Secret surveillance and torture by radiation by the Secret Services.
The story that Carl Clark tells us partially takes our breath away. This Englishman describes how he personally harassed people on behalf of different Secret Services, then, after escaping, he himself became a victim. He also participated in the use of microwave weapons over others, now he has to feel the thing. Armin Gross: I wish you could shed light on this darkness. Who did you work for?
Carl Clark: I worked as an independent from 1980 to 2003 for different Secret Services. Until 1997, he worked actively for the American Secret Service (the CIA). Next, I worked for the Israeli Secret Service, the Mossad and for the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), an American organization against discrimination and slander against Jews. Carl Clark: It’s a bit like in a science fiction movie. People could be followed everywhere, thanks to the radar, to the satellite, thanks to a basic station and complementary computer programs. For example, three radar devices are often placed near the person. The radar emits electromagnetic waves, then evaluates the results. So my friends who worked in the special departments could follow the individual with his computer, all day. This location facilitated the use of weapons. Colleagues could see where exactly they needed to aim and how the individual reacted to that.
Armin Gross: What effects did these weapons have on individuals?
Carl Clark: They could cause heat or internal burns, cause pain, nausea and fear. However, the traces very often remain invisible on the skin. If these people go to see the doctor, he says they have absolutely nothing.
Armin Gross: What is the objective pursued with this “bombing”?
Carl Clark: You want to intimidate people. In my own case, I suffered radiations three months ago, when I decided to end everything.

Armin Gross: does it lead people directly to extreme psychiatric situations?

Armin Gross: Why did you stop?
Carl Clark: I understood that what I was doing was not right. The last two individuals to whom I was assigned did nothing wrong. They did not do politics, they were totally normal, they were not criminals or economically dangerous. The only hypothesis that I was allowed to issue in this regard was his DNA or his blood. I was sent later by three nice individuals who were supposed to spy on me.
Since I knew that they were following me, I once allowed myself to declare in a conversation that I will kill that person who is inmicuye in my life. As a result, the person never appeared again.
Armin Gross: And how is the situation now? Do you think that you are still under surveillance?
Carl Clark: Yes, obviously. I also learned that the Secret Services want to know why I have now taken refuge in Germany.
Armin Gross: Do not you live dangerously nowadays?
Carl Clark: I’m willing to fight hard against them. They also know that I know many things about them and that I try to do something against their misdeeds. I have friends in special units. Some people in Afghanistan and Iraq support me.

Armin Gross: Do you know in which countries the Secret Services monitor individuals and use directed energy weapons against them?
Carl Clark: In the United States, Germany, China, in North Korea, Russia, France and in England. Armin Gross: Do you have advice for people who feel watched?
Carl Clark: It is better to avoid the use in emails of concepts such as “mind control”, “secret services” etc, since the appearance of numerical surveillance based on some research words.
