You have to know a little about the scenes that stalkers use, they are pretty standard, to sensitize each target with a particular pose, like using a phone, coughing, hanging an arm out of car window. You have to assess each one as to whether they are just a person using a phone or a stalker. The ones in this video were assessed to be stalkers because of their actions before and after the frames you see. If you haven’t studied organized stalking, and you put derogatory remarks on this video, you will be blocked and the remarks removed.

I have seen these people in the restaurants just the way you described them. I have seen them every time i go to have coffee. Usually they sit behind me or in front of me ; they do not drink anything but just manipulate their mobile phones. Thanks for validating.

I believe these voice to skull conversations actually can be heard. They are acoustical in nature however low the frequency being used is. They should be able to be picked up by specialized devices maybe even by the NSA which is recording transmission such as telephone calls.

My husband and I have been victimized by gang stalkers for a long time since 2003, I was a former Federal Officer and my husband a very successful IT and Psychologist, things starting to decay with health issues, assets stolen, murder of pets, rape, the use of our home for sexual activities and drug trafficking. In 2011 while my husband was at sleep and me in the home we had Police come into our home and my husband was arrested mean while we had video surveillance in the home a capture everything the call came from another County and with a number related to these people. My brother Jose Ricardo Brito Correia married an illegal woman Maribel Gonzalez who thought she could use me as her self been so she try to cover up a murder with my husband her family cocaine trafficking and a child molester that is her uncle. Since then they have stolen our assets, they have been broken into our homes almost everyday, our pets have been murder, my father was murder in their hands, we have lost 40 years of hard work even our careers. Four years ago I started investigating been up at night and had found out they broke into our homes and have inserted behind our ears and eye a device in which they can hear and see what we do, the harassment is 24/7 with their voices and other family members voices in which they have recorded to confuse me, I got to the point when people hear voices they hear voices that are not what you are doing or talking to someone else, as per example they hear us having intercourse, when we defecate, when we talk to anyone, taking notice to target people around me in which they have targeted neighbors and have been breaking into their homes. These people think they can do this and make us look crazy, but the device is inserted as per so many MRI which shows were is located. In 2014 we were living in New Port Richey Florida and decide to go to Department of Justice to bring this issue to the table they have broken into Washington DC with recordings and voices that I was carrying a bomb in the car, and several silly things thinking they can take over my toughs and persona. I have to go back as I write, but in 2012 I was living in Miami with my ill father who decay very rapidly due to this criminals, he confess to me that all this that has been happening in the Act of my brother Jose Ricardo Brito Correia, Maribel Gonzalez (J Ricardo Wife), several members of her family, his niece Vanessa Brito Pinto and lovers and with the help of Jose Ricardo Brito Mother my father’s wife who allows them into family members home have been hiding their crimes with innocent and vulnerable people, after he told me that since they were listen he died. We have moved around the Country and no one knows were we are, but for some reason they always know and police show up at our door with false Statements such as my kidnapping of my husband of 27 years. My father also stated that for them to break in into people’s home they use and had bought a technology call clocking in which I have made research and has been use by Japan since 2007, also that they have use such technology to invade voting places in the Miami area to help win Politicians such as Michael Pizzi and with the use of electronic harassment they set up the one’s they need out. I have evidence of the use of clocking inside and out side my own home including right in front of Pembroke Pines Police Department in June 21, 2011 when Maribel Gonzalez fake a 911 call and acted as me to hide crimes of her family with my husband who never had been arrested and was a successful IT and District Director for Miami Dade County Public Schools the call came from Miami Dade County with a number from Dade County while I was living in Broward County 45 min distance from that call.
Also my father stated before he died that they hack your cellphone with a sim card and thru the phone and the device behind the ear they torture you with shocks, heart palpitations, hot and cold sensations, even deprive of sleep, to the point you feel been masturbated when you touch any electronic, it works by microwaves and the use of private and public electricity where ever you go, even Federal Buildings, Police Stations, etc. Also my father stated that Maribel Gonzalez with Jose Ricardo Brito Correia have inserted the device in their two daughter’s (Samantha and Katherine Brito Gonzalez) and these two girls go to public school and they even invade the privacy of other children and that some of the degrees Maribel Gonzalez brother and sister have have been dictated in the ear to obtain a degree with falsification of knowledge.
To me if these criminal don’t stop and get behind bars we have a problem with crime and education,and breaking into our homes while we sleep to live their illegal lives with the earnings and hard work of American Citizens.

The basic weapon used by gangstalkers to electronically harass targeted individuals are their cell phones. They have cell phones that have directed energy weapons built in it. It uses 3 different energy radiations: RF/microwaves, scalar waves, and focused vibrations. These energy radiations can be used to see your body through the wall. Each type can penetrate different materials. That is why you will need to shield against all 3.
Use metal, magnets, and piezo electric materials (silica sand, silica gel, etc) for shielding. They can see any gaps in your shielding so you must make sure that your shielding has no gaps that allow a direct line of sight to any part of your body. These directed energy weapons work with nanobots in the body. We all have them already. They have been dumping nanobots in the sky and it’s currently being called Chemtrails. You will need to use zappers to kill most of these nanobots.
These directed energy weapons can cause the following: headache, lumps on the head, vertigo, sleepiness, sneezing, tooth aches, coughing, create mucus in your nostril and/or throat, neck pain, shoulder pain, heart palpitations, heart attack, abdominal pain, hernia, liver pain, testicular pain, knee pain, pain or itchiness anywhere in the body, farting, diarrhea, numbness of limbs, make you feel hot, cold or tired, CANCER, etc.
Dod personnel and government contractors are made to participate in this illegal program. They are made to believe that these are non-lethal weapons and that their targets are criminals. Targeted individuals are being tracked and their locations are visible to the perps. People that participate earn points for harassing targets and can then be exchanged for prizes like new vehicles or paid vacations. Some perps are targeted, manipulated, blackmailed, or tortured into it.
The government can kick your neighbor out of their house to use it as their base of operation. Watch for neighbors that instantly gets replaced or sells their house and gets bought immediately. They place perps in that home to give them proximity and a wider range of angle to attack you from. They can also attack you by parking close by or parking their vehicle and leaving equipment in it that they will remotely control. If you are traveling by vehicle and are out of range from ground equipment, they will switch to aircraft or satellite. Flying in an airplane will make them lose track of you, just don’t carry anything that will help them locate you all over again (like your cell phone).
Perps will be provided lock picking tools that will easily open normal locks. They will break and enter your home and try not to leave evidence. They will, however, move stuff around on purpose or leave the lock unlocked just to get you paranoid. They also like to lace your food, drinks, shampoo, towel, etc with nanobots. Try to get a much more complicated lock like Mindy locks. Have some way to show proof that someone broke in your home, otherwise they will keep breaking in. They can see people through the wall so they can also tell if someone is home or not.

The injury at the beginning of the video is the arm of an 84 year old woman who lived with her mother who was killed with radiation earlier this year 2015. I have the pictures of her injuries but they are much worse. The woman with this injury has lacerations on her shoulders, neck, arms and legs. I have many more pictures of her injuries and her mother’s injuries which she died from. She sleeps in a stainless steel cage. The sore in the pictures is at least 6 months old and will not heal. It was caused by a directed energy weapon, probably a laser while she was inside her home. The woman lives in California. Thousands of Americans are tortured every day with this terror. Who are the real terrorists in America? The American government who gives people the weapons and permission to use them on elderly to reduce the population, punish, degrade and murder with impunity.

what can we do to stop this? I have daily ringing in my ears. I am gangstalked with noise campaigns daily. I hear someone calling me names several times a day. I have severe fatigue and am positive for Lyme’s disease. I have also had Epstein Barr. I.have been tracked, followed and am subjected to much anger and depression. etc etc. please help

It’s an interesting video, no doubt. Some of the content didn’t click as well as others, namely the stalker sequences, some of the laser victims etc. On the other hand, if such stalking (or hijacking) would occur, it would probably play along those lines.
I felt like it was hitting home in quite a few moments. On the first minute when the talk about “resonance can be used to calibrate a supercomputer”, instantly “smart phones” and Kinect 2.0 in particular (sensor that shipped with Xbox One) popped into my mind. Related to the stalking aspect, i’m sure wireless glasses will be “all the craze” in future. And how many of the these modern devices and apps almost require you to be online at all times (preferably wireless for the best experience, of course). Personal data being filtered, collected, storaged in every heart beat, monitoring, sensoring, depowering, all the usual jolly activities and then some.
Thank you for this jam-packed video, i’m sure good deal of effort went in for it. Some food for thought, as they say 🙂

Like I said we must realize that those not in our boat look at us a certain way…and we must be aware of that when creating art,writing,blogs ..posts about our stories.taking account biases conscious and un conscious ( a visceral reaction to images difficult to look at ..maybe worth removing so a potential watcher won’t find an easy reason ( discomfort with a graphic images) an excuse to look away before other information is introduced which–. Greetings. I have a friend that has been gang stalked and electronically tortured for years. One day I proposed that it may help if you could jam the signals being directed at him. He tried many things, but he said when he did this his torture temporarily stopped. It sounds strange but here’s what’s he said, “turn on your cell phone so that the screen stays on. Take a electronic car door opener, push the first and third button and hold them down letting the keys on the ring touch the screen. Hold it down for thirty seconds and let off. Repeat this for 5 minutes.” So that’s it. I speak for him because he says his computers get hacked and he has a hard time staying on line. Good luck and may God keep you safe.

While this information, what can be referenced, and what I’ve personally experienced (unfortunately much of it) the last 5 years, as well as my significant other, a parent, and a late friend who was taken out a year ago this December (R.I.P. compadre); is worth it’s weight in bullion, what I personally would appreciate, as I’m sure others would, is specifically how to combat these ills (sans tinfoil hat, please). One of the best weapons against these cunts is video recording, as you demonstrate here, but you haven’t specifically mentioned that. It is alluded to by the behavior of boy #1 (or 2?) in the coffee shop. And then, of course, uploading those videos.
Please keep publishing videos, and include specific ways/steps to take, albeit they must remain entirely 1) rational, 2) affordable, 3) doable with the least amount of effort, and above all, safe to perform. You know your “stuff” and I’m grateful I came across this video, but without counter-measures information like this is viewed as irrational. Specific counter-measures allow one to “measure” the validity of one’s claims, i.e., I uploaded some security cam footage of “the motivator” of the group living in the homes surrounding my dwelling using and IR laser (used for cleaning in an industrial setting) attempting to fry my PTZ’s image sensor. No one can suggest I’m making this up any more. That is an advantage that’s priceless.

for over 15 yrs ive had a tone or noise i can hear inside my head. its not my ears its like i can hear my head buzzing or working. since i started suffering with this my life deteriorated i am only just starting to feel ive been set free i dont hear it anymore . like it was noisey fro 24 hours a day so im so happy its finally left me and my health is better im active go the gym but i still suffer intene anger i curse a lot and just seem to be moaning about silly stuff but its all uneccesery .thanks for this video now i see whats happened to me just want to add when im resting my throat starts making its own numbers and im not doing it myself and while i sleep i record it because my throat makes the most demonic un human noise and it scares my daughter

I did find a trick for this though down load a brain waves app. These tones can be adjusted to each frequency personally avoid the tones that you find most comfortable because those are your natural frequencies make sure to mix the frequency around daily as not to get trained in any length especially alpha frequency if you are unpredictable then they are confused better yet throw on a hooded sweatshirt and don’t let them see you have headphones in keep them in

I thought it was for real…until I thought to post it.as the vid begins (intentionally ) with an image (and hey aren’t genuine TI very aware of sound and image?) of an open wound..the rest of the film seems “on base” the production quality almost wholesome in it’s plain view..but the wound.,,in terms of visceral response…it becomes a useless video …(I understand too well some of the graphic bodily wreckage these weapons do..) but more so realize what an eye sees in such a graphic ..coming out of nowhere …in close up…I simply wonder if the film maker did..

What gets me is the people that actually agree to do this, the wannabe spies, What they do not realize is, is that they too, are stalk, they all have to have a handler, some cannot leave there own homes until you do, which must be pretty crap for them that follow me, Because I have laziness down to a T some days, So far I am on stalking neighbor number 3, Number 1 was a young lass, with her own troubles, And i honestly think she had to hurt her own kids, to make them cry, they would scream most of the day, and all through the night, she couldn’t do her job correctly, and they moved her, neighbor 2, was a little to vocal, like to talk about what they was doing to me, to people in his garden, he was also moved, now Im on number 3, I feel a little sorry for this, one as she is pregnant, and as we all know these people do this, with out knowing you, or doing any research, and the energy weapons, cause cot-death, her husband is the watcher, as he never comes out of the house, I have been a TI for over 10years now, and now they just stand out like a sore thumb, you can spot them a mile off, I have had other’s that have befriended me, and I have not fallen to there lies, and a few of these people are now homeless themselves, so it seems that if they do not do what is ask of them, they too end up living this hell. And some get paid a hell of a lot of money,

This crime is the most disgusting crime the world ever seen. Done to people who seek truth and is literally a plausible deniable murder. Because of it’s compartmentalized nature, many of he individuals fooled into participating just think it’s for surveillance but it’s for inconspicuous murder.

I was mobbed on the job at LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY and that is when my gang stalking, community stalking, street harassment, street theater, terrorizing begin. My formal supervisor a formal (FEDERAL JUDGE, LAWYER) at LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY sent this force out behind my family and I. After I filed with EEOC I was arrested for improper lane usage and resisting arrest by LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY POLICE while working on the job in the state vehicle as a form of retaliation. I was involuntary laid off (fired) and have been blacklisted from finding a job in LOUISIANA as another form of retaliation. We are under 24/7 illegal surveillance without ever committing any crimes. My formal supervisor at LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY is abusing his power and authority. LOUISIANA IS GANG STALKING, COMMUNITY STALKING innocent women and children they do not attack us when we are with the men in the family. My mothers garage was burned down, home burglarized without a force entrance, bottles thrown at our heads, daughter had metal put in her food at work, hit with vehicles, daughter was fire and rehired over a week for giving a co worker a coupon store discount,etc. THis was another form of retaliation because she was put in a room by herself with security (retired police men)and was under police interrogation and over a week later she was rehired and told that they had made the mistake that she was able to use that coupon on that day. We are gang stalked, community stalked, By: FBI, BATON ROUGE POLICE, LOUISIANA LAW ENFORCEMENT, JUDGES, LAWYERS, 19TH JUDICIAL COURT ,POLITICIANS, DOCTORS, FIREMEN, AMBULANCE, EDUCATORS, PREACHERS, GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS, MILITARY, FAMILY, FRIENDS, COMMUNITY, CHILDREN, STRANGERS,ETC. When did it become illegal to have a disagreement with your supervisor! The Federal Government are giving out bribes and benefits: NEW HOMES, HOMES REMODEL, NEW VEHICLES, MONEY, EARLY RELEASE FROM PRISON, EARLY RETIREMENT, JOBS, FREE EDUCATION, GOVERNMENT BENEFITS, GIFT CARDS,ETC. This is a double crime, WHEN victims go for help to his executioners. That’s why it works so well. This is a perfect plan.
Other stalkers, who pretend to be victims on youtube (which I discovered) is:
NAPPY HEAD ROOTS – he has a rich collection of recordings his victims, which he called stalkers and poking fun of them. Basically through all his records, he make shows in front of his friends. Double game – stalkers knows, and have so much fun of it. Sad, but true.

And now some truth:
– every victim of this crime is completely alone
– the whole family and the environment is involved in this
– Each victim is treated objectively (may not know this)
– the whole life of the victim is a theater, in which only she/he is not an actor
– what the victim feels, thinks – it doesn’t matter to rest
– the victim has a bad reputation
– victim has a camera in eyes and microphones in the ears
– the victim’s family and strangers communicate with each other, used her to it – victim feels the itch on his nose, head and neck, involuntarily victim is scratching that place, and others know about what he/she is thinking, or if they can feel safe
– watch how often you itchy nose, head, generally how are you going to do something – then they give a sign
– parents or wife / husband regularly use smartphone – mind reader
– everyone is informed about who you are (some kind of terrorist?unfortunately, most of the victims are people without any support from all life – double victims)
– all communicate by giving a sign with their hands
– all earned on you, probably a lot of people made repairs in the house and go on vacation in warm countries
– you are trapped

Today I was looked one girl to smartphone, that she did don’t know what to do. Soon came rescue team and saved the situation. often when I pass cars on the registration is 98 – I don’t know what it mean. they send me the guys who make sexual gestures or speak in such a way . it annoys me terribly
