Professor Charles Morgan gives a lecture at West Point to US soldiers in the Visual Information Division on the latest technology in the field of Bio-Warfare, DNA reprogramming and human cell exploitation. I have been saying in previous videos that the Corona-con JABS will have the capability to not only change human DNA, but can also enable a persons thoughts and actions to be influenced by remote control.. I can understand if some people thought that I was losing the plot, but I can assure the doubters that this technology absolutely exists and is going to used en-mass through the implementation of the CV19 JABS.

If you watch this video you will see the professor confirm what I have been saying in my videos for many months, in that it is now possible to control the mind of another person by remote control and to also take control over their physical body movements, thoughts and functions. This is NO conspiracy theory, this is an absolute FACT!! I also wanna say that even this technology is still far behind the latest advancements which are kept from the public domain and are often used against the general public. I remember watching a documentary online many years ago in which a whistle blower stated that the current technology that we see being brought into the public domain is already over 25 years old, that has continued to make me aware that the so-called latest advancements are in essence old technology.

The professor reveals that they can now store & conceal images and movies in DNA and bacteria, he also says that just 1 gram of human DNA can store the equivalent of 7 BILLION iPADS, think about that, just 1 gram, that is absolutely astonishing!!! He says that information and images can also be stored in bacteria on the human body which can then be placed in a dish and the information removed and also that when those same bacteria reproduce that it’s offspring’s will also be encoded with that same information. He also says that it is possible to programme a cell and direct it to target ANY part of the body, including the brain which can then also be reprogrammed and controlled from an outside force.

This means that the CV-19 JABS can contain all the technology that you will hear in this video and it is CHILLING what that same technology can do when they are primed to target and attack!!! Such is the level of accuracy of this technology that miniature nanobots about the size of dust particles can be programmed to attack any portion of the body to deliver a payload or virus directly into the bloodstream, organs, brain, eyes etc. The reprogrammed DNA cells can also lie dormant in whichever portion of the body it has been directed to and can remain there undetected until the appropriate electronic signal is delivered to re-activate it.

He also says that they can manage and change peoples memories and perception and that they don’t even need to persuade them, all that is needed is to change their memory through audio and visual images, in other words TV, which is exactly how the the general public have been lured into believing in the great Corona-con. If you’re a Christian you need to know that these JABS will enable the Luciferians to change your DNA and alter your perception of God, in fact, you will be programmed to detest him!!! The bible forewarns that the nations and people of the earth will hate biblical Christianity and will persecute bible believing Christians and this is how that is going to happen, they will alter the perception of every person who takes those demonic DNA changing vaccines. This is a spiritual war, it has been foretold in the bible almost 3000 years ago and is now taking place before our very eyes!!!

Charles Morgan (speaking in Canadian accent): When I left CIA back in 2010-2011 and I was asked to estimate what would happen in the future in these fields. It’s not that hard to predict the future because biomedical labs are working systematically with overtly stated goals.

Topics to be covered: Mind, Body and Beyond, Gene Slicing, Dr. Ventner & DREADS, DNA encryption, and memory (“The Past is Not What it Used To Be”):

Knowledge can be transferred from one animal to another. The acquired knowledge of one animal can be put into the sensory cortex of the second animal. And that animal acquires the knowledge.

From a human drone standpoint: you can attach one human brain to another human brain. You can direct motor activity or you can send communication and information.

In my view, Dr. Ventnor’s work is the equivalent of the development of nuclear weapons.

He created life in a cell. He programmed yeast cells to produce anything he wanted. They can produce perfume, petroleum, peptides. Anything we program the DNA to do. And it’s in the living cell.

These can be inserted into through the hypo-spray needles. You put in a specific gene slicing. You program what you like. You put it in the cell and it can reproduce and make as much as you like. It sends a signal and tells which portion of the DNA should unwrap, unfold and produce a product.

Related to this is an idea called DREADS. These are designer receptors that can be remotely controlled. You can create a cell. You can put it somewhere in the body. And you can remotely activate it. So you have the capacity to create any product. As long as you the know DNA sequence. You can insert it into a living system. You can insert into a living systems. And you can remotely control it.

It may affect the way you think and the way you act. So once you know that the technology is there to edit, splice, and program a cell. And the technology currently exists to administer to somebody and have it go park anywhere you program it to go park, proliferate and do its function, you can have things activated in other people’s BRAINS.

(In other words it can lie dormant until activated by a signal.)

These people have figured out how to hide imagery in the DNA of bacteria. You can have the information reproduced in a string form as the form of a protein. The new way to hide information is going to be in DNA.

This is the first experiment showing what imagery you can hide in bacteria. This is the latest. (He shows black and white movie of a horse galloping). It’s a GIF file. This what the Chinese are doing with DNA. Merging DNA systems with quantum computing will really be quite an amazing and both lethal threat.

(Mass-distributed DNA-altering vaccines with links to China which could hold secret information which can be activated any time from anywhere. What’s one of the worst things they could change or ALTER?)

The next thing I want to mention to you is memory. Can we erase memory, can we modify memory, can we change memory? The short answer is “yes.”

And what they were able to do back in 2008 with a primate is have it learn through trial and error that by thinking it can move a robotic arm and feed itself. It didn’t take too long for the neural interface issue to be resolved once people figured out that you can implant electrodes on brain tissue and then take a biological signal and turn it into an electrical signal and amplify it.

The natural segway then would be if I can send motor function from a brain to a mechanical arm would it possible to send motor function from one human to another. So I call it “the possession experiment.”

Researchers call it direct brain-to-brain communication and they do it by passing a signal from one mind to the next, using the internet nonetheless.”)

You can watch the video but essentially what’s happening is when one person is playing the video game they’re not using their hands, they are simply looking at targets. What’s going on in the other room is a transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) device that creates a magnetic field that excites neurons and it’s the other man’s hand that begins to move and hits the targets. So you’ve co-opted the portion of a body of another human and then their hand can behave in the way that you want it to do. But the person on the receiving end described the sensation as rather odd. He said I didn’t know anything until I saw my hand beginning to move. And felt that it was something other. And its hand was moving. Hand could punch in a code. Hand could do a number of things.

But the really fun part was that you are taking over somebody else’s physical body with the mind of another human.

So what do you think would be the next step? If you follow medical research, you can make a robot move, you can make a human hand move. What would you do next? You say… Wow, they’re getting brains connected to run things. So you have to begin to think either like doctors or like security and intelligence people, right? Can you actually send and receive sensory information, like the Matrix? The short answer is “yes.”

So it took some learning trials, but not many. It took 75 between them to achieve an accuracy rate of over 85% in just training of rats for a little while in their cages. But this was a milestone because it was not simply using a motor cortex to run a device. This was actually having one animal learn something and recording that activity and putting it into the sensory cortex of the second animal. And that animal acquires the knowledge. It is able to act on the knowledge and the experience for something it has not ever done.

What we do know is that DARPA did get permission for 500 operations to do deep brain electrode implants. We haven’t published anything yet. But my guess is what you are looking at is human-to-human thought transference. And certainly in the open science world that was published last month.

Actually, the brain-to-brain transfer of sensory information into humans. And they achieved a success rate of being right 85% of the time. So you can attach one human brain to a device. You can attach the human brain to another human brain. You can direct motor activity. Or you can send communication and information.

But you could plug in somewhere else in the world and learn something or see something or have somebody acquire the information that you have. And you wouldn’t have to carry a different device. So that’s what people are doing.

There’s a whole world out there of bio-hacking. I don’t know if you are aware of it, but you should be. Normally, at the university, we are well regulated by the federal laws about studying and experimenting on humans. There is a bio-hacking community that is not part of the official science community that is busy trying to attach hardware to humans and they do it in their basements. They study up on how to do the surgeries, how to connect devices, how to put mother boards in people. And they may use it for some purposes, like fishing, using RFID signals in their hands to take information from you.

There are some other interesting developments. When you start thinking about the fluidity of what you can do with the brain. They are experimenting with Ce6 and giving people with eye drops night vision, for several hours a person receiving the eye drops can see over 160 feet in the dark. It’s a lot easier to look through your own eyes than it is to put on nods. And it will be a short time before you get a better solution than we get from the bio-hacking community. But it could also be readily available to almost anybody on the planet. It’s going to be harder to keep this under control than it is to keep the special lenses and night vision technology.

So I think it’s really important that people pay attention to this kind of thing because that can give humans the natural ability for awhile to see in the dark. So when you think about it, the possibility now is there to develop different kinds of devices that could be used either by intelligence people or by people in the military to have an extra ability to be able to see through walls, to see heart beats.

We used to play with the 18 GHz microwave detectors where we could pick up heart beats through anything but solid steal and water, but that could easily be a human who can see the unique heart beat that’s behind the wall over there that’s thermal insensitive. So it doesn’t have to be IR. It could be a number of things. Anything that you can co-opt is theoretically now possible to adapt to human brain functioning.

All you have to learn is the code. You have to train with it.

The experiment that was just released this last month as I said demonstrated that people could transfer knowledge from one human to another. And I commented to a couple of my colleagues, I think right now, the most direct application of that is either covert communication or running drones. The set of experiments have shown that you can connect the human brain to a rat and control it’s motor movement and its tail. so you can have non-human-animal drones. You can have a human brain running a regular drone at this point. But running a non-human drone, something like cockroach or a rat, would be awesome. If you were watching the olympics and saw the coordinated maze of drones.

The software is now readily available. You could have hoards of little creatures that can gain access to facilities or move around in different places all run by a person sitting in a booth. It’s no more technically challenging once you do that than figuring out how you’re going to send your signal somewhere else in the world. And how to protect that signal. That’s now.

The second field that people may or may not be aware of. Dr. Ventnor’s work is, in my view, the equivalent to the development of nuclear weapons when you realize he created life in a cell back in 2010. This technology paired with something called CRISPR, which is like an editing software for genes, makes a number of things immediately available.

What he did was to program yeast cells to produce anything they wanted. They can produce perfume, petroleum, any peptides, and anything they program the DNA to do and it’s in the living cell. These can be inserted into you through the hypo-spray needles- almost like Dr. McCoy on Star Trek getting a hypo-spray, it blasts plasmids into your squimo-cells. Ventnor has patent on the technology. You can engineer anything. You can engineer anything. You can engineer a unique thing that would only kill one person in the world. That’s how it’s done. You put in the specific gene slicing, you program what you like, you put it in the cell, and it can reproduce and make as much as you like.

From those of you who don’t know, your DNA is usually all wrapped up in tight little coils. And so what you are doing when you create plasmids and put them into cells it sends a signal and tells which portion of the DNA should unwrap, unfold and produce a product. You can engineer anything.

Celeste Solum: Many years ago, DARPA wanted to put chips in people’s brains but they didn’t want to do surgery. So after many, many years they came up with a gel. And it’s very insidious. This gel is called hydrogel or quantum dot. So what will happen with the vaccine is you you get it injected into you, and it self-assembles. And then it swarms through your body. There are 33 different (and yes there is an occultic meaning to the number 33) classifications of robots, each with a different mission and a payload deployed into your body.

They can swarm. This is scalable. This means it could target one cell in your body. It could target an organ. It could target you. It could target everybody with blonde hair. It could target everybody in a particular country. It could target someone with a particular faith.

If these robots get it to cleave, some are clamps, some are levers, they hold your cell until it is basically swallowed up by the synbio. Then what it does is that it swarms and it crosses your brain-blood barrier and it takes over your brain.

Morgan: Related to this is an idea called DREADDS. These are designer receptors that can be remotely controlled. So think about it. You can create a designer receptor. You can create a cell. You can put it somewhere in the body. And you can remotely activate it when the brain is exposed to the right signal.

Morgan: Using this technology, people have been able to transfer memories from one fruit fly to another by signaling through a light stimulus into the retina. Right now it is done by putting a substance into the body that will actually activate the neuron in the way that you want it. So you have the capacity to create any product as long as you know the DNA sequence you can insert it into a living system and you can remotely control it.

Now one of the challenges that we have is that when you create a cell and you put it somebody’s body, you have to figure out where you want it. What if you want it in your brain? And you don’t want to do surgery to plant it in your brain. If I want a product planted in your brain that may affect the way you think, the way you act… one route to that is through stem cells.

Stem cells are called “God cells” – they can turn into anything. They hold the potential, unlike other cells in your body, to become anything you want them to become.

And they can go find their home in the body, and park there and do the work that you’d like them to do. You can infuse them and they will find their way into the brain.

So once you know that the technology is there to edit, splice and program the cell. And the technology currently exists to administer it to somebody, and have it go park anywhere you program it to go park, proliferate and do its function you can have things activated in other people’s brains.

(You will then also have the technology to program the brain!)

So if you take these three key points hopefully you can see it opens up a number of both alarming and exciting possibilities:

You can have the timed release of information on demand. Hopefully when I mention the words CRISPR and word-editing and creating molecules with CRISPR out of playing with DNA, some of you thought encryption and encoding. So regarding DNA encryption, there were I think eight articles published by China in the last 3 years. It’s quite important. The coding system, DNA Steganography, I’ll just say the short story on this is people have figured out how to hide imagery in the DNA of bacteria. You when you phosphorese the bacteria you can discover the information or you can have the information reproduced in a string form as the form of a protein.

In DNA Encoding, August 17, 2012, Dr. George Church, up at Harvard, has shown quite well that you can store a lot of information in one gram of DNA (in fact, 700 Terrabytes, the equivalent of 7 billion ipads!). At room temperature, no super cooling required. DNA is highly stable, it’s been around on the planet for a very long time. So between CRISPR, the storage capacity, and programming cells, the new way to hide information is going to be in DNA.

(Just think about this, it is now possible to hide the image and number of the beast in strands of injected human DNA.)

The commercial application is going to be a bit like on Star Trek years ago. Why would you have a digital system when you can have a DNA system? It can store all the information you’d ever need, records, photos, anything. It’s simply another way of storing information. This is the first experiment showing what imagery you can hide in bacteria. This is the latest. It’s a GIF file. It was actually programmed into the DNA of bacteria last year. The bacteria reproduced and the offspring from the reproductive cycle would still produced this movie. Pretty cool. You can hide information in bacteria and when the bacteria multiply, they can go into a spore form and last for a very long time. No one can scan you and find a bacteria.

We don’t have anything that can detect that. So if you wanted to be able to encode information and take pictures of information and create something in DNA and don’t want it in your own body, it can be in bacteria in some portion of your body. All they have to do is scrape it and let it grow in the petri dish and unpack the information. This is all available now. This isn’t science fiction. You can encode movies. This is what the Chinese are doing with DNA.

We can begin inquiring. We are doing things as well. This is where the race is now. Trying to merge DNA systems (a “wet hard drive”) with quantum computing systems will be both an amazing and both lethal threat for that.

The next major topic is memory: What to do with memory. Can we erase, modify, and change memory? Yes. We can train the mice to run the maze, document the number of trials and errors, and then flood their hypocampus or expose it to this, and the memory would be completely gone. Meaning that when the rats or mice had to learn it over again, it took the same number of learning trials.

Can we program a cell to go to the part of the brain where we want to change a memory? yes,

In 2009, using light- they turned memories off and on. you can turn memory on and off using light. Where are we with humans on this?

Beth Loftus did a study called “Lost in a Mall”. She manipulated syblings to see how long it would take for them to manufacture a false memory. She and I went up to SERE school to do an experiment on this.

We used isolation stress to do the experiments. We could make the subjects believe all kinds of things by rephrasing a question or inserting images into a video. By increasing stress, we could induce false (artificial) memories and fake visions in all of the 900 subjects.

So to change human motivation, we don’t have to persuade people. we can just change their memory. This has great relevance in this day and age, now that we wonder what information is real and what information is trustworthy. They know how to create false memories. A person can be genuine and the information they remember is not true.

In the current information age, the authorities have the ability to manage people’s memories and change them.

(Isn’t this exactly how they have manipulated the masses and deceived them. He just shared their mind perception control techniques.)

Nowadays, you can fix videos and pictures and expose people to audio and visual information- and even when people recognize this possibility- – people don’t realize when they adopt a false memory. So this bypasses critical reasoning and is particularly effective. This can be done verbally and visually and the chemical implanting of memories has now occurred in monkeys.

The French have learned that while you people are asleep they can train new information and memory outside the person’s awareness- indeed, create your reality.

Indeed, can you sample the information in people’s brains while they are asleep? Yes.
Brain recognition wave forms and sampling some kinds of information are possible… When they do the brain implants we’ll know sooner. To train new information and awareness outside the person’s knowledge while they are asleep.

I can’t see any other reason why DARPA got approval for 500 deep brain implants. (Celeste Solum) Over a decade ago, DARPA wanted to put chips in people’s brains.) I think the next step is going to be a hive brain. It’s already been done in rats. You can link multiple brains. And as a hive, they solve problems much faster than the individual rat. That technology is here. I’m assuming they’ll link people to have a productive life move robotics, and problem solve. So I think in the next couple years well see brain-to-brain linking for problem solving.

These things are moving fast. They are not science fiction.
