Dr Andrew Huff claimed he was harassed by the police and FBI for nearly two years. Andrew Huff Legal documents provided to The Sun Online show whistleblower Dr Huff is preparing to file a legal injunction and temporary restraining order against the FBI and other US government agencies. In his new book – The Truth About Wuhan – the epidemiologist claims the pandemic was the result of the US government’s funding of dangerous genetic engineering of coronaviruses in China. He branded the origins of the Covid pandemic as one of the greatest cover-ups in history – and claims the “US government is to blame for the transfer of dangerous biotechnology to the Chinese”. Dr Huff said China’s gain-of-function experiments – carried out with shoddy biosafety – led to a lab leak at the US-funded Wuhan Institute of Virology.
But as he went public with his explosive claims, the army veteran said the US government launched “an illegal psychological operation” against him. Dr Huff, an expert in bioterrorism and biowarfare, said his book on Wuhan was delayed by months because “the government hacked his computer”. “It was crazy… I couldn’t believe it was happening,” he told The Sun Online. “I felt like a bad dream. I had the Julian Assange treatment, but I hadn’t done anything illegal.
“To put it bluntly, I have balls of steel, and I’m not afraid of these people.” He added: “I can tell you the US government agencies involved were the FBI, the Defence Intelligence Agency, and the Department of Homeland Security. “All the sources of the hacking went back to the Department of Defence. “I used to work on teams who developed this kind of technology… then I became the target.” Dr Huff claimed military grade drones appeared at his home every day, he was stalked at the supermarket and across the country, and he was often followed by unknown vehicles. He said his house was burgled, his phone was repeatedly hacked, and even claimed someone fired a bullet through his mailbox.
In one terrifying incident, Dr Huff claims he watched as a man broke into his house and tried to destroy photo on his computer while he was outside putting up a security camera. I felt like a bad dream. I had the Julian Assange treatment, but I hadn’t done anything illegal. He said: “I used to have top security clearance. The government typically doesn’t go after the person who receives a leak. They go after the person who leaks the information. “The type of thing they did to me, I’ve heard of the government doing that to people who leak information. “That’s not shocking or surprising – but they never do it to the person who receives the information.”
Over a period of more than a year, the scientist believes the “spying” operation would have cost the government up to $50million – based on a team of 20 to 30 people running the operation. Dr Huff said he reported more than fifty federal crimes against him – but alleges the FBI refused to investigate as they were “complicit in the crimes”. “Their goal was to discredit me, to scare me, and to prevent me from speaking out,” he said in his book. “I collected piles of cold, hard evidence of the crimes committed against me by the US government, including photographic evidence of trespassers and highly sophisticated drones being flown at distances of a few feet from my house caught on camouflaged motion activated trail cameras.”
‘SOPHISTICATED TAILING OPERATION’
In his book, Dr Huff reveals a list of incidents taken from a temporary restraining order and injunction that his lawyer – Thomas Renz – is preparing to file against the US government and Michigan police.
Starting in October last year, the scientist said he received “numerous text messages warning him to stay safe” and claimed he was sent indirect death threats on social media. Fears for his safety escalated as he claims high end military grade drones appeared at his 171-acre property every day from dusk to dawn for more than a year. The army veteran, who claims he is trained in counter surveillance detection, also found he was being followed on multiple occasions – alleging he was the target of a “sophisticated tailing operation comprised of multiple vehicles”.
Dr Huff also claims he “observed an attempt to delete files from his personal computer” – including EcoHealth Alliance records – and his security cameras were often “tampered with”. The scientist also claimed he was left unable to access his personal and business accounts or the internet on his phone or computer from November 11 to January 10 after a hack. He said he decided to reach out for his professional network and get in touch with the FBI – who allegedly refused to investigate the claims.

Dr Huff said he sent “registered letters to numerous federal and Michigan state government officials requesting help and stating that his constitutional rights are being violated”. He also reported all the incidents to the local cops – but he claims they did little to help.
Since starting in October last year, Dr Huff claimed the “harassment campaign” from the Michigan cops, the FBI and the Department of Defense hasn’t eased up. “Several members of my family and neighbours, as well as numerous people in my local rural community, several members of local law enforcement, and my attorney Tom Renz, have all been witnesses to everything,” he said in his book.
“My one-and-a-half-year-old son was anxious, frightened, and neurotic at the height of the illegal harassment.”
The Sun has contacted the FBI for comment.
Dr Huff, who worked at EcoHealth Alliance from 2014 to 2016 and served as vice president from 2015, worked on the classified side of the research programme as a US government scientist. During his time at the New York-based non-profit, he reportedly helped develop biosurvelliance platforms for US intelligence agencies. And the army veteran, from Michigan, said the organisation taught the Wuhan lab the “best existing methods to engineer bat coronaviruses to attack other species” for many years. He claimed “China knew from day one that this was a genetically engineered agent”.
In his book, the emerging infectious diseases expert claims “greedy scientists killed millions of people globally” – and goes as far as to claim the US government covered it up. Dr Huff said: “Nobody should be surprised that the Chinese lied about the outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 and then went to extraordinary lengths to make it appear as if the disease naturally emerged. “The shocking part of all of this is how the United States government lied to all of us.”
In 2014, Dr Huff was asked to review a funding proposal which revealed that gain of function work was being carried out to create SARS-CoV-2 – which causes Covid.

Gain of function work sees viruses souped up to more easily infect humans to help researchers test scientific theories, develop new technologies and find treatments for infectious diseases.
But the risky research method can pose safety and security concerns – and it’s banned in many countries.
Dr Huff realised the EcoHealth Alliance was working closely with the Wuhan lab on gain of function research, with the support of USAID – a US government department.
He soon realised the virus would never occur in nature and had been developed into a much more powerful pathogen in the lab.
Dr Huff believes Covid was genetically engineered in Wuhan through gain of function research funded by the US government – and poor biosafety led to a lab leak.
He pointed out he has seen no evidence China deliberately released the virus.
Dr Huff has since filed a lawsuit with Renz Law LLC against EcoHealth Alliance in the state of New York.
EcoHealth Alliance has denied Dr Huff’s allegations – stating that his claims are “not true”.
“Mr Huff alleges that EcoHealth Alliance was engaged in gain of function research to create SARS-CoV-2. This is not true,” it said.
Documents obtained by The Intercept show the US government and EcoHealth Alliance were working on gain of function research with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
EcoHealth Alliance claimed “the emerging consensus, based on peer-reviewed scientific evidence, is that Covid originated through zoonotic spillover”.
Scientists and researchers have not yet been able to determine the origins of the pandemic – with a lab leak and a natural source both being probed.
Dozens of experts have suggested Covid could have escaped from the Wuhan lab through an infected researcher, improper disposal of waste, or potential breaches in the security at the site.
Even the head of the World Health Organisation reportedly believes Covid did leak from the lab after a “catastrophic accident”.

Am I missing something? Something seriously not right here. So Fauci is being indicted over GOF. Big deal. What about the real charges of fearmongering, playing up a pandemic and health threat that he knew not to exist, destroying countless lives through his lies? And continues to do so! This is very easy to establish. What the hell? Dr Huff comes across as someone not to be trusted, IMO. He seldom looked into the camera and seemed to be reciting info not coming from within, programmed info. So IMO he is there to promote disinformation. I come to that conclusion not only because of his demeanor but also by what he seems to promote, the continuing fear of lab-created viruses and later variants that they need to keep in play in order to promote future lock-downs and eventually forced vaccinations.
So Alex, if you expect the medical tyranny “House of Cards” to truly fall, then promoting the fear of viruses as the cause of infectious disease (never proven to exist, by isolation) would need to stop. There are other plausible explanations for covid-19 symptoms, ones we know can cause them, which don’t promote vaccination (which I believe to be its main purpose).
