Webmaster Introduction: Based on watching the following two videos, it seems to me that Sabrina Wallace (video III below) and the maker of Video I have deciphered what is happening to TIs, who is doing the targeting, and how they are doing it. Both videos identify the Monterey Naval Post-Graduate School and Betel Labs as being prominently involved in deploying “the technology” against TIs. It is akin to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulations (TMS) – which can temporarily DISRUPT/DISORGANIZE the NEURONS being Targeted to INTENTIONALLY ALTER those BRAIN FUNCTIONS.
Other DoD/MILITARY GRADE to include CORPORATE and or ACADEMIC COUNTERPARTS IN DIRECTED WEAPONS DEVELOPMENT.
One that is utilized in conjunction with these NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS – is the use of Directed Energy Directional Ultrasound Emitter Systems – that are projected at and or into my private living space – some of which are embedded int the walls similar to ‘Solid Drive” speakers that are built into/between the walls. This extreme low frequency is akin to Infrasound – and when it hits a solid object will create and extreme low frequency vibrating acoustic or vibroacoustic within your living space. It can then be utilized for BONE CONDUCTION TRANSMISSION – generally directly into a persons sleeping subliminal – ie bypassing the ear canal – and using the facial bones – to transmit directly into a person sleeping brain – ie when the sleeping victim is in a theta state ie most suggesting – then utilizing what I term – “WEAPONIZED HYPNOSIS” – tied into EXTERNAL TRIGGERS to be used to TRIGGER the VICTIM – INTO A MECHANICALLY COERCED ALTERED STATE –

In March, 2018 – The Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) Put out a public Solicitation proclaiming the need for Teams to work together to come up with what they term a Non Invasive and to Implant the Human Brain’s with Nano-Neurotechnological devices that can be controlled through an outside source.
