Introduction: The following observations are meant to supplement my survey of 43 experts on the “Targeted Individual Program” in my post: Entities Behind Global Psychotronic/Cognitive Warfare-Organized Stalking-“Nonconsensual Human Experimentation”-Torture-Murder-Techno-Enslavement Black Program (Project Puppet): Testimonial Evidence From Targeted Individuals, Military-Intelligence Personnel & Agencies, Scientists, Authors & Others For Ad Hoc, De Facto Grand Jury (YOU!)
In 2015, a TI of Jewish parentage named Alan Landis told me that “Jews are behind the whole (TI program) thing” and that “they make pscyhopaths.” How do you “make a psychopath?” How do you coopt and satanize US government personnel to carry out programs as diabolically evil as the Targeted Individual Program? Two of our experts, Kay Griggs (TI #9) and Jeffrey Madore (TI #11), explain that this can be done through grooming of youth through pedophilia and the homosexual grooming of adults. Griggs revealed that her alcoholic, Marine Corps ex-husband was homosexually groomed by Jews when he was in the 9th grade, was given scholarships to an elite high school and then Princeton, had Jewish “handlers” throughout his career, led an extraordinarily debauched life, and was part of an elite inner circle referred to as “the Brotherhood,” or “The Firm.” This small circle included (and still includes) some of the top political and scientific figures in America, including German Jews, Henry Kissinger and Albert Einstein! In her 1998 interviews, Griggs asserted that the entire US military is a “mind control operation run by sexual deviants” (homo- and bi-sexuals/pedophiles). Based on her insider connections, she learned that all officers at the level of Colonel and above go through homosexual ritual abuse ceremonies much like the initiation ceremonies in Satanic secret societies such as Yale’s elite Skull and Bones fraternity. I.e., they undergo Satanic Ritual Abuse. Yikes.
Similarly, Jeffrey Madore (#11 TI), a radio engineer, learned through two-way synthetic telepathy (V2K) with his attackers that his FBI attackers/perpetrators/handlers were/are also sexually groomed to be perverts and sadists. This theme of sexual debauchery, blackmail, and control seems to run rampant with “Satan’s kids” and with those they are able to co-opt through violent grooming tactics. This, evidently, constitutes the larger context of the ongoing Jeffrey Epstein-Mossad-CIA-MI6 pedophilia and political blackmail scandal!
Another important connection was provided in radio and podcasts by Kyle Seraphin, an ex-FBI whistleblower, who recently (2025) asserted that all FBI agents have mentors/advisors whom they refer to as “rabbi.” Trevor Aaronson’s “The Terror Factory: Inside the FBI’s Manufactured War on Terrorism” (2013) documents that the FBI stages innumerable synthetic terror events in order to justify its existence and expand its excessive budgets. The modus operandi of the FBI, according to Seraphin, is to place “institution over Constitution,” i.e., their own self-interest above their vow to “protect and serve” the Constitution and the American people. Is this true for all government agencies? It would appear.
Canadian artist, Stephen O’Keefe, (#13 TI), one of the 43 expert panelists I feature in Entities Behind Global Psychotronic/Cognitive Warfare-Organized Stalking-“Nonconsensual Human Experimentation”-Torture-Murder-Techno-Enslavement Black Program (Project Puppet): Testimonial Evidence From Targeted Individuals, Military-Intelligence Personnel & Agencies, Scientists, Authors & Others For Ad Hoc, De Facto Grand Jury (YOU!), understood “the Targeted Individual (TI) program” well enough that he actually exposed his Jewish stalkers by filming them while they were stalking him in Toronto, Canada. He narrated these films, explaining what was happening as he was being stalked. But alas, these priceless videos have been taken down from the internet. In his articles on the topic, O’Keefe describes Jewish mobstalking as:
“a jewish cultural phenomenon “known by all jews above a certain age…. This culturally jewish method of profiling and stalking someone to ruin would have existed before technology made it easy, perhaps explaining why jews have been exiled from so many lands…. Jewish stalkers were so intent on always appearing to be a victim in anything I recorded, they gave themselves away as my core predators despite so many government agencies serving as their camouflage.”
Note that O’Keefe describes his jewish stalkers as his “core predators.” And he considers the Canadian government agencies stalking him, notably the CIS, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and Toronto police, to be the Jews’ “camouflage.” These two insights bear highlighting. 1) That Jews are a predatory race and 2) they have captured the Canadian government and law enforcement agencies. According to Preston James, Ph.D. (testimony #33) and others, the very same pattern is replicated in the United States and elsewhere.
American Chess Grand Master, Bobby Fischer (TI #14), himself of Jewish parentage, declared in the 1980s that Jews had already essentially conquered and controlled the U.S.: “My basic thesis is that the Jews are a criminal people, and the Jews completely control the United States, and the Jews are using the United States as a vehicle to take over the World. There is no United States as people think of it. It’s just a puppet in the Jews’ hands. It’s a plaything for the Jews… The US government and American Jewry are virtually interchangeable…”
“Almost everyone who has been around me turned out to be a secret agent working for the Jews, working for the CIA… The Jews have planted so many of their Jew agents and CIA rats all around me. So many people… girlfriends, lawyers, everybody almost, turned out to be working for the CIA and the Jews. Unbelievable but true.”
Some 13 of our 43 expert panelists, or 30%, specifically mention Jewish institutions, agencies, governments, and individuals as among their “primary perpetrators” and core predators. With the exception of Freemasonic satanists (discussed below), other mainstream religions are not mentioned in these testionies.
Perforce, we must delve more deeply into this tribe’s controversial history and attributes.
The Bible (both Old and New Testaments) records numerous incidents of Jewish gangstalking. In addition to torturing and murdering Jesus Christ, Biblical accounts assert that the Jews also tortured and murdered Christ’s disciples and Apostles as well as their own prophets. It thus appears that Jewish Ritual Murder and Jewish Ritual Abuse (aka Satanic Ritual Murder and Satanic Ritual Abuse) are very ancient Jewish rites, and actually comprise sacrifices to their Lord, Satan. In “The Controversy of Zion” (1978), Douglas Reed asserts: “Judaism is a political problem posing as a religion,” and “Judaism IS the worship of Moloch” (aka Satan). Although most Christian ministers won’t preach on this subject, Jesus himself refers to the Jews as “The Synagogue of Satan” (Rev. 2:9 and 3:9). Christ also stated:
“Ye (Jews) are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” (John 8:44)
“Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?” (“Matthew 23:33:)
And in 1 Thessalonians 2:14-15, the Apostle Paul states: “For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews: Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men.”
Christian minister and veteran Air Force Officer, Tex Marrs, has authored numerous books relating to this topic, including “Holy Serpent of the Jews: The Rabbis Plan For Satan to Crush Their Enemies and Vault the Jews To Global Dominion” (2016). Could the political aspirations of the Jews be more clearly expressed than that?
We can garner additional insights into Judaism’s m.o. and ultimate goal by examining their holiest scripture, the Jewish Talmud, which teaches:
– “When the Messiah (the Christian antichrist) returns, every Jew will have 2800 gentile slaves.” (Simeon Haddarsen, fol. 56-D)
_ “Jehovah created the non-Jew in human form so that the Jew would not have to be served by beasts. The non-Jew is consequently an animal in human form, and condemned to serve the Jew day and night.” (Midrasch Talpioth, p. 225-L)
– “The best of the gentiles kill.” (Minor Tractates. Soferim 15, Rule 10. Rabbi Simon ben Yohai.)
– “Kill the most honest of the goyim.” (Talmud, Abod. Zar. 26 b)
– He who sheds the blood of the goyim (gentiles or ‘human cattle’) is offering a sacrifice to God. (Talmud, Jalquit Simeoni)
– Everyone who sheds the blood of the impious [non-Jews] is as acceptable to God as he who offers a sacrifice to God. (Yalkut 245c)
– When a Jew murders a gentile (“Cuthean”), there will be no death penalty. What a Jew steals from a gentile he may keep. (Sanhedrin 57a)
– Extermination of the Christians is a necessary sacrifice. (Zohar, Shemoth)
– All Israelites will have a part in the future world…. The Goyim, at the end of the world will be handed over to the angel Duma and sent down to hell. (Zohar, Shemoth, Toldoth Noah, Lekh-Lekha)
– Gentiles are not men but “beasts of the earth.”
– By deceit and trickery wherever possible. They must be fought against without ceasing, until proper order is returned….. We shall free ourselves from them and rule over them. (Rabbi Jehuda, Zohar I, 25b)
Wow. Talk about “hate speech!” Here’s some more:
– If a heathen (gentile) hits a Jew, the gentile must be killed. (Sanhedrin 58b:)
– A Jew need not pay a gentile (“Cuthean”) the wages owed him for work. (Sanhedrin 57a)
– The gentiles are outside the protection of the law and God has “exposed their money to Israel.” (Baba Kamma 37b)
– Jews may use lies (“subterfuges”) to circumvent a Gentile. (Baba Kamma 113a)
– Jesus’ mother was a whore: “She who was the descendant of princes and governors played the harlot with carpenters.” (Sanhedrin 106a)
– A rabbi debates God and defeats Him. God admits the rabbi won the debate. (Baba Mezia 59b)
– When a Jew has a Gentile in his clutches, another Jew may go to the same Gentile, lend him money and in turn deceive him, so that the Gentile shall be ruined. For the property of a Gentile, according to our law, belongs to no one, and the first Jew that passes has full right to seize it. (Schulchan Aruch, Choszen Hamiszpat 15)6
– If it can be proven that someone has given the money of Israelites to the Goyim, a way must be found after prudent consideration to wipe him off the face of the earth. (Choschen Hamm 388, 15).
The Jewish “religion,” so-called, also sanctions pedophilia. From the Talmud:
– “When a grown-up man has intercourse with a little girl it is nothing, for when the girl is less than this [three years old], it is as if one puts the finger into the eye; but when a small boy has intercourse with a grown-up woman he makes her as ‘a girl who is injured by a piece of wood.’… (Kethuboth 11b)
– “A Jew may marry a three-year-old girl (specifically, three years “and a day” old). (Sanhedrin 55b)
– “A Jew may have sex with a child as long as the child is less than nine years old. (Sanhedrin 54b)
– “A proselyte who is under the age of three years and a day is permitted to marry a priest. For it is said, “But all the women children that have not known man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves” (Rabbi Simeon ben Yohai, one of Judaism’s very greatest rabbis and a creator of Kabbalah)
– :A girl who is three years of age and one day may be betrothed by co-habitation” . . .(Yeb. 57b)
– “A woman could molest a young boy without questions of morality even being raised: “…the intercourse of a small boy is not regarded as a sexual act.”
Thus, the Talmud is clearly a manual for criminals, perverts and psychopaths.
We have examined some of the historical and spiritual dimensions of Judaism. Other experts have tried to analyze the “Jewish Question” (JQ) through the lens of biology:
The late classics professor, Dr. Revilo P. Oliver, (author of “The Jewish Strategy,” 2002) presents a biological/evolutionary argument that Jews may comprise a different species. See my post: The (Jewish) Controllers and Their Destructive Mission).”
Oliver states: “… For all practical purposes, the (Jewish) race is today, as Josephus boasted it was in his time (about 2100 years ago), a unit, and it is somehow very ably directed in its predatory operations against other races… The great mass of Jews seem to be, almost without exception, under the tight control and discipline of their fairly numerous leaders, who could, in turn, be equally subject to the orders of a supreme and secret directorate, which plans and directs a conscious strategy as set forth in the famous “Protocols.”….
The racial solidarity of the Jews, furthermore, includes such complete subordination of the individual to the race, whenever the welfare of the race is concerned, that it suggests an hyperbolic comparison with the social organization of certain insects, especially some species of ants and bees, in which the individual is virtually a tentacle of a large organization, and it also reminds me of (Jew) Roderick Siedenberg’s hope, expressed in his “Post-Historic Man and Anatomy of the Future” (Chapel Hill, 1950 & 1961), that all human species (except the “administrators,” i.e., Jews) can be reduced to mindless automata that operate by reflexes without thought or consciousness, like cockroaches, for example.”
In chapter VIII“CONSPIRACY OR INSTINCT?” of Oliver’s “The Jewish Strategy,” Oliver asks: ”.. how it is possible for the dispersed and widely scattered members of the race to act with what amounts to unanimity and perfect coordination? (one) hypothesis (is) that the Jews are directed by instinct, at least to a large extent. They may represent a complex and highly advanced form of the biological phenomenon of which a simple manifestation is seen in mammals that hunt in packs or bands.
As is well known, wolves and African wild dogs, for example, hunt in organized packs and stalk and bring down their game by a kind of strategy that is carried out by the pack as a unit but with each individual in it having a definite function and adapting him self to the needs of a specific situation.… It is entirely possible, therefore, that a species could have been formed by biological selection that automatically preys on our species as instinctively as wolves prey on caribou, although, of course, with much greater cunning and versatility.”
(Webmaster: This seems a good analogy of what we refer to as “organized stalking.”)
In chapter IX, “EXTERMINATION,” Oliver states: “… so far as we can tell, a distinct change has taken place in the Jews’ activity in this century and at approximately the time of the “Protocols” (about 1900 AD). Before this, the aliens seem to have been content to exploit the Aryans and, in biological terms, feed on them; the present objective is obviously extermination of our species through mongrelization and massacres, so that it would seem that the organization and domination of the Jewish colonies by the Zionists produced a change in purpose that must, to a large extent at least, have been consciously determined and planned.
This implies some measure of rule by some kind of directorate that has the ability and power to set objectives for the race. The alternative is to explain the change as a natural result of the progressive weakening of our race by less direct attacks during the past thousand years or more, comparable to the change in the activity of a wolf pack when it senses that the harried caribou are nearing exhaustion.”
Other scholars have even suggested that today’s Jews are the descendants of a separate species, Homo neanderthalensis, who appears in the fossil record about 400,000 ago and supposedly became extinct about 40,000 years ago. “Neanderthal Man” is supposed to have co-existed with and interbred with Cro-Magnon man (Homo sapiens), the ancestors of modern humans, Homo sapiens, for about 20,000 years (59,000 to 40,000 years before present). The “Neanderthal Predation Hypothesis,” put forward by Australian anthropologist, Danny Vendramini, posits that Neanderthals were apex predators that hunted, stalked, and ate Cro Magnon man and that subsequently, Cro Magnon man evolved the means to hunt the Neanderthals to extinction. But what if Neanderthal Man didn’t go extinct but rather, has survived to this day as a “fossil people” that practices human and animal sacrifices to their god, Lucifer?
If so, this may help explain the “seed war” phenomenon referenced in Genesis 3:15 that posits a cosmic conflict between the “seed of the woman” and the “seed of the serpent.” Indeed, German Jewish-American politicaL strategist, Henry Kissinger, refers to this perennial conflict when he stated: “There is a war between the Jews and the non-Jews.” Kissinger, however, fails to mention that this is mainly a covert, undeclared war in which Jews are the aggressors.
Many rabbis offer another possible explanation for the Jews’ “chosen-ness,” asserting that Jews came to earth as a distinct race from a different planetary system!
Financial and political insider, central banker, and TI for 12 years, Catherine Austin Fitts (TI #12), provides another important insight into the TI program when she notes that the Central Bank/Warfare System (aka “Mr. Global”) has controlled our societies since before the birth of the United States of America in 1787 using what she refers to as the “control grid.”. If indeed this targeting system has been in place since before 1787, this reduces the number of progenitors of “the TI program” to entities/power blocks that that have operated for over 238 years. This makes eminent sense, as “the TI program” violates virtually all American values and laws. This assessment dovetails with what is amply demonstrated the information (over 2600 posts) on my gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com website: That Jews, “money-lenders” (bankers), Masons, and spies (“intelligence agencies”) have long deployed these programs against their enemies.
Other possible power blocks and power systems behind the Targeted Individual Program that have been in effect for over 238 years include the British (UK) government (the Kingdom of England established in 10th century), and British and other intelligence agencies serving banking, Jewish, and/or Masonic masters.
Let’s assume, again, that the insights of all the above experts are correct, as I believe the evidence indicates. If we factor in the fact that Orwellian use of wordplay is in operation here and that the same entities can be referred to by different names, how many of the pre-US Constitution entities named by our panel of experts could be part of the same power block? For example, might the system of financial elites/central bankers/owners of the Federal Reserve and City of London be co-extensive with the “New World Order,” “imperial machine of domination,” and “Mr. Global,” etc. Might the “coup” to which Fitts refers be identical with the ‘war for technocracy,” United Nations “Agenda 2030,” and the World Economic Forum’s “Great Reset”/“Fourth Industrial Revolution” and the ushering in of the “Jewish Utopia”/“Antichrist Kingdom.” Might the Illuminati/Freemasonic/Satanist cult be co-extensive with the “Organization,” “Firm,” “Brotherhood,” “Enterprise,” which, in turn, is co-extensive with the mafia aka the Jewish/American Mafia, which, in turn, is co-extensive with British, American, Israeli and other government “intelligence agencies” and the “International Zionist Criminal Syndicate” (IZCS)? Ergo, might most or all the primary perpetrators named by these 43 experts actually be part of the same overarching control and enslavement system?
In earth science research (my field), there are so-called “splitters” and so-called “lumpers.” It’s always easier to “split” first and “lump” later. So far, we’ve been splitting. Now we’re in a position to do some lumping.
Pre-1787 power blocks identified by our “panel of experts” include:
A. Catherine Austin Fitt’s term, Central Banking/Warfare System, may be more or less synonymous with what our experts refer to as:

And although these agencies are all post 1787, today’s “Warfare System” certainly includes the DoD, CIA, NSA, FBI, DHS, NASA, and a host of other US government agencies, as well as NATO, British, Israeli militaries, the over 100 Five Eyes (spy agencies) nations, etc.

To decode all this information, this is the Federal Reserve, City of London Rothschild Banking system backed by the world’s financial elite and all major governments and militaries. I believe that information presented in this post yields one primary conclusion above others: The government, academic, and corporate psychopaths who operate these covert weapons systems against innocent Americans must be hung for their crimes against humanity and for highest TREASON. Their general identities are exposed beyond reasonable doubt herein. The names, crimes, and public executions of these devils must be visible for all to see for humanity to be delivered from this diabolical evil.
