Webmaster Introduction: Spanning the period from 5/28 to 8/31 2024, I received four emails from Josh, who believes he has found the technical explanation for our electronic targeting-remote neural monitoring/manipulation. How did he figure this out? Josh is a computer scientist trained in Technical Surveillance Counter Measures. Josh fortified his conclusions by asking a series of questions to AI (ChatGPT)! In 6 pdfs included below, he provides these explanations along with explanatory figures, graphics, text, etc. In this post I include Josh’s four email messages (Part I), 6 pdfs (Part II), and Josh’s further summary explanations of “the technology” being used against TIs (Part III). Supporting video clip and graphics are presented in Parts IV and V.
With my very limited physics/engineering/computer science background, but many years’ experience with this topic (see my gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com website), it appears to me that Josh (and AI) could be right!!!!!! And that this information may go a long way toward explaining the “Havana Syndrome” and so-called “Anomalous Health Incidents.” We may regard this information as an hypothesis that can be tested and either verified or disproven. If verified, this information may be the key that targeted individuals (and humanity) need to free ourselves from this diabolical, military-grade weapons system.

b) July 31, 2024: FCC Investigation
So, I finally figured out that the torture is being caused by the 1.33 GHz and how it works. It’s a phenomenon called RF vibration. See a screenshot attached. We already know that the 1.33 ghz frequency is resonating on the head and body. Now we know RF vibration can occur when a frequency resonates on the body causing torture. We know that the 1.33 ghz is the only frequency we found that is resonating on the body as well as it’s the exact peak power density of the Frey Effect. We also know that it’s been logged, then when using the Frey Effect and it’s at the peak power density it causes ringing on the ears.
On top of this, the Frey Effect is described as a comb frequency according to original Frey documents and Dr. Carrey Baliban, a college professor researcher, for the “Havana Syndrome:”

Not to mention that this is the only covert frequency out there that evades 95% of spectrum analyzers and is the only one I found that can penetrate all shielding. And it shows it on a spectrum analyzer going through shielded environments. It’s also the same frequency all across the United States. When all these facts line up I can say for sure without a shadow of doubt that this is 100% what’s attacking everyone. It’s also classified as government on the FCC allocation chart. It’s an all-in-one attack frequency.
Also, I have gotten a response back from the FCC field office out of Chicago and they are investigating it. I gave them all my evidence and research on the subject.
Just in case the FCC has someone come down from the top who prevents this investigation, I want to make all the facts present in a packet. And I want to send it as a registered letter to all US senators and governors. I want to ask for a special council to investigate everything. The registered letters cost about $17 each and it’s a couple dollars to print all the evidence off. I’m asking the community to head up this project. I will provide the evidence and do multiple videos of victims being scanned and showing positive for the frequency resonating on their heads and upload them to cyber torture.com which I own. So please do your part and let’s stop this torture.
c) August 3, 2024: FCC Investigation Update:
So it looks like the field office can only work on investigating in one area. So it looks like we need to find a person from each state (to) record the frequency resonating on their head and send them the write up I made so every area can get relief.
With that said, I did come up with some new information on the frequency and it appears I got AI validating that the same comb frequency is a mind control frequency. I have my latest discussion with chat gpt attached as a pdf that explains how it’s able to read and write brain waves as well. There was a CIA agent attacked by the Havana Syndrome on the news and I was able to take his description on how it works and put it in chatgpt and figure out how they are reading our thoughts. So now we figured out, the same frequency is capable of torture, mind reading, putting voices in the head, reading thoughts, tracking and penetrating through shielding.

I think AI did a great job on proving how this works and steps we can take to prove it in court. All you have to do is prove resonance in the head and prove the method used with math that the teeth on the comb are mixing sub carrier’s down to the brain range level. Resonance with Biological tissues has been proven and it can’t do this without it.
Next steps: We need to record IQ data from victims on video as evidence for court. Take the comb images and apply the math listed to prove that its mixing down to the brain region.
I think I solved our problem! Now we need to execute a plan. There have been a few TIs asking to get the data recorded already. We need a lot more.
