Introduction:
In “American Torture: From the Cold War to Abu Ghraib and Beyond,” Australian author, Michael Ottoman, traces the post World War II history of torture (euphemistically termed “Interrogation”) techniques deployed against civilians by America’s Praetorian Guard or “killer class” (CIA, Department of Defense, Special Operations Forces, the U.S. Army’s “School of the America’s” and the military’s SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) schools. I believe itt is very important for “targeted individuals” to understand: 1) These are the primary groups in charge of carrying out our torture operations, and 2) The techniques detailed herein are among the techniques being deployed against us. These conclusions are verified by innumerable other posts on my gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com and other websites.
Thus, Ottoman’s book has direct relevance to the global “Targeted Individual Program” as justified on the basis of “counter-terrorism” to wage the “The Global War On Terror” and protect “National Security.” The book describes many of the terror and no-touch torture tactics being carried out today by these groups and their equivalents in cooperating nations against innocent civilians worldwide wrongly mislabelled as “terrorists,” “potential terrorists threats,” “enemy non-combatants,” enemies of the state, etc. Indeed, the phony “Global War on Terror” is and has always been a “Global War OF Terror” in which governments’ military-intelligence agencies and private sector collaborators wage covert warfare against blacklisted citizens.
Before outlining some of Ottoman’s insights, I’d like to express reservations I have about this book. While Ottoman does a fine job of tracing the history of American torture tactics and laws, he seems to accept and incorporate foundational “War on Terror” propaganda lies central to the American Deep State’s ongoing civilian torture operations. These propaganda lies include:
Osama Bin Laden and 19 Saudi plane hijackers carried out the Sept. 11, 2001 atrocities, a modern “lone nut assassin” myth. (An intelligent 12-year old should be able to see through this absurd “official conspiracy theory.”)
The US developed its torture technologies in the 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s to protect American lives and the US itself from pernicious torture technologies deployed against US personnel by the Soviet Union and China. In fact, former CIA Director, Richard Helms, admitted in Congressional testimony that, in terms of mind control research and torture technologies, the US military-intelligence community was always 5 years ahead of the Soviets and Chinese.
An ongoing cover-up of the worldwide “Targeted Individual Program,” which has been covertly deployed against civilians worldwide since the end of World War II by these same groups.
Ottoman’s acceptance and incorporation of these propaganda lies into his narrative constitutes the chief failing of this book, in my opinion. Indeed, we should probably question whether the book itself constitutes a CIA or FBI “limited hangout.” When these propaganda lies are exposed, the picture that emerges of the American ruling class and its “killer class” (CIA, military, special forces, SERE schools, School of the Americas) becomes even murkier. Indeed, this book seems to provide ample evidence that America’s rulers and “torture-killer classes, also including Presidents, politicians, psychologists, social scientists, lawyers, etc., are and have been obsessed with providing the technological means and legal framework to secretly and not-so secretly torture and murder political enemies at home and abroad. It might not be an exaggeration to rename the book, “American Torture For Fun and Profit.”
In Ottoman’s last chapter, “The Dual State,” he cites Ernst Fraenkel’s 1941 book of the same name in which Frankel observed there were two modes of law in Nazi Germany: the normative and the prerogative. The former was administered by the courts and protected and enforced ordinary statutes and regulations. The latter was controlled by the ruling party (Nazis) and was characterized by “unlimited arbitrariness and violence unchecked by any legal guarantees.” I suggest that the long and officially-covered up, secret history of the Targeted Individual Program in America and abroad proves that a similar multi-tiered justice system operates today in America and allied governments and, in fact, seems to have been operational since the 1950s or before. This necessitates a fundamental re-evaluation of what the United States has been and is today: It is actually a totalitarian state that deploys the image of a “democratic Republic” as a false front.
These observations and conclusions are confirmed by former FBI Special Agent, attorney and judge, Geral W. Sosbee as quoted in my recent compilation entitled “People of the United States v. U.S. Government, Other Governments, CIA, FBI, NSA, DHS, DoD, DOJ, USSOCOM, COPS, et. al. For Civilian Targeting, Torture, Terrorism, Trafficking, Nonconsensual Human Experimentation, Treason:”
“Geral W. Sosbee: Look at my paper in academia.edu called “A New Unheralded, Unlawful or Illegal Criminal Justice System Forged by the FBI.” The FBI has found a way to create a whole new criminal justice system (the Quasi-Criminal Justice System or QCJS) that allows no protections that are offered under the regular criminal justice system (CJS). There is no Bill of Rights. They process you under civil orders, not criminal court orders. Then they engage in one felony after another against you, the poor, beleaguered “hard target” (i.e., “someone they are trying to kill or imprison.”) They (FBI) are in pursuit of imagined or possible future misdemeanors. They use the NCIC (National Crime Information Center) to fabricate a case. They use the Federal Magistrate Judges to torture or terrorize people. And some hundreds of thousands to 2+ million innocent Americans are now in the data base, wrongfully watchlisted, placed on the terrorist watch list. And anyone who tries to help a target, soft or hard, is going to get in trouble with the federal judge. They can be put in jail or fined. Targets are treated like dogs. I consider the federal magistrate judges and the FBI to be criminally insane. They (FBI) do anything they want. It’s a shame that our top law enforcement officers, the people we should be able to trust, are the most criminal element of our society.
The Constitution, in a way, no longer exists. The Supreme Court decides what Constitutional rights and privileges do and don’t apply. The TI program is a secret system where they target people as hard and soft targets and the Constitution doesn’t apply. There’s no Bill of Rights. You don’t get to confront your witnesses. You don’t even get to be told what you’re accused of. You don’t have the right to a trial.
I consider every operative, every thug who follows our people (TI’s) around, surveilles them, assaults them with their cars, follows them by foot, harasses them in stores…. These people are engaged in attempted murder. Why? Because the FBI wants this person dead. They want him to make a mistake so they can put him in a mental institution or put him in jail, or force him to commit suicide. So I consider that every single operative, male and female, doing these assaults on our people, the targeted individuals, these people should be in jail. There is nothing that a target has done that would authorize a government to perform these kinds of felonies, which involves use of drugs, hi-tech weaponry, psychological operations, turning people into helpless, homeless people on the street.”
(From Sosbee’s article, “A New Unheralded, Unlawful or Illegal Criminal Justice System Forged by the FBI.”):… The fbi now has in place in the United States of America a system of trying, convicting, sentencing, torturing, forcing suicide and killing people for a variety of fraudulently alleged charges. The Target of such a hideous program has no idea that he is now being pursued by the fbi and company and sometimes by the global population who are the de facto vigilantes enforcing the orders of the invisible, secret and quasi criminal court. The people of the world are not aware that they play and integral role in the destruction of people’s lives; the general population is indoctrinated by the main street media (like fox, cbs, nbc, msn, can, and local subsidiaries, etc., globally) to unwittingly support government atrocities in order to secure their own imagined liberties. In all instances the people are led discreetly to think that they are performing a legitimate community service that advances community security. Such a program of mind manipulation is not unlike a similar system in government and corporate sectors where the individual is led to conform by expecting certain rewards.”
Moreover, the scope, scale, malice, and horror of the worldwide TI torture-murder program suggests to me that the US government is and has been controlled by Nazis and/or perhaps other satanically-energized totalitarian, criminal rulers and psychopaths since at least World War II. We now know that many tens of thousands of German scientists and spies were imported into the US in the CIA’s top-secret Operation Paperclip after World War II. These Nazis have thoroughly infiltrated America’s top institutions to such an extent that they may form one of the core groups or perhaps the core group that has ruled America since the end of WWII. Other power groups that have ruled the American Empire from behind the scenes include the British government and “British Crown” (City of London financial district) and the German-Jewish Rothschild-Rockefeller financial sector and secret societies, including Masons, Illuminati, etc. I suggest that these power groups (Nazi-German-Jews, British Royalty, and secret societies) have been the de facto rulers of America since World War II at least. This may help account for the satanically-energized and thoroughly evil TI Program.
Former FBI Special Agent and Section Chief, Ted Gunderson, agrees that the US government has been infiltrated and coopted by a satanic cult. In People of the United States v. US Government, I quote Gunderson as stating:
“… a sophisticated network of rogue operatives has secretly infiltrated the F.B.I,, other intelligence agencies including the C.I.A., and other key government positions. This rogue element seeks personal power and wealth and considers themselves above the law and the Constitution. They are carrying out the aforementioned surveillance and harassment activities in conjunction with organized crime, the cult movement in America including Satanic cults, other commercial and political interests, and even misguided civic organizations and neighborhood groups. This illegal surveillance and harassment program is being called gang stalking and organized stalking by the victims targeted by it.”
(The FBI) has been infiltrated by the satanic cult, the Illuminati movement, as well other agencies like the NSA and the CIA and so forth.
“I dared to challenge them and they sent an army after me…. The “New World Order boys,” I call them the “Junior High Boys.” They recruit them out of Special Forces (aka US SOCOM- US Special Operations Command)…. Gangstalking is a self-harm term for what is really a secret, government, no-touch torture, eugenics program…. carried out by a covert, illegal, rogue, US government criminal enterprise.”
… I have come to the conclusion that thousands of victims have been targeted by an illegal government rogue criminal enterprise that is active 24 hours a day within the U.S. This conspiracy is far too active to be controlled or operated by private enterprise whose goals are achieving financial gain. These operations require extensive financing with no return on the investment. This program’s operations are financed by illegal black operations, i.e., narcotics, prostitution, child kidnapping (children sell at covert auctions for up to $50,000 per child), human trafficking, gambling and other rackets.
I have documentation and know that throughout the U.S., operating 24 hours-a-day and 7 days-a-week, there is a Central Command, located within the U.S., with multiple satellite offices, whose administrators can instantly initiate surveillance, phone taps and harassment against any individual in the country. They have the technology, financing and manpower to dispense illegal surveillance and harassment against anyone at any time, day or night. I have files on numerous cases of active, programmatic, illegal government harassment currently being conducted against thousands of Americans. This makes the F.B.I.’s former COINTELPRO program, which I worked on, including in a supervisory capacity, look like a Sunday school program by comparison.”
It is the apparent lust for torturing others, as documented in Ottoman’s book and is also so evident in the Targeted Individual Program, that is so striking to me. In my opinion, only demon-possessed individuals are capable of carrying out these cruel and heinous tortures on others.
