I sincerely and respectfully plea for a thorough Investigation. I can provide videos, pictures, witnesses to the egregious human rights and Constitutional violations imposed upon me as of 2016-Current as a result of the State of Illinois partnership merger with the Department of Defense/ Military. Military Contractors (LOCKHEED MARTIN. RAYTHEON. BOEING. NORTHROP GRUMMAN. BAIN AND COMPANY. FAURECIA. ARGONNE NATIONAL LABORATORY, NIU,etc) UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS, BERKELEY, MIT, GEORGIA TECH, University SAN FRANCISCO, PENN STATE, NIU DEFENSE UNIVERSITY, etc), MILITARY RESEARCH LABORATORIES (AIRFORCE, Space Command, Marines, Navy, National Guard (Kankakee county or surrounding areas), Army).
I received a response from the DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE IG on audio and an email which suggested checking with the National Guard in my county of Kankakee (in which I can provide along with photos, pictures, witnesses of the harassment over my home, job, as I am out in public which terrifies me, my children, my mother, and my family because we don’t understand why and whom is directing this harassment, stalking, and surveillance against me).
I researched and found it is called Targeting and different types of gangstalking which is used by Federal Government against Whistleblowers using Psychiatry and Criminality to attack the targeted person. This began through my employer as I am an employee for the State of Illinois Department of Human Services and was extremely violated as an employee, Resident of Illinois, US Citizen. I have contacted media regarding this because the harassment is extreme. I respectfully and sincerely request your assistance with this matter for it violates my Constitutional and Human Rights.

I have become victimized egregiously as a result of the merger and partnership between the government of the State of Illinois and the Department of Defense (DOD) for the Illinois SmartState Blockchain Initiative which began Fiscal Year 2016. The Illinois SmartState Blockchain Initiative includes the DOD, Military Intelligence Agencies, Military contractors, Labs-academia-research-universities, partnerships under the State of Illinois, IDC white papers, the SmartState Council.
