It is an excellent and accurate description of organized stalking operations, especially as pertaining to specific stalking tactics and the fact that these tactics are being deployed by satanic secret societies (Freemasons). And it explains the satanic dimensions of organized stalking better than anything I have run across thus far. The author of this document concludes this is a slow assassination/torture program and the Targeted Individual is a “human sacrifice” to Satan carried out by these satanic cult groups. This is a startling and extremely unpleasant conclusion, but it makes a lot of sense, given the nature of the tactics involved, etc.
