Neighbors are recruited, or your old neighbors surrounding your home will move away, and recruits will move in. This way they can come in your home and gaslight you when your gone, and they are in close range to attack you with Dews,and with noise campaigns. These people are cowards, you will notice that they may come out of their house when you do, but when you figure out they are harming you, they won’t come outside at all when you’re around. Or they smile in your face and then hit you with dews behind closed doors

I never thought law enforcement would take part in such things. I always had high regard for anyone in uniform. One of their minions told me awhile back that they do these things in the city I live in. Pretty sad.

Remember that in order for God to protect you_you have to trust in him, live a life of doing what is right and be patient. There are ways to know all through the Bible of how to live right in his eyes, just Study the Bible. he causes their enemies to make peace with them.” Proverbs 1:33 “but whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm.” Psalms 106:3 “Blessed are those who act justly, who always do what is right.” Proverbs 4:13 “Hold on to instruction, do not let it go; guard it well, for it is your life” Proverbs 24:14 “Know also that wisdom is like honey for you: If you find it, there is a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off.” Proverbs 27:11 “Be wise, my son, and bring joy to my heart; then I can answer anyone who treats me with contempt”/// You have to remember that what goes around comes around. Anyone who participates in doing the gang stalking in any way shape or form… they too get there fair share of harrasement and all kinds of mischief in their lives, the only thing is that we are not there to witness it when disaster strikes them. That is why notice how it is very rare that you see the same gang stalkers. They always use different people because the ones they used before are not around because there probly too busy dealing with sudden destruction that came upon them.

There will be times when you will see this happen to a gang stalker, there will be times where you witnessed there karma but it is very important that this does not make you feel happy. It is important that you do not think ” aha! thats good for you, thats what you get!” We should love our enemies and if this is hard for you to do then pray and ask Jesus to help you change your heart

As you become closer to Jesus and you constantly pray and study the Bible , you will start to notice that the gang stalking reduced by a lot. Little by little you will notice that there is less and less harrasement but do not think that it will go away over night. Always remember that this world we live in is not our home, you have to understand that Jesus is coming soon and this will all be over forever. There is many more important things to learn from the Bible. I cannot cover them all, i have not even covered this entire subject because there are so many more verses but now its your responsibility that you do your own study. Be smart, Be wise. That’s a good question. I’d like to know the answer to how to get untargeted as well. if it involves selling out and becoming a piece of shit perp then I guess I’ll continue to remain a target. I don’t understand how people who have been subjected to this could ever switch sides knowing what this involves and how they would be joining a conspiracy to commit the mass murder of innocent civilians.

All criminals involved are provided immunity, allowing those giving the orders to remain beyond accountability/risk. Thank you for your comment. Yes it is murder most foul. The elderly women who outlived their husbands in my neighborhood started disappearing. Then I heard of the one that got gassed in her sleep. I tried to help her and discovered the whole city of Irving Texas involved, including police and firemen. Then I got gassed too, 3 times before I caught the guy outside my house. They are continuing this killing of innocent civilians who have not done one thing to anyone.

I agree, you are right about it going on in the 90’s. it was in the 80’s-90’s my home started to be sprayed with chemicals only I didn’t know someone was doing it on purpose. I thought the strange smells were mold and I removed all expensive carpets, drapes, quilts, anything fabric, even replaced beds. It was about 2004, it became an all out in the open, with the cops and the drug dealers, with no restraints whatsoever. Then the 24 hr, radio in the wall, stalker on the roof and radition weapons.

yes they will already have a few people in place where your destination is. in advance. if you notice, and add it all up, and really think about it, …since they go through so much trouble in advance to make sure they dont lose you………..isnt it obvious that theyd all LOSE THEIR MINDS if you were to drop out of site completely? anyone that goes through all this trouble to keep an eye on you and others would flat out lose it if they lost you!!!!! its like theyre so into knowing where you are at all times and so comfortable with that knowledge/ if you just disappeear they wouldnt get any sleep theyd comb the internet and phonebooks trying desperately to find you again just as a MALE STALKING HIS EX GF WITH 19 PROTECTIVE COURT ORDERS. you see how clear it is?

@PeeperFrogs There may be a tracking device on your vehicle but I tend to think more that, since this is a government run corruption, it is legal to put something on your driver’s record, plate, license, etc., to mark you as a target wherever you go. Local law enforcement is now directed by the president since 2004.

That year my life changed forever on November the 5th 2000 I went on a date with someone who posted an ad in our classified newspaper known as Loot. He was an ex Drummer for aband Bon Jovis manager dropped and chose them instead. He must of been one of the cruelist boyfriends I ever had mean selfish secretive and abig bully. I already had problems with a man who was stalking me. I had got the police on him but he seemd to know where I was and stalked me. As I was not thinking straight I allowed him back in my life as a friend, being the naive twit I was then oneday as I was out with my cruel boyfriend we were in Londons famous Soho and a women all dressed in goth kept appearing, She had this guy with her who was a tranny. Me and my boyfriend headed for the rock bar then in walked this women I ended up chatting with her and she gave me her number. I didnt get round to ringing her but a week passed and there she was again in the same bar and looking over at me with an evil glare. I couldnt understand why was it her makeup. I made myself known to her and she invited me to her tabel of friends she only said she lived in my area. A frienship was formed. The last week in August came up and one afternoon me and my boyfriend were in his local drnking for britain then i felt I had loads of energy and told him he admitted he had spiked my drink with coke i was so drunk I asked for more then what I should of done was pour my drink over his head. I did split up with him a week after sobering up. Then I met went to Stratford Apon Avon for a day out but stayed over with my nutty stalker friend. A couple in the room next door was having sex it triggered me to get back with the boyfriend. It was Monday the 10th September I satyed over but that morning travelled home fell asleep and got woke up by my boyfriend in shock over the phone urging me to put the tv on. I saw what I saw two planes going into the twin towers. Now I know for sure my life is some sort of a rigged stage nothing but handlers pass down . After the 7/7 bombings 2006 was a weird year the friend I met in the bar in Soho was a right gold digger but she was acting really weird and odd towards me I was fed up with her using men for money but now see what she was really doing was she was a PERP spying on me and going on chatlines turning men aganist women and being paid for it. In 2007 I moved out of my parents into what you call a boarded up apartment let out to the lowest scum I should never of moved there it was unlivelble with broken drains black mould everywhere and to this day I have lung damage due to this 5 flats Ive moved out of cos of this. One flat I suffered terrible Noise harresment. Electronic warfare now I know what I am I am a TI. My perpetrators have a perfect hideout since I live in an apartment building: they use the attic built on the roof. I’m on the top floor, so they hide in the attic space out of view of residents. They have also moved into several apartments on my floor, and there are others using apartments on other floors who monitor my computer use in real time. They use no-touch torture daily. They were doing a noise campaign w/my fire detector. When I cut it from the ceiling, I found it was a recording.

This has been happening to me for years, I thought this has happened just recently. Wow, I even get harassed spiritually. Now I have no idea why I am being tortured. My dad physically had me tortured as a teen, then I was diagnosed with something I know I didn’t have cause I was protecting my abusive father and step-mother. The drugs did nothing then was increased until I was in a zombie state being tortured by dad and my step-mom more. Then after I turned 26 or something I was tormented by everyone for living someplace then everything was better when I left. I thought it was because I was living at my aunt’s old place. Wow, this puts my dad and mom as perps. Ever since who knows when, neither wanted me when I was being born so that would explain them. But everything else who knows. I thought it was Satan hating me cause I quit on him and left Satanism, but now I do not think so. Wow, anyone else like this. This does happen at work too. My mom didn’t want me to go to the hospital when I was gonna die from internal hemroids but I went and lived and this was twice. This sux, fuck America, fuck this country.

I’m sorry to correct you, but you had Darrim’s name wrong. It was Darrim Daoud. He was also NOT from Canada, but from the UK. We were friends on Facebook and he had been trying to contact me when all of the stuff happened. But I was out of town and away from a computer. When I got back, I saw the emails from him in his last hours. He had been deprived of sleep for days, and he sent a Youtube video that showed the burns on his face from directed energy weapons. He explained that the perps had been following (and threatening his life) everywhere he went. He was also so weak he could barely walk to the bathroom. Yet they found what was left of his body thrown on some railroad tracks some miles away from his home. John Allman (another TI from the UK that knew Darrim) opened up a coroners investigation into Darrim’s death, and I sent copies of the emails and the Youtube videos to the UK to help John to convince the authorities of the murder. All to no avail, it would seem. They ruled his death a suicide. He did NOT have the strength to walk to those railway tracks and throw himself in front of a train! I still miss our conversations after all this time. Darrim was a very sweet man who wouldn’t hurt a fly! Sorry to correct you on the facts, but he deserves to be remembered (and have the facts right) He will be missed!

Back in 1996, I dated a man with who was very irrational and had a temper. Because we had been friends for over 20 years, I had disregarded warnings from others not to date him. This man had stalked and harassed another girlfriend a few years ago, turning everyone against her – but I wasn’t aware enough to make a connection between his reports and the outrageousness of his response to her. His name is Christian Coleman, and lives currently at 3840 Lake Avenue Apartment 6, Rochester, NY 14612. Back in 1998, Christian had accused me of cheating on him several times, though this was not at all true. During our relationship, I terminated two pregnancies. Christian and I parted under less than amicable terms. The reason I am bringing up all of this will be apparent in a minute.

In late 2000, I began working for Monroe County NY as a Housing Specialist. I should have thought it odd that he showed up next to my car one day as I was leaving with a friend to go to lunch. He pointed out how he had lost weight and that he was actually there to meet up with a friend who also worked with the County. The interaction was pleasant as some time had passed. I continued on my way to lunch and didn’t think again about it.

Early the next year I was promoted by examination to the position of Intake Examiner (a position that I held until the end of 2004) and was subsequently transferred to another office. This is when I think this horror started – not in 2006 when I was informed that I would be broken, but back during my tenure with the County. After my transfer to a new office building and new team of workers, I discovered that Christian was working at the building right across the street from mine- a Charter School currently no longer in existence. Stupid me missed the friendship. Christian and I hung out a few times. The last time we spent time together, another worker – Tanya Wheeler had a telephone conversation the next day rehashing detailed interactions with Christian. Suffice it to say, I had told no one of having been with Christian the previous evening. Suffice it to say, I was more than unnerved. Then, the workplace mobbing started. I was blocked by groups of females when trying to get between the interview area and my desk, the lead Examiner and one of my co-workers yelled at me as I passed them in the PUBLIC interview area “Ve te a banarte” spanish for “go take a bath”. I experienced forced isolation, no action from my supervisor, no redress within the organization. I took my complaints to the NYS Board of Labor. They warned me that I might not want to make an enemy of the County and asked me several times whether I wanted to file a formal complaint. I insisted. One of Tanya Wheeler’s “group” members – Deidre Williams decided to take point in harassing me. I knew that this girl was a second generation employee at the County, so I wasn’t surprised when my complaints about her were ignored. In addition, one of the guards that was supposed to be safeguarding our welfare during interviewing decided to hover around me each time I had to stop near the area where I let clients back into the waiting room area. He kept getting close to me and sniffing. I reported him also. During this time I experienced two medical leaves from work due to my blood pressure being consistently high – and according to my doctor it was due to stress (the top number was above 160 consistently no matter what appointment I went to – internist, gynecologist, etc.). I was diagnosed with dysthymia, or a protracted low level depression lasting more than two years, and my doctor and I began to monitor my blood pressure. Then, one day I had enough. The new leader, Deidre Williams, spreading lies saying that I had been or was at that time a prostitute. I intended to have words with her after work. I left on time, but waited for her in the parking lot. When she came out with her group, they immediately surrounded her when they saw me. I was so angry but reasoned that if I could deal with the leader of what was happening that I could nip it in the bud. I had had no help whatsoever from my employer. I had heard nothing from the State. The non-violent incident resulted in my being asked to leave the job and I was forced to go to the County’s doctor for evaluation. The man saw me for 15 minutes and said that I was delusional – I was automatically put on leave for 12 months which means I lost my position. What I haven’t yet said is that the head of the County’s Special Investigations Unit became involved. His name is Perry Wheeler, and his sister is Tanya Wheeler. The same Tanya Wheeler who rehashed my social interaction with Christian Coleman. Well, regardless of what had already been done to me, do you know I still blamed myself? I went to intensive therapy for 2 years, group and individual, and all these people could come up with for a diagnosis was depression and anxiety. Not a delusional disorder. I got a new job at a financial institution in Pittsford, NY. Within two weeks after coming out of training, I was informed by the white male security guard at the desk the HE WAS DEIDRE WILLIAMS’ FIANCE. Two days later, she showed up at my new job. As I walked out into the parking lot on my break, I was treated with applause – just like they did to me at the County, the same thing, exactly. After she showed up at my new job, people who had previously been cordial turned cold, and then the gaslighting started. I left that job.

During this entire time, I had never heard anything remotely like “voices”. Everything that had been done was strictly “in your face” type of harassment. In the winter of 2006, as I was coming home from another part-time position as a Mental Health Peer Advocate for an agency affiliated with Monroe County Hospital, a man said distinctly in my ear, “I can break her.” When I looked around me, no obvious person was there who could have said anything. I have been the victim of neighborhood harassment, gang stalking, gaslighting, employment and economic sabotage with a vengeance ever since.

The reason I take this all back to Christian Coleman as the origin who started all of this (but he doesn’t have the resources to keep it going) is the nature of the “voices” or V2K. Distinct phrases about killing two children (terminations), not being a woman (I was cornered by Christian’s mother and sister once and was subjected to a conversation about how I was not a woman – yet), their objections to my daughter’s previously long hair now being much shorter (according to them I cut it off because I was jealous – not true!), that I was not feeding my children (I didn’t cook large meals for small children while with Christian, I cooked what my kids would eat – healthy but not large and fattening), that I was a prostitute (Christian and I both had a friend in common from years ago who actually was a prostitute), that I was an unfaithful woman (Christian constantly accused my of everything – looking over my shoulder meant that I was in communicado with a person on the street that only HE was aware of), and the connection with those at the County CANNOT BE A COINCIDENCE.

Perry Wheeler now heads the entire SIU department, he is the only person there, the last contact for any and all things that occur amongst all the departments there. If anyone has the resources to keep these people after me, and select people willing to do what he says based on his authority alone – it’s Perry. I am listing below the names and addresses of everyone that I can recall, with their updated information. Someone has to help. I am at my last straw, as this has destroyed me and is destroying my family. My children have been affected already by their interference which has significantly altered the trajectory of THEIR lives. Please help.

En pensant faire une bonne action ou poser un geste solidaire pour la sécurité de leur ville, des citoyens bafouent tous les droits d’innocentes personnes en les surveillant et en leur causant toutes sortes de crimes et de méfaits. Ils sont incités à le faire par les adeptes des systèmes de justice parallèles ou groupes vigilants qui se font passer pour des annexes aux forces officielles de l’ordre. Cela, simplement, parce que ces groupes vigilants utilisent, entre autres, des listes noires présumées officielles du SCRS ( Service Canadien de renseignement de sécurité).

100% Vigilant : Les effets pervers d’un slogan plein de bonnes intentions

La ville de Montréal, dans un but de sécurité publique, a choisi le slogan « 100% Vigilant » afin d’encourager les citoyens à prévenir la criminalité par la vigile. Pourtant, elle se trouve par le fait même à encourager, les partisans des systèmes de justice parallèle tels que Justice Vigilante / Vigilante justice / Justice sociale / True Justice / Silent Justice / Justice league, etc. à faire du vigilantisme. Et, c’est très facile de déraper lorsqu’on se croit encouragé par la « vraie justice » et que la colère et la peur sont, constamment, nourries. Ainsi, des citoyens peuvent commettre des actes illégaux allant du simple méfait au crime, et se faire justice eux-mêmes, voire commettre les pires crimes. Le nom du système qui regroupe la majeure partie de ces crimes et méfaits est le Gang Stalking ou Organized Stalking. C’est un système de harcèlement global impliquant tous les aspects de la vie d’une personne 24/24h, 7/7 jours. Et, ce harcèlement inclut, la plupart du temps, le Mind Control, le harcèlement électronique allant jusqu’à la torture exécutée par ordinateur à distance avec des armes à énergie dirigée qui ne sont pas vicibles. Cette partie du harcèlement est réalisée par le crime organisé. Mais, la première se trouve souvent inflitrée par les membres du crime organisé qui, soit utilisent le Mind Control sur la population pour l’amener à faire ce qu’ils veulent que la victime subisse comme méfait, soit ils contacte quelqu’un directement ou indirectement en se faisant passer pour une autorité officielle dans le même but. Et, les citoyens obéissent.

Habituellement, lorsqu’un fournisseur régulier de bons services constate le contraire de ce que la diffamation veut laisser croire sur l’individu ciblé, ce fournisseur se voit souvent attribué une promotion, un transfert ou congé de maladie, pour l’empêcher de continuer à donner les « bons » services à cette personne et surtout pour ne pas qu’il ébruite le fait de l’innocence de l’individu ciblé.

Alors, de quelle sorte de justice parlons-nous? Ce sont de simples citoyens qui se transforment en vrais justiciers pour appliquer leur propre médecine aux individus ciblés. Mis à part les citoyens ordinaires qui se donnent la permission de bafouer tous les droits d’une personne; le crime organisé, les gangs de rue, les extrémistes en tout genre provenant soit, de sociétés secrètes, de groupes religieux, les puristes, les racistes, les puritains, ainsi que certains biens nantis qui sont simplement frustrés de tout et qui se croient tout permis, se mêlent aux simples citoyens pour administrer leur propre version de la justice au nom de la « Justice vigilante » ce, à 100%.

Pourtant, il est prouvé que les individus ciblés par ces programmes ou ces initiatives gouvernementales sont majoritairement de simples citoyens innocents. Ils ont été placés, à leur insu, sur des listes noires par des gens mal intentionnés, très paranoïaques, ignorants ou racistes. Ces derniers sont d’abord des agents du gouvernement fédéral qui travaillent pour le « Service canadien de renseignement de sécurité » qui prétendent avoir affaire à des terroristes ou à des radicaux. Ils les disent des individus potentiellement dangereux simplement parce qu’ils proviennent de certains pays ou parce que ce sont des syndicalistes ou des étudiants qui manifestent (pacifiquement) pour revendiquer leurs droits, mais aussi des chrétiens persécutés pour leurs croyances. Mais, bien d’autres innocents se retrouvent sur ces listes à leur insu. D’ailleurs, sachez que ce « Service canadien de renseignement de sécurité » ne fait pas partie officiellement des forces de l’ordre et que les gens sur leurs listes sont largement diffamés.

Ensuite, il faut se le dire parce le gouvernement ne dit pas qu’il est régulièrement infiltré pour ne pas engendrer la panique chez les citoyens, mais les membres du crime organisé peuvent aisément ajouter les noms de ceux qu’ils n’aiment pas ou qui les dérangent, sur ces listes noires. Cela se fait au moyen d’intrusions informatiques. Grâce à la technologie du Sans-fils, ils peuvent ainsi modifier les informations dans n’importe quel document numérisé pour officialiser la désinformation diffamatoire qu’ils désirent propager sur quelqu’un. Ils possèdent même des logiciels pour le faire, c’est vraiment un jeu d’enfant pour eux.

Alors, dans les faits ce sont, pour la grosse majorité, de simples citoyens innocents et sans histoire qui se retrouvent dans le système du Gang Stalking. Et, se retrouvant sur ces listes noires ou rouges, ils sont tous étiquetés de ce pseudonyme : « Individu potentiellement dangereux ». De plus, on les discrédite principalement avec l’étiquette diffamatoire de «délinquant sexuel». Ceci, pour être certain de faire assez peur aux citoyens pour réveiller leur vigilance. On les incite donc à participer à la surveillance 24/24, 7/7, traque organisée incluse dans le système du Gang Stalking. Et, vlan ! Tous les droits d’un innocent sont bafoués. Cette surveillance est une atteinte grave au droit à l’intimité d’une personne.

Ainsi, le slogan « 100% vigilants » sert très bien les justiciers improvisés. Il agit comme « Buzz Word » en réveillant la très grande vigilance de leurs membres et en agissant comme suggestion mentale pour les encourager à la criminalité ce, bien sûr, à leur insu. De cette manière, ils peuvent croire que leurs actes sont bonifiés par la société, et encore plus, par les autorités.

On appelle ce type de vigilance citoyenne, le « vigilantisme ». Et, c’est condamné par la loi.

Dans certains cas, la volonté d’imposer les valeurs d’un groupe à tous les individus de la société peut mener à des groupes de haine ou des organisations comme la Sombra Negra. erm, hang in a second, your the only person who has slated it. Wrapping myself in tin foil got me by really well until I got my enclosure sorted out and by the ways it was over 100 layers of foil and It was a foil quilt, I never wrapped myself in. How bloody dare you??

i have been tortured for over 25 yrs and am a x usps employee. I beleave they hire these nsa infraguard type people to terrorize people to get them to quit there job and ruin peoples lives. The perpetrator doing this in my case is robert jay alexander a former neighbor who has a maser beam type device for track on to cell and radio harassment. good video

I will admitt that I am little apprehensive about going to Lowes, the only home supply store around me, I live in CT now, Im orginally from Indianapolis, where they distroyed my home. Ive been attacked in the Lowes store in Indianapolis, and the manager was aware. They stole money from me at the register, the girl working at the register wouldn’t return it, months later the girl who worked at the register was in front of me making fun of me.

I believe these (electronic) stalkers to be regular people who don’t like you. Someone you may know, or someone you don’t know from the Internet who doesn’t like what you’re saying online.
