need Congresspeople like that, you know, who would care about humans—but they don’t seem to care, they seem to be quite happy to ignore what is going on, and to simply give the Intel agencies a free ride and let them do whatever they want and keep it all under cover and classified labels and Secrecy you know—and not look any further into these weapons which we have information on from you know the Joint Non Lethal Weapons Directorate, etc are pretty horrific there is a lot of information on the Bioeffects of these weapons, that information has been published, and as you say the weapons can affect the organs, can affect the nerves, the bones, and joints, and indeed can affect their private parts—and indeed targets, people who are targeted are reporting precisely that. They’re reporting being invaded in their private parts in their brains, in every part of their bodies and in their brains—people are reporting it, Mainstream Media is not touching it, and Congresspeople are ignoring it—that’s the state of affairs, the sort of sad and gory state of affairs today.
Geral Sosbee: You touched on something that’s important there, about Congress. I mean these people in Congress are making so much money, I mean they live in …I mean they’re not just making hundreds of thousands of dollars from their salary, they’re making money from their private investments in violation of FCC rules and insider trading—an example of that is Feinstein. Another example of an extremely corrupt Senator is Cornyn.
Rd: Oh yes.
Geral Sosbee: And one more thing that you reminded me of, and maybe you didn’t mean to but you did, and it’s this—if our government is doing this kind of thing to its own citizens, its own people—they’re going to be doing the same kind of thing to other civilians around the world, The United States is making a lot of enemies
Rd: Sadly, yes.
Geral Sosbee: If something like this is going on, they don’t like it I’m talking about ordinary people everywhere who see what this evil group of Intelligence agencies is doing—FBI, CIA, NSA, NSC, DOD all these different intelligence groups together—then that’s not good for our own national security
Ramola D: Excellent point, absolutely—yes, we are not safeguarding our national security by using weaponry on our own people or on the people of other countries–
Geral Sosbee: No….we don’t know what they are capable of doing—now DOD (they’ve got messengers and drones) they’re able to kill people and take them out—the masses of people (that run) the State everywhere around the world when they begin to realize what they’re doing, even though they’re incapable of doing…of hurting our own people here, (they can try) to get back at the government—that’s just some of the big risks that are being run by these intelligence agencies–
Ramola D: Yes absolutely, absolutely. Well I think there is so much to talk about on this subject and you know it would be wonderful if you could come back another time and talk about your understanding and your experience—I really thank you for coming forward—is there anything in particular that you would like to touch on before we close this session?

It is my belief that the transhumanists and the UN, together with their financiers, are using these directed weapons as testing in a pre-implementationary phase for what will be coming soon thereafter.
The USA cannot pay off its debts. The currency is is big trouble and may soon lose its status as the world’s reserve currency.
If this occurs, our way of life is over. Some estimate a 25 year economic depression.
What that would mean for everyday folks is chaos, and lots of it. The system, as we know it, will cease to exist. Financial chaos as the markets crumble. Business chaos leading to empty shelves, loss of currency for transactions and closed banks. Social chaos as people will not be able to get food, energy, medicine. Massive unemployment.
They say Infragard is going to shoot to kill in mass.
South America and other places where economies are not pegged to the US dollar would be great escapes.
This is only my opinion. It is not fact. But I firmly believe it to be. When we create a trade war with one of the few remaining countries who will buy our debt, we dig our own grave.

I learned to read my iphone diagnostic logs, which are in English, and have discovered that my phone is using Bluetooth 8021x protocol to communicate with a nano registry. It also is running programs called Neutrino kit and Netutrino Core as well as making connections with Madrid and Montreal – both of which are international hubs for Neutrino research.
Neural network has also made appearances in my logs and differential privacy logs have informed me that my blood glucose and dietary fiber uptake -among other things- have updates.

I agree we are in a warzone. Each of us can stand up and stand out in our own ways to fight back. Each one of us bring our own expertise or credentials, experience to the table. I really like the different points made between you, Ramola and Mr. Sosbee. I have noticed the Department of Justice acts like a separate Department that appears to be in charge of the FBI on paper only. The FBI answers to no one but itself. The FBI knows everything about us, yet protects itself within this political good ole boy network while standing by as good citizens are consumed by crimes the FBI should be investigating. The criminal networks increasingly expand under this type of “regime.” THE SECRET REGIME. So we can’t sue them. I agree our Congress is full of cowards who do not represent us. I have been infected with HIV and am targeted, and now my mind is blown, i was a mod for yahoo HIV chat and was helping people and got on a list post Sept 11th . The good news is that HIV if well controlled like my case and with PreP medication you can have sex and have a way lower risk of infection , some say no risk. My current clinic treats me like im a criminal and they ask questions that are very odd and personal about things that have nothing to do with HIV, it is for interrogation for the HHS as I knew for years. Go read the story of the HHS and the director and it will all fit. I always knew HIV was a man made disease. I am a retired Dj and Techy and live near the Bay Area .

Let me translate once more what Geral is saying. There are actually 3 tiers to our justice system. Sosbee talks about a quasi-judicial justice system. This is one that is totally extrajudicial where torture and murder are the punishments after obtaining an unlawful perpetual warrant from a corrupt magistrate judge. This is where you are a TI for arbitrary or discriminatory grounds (Jew, gay, black, other ethnicity or religion) and you get no notice or due process- its just aggressive and lasts for years/decades. Then there’s the police state CJS, undermined by terrorist agents and lawyers and judges who entrap others, bring charges without evidence, or false accusations- a veritable kangaroo court disguised as legitimate- a weaponized political CJS. Then there are those cases in the original jurisdiction of the USA which, if in the hands of non-terrorists, proceed normally with due process protections. Its essentially all about 5th and 14th Amend fundamental due process rights- its a huge right, that when intentionally violated serves to stigmatize the victim with a false accusation and a badge of servitude and inferiority. Shame on these perps that Geral Sosbee so accurately exposes in his work.

Taking Geral 5 years — Federal Open Records Act–to get a piece of paper from his desk re. what he had done–submitting his name to the FBI for an investigation. Geral got this paper showing how he was framing him lying about white powder placed by him.
No accusation, no charge, no chance to respond–serious allegation–same thing being done to other targets, no one being told why they are being targeted, surveilled, 24/7, 365 for life–gaslighting, watching you in your home, tearing up things in your home, get authority from corrupt federal magistrate judge to poison you, do all manner of crime against you. Presiding judges at district courts. Presiding district court federal judge aware of FBI’s actions against him, allowed FBI to get in on a ex parte meeting–one sided discussion against him without letting him hear about it–then tried to get Geral to say things against him.
FMJs are easily accessible to the FBI–limited jurisdiction but they are used by the FBI. Authority of the FMJ can be looked up online. Limited but sweeping–they take up your life. Geral’s appeal denied. Supreme Court pathetic. The 3 branches of government plus Supreme Court know that the goal of the US is to control the US and the world and space and the universe–set up space stations; set up a plan for space police; with the 3 branches of govt now they have to co-operate now more than ever since we apparently want to control the universe. FBI and CIA have hijacked our daily lives, control it by threats intimidation–esp on activists and idealists–they break into homes and gaslight; this ordeal has gone on for about 30 years.
They–FBI–have 2 diff personalities–schizophrenic–portrayed by media as saviors; other side is dark dirty side, they go after people, watch people commit suicide, kill people–terrorize torture murder with Psy Ops gaslighting weaponry threatening them. No one wants to touch them because they are afraid of them–just like the Mafia.
Geral relates how his Fb page was shut down.
They–FBI–are engaged in attempted murder–they want to put him in jail, a mental asylum or dead.

The Rock Island/Springfield Illinois heist against him; he was given info to make an arrest but was not given a FBI car; he had only his own car a Volkswagen; he went to the house, stopped a cop and asked him to come and get him post 20 minutes; he arrested the guy at 2 am in the morning, put him in jail; T.C. Brock retd. former FBI agent was intimately aware of this, he needed to explain this. After his complaints he was sent to study counterintelligence and a language–diverted his focus. That was the end of his career in Rock Island–he became an expert linguist and helped solve a big case in Chicago.
When you’re working on a case, no-one else knows what you’re working on–it’s more than secretive, it’s Need to Know. (in all agencies–NSA FBI CIA he says).
Fusion centers have become little Gestapos–they’re there to hurt people to harm them to put them in jail. For the entire 10 years he used a University of Texas library in Arlington Texas, cops sent people to harass him. The FBI is sharing their corrupt fraudulently-concieved info from a FMJ with people. Shares a story about how this was happening in his case. He learned fusion centers are used to put people in jail, innocent people. DA, City Attorney, all come in to co-operate.
100s of 1000s of people, mostly Americans, have no idea they are targeted by the FBI who can set them up anytime they want to. The FBI can get something on anyone. City officials, Congress officials who get targeted will permit the FBI to destroy their lives and not say a word because of that, things the FBI has on them apparently.
