Good Advice to TIs from a TI:

I want all of you to know once and for all – “targeted individuals” have been placed on a threat list. This is a for-profit program. Period. There are people in the “TI” community who are put into your life to make you do and say certain things to keep the “contract” you have been placed on in your City/State/Country renewed year after year after year. These people correspond with you and have conversations with you – become your friend and confidante – to keep you using specific verbage, and researching and speaking about specific topics.

These people provide continual updated reports on you to your State DHS stating things like, “He/she is showing CONTINUED signs of ‘malcontent’ always speaking against law enforcement, etc.”

“He/She is showing continued signs of delusion, speaking continually that people are watching her and following her. Using the terms ‘such and such’, speaking of the ‘such and such’.”

Even your own family will write weekly reports on your verbage and how you are explaining your assaults. This is keeping you on a threat list.

Signing Affidavits using personal information is keeping you on a threat list.

This is why I say NEVER use your own story or your own words. Only use their own words, news stories, research.

IN MY OPINION, the Targeted Justice lawsuit should be against each “TI’s” State Homeland Security Office. Just like the people in the following “Pennsylvania Home Security Private No-Bid Contact”, you should be sending FOIA requests to get the ITRR bulletins in your City and State. Find who has taken contracts in your City and State for “threats”. This is what Targeted Justice should be doing.

Muckrock.com should be used extensively to get information in each TI’s city and state. Massive Muckrock FOIA’s can be sent out enmass – covering Cities and States across the Country in one request, at one time – requesting this information enmass in ONE SINGLE REQUEST. MUCKROCK WILL WORK WITH TARGETED JUSTICE TO GET THIS DONE. A true TI will want this done. Those contesting this type of mass data collection are not targeted individuals.

Stalking, provocation, every little thing that is done to get you upset, is done to get you to talk, act out. Just like my neighbor said to me, “There is an open file on you at the police department, and we are watching everything you do and say.” Everything we do that is not “normal” in these delusional paid snitches’ minds is put into a report. This is their livelihood. Everything that is put into an email or said on the phone or conference call can be used against you and put into an event report. And these people are liars. They will twist each and everything we do and say into something absolutely false, because their paycheck relies on it.

Targeted Justice, in my opinion, this is how a lawsuit should be done. Just like these groups in Pennsylvania who were used for profit, the “TI” community is the same. Targeted Justice should be working as the ACLU, collecting information on terror bulletins in each and every city and state that each and every “TI” claims to live. This is mass fraud.

Right To Know laws are in place. We have a right to know.

THEN AND ONLY THEN SHOULD THE NEXT STEP BE TAKEN. WHEN “TI’S” HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS FALSE THREATS, “TI’S” CAN THEN BE IDENTIFIED AS RESEARCH SUBJECTS.

Pennsylvania Homeland Security Private No-Bid Contract

To gather information and intelligence, Pennsylvania’s Homeland Security awarded a no-bid private contract to The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response (ITRR).

Per ITRR Website (2):

The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response (ITRR) is an American and Israeli corporation established to assist companies and organizations succeed in a world threatened by terrorism.

ITRR provides counter-terrorism training, seminars, and security specialization in dealing with threats such as Weapons of Mass Destruction, suicide bombers, and additional forms of global terror striking both the public and private sector. ITRR additionally founded the Targeted Actionable Monitoring Center in order to provide reliable and actionable intelligence concerning possible threats throughout the world.

The PA-ACLU filed a Right-To-Know requesting a variety of information about the anti-terrorism bulletins created by ITRR and circulated by the Pennsylvania Office of Homeland Security. They received the following documents:

Former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell was horrified that there was a one-year contract between the State Office of Homeland Security and the Institute of Terrorism Research & Response because of wrongful and improper reports being disseminated about environmental groups, tax protesters, people at gay and lesbian rallies and even supporters of more funding for education. He stated, “I am appalled that this contract was entered into without my knowledge,” he said. “I am appalled that information was disseminated about groups that were exercising their constitutional right to free speech and to protest. They shouldn’t be on any list [of possible security threats]. This is extraordinarily embarrassing. Were these people terrorists? Of course not,” he said. I disagreed with them about a moratorium, but they were just exercising their constitutional rights to free speech. I was surrounded by a group of them for 35 minutes and I never felt threatened even for a millisecond.”
