Zbigniew stated a new arsenal of weapons was being developed, which included weather attacks, chemical and biological weapons, and death rays, and stated these weapons could be used to conduct “secret warfare” by a small number of security forces. Here we must confront the reality of the 4% among us who are psychopaths. This is like an alien species that seeks total control and domination of everything and works covertly toward that end.
Mark M. Rich (“New World War: Revolutionary Methods For Political Control” (2013): “Pattern of infiltration, state-sponsored terrorism, repressive legislation, control of developmental areas of society, enemy creation, and wars is characteristic of the process of dictatorship creation. Here, “Multiple-groups form a single network” to establish complete control.
Part of this RMA includes a change in competing forces because most nations can’t challenge the US with a direct military force. Now that most nations have been conquered, either by military might or economic subversion, the regular state-to-state type of warfare will be phased out. The US and its allies will now be waging war against individuals and groups all across the planet. The global military campaign being used to wage this new type of warfare has been called the “global war on terror” (GWOT) and the long war (LW).
Names given for the small wars to be waged globally include (4GW), assymetrical warfare (AW), network centric warfare (NCW, netwar), NATO networked enabled capability (NNEC), military operations other than war (MOOTW), low-intensity conflict (LIC), irregular warfare (IW), and unconventional warfare (UW), effects-based operations (EBO), civil-military operations (CMO), and peace operations (PO).
These wars are interagency, international operations that use a combined, highly coordinated and synchronized approach to achieve “unity of effort,” aka “unified action,” during attacks. Organizations involved include local and state law enforcement, which cooperates with federal agencies and the host nation’s military. In the US, this means the FBI, NSA, CIA, and FEMA.
Military’s of most nations are participating through NATO (north Atlantic Treaty Organization). They are working with the civilian populations as part of civil support, also called “civil-military operations” (CMO). Non-military participants include: nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), private voluntary organizations (PVO), and intergovernmental organizations (IGO). Nationally, this combined force is called the “interagency;” globally it’s called the “mulinational force.” (MNF) Some of these activities are being directed by the UN.
The battlefield has expanded into the civilian sector. For this reason it is called the battlespace. The battlespace is global. The battles take place among the civilian population where the military uses civilians as irregular forces. The physical architecture of the battlespace has several levels. At the top is the space level which includes satellites. The near-space level has UAVs and high-flying aircraft. Then there is the maneuver level which contains people, robots, vehicles, ships, and low-flying aircraft.”
I. The Protocols of Gang Stalking and the (Long) Planned Destruction of Western Civilization—
3 kinds of protocols:
I. At the Middle-Macro level: Protocols of Gang Stalking involves the complete restructure and criminalization of society to create the desired NWO, one-world-government, neo-feudalistic order…
Rich: Although these are military operations, the military itself does not participate in this warfare on the tactical level. Instead it uses the HN’s civilian population as surrogate (stand in) forces, and directs them from behind the scenes. They refer to this as “population centric war.” The US Army says that in order to accomplish the recruitment of the HN’s population, the culture, taboos, beliefs, customs, history, goals, ethnic composition, and expectations of the civilian population must be studied and exploited. It refers to these unarmed civilian forces as the “mass base,” the general population,” and “society at large.
This includes not only a large portion of the civilian population, but the private sector such as stores, business, and restaurants. What they’ve basically described is the recruitment of all significant components of a society. Additionally, the US Army is obviously not talking about arming a major portion of a HN, but using them to carry out acts which support the cause.” … “These (individuals) and groups may be witting or unwitting of the UW nature of the operations or activities in which they are utilized.” (ETK- i.e., useful idiots in the Jewnited States of Hell).
The Key: US Army docs state: “Without recognized legitimacy military operations do not receive the support of the indigenous population, the U.S. population, or the international community.”
All instruments of US national power is used against “elusive opponents” and their supporters.
Using the RMA (Revolution in Military Affairs) 4GW civilian-military operations (aka MOOTW, UW, IW, IO, fusion centers, FBI’s JTTF) military seduces, bribes pays civilians to spy on, harass, torture and kill fellow citizens that have been designated as “internal enemies.” And secret use high tech weaponry EW: of “NLW”…. No-touch torture, soft-kill, silent kill, slow kill to neutralize “state’s internal enemies-” so that the relatively tiny numbers of elites of a nation can neutralize the individuals and groups most likely to lead widespread political protest.
These protocols include use of PsyOp, Electronic Warfare (DEW, high powered microwaves, lasers, acoustic weapons, ELFs, radio frequencies, silent subliminal sound, RHIC-EDOM, remote neural monitoring, HAARP, weather modification/warfare/geoengineering/chemtrails). These are invisible bullets if you wish and their power can be turned up and down depending on desired effects- and also the complete restructuring of society as the military utilizes civilians as “irregular forces.”
Also involves use of C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computer Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaisance) – fixed, mobile or virtual in each battlespace….. this is hooked up with GIG- satellite that can locate any individual anywhere on the planet and coordinate multiple operations simultaneously.
All this is to control society at the street level and to impose neo-feudal order- NWO totalitarian dictatorship. According to Bzrezinski, this neo-feudal society would resemble older feudalistic societies and be comprised of: Lords and vassals- (slaves or serfs)

II. At the individual level: Protocols of torture are devised -tailor made- for each individual and group…. (TI) Targeted Individual and TA (Target Audience)
6 Phases of Targeting according to Dr. John Hall: “Guinea Pigs: Technologies of Control” (2013)
1) Selection:
2) Surveillance: (and profiling)- Interagency uses multiple interrelated intelligence operations: collects info on adversaries dispositions, strategies, tactics, intents, objectives, strengths, weaknesses, values, capabilities, and critical vulnerabilities. This allows for “profile-specific” attacks. There is continuous monitoring and feedback and re-assessment of what’s working and not working.
3) Stalking: uses PsyOp and information obtained during surveillance and profiling to deliver “messages” to the TI/TA to break their will and isolate them from all their support systems.
4) efamation: Involves “rumor campaigns” to slander, discredit, defame TI/TA
5) Attack with DEWs (Electronic Warfare), chiefly involving microwaves and ultrasound
6) Monitoring:
Using Tactical Psychological Operations Teams, etc., TAs and TIs are profiled and protocols are devised to isolate, harass, torture, and deprive them of all normal support systems, including friends, family, jobs, houses, relationships, etc. to break their will, modify their behavior, and/or execute them.
III.) The Macro-Macro level of the Protocols of Gang Stalking: The Master Plan:
Derived from several proven historical movements:
A) In 14th and 15th century England, John Dee and his protégé, Sir John Bacon, each head of the Rosicrucian secret society expressed plan to create a New (Satanic) World Order- using the “New World” to usher it in. They deemed that Europe was too Christianized.
B) Bavarian Illuminati- 1773 and 1776, 1782, Amshel Meyer Rothschild and Adam Weishaupt devise secret plan of world conquest- goal was to destroy the monarchies, the nations, all religions, private property and the family… to usher in new Satanic kingdom- kingdom of the Antichrist- Illuminati was a powerful Jewish secret society. At council of Wilhelmsbad, Illuminati merges with Freemasonry and takes over the highest degrees, which henceforth are Jewish degrees.
C) Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion (circa 1897 and First World Zionist Conference): In the words of Hugh Akin, author of Syngagoue Rising:
“Protocol 15 confesses to the most secret political plot and the use of domestic and police agencies totalitarian police agencies to bring about police powers such as we are seeing today, with such totalitarian police agencies as the ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms), the DHS (Department of Homeland Security), the TSA (Transportation Security Administration), the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) and the like. This protocol encourages the ruthless suppression of the people under these Jewish-created police organizations. Protocol 16… covers brainwashing the masses as well, rendering the universities little more than Judaic-Masonic institutions of propaganda and mind control, introducing every vain and vile principle to break apart the ancient Christian order. Christian tradition is especially targeted. The purpose of subverting education is to turn the goyim into unthinking robots. Once corrupted, they’ll easily be deceived, manipulated, and recruited for every wicked cause and always under the pretense of some good. And who can deny that, today, whole generations have fallen into this category?
ETK: these unthinking robots are easily duped into becoming “perpetrators,” surveillance role players,” citizen spies, citizen snitches, etc.
Protocol 17 (New World Religion) gets to the core of the century’s old anti-Christian scheme in the undermining of all authority, especially the Catholic Papacy and priesthood, by means of “freedom of conscience” unto the wrecking of Christianity and installation of a Jewish patriarch to rule the world. Take heed what the elders themselves have said:

All these things considered how can we not see the rabbinic blueprint implemented in virtually every heresy, event, revolt and crisis of the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries, and continuing into the 21th century?
Protocol 18 deals with precipitating internal disorders (ETK: “terrorist events”) and then acting swiftly to execute mass arrests of the more dangerous opponents of the Zionist Master Plan. This is precisely what’s behind the policy, since the Clinton administration, and increasingly so during the Bush and Obama administrations, to associate Christians, pro-lifers, constitutionalists, Ron Paul conservatives, home schoolers, 2nd Amendment advocates, 9/11 Truthers, Holocaust revisionists, critics of Israel, and those who oppose the Jewish Federal Reserve and all of the needless wars we fight for Israel. All these sincere Christians and patriots are singled out by our government in the hands of the Zionist elders as “potential homegrown terrorists.”
This is really terrifying.
Through the campaigns of the notoriously anti-Christian “Anti-Defamation League” our local police forces are being heavily indoctrinated in this very dangerous mindset. We, my friends, are being set up for the kill. This is the reason behind the Department of Homeland Security’s purchasing of tons of ammunition, actually creating a shortage of bullets for the general citizenry, for the coming showdown between the totalitarian state and genuine Christians and patriots who have taken the lead in resisting in the march toward tyranny.
D) 1877 Will of British Diamond and Gold Magnate, Cecil Rhodes:
“The extension of British rule throughout the world, the perfecting of a system of emigration from the United Kingdom and of colonization by British subjects of all lands…. (as well as) the ultimate recovery of the United States of America as an integral part of a British Empire.”
Rhodes was a Rothschild agent, and his inner group set up the Round Table Groups as fronts. The RIIA (Royal Institute for International Affairs) in 1917, The CIA always has always done the bidding of Wall Street and the CFR (The Council on Foreign Relations) which is the American extension of the RIIA/Round Table Groups founded in 1921. The CIA has never served the interests of the American people or of the United States per se.
The CFR was founded in 1921 as one of many front groups for the British Round Table Group, which according to gold-diamond-magnate and Rothschild agent, Cecil Rhode’s will:, exists for:
E. In 1913- with establishment of Federal reserve Bank in America, the Rothschild-controlled European banking cartels gained control of the US economy and government.
F. In 1947- with the National Security Act- these foreign powers were given a secret army, the CIA.

Perspectives on Gang Stalking; What Is It? Who’s being Targeted? Who’s doing It? How Can We Stop It?
First, the name is probably a poor descriptor for something that is of global extent, with seemingly limitless funding, and is based on close coordination of multiple agencies; military, intelligence, police, civilian vigilante groups and individuals, private sector groups, NGOs, etc.
aka covert, extra-legal citizen assassination program (CECAP), no-touch torture, psychological and electronic terror campaign, death squads. It’s much, much bigger than we think.
II. Who are the targets? Certainly dissidents and whistleblowers and individuals considered a threat to the NWO- Christians, constitutionalists, home-schoolers, ex-cons, alcoholics and drug addicts, etc. Or anyone who is put on the “Terrorist Watch List”- as in the death lists of the CIA’s Phoenix Program during the late 60’s in Vietnam war.
III. Who is doing the targeting? Interagency coordination of federal agencies (FBI, CIA, DHS, NSA, etc), military (all branches), intelligence, local police, private sector companies run by ex-intelligence people, citizen vigilante groups – 4GW, Assymetrical Warfare, CMO, LIC, UW, IO, PsyOp, MilDEC, EBO (effects based operations), neocortical warfare, political warfare (PolWar), and Psy-War (psychological warfare), counter-terrorism, counter-insurgency.
IV. What are the antecedents of this program? FBI’s COINTELPRO of the 50’s-70’s, CIA MKULTRA, MHCHAOS, Phoenix Program, US military surveillance of subversives going back to 1917. Also, of course, Soviet Cheka and KGB- Red Terror, East German Stasi, Portugese PIDE, Hungary, Czechoslavakia, Poland, had equivalents. In E. German Stasi- 1 in 6 civilians were enlisted as citizen spies. DHS wants 1 in 3 Americans.
V. How does it work? Dr. John Hall: 6 phases of targeting = selection, surveillance, stalking (PsyOP), defamation, DEW attack, monitoring. During the selection and surveillance phase teams of psychologists profile the TI or TA and determine the best “protocols” to use to break their will and destroy them. These are then implemented mainly by PsyOp and EW in combination… street theatre, gas lighting, harassment,
Top secret weapons deployed: PsyOp, EW (these were both developed over many decades in top-secret research carried out by various governments and military branches…. Certainly, the CIA’s MKULTRA mind control experiments and operations play into this….) and CNO (computer network operations).
VI. My hypothesis: These top-secret technologies are the signature of the NWO black operations- JFK assassination, 9/11, and now “gang stalking.”
A. PsyOp developed largely in secret by non-profit organizations such as Menninger, Rockefeller, Russell Sage, and Ford, and Carnegie Corporation. Research goes back to 1930’s. These have worked with thinktanks such as RAND and CFR, and universities such as Princeton and MIT. All these have partnered with the military. Results are still largely classified.
B. EW- DEW- Tesla technology, including microwave weapons, lasers, acoustic weapons, infra sound, sound and ultra-sound, aka non-lethal weapons, soft kill, silent kill, slow kill,

We stand at the dawn of an entirely new age. By all the evidence, man has in his hands a method of disrupting the molecular basis for matter and the ability, very possibly, to split the earth in half on a moment’s notice. C. modern military 4GW- command and control structure and GIG. Now we have POG (Psychological Operations Groups like the 4th POG of the US Army (Fort Bragg, NC) that deploys anywhere in the world on short notice.
SOCOM- Special Operations Command (formed 1987)- multiple units, special operations forces, is supported by intelligence faction known as Intelligence Suport Activity (ISA) which provides Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT).
PsyOP Task Force- POTF- includes various media used, themes, which carry triggers used to develop products to deliver messages and themes to TA. (again in order to break their will to resist). Provides in depth psychological profile.
Tactical PsyOp Team- small group with team leader his assistant, and a PsyOp specialist.
C4ISR- Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaisance- Each AO has a senior PsyOp officer.
VII. Who is doing it and why? We are talking about a take over the world project..
Again, the top-secret technologies deployed go back for about a century or more.
So this has been a long time in the planning stages.
9/11: orchestrated by Jewish neocons after they stole the 2000 election for Bush II. Gave the Jewish neocons (who stole the 2000 election and then filled the major positions in the Bush II administration) their phony war on terror, and through this, the license to fulfill their “global dominance and domestic surveillance police state agenda”-

DHS formed immediately after 911, along with NORTHCOM- the US itself is the battlefield- or “battlespace” DHS coordinates all interagency activity through their fusion centers- 78 or so in all states and major cities. Then we have the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) as well.

How many wars is the US now prosecuting? As of 2014, McGrath says 0- in the sense there are no declared wars, but 5-6 hot wars, 134 LIC, 4GW, destabilization wars prosecuted by SOCCOM, so in fact, 1 war- for the whole world.
So US is being used to take over the world… People and Congress never really assented to this, it has been done through secrecy and trickery… Secret CIA wars, etc.

Going back to the Neocons. This is a distinctly Jewish political movement. In fact, the neocons were formerly Trotskyite communist leftists and revolutionaries.

Michael Ledeen (Jew) in his latest book, The War Against the Terror Masters. In what reads like a prophetic approval of the policy of chaos now being visited on Iraq, Ledeen wrote,
