The Greatest Con in History: The Multi-layered G5 (Global Government Gangstalking-Genocide Gestapo) System From 11 Different Vantage Points:

1) To the majority of the population:
“The program” does not exist. Rather, the government is prosecuting the “Global War on Terrorism” in order to maintain “national security” and to protect America from “terrorist threats.” I.e., the majority are largely unaware of what is really occurring around them.
2) From the perspective of most (unaware) Targeted Individuals (TIs):
Most TIs perceive that their lives are being steadily and progressively destroyed by an onslaught of confusing, malevolent, seemingly unrelated, disastrous events. Any and all elements of society seem to contribute to their ruin. They are unaware of what is happening and their untimely deaths are attributed to other causes.
3) To “aware TIs” (and in actuality):
“The Program” is a “cleverly disguised program of torture and murder” (Rich, “The Hidden Evil,” 2008). Aware TIs understand they have been extra-legally placed on a secret, classified “terrorism watch list/enemy black list” of the DHS/FBI/US government police state. Many realize they are being used as non-consensual human experimentees in MKULTRA-style “terminal experiments” conducted by the intelligence-military-corporate-academic complex. They realize they are being surveilled, systematically defamed, isolated, harassed, tortured, and controlled via covert, illegal, no-touch torture that involves psychological attacks/psychological warfare (“counter-intelligence stalking”) carried out by legions of strangers (“irregular forces”) as well as assault via electronic and neuro weapons.
Three main elements comprise “soft-kill,” “slow-kill,” and “silent-kill” no-touch torture. These include gangstalking/street theatre/psychological attacks, directed energy (nonlethal) weapons, and neuro-weapons. Each were developed by the CIA in the post-WWII Cold War era and are deployed in combination as weapons to destroy the lives of those unfortunate citizens who are secretly designated as “enemies of the state.”
In effect, TIs are consigned to living death sentences within invisible confines of an “electronic concentration camp.”
4) The stalkers, “perpetrators,” ”surveillance role players,” street thugs, Neighborhood Watch vigilante death squads as well as police, FBI, DHS, military special operations forces (SOFs), and the legal system perceive “the program” as:
“A component of the “Global War on Terrorism” in which domestic criminals, terrorists, enemies of the state, dissidents, etc. thought to pose a “threat” to “national security” are targeted, tracked, surveilled, defamed, harassed, and ultimately “neutralized,” “suicided,” incarcerated, institutionalized, and/or killed.
5) To military-(DOD)-government-intelligence-corporate sector planners and executors:
“The program” is a “civil-military operation” in which paid and volunteer civilians (“irregular forces”) carry out coordinated attacks in a new form of warfare that target domestic enemies. This new “Fourth Generation Warfare” is also termed “unconventional warfare,””asymetrical warfare,” “low intensity conflict,” “information warfare,” “network-centric warfare” and “military operations other than war.” (See Rich, “New World War: Revolutionary Methods For Political Control,” 2011).
“Targeted individuals” (TIs) are “viable targets” and “human test subjects” used to test and develop DOD/Pentagon/DARPA neuro-weapons, nonlethal weapons, and police-control technologies.
A host of laws and executive orders have been passed recently re-designating America and the world itself as “battlespace” to facilitate this new war on civilian populations.
6) From the perspective of the FBI-DHS Fusion Center system, law enforcement/police, and private security firms that coordinate and carry out stalking operations:
Civilians designated as “targets”/“potential terrorist threats”/”enemies of the state” are stripped of due process and civil liberties and re-classified as “Code 4- “Silent Hits.”
Each “TI” comprises an “operation” for government agencies and/or a “contract” for government-paid private security firms normally headed up by ex-CIA, ex-FBI, ex-Special Operations Forces personnel. There are literally thousands of such private security firms in the National Security Racketeering Network.
7) From the perspective of Mental and Public Health professionals:
TIs who seek help from police or psychologists and report what they are experiencing (their “symptoms”) are diagnosed as delusional, schizophrenic, and/or paranoid as per carefully-worded definitions in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual-5 (DSM-5).
This dynamic is equivalent with the “psychiatric reprisal” used during the Cold War in the Soviet Union and East Germany under communist dictatorships, etc., as a means of destroying “internal enemies”/dissidents/whistleblowers.
8) Psychologists employed by military, academic, and private security services, aka “psychologial operations groups:”
Regard TIs as “enemies”/”targets”/”subjects” to be destroyed in psychological warfare operations.
9) Cooperating academic, military/DARPA, corporate, and Smart-state/Smart-city neuroscientists and computer specialists:
View TIs as “viable targets” for neural weapons and nonlethal weapons research & development and for wireless brain-to-brain, brain-to-computer, and brain-to-cloud interface technologies.
Whereas the corporate-military-intelligence cover story is that “the program” is a “social engineering” and “behavior modification and manipulation” program, in actuality, G5:
A) is a new form of warfare (Fourth Generation Warfare) directed against the civilian population in order to impose “full spectrum dominance” of humanity (also termed “Mastering the Human Domain”);
B) is related to development of a global cloud hive-mind;”
C) is an extremely profitable military-corporate-intelligence system of complete social control. Dr. Rauni Kilde notes that this is “the most important policy of the US government.” I (webmaster) would qualify that as follows: It is the “most important policy of the (captured) US government.” In fact, it is a genocidal project for “Tikkun Olam” (Hebrew for “re-invention of the world”) and the complete control, genocide and enslavement of non-Jewish (goy) humanity as per “The Protocols of Learned Elders of Zion.”
10) From the viewpoint of the military-corporate-organized crime bureaucracy established during the Cold War that “human trafficks” non-consensual experimentees as contracts to different research agencies:
“Human trafficking” of TI’s is a lucrative market itself as TIs are sold as contracts to various corporate-military-organized crime programs.
11) The world’s “controllers” (Judeo-Masonic-Illuminati-mafia-satanists-financial elite) regard “The G5 Program” as a means of:
A) eliminating the enemies of and potential threats to their New (Judeo-Masonic-Illuminati-satanic) World Order who are termed “dissidents,” “terrorists,” “potential threats,” “whistleblowers,” etc.
B) profiteering from the wealth of TIs confiscated by “The Organization”
C) extending Satan’s “hive mind,” which controls the Judeo-Masonic-satanic elite, to all of humanity
D) ushering in their long-sought Jewish World Empire
E) enslaving and incrementally genociding the rest of humanity (“goyim” or non-Jews)
F) digitally mapping and thereby capturing, controlling, appropriating the minds/souls of “targeted individuals” (TIs)
G) technologically ensuring their own immortality and god-like powers to own and rule the earth
H) “Tikkun Olam” (re-inventing reality)
CONCLUSION:
Those that participate in “the program” at any level are guilty of committing felony crimes up to and including murder as well as treason. With the exception of the TIs (test subjects/lab rats) and the ignorant majority of the public, all or nearly all of the individuals and sectors of society involved in the execution of “the program” (G5) are ensnared in a command-and-control military-style hierarchy and/or are acting in their own self-interest. The ignorant majority are constrained from understanding the program through propaganda, fear, and self-interest as well.
The nearly-completed system of global technological control of humanity through intensive surveillance, NSA collection of meta-data, 5G, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the Internet-of-Things, etc., will enable the very few to control, enslave, and genocide the majority of humanity.
