The recorded sounds supposedly used in Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) in the above youtubes are similar to those produced by Dave Case’s “anti-tinnitus CD” countermeasure (listen to the post below). Dave Case has made his CD available to TIs free of charge and stipulates that it is supposed to be listened to at night using headphones. Dave has claimed that using this CD for 2 to 3 weeks generally radically decreases and/or removes tinnitus and takes one out of the gang stalking program. He currently states that his anti-tinnitus CD has cured or helped 360 people.
I (Dr. Eric T. Karlstrom) have been using Case’s “anti-tinnitus CD” for about 8 months, as of April 30, 2017. So far, it has not “cured” my tinnitus but has made the constant ringing tone somewhat fainter and higher in pitch. Additionally, using this CD has apparently not gotten me out of the gang stalking program. As per recommendations of TI, Bryan Tew, I switched to using pleasing music (harp) instead.
At this time, I am not able to evaluate whether the sounds of Dave Case’s “anti-tinnitus CD” thwart/neutralize the sounds of RMN or actually ARE the sounds of RMN. Negative subliminal messages are apparently conveyed in the above recorded sounds of RNM and Dave Case’s anti-tinnitus CD is designed to mimic and thwart the sounds of RNM.
As of August 5, 2018, I am going to try using Dave Case’s CD (first three versions) again.

If you read the article in every day concerned citizen on my experience and my invention you will find that I was trying to make a sound that sounded just like the electronic shrieking I was attacked with to confuse there equipment, and It did. as soon as I put the koss- ktx-pro1 headphones on with the sound I invented it knocked out there ability to target me. so yes I was TRYING to make it just like the wave forms I was being attacked with.So it is no surprise that he thinks my countermeasure cd looks just like the Remote neural monitoring wave forms.And Eric is helping many with these informative web sites.
