In the past half year or so, I have finally begun to come to grips with the horrendous and diabolical topic of Gang Stalking, also known as organized stalking, community stalking, cause stalking, community stalking, vigilante stalking, organized stalking, multi-stalking, and “gas-lighting.”
From the Gang Stalking FAC sheet we learn that:
The expressed goal of Gang Stalking is to silence a victim, drive a victim insane, and possibly to the point of suicide, or destroy the victims reputation and believability as the person will likely be viewed as mentally ill should they complain or report the abuse. Gang Stalking is also used to gather information on individuals as well as force individuals to move from or leave an area…. silencing a “whistleblower,” defecting from a cult, a perceived enemy of a group or organization, and “knowing too much” are all examples of possible motivations…. The stalkers for the most part are everyday citizens. Other stalkers are “street thugs” who have been hired to harass and intimidate. Some Stalkers are private investigators who have been hired to gather information concerning the victim. Many stalkers are members of volunteer police groups…. Some stalkers are told lies concerning the victim, in order to gain their participation. Some Stalkers are paid or receive other benefits. Stalkers belonging to a group may simply be following orders.
Behind the stalking, ultimately, are corporations, government organizations, Military, Societies/Fraternal Orders, Religious Cults and Destructive New Age groups, “Concerned” Community Groups/Vigilante Groups, Criminal Organizations, Volunteer Police Organizations, etc.
Gang Stalking is a critical topic because it incorporates many of the mind control technologies discussed in Parts VI and VII, and may presage a coming mass genocide and imposition of a universal slave state. Types of harassment used that are designed to drive the “targeted individual” to despair, or insane, or to suicide include electronic/directed energy weapons. In my opinion, this system must be widely exposed and its perpetatrators (perpe”traitors”) brought to justice before our nation and world are transformed into a hell on earth.
1) In Gang Stalking (http://www.Gangstalkingworld.com) and GmB Bailey’s “Closing the Gap” (2010) we read:
Gang Stalking is a systematic form of control, which seeks to destroy every aspect of a targeted individuals’ (TIs’) life. A target will be flagged by the community for various reasons, their information is sent out to the community at large, and they are followed around 24/7 by the members of the various communities that they are in.
Gang Stalking is experienced by the Targeted Individual as psychological attack, that is capable of immobilizing and destroying them over time. The covert methods used to harass, persecute, and falsely defame the targets often leave no evidence to incriminate the civilian spies.
Its similar to workplace mobbing, but takes place outside in the community. It is called Gang Stalking because groups of organized community members stalk and monitor the targets 24/7. Many targeted individuals are flagged, harassed and placed under surveillance in this way for months or even years before they realize that they are being targeted by an organized protocol of harassment.
There are many names for this form of systematic control and harassment. Under the Gang Stalking label you will also find such terms as Community Mobbing, Community Stalking, Stalking by Proxy, Organized Stalking, Cause Stalking, Multi-Stalking, but it’s all part of the same community notification harassment protocol…. There are other forms of control used to repress, and keep individuals in line. Other forms or appendages include, but are not limited to: Mobbing, Cointelpro, The Buzzsaw, Covert War, Electronic Harassment, etc. These are just some of the names being given to a very old game that is once again being played by governments on their unsuspecting citizens.
Targeting can happen to anyone in society. In the past, primary targets of programs such as Cointelpro have been minorities. (Today), individuals are often targeted for being outspoken, whistle blowers, dissidents, people who go up against wealthy corporations, women’s groups, (single) women, minorities, extremists, conspiracy theorists, anti-war proponents, individuals identified or targeted as problems at these community meetings, and other innocent individuals…
Some of the characteristics shared are of independent thinkers. Individuals who are free thinkers, (with) Free Will, not likely to be a part of the crowd. Moral, intelligent, professionals in some cases. They have a strong work ethic. They likely stood out from the crowd in some fashion, non-conformists. People who excel, others who might have special talents or abilities.

The “Hidden Evil” is also called gang stalking, cause stalking, Public Mobbing, Electronic Concentration Camp, Covert War, and a variety of other names (such as organized stalking)….. Organizations from the federal level downward participate in the harassment, which includes local stores and restaurants. This program is not in the process of being created, it is already here. It is thoroughly embedded in most major communities. It is happening in all NATO countries. The program has been operational in some form since at least the early 1980’s, when families of people with connections to federal agencies were targeted.
A significant amount of time was obviously spent designing it and influential people have ensured its survival. It is also almost invisible and traceless. The pretext for this program is presumably to identify and track potential threats to “national security” and to rid communities of undesirables. As I’ll demonstrate, citizen informants have been used to stalk and harass people in other countries for the same reason. US, German, and Russian intelligence agencies have all used these tactics. The Hidden Evil appears to be the culmination of them which has been fine-tuned by think-tanks.

Julianne McKinney, a former army intelligence officer and director of “The Electronic Surveillance Project Association of National Security Alumni,” an organization comprised of former intelligence officers dedicated to exposing excesses by the US intelligence services. Her preliminary report, “Microwave Harassment and Mind-Control Experimentation,” published in 1992, is a well-documented outline of these activities….
Dr. Reinhard Munzert, scientist, psychologist, and university lecturer, has authored several books and over 100 articles. He began investigating this phenomenon after realizing that he was under attack. His article, “Targeting the Human with Directed Energy Weapons,” will be referenced, as well as his interview on the Republic Broadcasting Network….
The psychological feature of the group harassment which takes place in public is identical to mobbing. Mobbing involves the systematic harassment of an individual in the workplace. It includes rumors, setups, and skits intended to humiliate the target and make them appear incompetent… it is used to kick a person out of the workplace or even workforce while leaving little trace.
The intensity of the attacks seems to vary. The two main parts of the program are group stalking and non-lethal weapons (NLW). Some are apparently hit hard with both. Some of the tactics are borderline subliminal, which is why they are so difficult to detect, explain, and defend against. Many of these tactics are a type of mind-control.
Most of these methods have been used in former Cointelpro operations by governments in the United States, Russia, and Germany against their civilian population. The Hidden Evil’s genesis is obviously derived from known tactics such as: perpetual bogus investigations, surveillance, rumor campaigns, noise, thefts, break-ins, staged accidents, framings, sabotage and vandalism, communications interference, blacklisting, citizen informants for gang stalking, poisoning, drugging, incarceration, and directed energy weapons.
It is a historical fact that the US Government has officially targeted its civilian population on multiple occasions. Programs such as MKULTRA and Cointelpro can’t be denied. “The methods reportedly employed in these harassment campaigns,” explained McKinney, “bear a striking resemblance to those attributed to the CIA and FBI during Operations MKULTRA, MKCHAOS, and COINTELPRO.”
In Germany these methods were contained in to programs, Zersetzung and Directive Perceptions. They were basically German versions of Cointelpro. Zersetzung was developed to psychologically destroy a targeted person…. Dr. Munzert explained… Zersetzung… means the dissolution or disintegration of the targeted person.”
In her 2004 book, Stasiland, author Anna Funder described Zersetzung as a concept that involved the annihilation of a targeted person’s inner-self, by engineering recurrent problems in their personal and professional lives, in order to induce hysteria and depression. Directed Perceptions was a similar program intended to destroy an individual’s life by creating perpetual crises in their career, social life, and health. It is intended to prevent the individual from using their talents while instilling feelings of hopelessness and fear. (The Hidden Evil) has been refined and deployed globally…. It is likely an indication of an impending worldwide dictatorship.
There is a basic protocol that they begin with which is consistent in all NATO nations. It starts with the surveillance of the TIs to obtain information that is used for the attacks. This is done so their personality traits can be catalogued. After they are singled out for preliminary stages of harassment, gang stalking ensues, which McKinney describes as part of the “softening-up process.” Then directed energy weapons (DEW) are introduced. The DEW attacks gradually increase to extreme conditions. (Dr. Munzert) describes this as a dual strategy used by the East German Stasi. This includes attacking a person with directed energy weapons while running psychological warfare to portray them as insane.
This protocol includes elements of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), which is a type of mind control used by behaviorists to cause change. Some of the tactics are described as street theatre or staged events….. These are psychological warfare tactics that are designed to make an individual suffer a nervous breakdown…. McKinney states that medical doctors, as well as psychiatrists and psychologists appear to be providing cover for this program.
Microwave DEWs will produce: dizziness, burning, headaches, eye problems, damaged nervous system and internal organs, heart attacks, strokes, aneurysms, cancer, and inability to concentrate…. The use of the term non-lethal to describe these weapons is misleading because the energy can be used for torture that leaves no visible damage. They can also be tuned to kill.
In 1973, the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) discovered that pulsed analogs of spoken words could be sent directly into a person’s cranium, causing them to hear voices…. Microwave hearing is sued to taunt people. TI’s have reported hearing doors slamming, voices, sexual and religious degradation, screaming, etc.
Alex Constantine was aware of these weapons and their intended use, which he described in his 1997 book, Virtual Government. “The intelligence agencies are capable of transmitting voices and images directly to the cranium’s sensory pathways. Anyone who falls into disfavor with this elite can be condemned to interminable physical and psychological torture. The victim is often murdered without a trace.”
Guided by their handlers, multiple prominent informants may work in unison to jacket or otherwise discredit targets, who the security forces believe are a hazard to the system. Jacketing was often used during Cointelpro, and involves the use of informants within an organization to discredit certain effective individuals.
The use of citizen informant networks dates at least as far back as the Roman Empire. ‘Delatores’ were recruited from all classes of society, including knights, freedmen, slaves, wealthy families, philosophers, literary men, court officials, lawyers, etc. Similar to the Terrorism Information and Prevention System (TIPS), it was an “all hands on deck” approach to empire security. Framings were routine, and informants sometimes received a portion of the land that belonged to those who they helped destroy.
More recently, the fascist dictatorship of Portugal used the International and State Defense Police (PIDE) as the main instrument of political oppression. It consisted of secret police and a vast network of ‘Bufos’ (plain-clothed citizen informants), who were apparently on every block. Money and the need for recognition motivated them. Second only to the Stasi in its thoroughness, the PIDE used these civilians to neutralize opposition to the dictatorship. Other countries have used massive citizen informant networks for the same reason. In Czechoslovakia they served the Czechoslovak State Security (StB), and in Poland they worked for the Ministry of Public Security (MBP). Citizen informants of the State Protection Authority (AVH) ensured the survival of the Hungarian dictatorship. TIs were harassed, threatened, confined to mental institutions, tortured, blackmailed, and framed. Even their friends and families were co-opted to persecute them.
Probably the best example of a citizen gang stalking network is the former East German Communist regime. In East Germany the plain-clothed citizen informants were called IMs, or unofficial collaborators. Unofficial means that they unofficially worked for the Ministry of State Security (MfS), also called the Stasi. If part-time informers are included, some estimate that 1 out of every 6.5 citizens were handled by the state.
People have reported that everyone from the homeless to white-collar workers are stalking and harassing them in public. This also includes neighbors, friends, co-workers, and family of TIs. Federal, state, and local governments are complicit, such as local police, fire departments, EMT personnel, city workers, utility companies, taxi drivers, security guards, and stores and restaurants.
The April/May 1996 issue of ‘Nexus Magazine’ revealed that “tens of thousands of persons in each (Metropolitan) area,” are now “working as spotters and neighborhood/business place spies.” These spotters are charged with “following and checking on subjects who have been identified for covert control.” This explains the mobbing and gang stalking accounts in the workplace and in public.
In May of 2003, the ‘Boston Globe’ described how a national informant program was poised to recruit 100 million citizens! That would be about 1/3 of the population, which means it surpassed the percentage of the population used by the East German government. The program will “dwarf the citizen informer programs of the most repressive totalitarian states, making them appear amateurish by comparison,” they wrote.
Children are participating in gang stalking of TIs. Reportedly, entire families are now participating in gang stalking. Entire families were recruited as IMs in East Germany as well.
Most of the citizen informant programs previously mentioned (TIPS etc.) are now organized under a National Neighborhood Watch program, known as USAonWatch. It is managed by the national Sheriff’s Association (NSA) and Department of Justice (DOJ). Neighborhood Watch is now part of Citizen Corps, which is run by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). So in essence, USAonWatch is a DHS program. This means FEMA, DHS, the FBI, and local police are working directly with the state and local governments to coordinate these operations…. Its targets, according to NSA are criminals and domestic terrorists.…
According to the Citizen Corps Guide for Local Officials, each community has a Citizen Corps Council composed of representatives from law enforcement, fire and EMT services, faith-based groups, community-level groups, elderly and minority populations, transportation systems, utility companies, businesses, educational institutions, and the media. Basically, they recruit people from all pillars of the community. It is run by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) which works with state and local governments. This means that your high ranking elected officials, as well as federal and local law enforcement, are fully aware of this program and are donating significant resources to it.
So this would explain many things, such as:
– The colossal network of informants conducting citizen patrols (gang stalking), which is directed by FEMA and the DHS, working with local police.
– The near-perfect coordination of non-stop harassment, which unfolds as TIs travel around town, including any public place, store, or restaurant.
– The tremendous state resources that are used which obviously require much time, effort, and financial backing.
– The stalking of people by vehicles such as: the US postal service, FedEx, police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, local business, utility companies, city vehicles, taxis, and public transportation vehicles, as well as aircraft such as small propeller planes and helicopters.
– The persecution of targeted people inside any local, state, or federal establishment, by employees who work with citizen.
– The participation of target of a wide-range of citizens, from seniors to children.
– Because training originates from the same source, it would explain the identical tactics used globally.
– The cover-up by local and federal law enforcement, as well as agencies which exist to help people being tortured or persecuted.
– Because it is a DHS initiative, it would explain why no organization has stopped it.
There are definitely other factions… obviously directed by federal law enforcement. They include a faction for co-opting specific individuals in a targeted person’s life, such as friends and family, which appears to involve lies and intimidation. There is a faction which attacks people with directed-energy weapons. Another one conducts break-ins, rumor campaigns, staged accidents, framings, and blacklisting.
Hypothesis A: Who created the Hidden Evil? The creators of this program have enough global influence to initiate policy in all NATO nations. They also have the authority to issue worldwide stand-down orders on organizations like the Red Cross, American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Amnesty International (AI), etc. Hypothesis A is that think tanks created the Hidden Evil…. This includes but is not limited to the Bilderberg Group, Trilateral Commission, and Council on Foreign Relations. These organizations are heavily interlocked with the tax-exempt complex, Wall Street, and the Federal Reserve. Policy set by these unelected rulers becomes law with regularity. The Hidden Evil was not a willful creation of the public that voted it into existence. It was done by secrecy. Essentially, it is the creation of what congress, federal law enforcement, and researchers have called the Invisible Government.
Hypothesis B states that the Hidden Evil is being used by the financial elite to covertly destroy their existing and potential enemies while they install a worldwide tyrannical dictatorship. This program is being used to silently neutralize all people that they believe will be troublesome to their rule. In particular, this includes intelligent, independent, freethinking, incorruptible, nonconformists….
In order to install a dictatorship you must control the streets…. These citizen information networks are a portion of the population that the financial elite needed to recruit in order to install a global dictatorship. These people are literally the instruments of their own enslavement.

Re: The Perps (i.e., gang stalkers): Referring to the East German IMs, Fulbrook wrote: Many informants were committed and loyal citizens… who were genuinely convinced that it was important to keep a watchful eye out for what they held to be subversive activities of dangerous “enemies of the state…. In the majority of cases, the informants were persuaded into cooperating through a combination of feeling important, being attracted by small advantages, social rewards, material inducements o by a sense of adventure and stimulation to break an otherwise routine existence.”
….. This primitive, decaying thought pattern (herd mentality, group think), has nothing to do with following orders from a superior; respect, participating in constructive group efforts, or working together for a goal. In reality, it is a subtle surrendering of the individual’s identity to the group mind.
This kind of surrender is very subtle and is usually unconscious. After it occurs, two things happen. First, each individual’s thinking capacity is reduced to that of an adolescent. This has been called regression. Secondly, the limited product of the relinquishment merges itself into the group, which, itself functions as one entity called, the group mind, which is ultimately limited and almost always insane.
In his book, People of the Lie, psychiatrist Scott Peck described that people in groups often regress to the emotional level of children. “It does not happen by a rational process of conscious election; it just happens naturally- spontaneously and unconsciously.” This group mind is essentially an insane child.
But why do people, even if they receive an empowerment package, surrender their selves in exchange for being led (or misled)? Dr. Peck provides us with another answer, stating that most people are basically lazy followers. So, this unconscious process appears to work this way: ‘Because I’m a lazy coward, I’ll give you my mind, and you give me some temporary empowerment…..’ Some of the largest historical atrocities that have taken place were not carried out by individuals, but groups. We can think of it as a negative energy field that continues to grow and use human beings as instruments of its expression. It almost always disguises itself as something good and usually uses deception to enlist supporters…. Some may call it evil. But I think insanity or unconsciousness are also accurate descriptions.
There are other types of people who willingly participate. They are psychopathic. These people do it because they simply enjoy watching others suffer…..
To get an idea of the kinds of people they’re attacking, one need only look at the activities of the financial elite. Therefore, anyone who publically opposes the New World Order, or any of its related agendas such as the WTO, NAFTA, CAFTA, FTAA, the Federal Reserve, etc. may be attacked. Anyone involved in the 9/11 truth movement is a potential target.
The pattern that is unfolding indicates that many targets are emotionally and spiritually well-developed, self-confident, independent, incorruptible, free-thinking, artistic, people who don’t need the approval of others. They’re people who don’t need to be part of a group to feel secure. The financial elites throughout history have consistently hated and feared these individuals.
Those who are given the authority to identify people to be targeted, are evidently a reflection of their military-industrial handlers, which we’ve established as being greedy, deceitful, psychopathic, and cowardly. Therefore, envy, jealousy, and fear may play a significant role in the selection of targeted individuals.
Entertainment Torture: The last reason may be very difficult for some people to accept because it is terrifying. They appear to be picking people out of communities and torturing them because they find it enjoyable. This will be easier to understand when we explore the Satanic and psychopathic factors in future chapters.
The objective is to force the targeted person to commit suicide or an act of violence so they become incarcerated under conditions that can be plausibly denied by the government…. At this point, we have no way of knowing how many are beng attacked. Eleanor White, who has been targeted for over twenty years, estimates that the numbers are probably in the millions.
A Different Subspecies: (Perpetrator/psychopaths)… often go out of their way to appear friendly and make positive impressions at first. Usually, they are good conversationalists and successfully present themselves in a positive manner….. Some researchers agree that the traits exhibited by these people produce a division stronger than age, race, and religion, which places them in a separate category of humans. In other words, these people are almost not human as we know it.
“They come from the very highest social strata,” wrote Allen. “They are immensely wealthy, highly educated and extremely cultured.” Many of them have lifelong reputations for philanthropy. … When psychopaths rule a society, it exhibits their traits. Generally, it will be heavily corrupted but will appear humane. Symptoms can be observed from the highest level of government down to the street level. If you want to witness the madness of a civilization under psychopathic rule, you need not visit the state capital or a major city… because the smallest village will exhibit these traits.
Dr. Lobaczewsky, author of Political Ponerology: A Science on the Nature of Evil Adjusted for Political Purposes, states: “The actions of this phenomenon affect an entire society, starting with the leaders and infiltrating every village, small town, factory, business, or farm. The pathological social structure gradually covers the entire country, creating a “new class” within the nation. This privileged class of deviants feels permanently threatened by “the others.”
The Satanic Influence: Satanism encompasses the international child-kidnapping ring, drug trafficking, human sacrifice, murder, and other crimes, that are part of a vast underground criminal organization…. There is a definite Satanic manifestation within the Hidden Evil which is evident during group stalking. McKinney found a striking similarity between the tactics used by this worldwide group and those reported by people who have been stalked after breaking ties with Satanic cults…..
The Hidden Evil exists as an offshoot alongside other activities, emanating from Satanism at the highest levels. A Satanic influence originates from the high-level Satanic cults, such as the Order of Skull and Bones and Bohemian Grove, which are fused with think tanks. These satanic-psychopathic organizations work together to control nations and bring out a world-wide dictatorship. Installing and maintaining a dictatorship requires the creation of citizen informant networks. Currently, a gigantic worldwide network of citizens stalk and harass targeted people in public. It is similar in operation and purpose to those used in Russian and German regimes. This slave/monster exists to impose the will of the wealthy Satanist-pscyhopaths who rule the world.
What Can Be Done?…. The primary mechanism that the financial elite have used to control America- the Federal Reserve- must be eliminated. The removal of the Federal Reserve will in turn banish the tax-exempt complex, which is partially funding their political movement…. America must be released from the grip of the UN, CFR, TC, Bilderbergers, IMF, World Bank, WTO, and any other supra-governmental agency that is promoting a world government.

McKinney is author of “Microwave Harassment and Mind Control Experimentation.” She has been on receiving end of electronic weapons harassment for 40 years and was employed in the military/intelligence field. She claims it is difficult to establish causation….
Most of the targeted individuals (“TI’s”) have never been a threat. This program began in earnest about 30 years ago. Targets were singled out as being lucrative targets of experimentation. She has seen many instances of individuals in the corporate environment being targets. They were convenient targets of opportunity.
These weapons systems exist. With them, individuals can be singled out by electronic means and destroyed. Capabilities of weapons are to inflict great pain, change mental states, and the frequencies have the capacities to kill. Dept. of Defense calls them “less than lethal weapons”- now they are called “electronic weapons”)
These are global (gang stalking) operations. The patterns and protocols are virtually identical on the global scale. Someone is overseeing the entire program. Ultimately, these weapons and systems suggest there might be a holocaust in the offing.
“Targeted individuals:” There is a perception, even amongst TI’s, that our government would not do this. There have been thousands of complaints to Congress over the last ten years. Congress took the position that the complaining individuals were imagining things. But Congress does know they exist, and they know the effects, but have not passed any laws that would regulate the use of these weapons systems. For whose bidding is the US government allowing these operations to take place?
McKinney wrote “Microwave Harassment and Mind Control Experimentation” in 1992. It is available online. This report describes technologies of “gang stalking” or “organized stalking,” including entry into homes, systematic harassment, and then ultimately, electronic harassment, that involves V2K, or “voice to skull” synthetic telepath. Initially, a targeted person is put under surveillance…. There is the capacity for corruption and non-corruption, religion, then they are singled out for gang stalking, entry of homes, followed by intensified electronic harassment.
Many thousands are being targeted. Only a small number realize what’s happening… Those who are complaining are just the tip of the iceberg.
What is major goal? They are establishing a harassment protocol that will follow each individual for the rest of their lives. The program is designed to “capture” a certain percentage of population. They know that 20% or so will willingly comply and eagerly join the effort to destroy the rest of the population. McKinney: “Part of objective is testing the latest and greatest in electronic weaponry and other forms of technologies. A part of it is to control and choreograph those who are involved in these operations on the dispensing end (i.e., the perpetrators). And it would appear that those who are being targeted are simply objects- who I see as ultimately being disposable. In other words, I think that once full control is established over a major percentage of the population and enough of the population is silenced and unwilling to stick their necks out that we would be inevitably headed for a holocaust.”
How are they doing it? “First of all, in order to target a person you have to be able to “see” that person. They may implant miniature cameras and microphones. There are plenty of technologies. They need to image the person. Using infra-red imagery techniques they can capture your image, by monitoring of heat emanating from your body, using acoustic frequencies they can detect mass, and using sophisticated computer technologies, they can convert this information to images- and can conceivably be used in soft-ware while devices draw on the existing power grid. And they do involve microwave towers, the use of devices affixed to poles connected to power lines, and also weapons systems are used by neighbors that live in homes/apartments surrounding people who have been singled out as targets of opportunity.”
Microwave energy is only one aspect of the entire electromagnetic frequency spectrum. Microwaves can be lethal, depending on how they are used. They have to be pulsed otherwise the individual would be cooked. The purpose is to inflict extremes of pain.
“How are perpetrators solicited to do this?” That is something I have been pondering about for quite some time. What I’ve noticed is that….
“There seems to be a predominance of a particular religion that makes it particularly easy for them to cooperate.”
Interviewer: “ You mentioned something about a religion group. What did you mean by that?”
McKinney: “I’m not anxious to start a religious war… Let me put it this way: I have found over the years that the persons involved, both in gang stalking….. I’ve made it a point to get to know these people (perpetrators), I’ve had to necessarily, and what I have found is that the perpetrators appear to belong predominantly to one particular religion whereas the targeted individuals do not belong predominantly to that particular religion. This is something I’ve observed over the past ten years.”
Interviewer: “What is the particular religion of the perpetrators?”
“I have challenged other TI’s to get to know the perpetrators the people who are harassing them, to get to know those people themselves, to draw those distinctions themselves. There is a religious influence but that’s not to say that these people aren’t just being used as puppets by some broader interest.”
It’s difficult to advise TI’s. These frequencies can be blocked or deflected- the pain can be ameliorated if not stopped altogether. Authorities: there are no laws prohibiting these kinds of activities and experimentation with these weapons systems. Secure your premises. There is the potential for drugs being put in your food.
Are targeted individuals being broadcast around the country on closed circuit TV’s? Yes, I have seen this on large screen TV. Gang stalking of a person in an office. Sophisticated and sleek communications operations. Why would this be done? For entertainment, for a sense of solidarity, for a means of identifying TI for the “perps.”
How can people gather evidence that this is happening to them? Lack of sleep is common. There is nothing you can do with the evidence. So you try to protect yourself and alleviate the pain you are experiencing. Avoid going to see psychiatrists and psychologists as they are highly complicit in this operation. Many medical doctors are also involved in the programs. Define your symptoms when you see a doctor. Don’t take any drugs if the doctors cannot identify the disease.
Targets are constantly monitored. If the target responds to a particular emotion, that will be built into a protocol. No TI should look for a reason that this is going on.
“It has come close to being lethal for me on several occasions. I have dealt with gang stalking head on and essentially put that to rest. I’ve developed a means of communicating directly with gang stalkers and making them feel like the trailer trash that they are. So gang stalking is not one of their favorite activities in my case. The primary activity now is to see what I can survive in the way of an induced brain aneurysm or stroke or heart attack.”
Can a TI escape? No, this country is wired to the hilt for immediate transfer if a TI tries to move to another location. Your protocol follows you wherever you go, so it’s a waste of time to move around. Weapons systems are focused on a particular part of your anatomy.
The program began in earnest in 1981. Has there been an increase since 2001? No, not since 9/11. But since the early 1990’s, I’ve seen tremendous expansion of these activities. It has become ever more sophisticated and widespread since the early 1990’s.

Dr. Terry Robinson…. Re: Traditional electromagnetic frequency research…. Dr. Eldon Byrd died several years ago, he was former Chief Medical Officer of Navy (marines?), who was involved in non-lethal weapons research with US Navy, and a member of the U.S. Psychotronics Association. He died from pancreatic cancer. He was at the Mind Control Conferences that Marianne Stratton put on in 2002 and 2003.
In 1980 and 1981, Dr. Byrd worked with Ross Adey, who worked had at Loma Linda University and worked on the Russian LIDA machine, and on the affect of microwaves and radio frequencies on calcium influx. That is the effect of radio frequencies; they work on your calcium channels.
In 1980, Byrd worked with Ross Adey and Elizabeth Rosher on the ability to entrain human brains at a distance with microwaves and he said we accomplished that in 1980. His project went “dark” after that. Senator Pell told him his project went dark. These energies cause an increase in free-radicals (cancer-causing). So take vitamin E, C, and selenium…. We have moved beyond the electromagnetic spectrum into the realm of hyperspace, scalar energy, and quantum mechanics. If you want research, look at Tom Bearden’s stuff.
We have demonstrated the ability of cluster and magnetic fields to alter DNA and to control bio-chemical processes. Mind control technology exists without a question.” The Squid Magnetometer- can detect these frequencies.
According to Byrd, NASA gave law enforcement agencies access to voice induction technology. This can be used for corporate espionage… in prosecution.
Ron Rhodes believes scalar waves are being used. You can detect them but you can’t triangulate them. They work at the subatomic level. They are sinusoidal. Microwaves have a square front. A scalar wave is longitudinal and flat, and can exist at two places at same time.
Who are “they?” The “Neocons,” Lockheed Martin, the government, Northrup Gruman, SAIC, lethality of EM weapons. There is an overlap with 9/11, the power elite, and the agents that work for them, public and private. Who has access to this technology? It probably covers the whole gamut. There are 800,000 private citizens who have top-secret government clearances. Dr. John Alexander’s company, “Psy-tech,” bought the rights to Smirnoff’s technology. Another company is “Man-tech.”
Targets are mostly random.
Demographic profile of a TI. The same things happen to them (TIs). (109 from California.). Of total (TI) respondents to a survey: New York is #1 (20% of total), California is #2 (16%),
-Average age: Most (60%) are age 40 or over.
-60% are females.
-84% are single, divorced, or separated, 40% never married. Individuals are easy targets, they live by themselves. It is easy to isolate them. (There have been lots of experiments on this at Guantamo Bay.) They have poor support systems. 76% are Caucasian.
-50% graduated college or have post-grad degree. 14% have masters or doctoral degree. (Our nation has 27% has college degree.) So “let’s go after smart people who are alone with a poor family structure.”
-60% are unemployed. Of those employed, 60% have professional jobs. They are highly functioning.
-90% complain of organized stalking; including being followed, community based harassment, computer tampering, email interference, appliance tampering, electronic failures, etc.
-68% become estranged from family and friends. This furthers their isolation.
– 85% complain of directed energy weapons assault, including sleep deprivation, induced sleep, feeling hot spots on body, feeling shocks or electric currents on body, irregular heart rates, dream manipulation, having thoughts induced, 23% have blackouts, 25% complain of burns on their body, 52% have memory loss or declining neuro-cognitive function. This goes along with microwave sickness, as occured in US Embassy in Russia. These are cumulative effects. It can take up to 10 years for physical symptoms to manifest from chronic EMF exposure.
-79% complain of tinnitus, or chronic ear ringing. The average incidence of tinnitus is 5-20% in general population. So there is a 4X higher rate in this group. Males get it more than females. Tinnitus can be “subjective” or “objective”…. (the latter is considered vascular as in when you hear your pulse in your ear when you have a cold). Tinnitus is typical of chronic EMF exposure.
This is a well-orchestrated psychological game. Be very careful going to local law enforcement: 42% will commit you for psychiatric evaluation. They will say you are delusional or schizophrenic (normally, however, schizophrenia onsets in teenage years.)
Dr. John Hall, physician in San Antonio, TX, and author of “A New Breed: Satellite Terrorism in America.” His fiancé was gang stalked. She was followed, her home was broken into, she was subject to street theatre and (electronic) audio harassment. This starts with tinnitus and progresses to hearing voices in fans, trees, etc.- The technology is called V2K, or “voice to skull”). While you are being audio harassed, there can be spasms in body, heartburn, headaches, eye burning and blurred vision, burning on the body coming from outside. (Pulsed microwaves do this.)
There are several victims’ advocacy groups. (But be careful as these are probably heavily infiltrated!). Satellites can see you indoors using directed energy: using x-ray imaging, ultrasound, microwave, particle beam, and laser. They can be used to attack personnel.
If you complain or report this you’ll be diagnosed with “persecutorial delusional disorder.” So don’t go to police. This particular problem in San Antonio was traced back to a private agency with former FBI personnel running it. Most of it is being done from behind a computer with a headset. Most of the pain is due to nerve endings at the covering of the bone.
Hall’s fiance was being drugged and raped. So he and she hid voice-activated recorders in her condo. You can hear them talking after they broke in. This stopped the stalking. Also, get the licence plate numbers. Set up digital audio-voice-activated recorders. Get firm evidence of the stalking.
Hall knows of one woman who was lured to San Antonio from New York by newspaper ads for a job and is now being drugged and hypnotized and used as a sex slave. PI group, first names were same, changed their last names. They use radio frequency weapons, possibly HAARP, mostly delivered by satellites. They can direct at multiple individuals simultaneously.
Target support groups include Cheryl Welch’s “Mind Justice,” “Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance” (www.freedomfchs.com). He’s corresponded with over 1000 victims now.
This is like FBI’s “Cointelpro:” victims complain of breaking and entering, having their refrigerator, stove, microwaves taken apart. All of this is to put you in a victim mind state.
Armed services do the research on directed energy. This is happening in every state. People have slightly different scenarios. But modalities and methods of attack are the same across the board, from state to state and nation to nation. It is being done with a template (a handbook) or they are networking together. Someplace, somewhere there were original people who started this. The (CIA’s) MKULTRA research, experiments and programs used front companies. Each city has a handful of victims reported. Focus on stalking and breaking and entering. This will help us identify which groups are doing this in each city.
Dopamine levels will increase in brain when you are first attacked. This will make it appear that you have schizophrenia. Then dopamine receptors down-regulate and this levels out. High dopamine causes initial appearance of a paranoid schizophrenic look in the eye. We need lab results to show elevated dopamine levels.
Most have been victimized for a decade. Why? Medically, the only studies that go on for a decade or more are behavioral and cancer studies. One cause of the prolonged program might be to attack them long enough to find out if this is going to cause some weird cancer.
But…. if 20 people show up with weird cancer, that would stop this. Then the CDC will take notice. If they are planning to use this globally, to control everyone, they need to know this. They know they can decimate someone’s life in 6 months. So you don’t need to victimize people for an entire decade to do this.

5) Intro to Gang Stalking: Tactics and Personal Experiences- by Chris
Gang stalking is a poor term for what is a system that disposes of people that the system no longer wants…. You might call it: “Societies garbage disposal for people.” Especially for people who speak out. And for people that have been used as sex slaves, pedophile rings, mind control victims, human experimentees, people used in MKULTRA, MKDELTA, MKALPHA, programs, etc.
The program is there to discredit, then destroy people. It follows a pipeline architecture. People are isolated from their friends using a variety of tactics, then they become prime candidates for gang stalking. Perpetrators are men on the ground that do the gang stalking.
You are normally shoved into homelessness. Then they can kill you or destroy your life. You have no protection then. They will push you to suicide. It is a network of people that work to get rid of social dissent. It is a system to eliminate the waste of society. It works exceedingly well. Most don’t make it out of this program. But… the system will give you opportunities to exit, for instance, to become a perpetrator yourself. If you join them, you can get out of the program.
Tactics: Vehicle tactics are used to harass you. New cars start showing up in your area. They turn their high beams on through your house. They love to make you lose sleep. A common tactic is knocking on doors at night. They try to force you off the road. There is vandalism of your vehicle. Tires are slashed. Locks are glued shut. License plates are removed. They destroy your engine. Taking things out of your home; small insignificant items. Your TV remote is stolen, little things from your car will show up in your house. Lots of little things.
There are two main parts to the harassment. 1) Face to face… and 2) electronic weapons harassment. In cities, a lot of technology is used. Electro-magnetic technology, hearing voices in heads, being made to fall down, feeling like they are going to die, intense pain. In small towns, more gang stalkers are used in the real world. EM frequency harassment is all over the place. With this EM, there is less face to face. It is more cost effective. If you are in a small desolate area- gang stalkers will come in person. They know where you are at all times.
Common tactics include following. Perp lets you know they are a perp by staring and glaring, and they will follow you, to let you know they are there. The same person may show up at five different stores. It happens over and over… You will get to know the perps in your area. They come and go, and new ones come. The same regular ones will be there. Following on roads happens a lot. And following on foot. Swarming occurs…. at work, there might be a group of perps, they will get close to you and encircle you. Very subtle tactics are used to make you feel like you have no power. They stand too close to you. They may be sitting very close to you in a restaurant. There is lots of staring and glaring, making noise, blinking eyes, making faces, on the street. Keep driving. There may be a constant noise campaign, to keep the target up at night, honking horns, constant screaming,
Problems with phone, they may put bugs in homes to monitor you. (0 to 36 min).
6) The Gangstalking Program Explained
When the target is painted as crazy…. Sometimes the subject wants to kill, threatening and humiliating. Broad outline of the program: Surveillance happens first. 1) You are presented with a credible threat, someone is after you. You will be sent on wild goose chases. Trumped up issues may focus on money or property. You get into an online argument. You snub a person in public, then….. your imagination is your worst enemy.
Things aren’t what they seem, deliberately. 2) You are made aware that things are going on behind your back. 3) You are made aware that you are under surveillance. Your mind makes the connections. 4) Sensitization: you are made aware that you’re being watched and someone is messing with you.
Gaslighting: objects are not in their expected places. Many people are keeping tabs on you. (See the movie, “Gaslight,” with Ingrid Bergman and Charles Boyer to understand where this term comes from).
5) A new threatening message is sent….. Large numbers of people are watching you and they don’t like what they see. There are demonstrations of hostility to you. There is commentary on your private actions.
5) There may be an extreme harassment episode that builds on previous phases. Many people are watching you, they are hostile to you, 100’s of people, in a coordinated way… You now recognize covert “street theatre.” No one else notices it. Maybe even the people participating in it don’t seem to notice it. There is no escape, They will follow you, you will be betrayed. There is no escape, everyone is betraying you… you internalize that. After a year, you are afraid, an illusion is being maintained. Someone will show up, the space invasion phase follows:
Somehow they get in. You might get break-ins. Even friends are in on it. There may be customized TV programming, Targets are led over the edge some 1 to 4 years into the program.
You’ve been brainwashed- and you don’t know it. There is no explanation that makes sense. Confront them with questioning the world around them… this helps recovery. It is much like a magic trick. First, appearances can be deceiving. Things are not as you perceive them to be. You need to see through the magicians’ tricks. Adopt a certain mindset. You think it is objective reality; your attention has been drawn to these things. There is going to be a distraction that involves showmanship. This keeps you distracted while the real trick happens elsewhere. How much of this are you doing to yourself? Focus on how you are being manipulated. Look at the messages you are getting. Focus on the message. You are being manipulated. People referring to your private activities; this is a form of public humiliation. Street theatre. Hints are part of the performance- it is an act, a show. They are creating synthetic reality. Staged episodes assist with your brainwashing. But it’s largely in your head. Those messages you internalize help the brainwashing.
Every tactic at every stage corresponds to and mimics some aspect of mental illness. This is quite deliberate. There is no authoritative information on this subject.
The final step is obvious electronic harassment. The feedback is instantaneous…. This might have been part of the early stages but was not made obvious. There is deception here…. At this point, all the pieces are there in front of you. You will be made aware that your mind is being read. Everyone complaining about these things is destitute.
Mind invasive technology….. tools of electronic harassment include so-called “non-lethal weapons.” Experimentation with electronic mind control goes back to 1950’s. Non-lethal weapons are relatively new.
People who were doing in your face stuff had no idea of the significance of what they were doing. But your conscious mind invents an explanation. There are highly improbable coincidences. There are psychological operations and mind control technologies to make people deliver those methods. In other words, the perps themselves can be manipulated.
Perps, often don’t have any idea of the significance of the things they were doing. Elect mind control test subjects.
In mind control technology, a very small number of people can effectively hop into a person’s body and make him act out. Use of double meanings and hints. The Perp, from his point of view, doesn’t know why you are offended.
It is highly psychological and highly deceptive. You have to rebuild your conclusions from ground up. Directed energy weapons, however, do torture. The laws of physics put constraints on what can be done. However, high frequency radiation up to x-rays is easily blocked. Aluminum foil blocks microwave and radiowave frequencies.
Tools- Four Basic Types
1) Mind control/mind reading infrastructure, including layers of disinformation, speculation. Some of these are usable on many, but not everyone. Infrastructure is used on people around you to herd people into your area to make you think that you are being watched.
2) The small number of operatives aren’t around for long. But this gets you nervous.
3) Collection of standardized tricks, so you need to adopt a mindset. Look beyond the distraction. It gets easier when you know you are being tricked. Operatives move in nearby and teach you that people will break into your place. There is a causality inversion. There might be a major reaction to something small that you have done. However, you can be affected by mind control technology. Energy weapons can make you burn.
How secure are your living quarters? Metal granules can be injected under you skin that will magnify the pain of microwaves.
4) There is an enormous disinformation ecosystem that is there to mislead you and to mislead the public about you. The Targets’ handlers are the least trustworthy group in the world. Now this is a profitable ecosystem. Understand that deception is the name of the game. Don’t let yourself be put to work. Targets are kept apart on purpose. Targets are used to terrorize other targets.
The Purpose: It’s a takedown program. There may be 100’s of people following you and there is no payoff.
Most targets are not whistleblowers. (Many others disagree about this).
What does the system do? It demonizes the targets of mind control abuse. Follow the money. Follow the ridicule. There is distraction, disinformation, and they build straw men then demolish them to distract people from the real issues. They try to make anyone trying to expose mind control look ridiculous. (Whistleblowers). They want you to rush to the public with misleading information.
They get their power from their ability to get your attention.
7) Gangstalking Depopulation Program- From a Christian’s Perspective
People are being recruited from all walks of life to be the eyes and ears of the state. The program is funded by the government. A TI (Targeted Individual) is harassed 24 hours a day and seven days a week. There is no way out. Targeting can happen to anyone in society. In the past, primary targets in programs such COINTELPRO were confined to minorities. Now, TI’s include the outspoken, whistleblowers, dissidents, anti-war proponents, and other innocent individuals. The majority of targets are not aware that they are being targeted. The objective of the campaign is the total destruction of the target. This program is hell on earth.
There are many depopulation programs. There always have been these kinds of programs. But there are more now than ever. These are campaigns against humanity and gang stalking is just one of the campaigns. It is little known. It is not talked about. Targets may feel like they are going insane. The program is designed to make you look crazy and act crazy. It happens anywhere you go. People are recruited to be gang stalkers (perps), through smear campaigns (telling lies about you).
The program is an extension of COINTELPRO, which was used to destroy groups like the Black Panthers, etc. These programs are still funded by the government. They use felons, children (training programs), bikers; they use all kinds of people who are in the natural environment that the target is in. It is all designed to break the target and make the target go off and assault someone.
They study the target a long time before the target goes into the program. They monitor where they go, what they eat, where they go to the store. These are the perps, the gang stalkers; some are paid and some are not paid. Some are your neighbors. They tell lies to others such as this person has raped a child or something. They do this because this person may have been a whistleblower or may have caused problems. They are stalked by everyone they come into contact with….. There are noise campaigns. Designed to make the target go overboard. This is psychological warfare- sometimes it involves a psychological attack. They try to set you up. They want to see you institutionalized. There will be witnesses. Another goal is to get you to commit suicide. Because you can’t keep a job. When you go to police for help, it will get worse. Utility companies, cable companies, people at the grocery store, are all involved. Someone is always watching you. They will leave the store as soon as you get in line. They will say something. A lot of people are involved in the harassment of you.
This system is more structured and less democratic. It is made of powerful elite corporations and government. This is the “secret government.” Once your interests run contrary to the wishes of system, or when you don’t conform, you may be targeted. It is hell on earth. It is very stressful. Don’t let the system put you on mind control substances, drugs.
People who home school their children are potential targets as well as 9/11 truthers and activists, and whistle-blowers. You are targeted if you speak out about injustice. It even happens at church. White supremacist groups, skinheads, these people are demonic. If you are Christian, you will probably get it even worse. From subtle harassment, to gang stalking, to electronic harassment. Most of society takes part in these harassments in some way or another. We are up against a system of control and conformity. They recruit people, they swear them to secrecy. No one will ever tell you they are in this program.
The New World Order- the Illuminati, that’s what this is. Covert investigation that is open on an individual who is subject to overt and covert investigation. It can make the TI hypersensitive. Start to notice the hand gestures of perps. You will feel their spirit, they have a demonic spirit.
There are different levels, including neighborhood watch; they need to recruit everyone in your life. They will recruit relatives, anyone, and swear them to secrecy. They never tell people exactly why. People go to meetings, are trained, are on the payroll… people who just got out of jail are enlisted. The program seeks to control every aspect of the TI’s life.
Gang stalking is similar to workplace mobbing,… that is, it is a system of organized civilian spies, snitches, cafeteria workers, co-workers, security guards at stores. Never buy into it. Stay prayed up. It is all to make you snap. Many perps are being victimized themselves- they are fed lies. Most of these are decent people who think they are helping. It is a demonic program all the way around.
Start writing things down. Go back and see if there’s a pattern.
What is happening to TIs is similar to what happened to many innocent citizens in E. Germany and Russia. They will recruit anyone- including your mother- to monitor and harass you. Once you become an enemy of the state, their goal is to see you dead. In Russia, it was used against activists and dissidents. Many were institutionalized. If you are in jail or institutionalized- your harassment will not stop.
Synchronization: Your neighbors will synchronize with you. They will break into your house. Stay prayed up. Don’t snap. God will get you through this. You are stronger than you think you are. Draw on that inner strength.
God did not make all people alike. People should not be forced to conform. For targets, the program is designed to destroy the target and make them look crazy and leave them with covert, psychological, emotional and physical attacks that can immobilize the target over time. For the state, it’s a way to keep the target in line or to destroy them.
It is funded at a high government level. Many local groups take part. They spend thousands if not millions on targets. The goal is to isolate the target from all forms of support. The program sets up target for arrest, institutionalization, or suicide. They have meetings about how to get you to commit crimes, commit suicide, and they have people in jails and institutions waiting for you. They are constantly trying to eliminate you and make you look crazy.
They want you to have no friends and family, in order to make targets lonely. To drive targets to suicide. This is a useful way of eliminating perceived enemies of state. Janitors, gardeners, all kinds of people are used to follow you, harass you.
This is a game they are playing. They pretend they are not following you. You pretend that you are not being followed. You want to get to the point when you don’t care. When they don’t have your attention anymore, their game is over.
Your mail will be opened. Every sector of society takes part and recruitment is multi-faceted. (Much like the Stanley Milgram experiment, people will cooperate with evil if they believe that the authorities are behind the program). Why do people participate? Some do it for a sense of power, a sense of superiority over you. Others do it as a way to make friends. It is fun for some people. Others are forced by state or police to take part. Some people are told by Homeland Security they are helping by doing these things.
They see themselves as heroic spies for the state. Some people don’t know about the program and do it fairly innocently. They don’t realize they are part of this sick harassment program. They are being used. Many are average citizens recruited by the state, as in East Germany and Russia.
Techniques used include: classic conditioning, every day stimuli, some programs will pay for gang stalkers to rent homes near you. They will bug your phone, your house, your computer. Your conversations are constantly monitored. Everything is monitored.
The goal is to isolate the target via slander, smear campaigns, and lies. People are told that the target is a thief, into drugs, a prostitute, crazy, a pedophile. False files are produced and shown to friends, family and store-keepers.
They will mimic the target to let you know that you are being stalked. And they hope you lash out and say something or do something. Some targets experience sleep deprivation, their house is broken into, their car stolen, you see a lot of rude behaviors, people flip you the bird on the road, all day long. This is an extension of childhood bullying. You may get cut off on the highway.
Julianne McKinney says: The objective is to force the TI to commit a crime- murder, suicide, or make an outburst, from which they can be jailed or institutionalized.

My experience included law enforcement, random (usually drivers), and tough guys fronting as gang members…. some of which paid the price because I knew actual gangsters who put ‘a green light’ on at least 2 stalkers who tried to claim their name/turf in order to assert control or fear.
Lots of electronic harassment and blatant observational/following of me everywhere I went. It’s not hard to figure it out when you live around 100,000+ people and you see the same 15+ everywhere you go.
They shared vehicles and many of them got so angry at my disregard for them that they would literally run me off the road or into oncoming traffic. I wasn’t confronted in person until they realized I wasn’t being as harassed as they had hoped. This is the point where I lost control and it became taxing on so many levels. Ongoing home break-ins, armed threats and theft at gun point repeatedly with the support (or guise) of law enforcement. I’ll leave out the details but it was dirty.
In the past few years, when I haven’t kept to myself or have began activism on any level, it has resulted not in physical gang stalking like before but spiritual/metaphysical stalking through the use of sorcery or magic. I’ve seen and been taunted and paralyzed by some nasty beings (non-human non-physical) but same as before they can’t touch me. And they can’t touch my sanity because I refuse to live in fear of them. Same shit different tactics. Same fail.
Not a victim and not interested in forums or support groups or legal action (laugh). But it nice to see stats/data on how rampant it is.
I know other people who had it much worse than me and like the OP sometimes it involved 3 letter alphabet groups within the US (spy agencies).

In researching the gang-stalking program, I have been in communication with well over a hundred gang-stalking targets. I have personally met with about a dozen gang-stalking targets, and, have spoken on the telephone with over a dozen targets for a total of well over 100 hours.
Based on the above evidence, as well as my own personal family history, I believe that thousands of families in the U.S. have been targeted by militant Judaism for their families having had a history of known or believed anti-Semitic beliefs.
Groups that have conducted hate campaigns against Gentiles perceived to be “Amalek”, meaning the Gentiles who are anti-Semitic, and must be destroyed in every generation according to Talmudic Law, are led by militant Judaic factions. These factions include the Jewish Task Force, Jewish Defense Organization (formally Jewish Dense League) followers of the late fanatical rabbi Meir Kahane, Chabadniks and their sympathizers, and front groups for criminal Zionism such as the ADL (Anti-Defamation League).
Based on my conversations with well over a dozen family members of gang-stalking victims who were targeted because of known or suspected anti-Semitic family beliefs, I have come to some conclusions about this type of targeting.
Firstly, gang-stalking victims who were targeted by the Program because of a family history of known or believed anti-Semitism, are generational targets. All of the targets who fall into this category come from families in which the entire family was targeted for gang stalking. This means that entire extended families were marked for destruction using gang stalking tactics, and, many members were fraudulently bilked out of inheritance by various schemes.
Secondly, this targeting was done in both regions of the country with a relatively large Jewish population such as the urban Northeast, as well as rural areas of the Midwest with relatively sparse Jewish populations.
Thirdly, this targeting was supported by members of the mainstream Jewish community who were neither fanatical and associated with Jewish militant groups nor Chabadniks. A network of Jews were established in private Christian schools, workplaces and elsewhere to observe and report on persons with anti-Semitic leanings.
Fourthly, organized crime, including, but in no way limited to, the Italian Mafia, were recruited to participate in the destruction of the targeted Amalek families. These racketeers were rewarded with illegal payola in the form of government contracts, permits, etc., as well as other benefits, including preferential access of their children to elite colleges for their participation in the “protection racket”.
Families were aggressively targeted on often specious evidence. This included cases in which children were targeted for wearing jewelry perceived as anti-Semitic such as Celtic charms somewhat resembling the Swastika.
WHY IS THERE SILENCE ABOUT THIS ISSUE?
There is silence about this issue because most people choose to keep anti-Semitic family beliefs in the closet. Many gang-stalking victims are in denial. Disinformation agents and agents provocateur foster internalizing the gang-stalking phenomenon as a “personal issue”. This goes beyond the role of militant Judaism in gang stalking to the wider government cover-up. Generational victims, whose targeting has a nexus to the embarrassing issue of their families’ anti-Semitic beliefs, have an even greater reason to be in Denial than does the average gang-stalking victim.
An example of someone whose life and career was derailed due to a family history of perceived anti-Semitism is the actor Mel Gibson. Gibson’s father publicly stated that the six million Holocaust deaths was an exaggeration. My own situation: Oddly enough, the description of the gang stalker modes of operation matched several things that I described in Part II of my book, in the ‘Sidetrack Circus Diversion’… section. Random street theater comments directed at me? Check. Somebody apparently in my apartment when I was at work, things messed with and changed around to let me know somebody had been there? Check. Tapped phones and phone interference? Check. Bizarre messages left on my answering machine and then-cell phone voice mail (including the sounds of marching jackboots of all things) when almost nobody even had my phone number? Check.
… when I was talking to my boyfriend about one particular aspect of this ongoing harassment/targeting campaign that went on when I was a kid, he commented that it kind of sounded a lot like “demons.” Not normal human behavior. But demons – Neg entities if you will, hyperdimensional manipulation – working through people.
1. Actual physical-based government and network groups:
There can be no doubt that physical people are involved, acting on their own volition, whether everyday people who’ve been “recruited” or, those within higher organizations and government groups. So apparently this is definitely one factor in the equation, and first and foremost on this list. But I don’t believe this is the only thing going on here…..
2. Hyperdimensional matrix reality: The people involved with gang stalking activities may not always be piloting their own wheel, to put it in a straight forward manner. Other “stuff” may be manipulating them, working through them. There definitely seems to me to be a hyperdimensional component to it all – hyperdimensional, as in, non-physical realms and entities, whether positive or negative, that exist outside our own 3rd density physical reality, unconstrained by space-time, manipulating reality and working through people, like puppet masters from behind the scenes.
Gang stalking targets have cited instances where their harassers are involved in synchronous happenings, or have been able to preemptively beat them to the punch, to the point where it seems impossible…….by human standards. Uncannily timed interference with activities that the stalkers couldn’t have had any advance knowledge of. Appearing in a place before the target gets there, but how could they have known that the target was going? For some people it can really send them into obsessive tailspin trying to figure out how it’s possible that “they” can consistently know things beforehand and preemptively strike like that.
Well again, one explanation is that we’re dealing with a phenomenon that’s not entirely human. When reading various websites and summaries on gang stalking along with people’s first hand accounts what I’m seeing (in my opinion) are two separate things being mixed up in the same category: The concept of “hyperdimensional matrix attacks,” and physical 3rd density harassment by people/groups. They’re separate, yet often times intertwined, concepts. So what’s labeled as “gang stalking activities” may actually be cases of Neg entities working through people, or, regular people that are not involved in gang stalking but who are being “nudged” by other stuff, completely unknown to them, to do something at a particular moment for the benefit of/effect on somebody else around them. For the latter, that means any one of us, myself included, could be used in this way. But this is a subject not mentioned in most gang stalking material I’ve read thus far. Which is understandable since many people aren’t aware of hyperdimensional worlds, the non-physical entities that reside in them, the scope of their power over people and this reality, and the fact that they’re not limited by space-time. Reading the writings of Montalk for instance, is a good place to go for those who are unfamiliar with the idea of hyperdimensional “matrix agents.” The book “Practical Psychic Self Defense” by Robert Bruce is another good source, an in-depth first hand account of Neg entities, what they are, how they operate, and how to remove and rid them. Recently found this write up on gang stalking over at educate-yourself.org with a reader’s response comment that mentions the demonic/Neg entity aspect of it all. So at least my boyfriend and I are not the only ones thinking in this way, although that piece came out in 2003, and here it is 2008, five years later, so, I’m a little late to the game. ?
3. Personal frequency, inadvertent reality manipulation/synchs and glitches, coupled with hyperdimensional matrix happenings. Several related things rolled into one here, so let’s start at the top: Your personal “frequency” has to do with your personality. It encompasses the way you react and respond to everyday life situations, people, and the world around you, your general emotional state, how sensitive you are, your thoughts, beliefs and expectations whether conscious or unconscious, how strong your ego is, etc. Which means your overall personal frequency can change throughout your life, if you learn and grow and alter thought and behavioral patterns. It’s not fixed in stone. Typical “low” frequency traits that most of us experience at some point are fear/terror, paranoia, anger, hate, being critical/judgmental, wishing or inflicting harm, violence, destruction on others, bitterness/resentment, guilt, shame, sorrow/despondency, self-absorption/narcissism, etc. Basically anything that doesn’t come from a place of love, wisdom, higher understanding, service, and connection to All. Again, we’ve all experienced items on that list, myself included, so, not to come across as “holier than thou.” ? This isn’t a lecture about what’s “right” or “wrong,” but rather, to explain that there are various ways of being, and those ways of being affect everything about the lives we draw to ourselves and the things that happen to us.
Lower astral entities, some aliens/non-humans, and Neg entities in general are known to feed on the energies created by lower frequency emotions, since that’s what they resonate with, farming us for them in the same way we farm animals for their meat, milk, eggs and parts. Farmers do what they have to do to insure an ample production of milk, eggs and meat, and Neg/hyper-d entities are also deliberately manipulating us and our lives to ensure an ample production of low frequency thoughts, behaviors, reactions and emotions, not only for their food, but for their personal amusement as well it seems.
