For those who might not remember or even be familiar with this side of the story: Orphaned teen, Nik Cruz, the alleged gunman who committed a mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS in Parkland FL, after bouncing around, just “happened” to land in a foster home where the foster father was a retired high-ranking, top security clearance military officer whose specialty was radio technology. In an interview at his home, he stated that he gave Nik the weapon because he thought the gun would help him to adjust and better deal with the issues going on in his life. Nothing to see here. Back in the 70s & 80’s when I was a kid, I went into liquor stores with my mom. I could hear a high pitch noise, when my head was tilted a certain way. Years later I found out that liquor stores used high pitch waves to stop people outside from loitering. This noise couldn’t be heard the older you where. Now this is something I’ve thought about a LOT. Why is it that major cities seem to have homogenized politics? Corruption only explains so much – if you’ve ever lived in one, you’d know that the vast majority of people act and feel the same way. It’s not normal and no mundane explanation is enough, in my opinion. Long ago I theorized that cell phone towers, or perhaps something very similar, were responsible for “training” people’s minds into certain ways of thinking. Always be outraged at “the thing”, always support “the other thing”, etc. It’s just nuts. Our military reserves its most advanced tech for its own population.

Prior to “5 gee” being released, I was the target of DEW testing (along with a wide range of other types of testing and harassment — including attempted murder on my life) for about 6 years, and still experience targeting today. These things are very real.

The difficult thing today is, unlike the testing phase years where it could be fairly easily discerned what direction the attacks came from, and therefore the likely places the weapons were installed (houses, vehicles, etc.) which allowed some level of intelligence to counter the attacks; the weapons of today (i.e. “5 gee”, or anything using “beam forming” technology, or other similar technology) are much harder to discern “where” the attack is coming from. Furthermore, they seem to be able to effect the consequences of the attack while remaining relatively undetectable when compared to the technology they used to use.

In other words, the technology had advanced rapidly, become more effective, harder to detect, harder to pinpoint, and harder to counter — however, there are caveats to this.

No weapon of the enemy formed against us shall prosper if we are found in Christ Jesus. Jesus Christ also gave us the power and information we need to combat these attacks without ever having to engage physically. We have been given authority, if we believe, to even command mountains to move and they will obey us.

So, we also have authority to command these weapons to be stopped, and even be destroyed. Some times the enemy will learn how you tend to react to the attacks, and so they will plan their attacks accordingly, and backup plans for, lets say for example you always command the weapons be destroyed, so they always have backup weapons on hand, or perhaps they make them self-repairing, etc. (it seems to be highly influenced or even controlled by an AI and/or demon, or perhaps even Satan himself).

So, you can also learn to preemptively strike against their plans and backup plans, with words of faith, commanding their weapons, their backups, their supply chains, etc. to all be destroyed, and if you do so in faith, it will happen.

The worst part about that sound to skull technology that conspiracy theorists have been talking about is that the person doesn’t even need to hear the message, it is a high pitch sound that contains a fast message that a normal person can not decode, it is used in tandem with other tricks that send it directly to the subconscious (think 25 frame effect) and the person thinks its their idea. Best rule of thumb, if ‘your’ mind suggests you to do anything that is not Love to other people best bet is to ignore or even better to pray.

I was in the Army from Feb 2001-July 2014. In 2006-2007, I was part of a very small company in Virginia. Our main mission was to run OPFOR for the surrounding battalions, companies, and schools in the areas. At some point, we were given several experimental weapons to use in these field exercises. These weapons were part of a program to introduce “less than lethal” methods to suppress the enemy or large crowds in a combat area. One was a kind of “Ray gun” that was mounted to the top of vehicle, and caused temporary blindness. Another one was a sound/frequency emitter, that looked like a large white box in the shape of a hexagon.

Now, if you were on the business end of this thing. The effects were ears leaking, a sudden powerful migraine, blood shot eyes, nausea, and vomiting. The effects were instantaneous, and were so overwhelming, that you would stop what you were doing, fall to the ground, and cover your ears and head. As soon as the weapon was turned away, the effects would go away in about 20 minutes, leaving you with a mild headache.

When I first heard about the incident in cuba, I instantly thought of this weapon.

This device was shown on ZDTV/TechTV in on a show called The Screensavers within a few years of 2002. They were showing it off as an alternative to headphones, you could plug it into your TV and watch it in your bedroom while your partner sleeps. I’ve been targeted by this equipment for the last 10 years, and its a lot more then just voices. They also use this to deliver NLP to my mind while I’m unconscious and then at a later time they can trigger certain emotions in me through words sometimes audible phrases and other times silent subliminal to my subconscious – as well as setting triggers like if I were to sit down for example I may get a trigger from just sitting. Some of the voices I hear are famous people, I have literally heard exactly the voice of certain celebs from films I liked. Some of them claim to be agents. The only person in my life that understands and even knows what is happening to me is my Dad who has a military background, my mom who is a teacher and who thinks anything deep-state is completely made up thinks like a complete skeptic. I will be definitely passing this video along to my mom. I live in Santa Barbara, California – which is well known for the wealthy and the famous. For example: Oprah lives here, Ellen Lives here, The Clintons had a house near George Lucas in the area and the home from Scarface is Located in Montecio (Santa Barbara, County). I just think I may be in the hot-spot for this activity.

I wish there was a way to contact Mark Dice, I feel like I have a lot of information to share with him on this subject.

That’s very interesting. In 1998, the culmination of a long battle between myself and the police department where I worked (over their torture of K9s for purely self-amusement) came to a point where a civilian had complained and they arrested her and filed a false police report against her. I managed to obtain an attorney for her, but our phones were bugged by the PD, and they followed us around, anticipated our every move, and harassed the attorney into backing off. ⬇

I’m curious what your thoughts are on the Montauk Project, Mark. I’ve always gone back and forth about whether or not the books were or to what extent they were fiction (I have videos on my channel discussing the books), but the radar you described reminds me of the radar tower at Camp Hero. It’s written in Nichols’ books that the radar tower could alter brainwaves within the town and give people anxiety, etc., based on the frequency. With all of the projects you mention in this video, it makes it seem more plausible the Montauk Project in some capacity did exist.

I worked for Bose for many years. One of the early innovations that we got to play around with was called an “acoustic flashlight”. You could point it around the room and it would create sound that appeared to come from wherever it was pointed. Then there’s the Brown Innovations Sound Shower which played sound, but only under an overhead dome. People outside of the dome couldn’t hear the sound. This stuff is OLD technology. Cool Edit Pro from 20 years ago had brainwave entrainment features that could be used to induce a trance using ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) encoded sound. You could actually encode ANY sound to produce ELF in the user’s head when they used headphones. Then there are what’s called Tartini Tones, which can pinpoint exact physical locations and create sound that can only be heard at that location in space.

This stuff is VERY real and it’s been worked on for a VERY long time. There’s a reason that the headphone market is so big and there are so many huge companies trying to, and I quote, “Take control of the real estate” where headphones go. At Bose, we were working on headphone tech that could determine where you were in the world and what you were likely looking at using accelerometers and GPS data. There is a continuous stream of data coming out of any Bose headphone newer than QuietComfort 25, along with at least 4 microphones… They add features that require a Bose app on your phone. That app then provides a way for them to gather the data from the headphones. Diabolical.

This technology has existed for quite some time now and the government has been using it on test subjects for years. I’ve been a “targeted individual” since December 13, 1994. In the beginning, I attempted to disclose it to my wife but saw the sheer horror and disbelief on her face and quickly squashed the notion of ever being able to openly discuss it with anyone and I never brought it up again. I have considered all the possibilities for it including the spiritual (of which I’m not), other worldly (alien experimentation), and of course the possibility that I might be suffering from a mental disorder. I have never sought medical treatment for it because of the obvious ramifications. I have resigned myself to take my secret to the grave because who would believe me anyway. I only discuss it now because of my anonymity online and because it’s exactly as Mark has described in this video. I don’t expect anyone to believe this, but I have been in daily contact telepathically with my tormentors for over 28 years.

I still remember when the cuban government mocked at the U.S government and said that it sounded like something that came out from Star Wars. Funny enough the cuban government claimed that it was the fumes from the mosquito repellant trucks. Which is actually funny since nobody in cuba that is not an opposition to the government or from an enemy government has received it.

Thank You for talking about this. Manipulating peoples behaviors is currently being done on a massive scale through the weather engineering. The waves that are generated affects people’s moods and sleep patterns. This is why sometimes one can wake up out of a dead sleep and be completely wired and unable to fall back asleep. This also affects the division of this country.

It’s a daily fight to determine reality vs. fantasy when you have schizo-affective disorder. It’s even worse when you know that certain technologies exist that can be used against you that prey upon that. The best defense I use is, “Am I important enough to waste this technology on?” The answer is usually no, so I chalk it up to the paranoia and try to dismiss it.

I remember Jesse Ventura getting the chance to try out that equipment on his show. He was freaking out about what he was hearing. He was on a military base I believe. This was years ago so I may be off a little.
