Remote accessing of DNA is not “publicly” possible but may involve measuring volatile organic compounds emanating off the body. It is admitted that bone resonance can remotely i.d. people but that it’s not widely used (haha). Researchers have been able to use fMRI to predict the content of visual images or words that participants are thinking about based on patterns of brain activity. (So it’s all about how refined the algorithmic pattern recognizers are.)
Emotional State: Magnetometers and GSR sensors can detect changes in physiological responses associated with emotions.
Thoughts: While direct reading of thoughts is not possible with current technology, fMRI and NIRS can measure brain activity associated with specific cognitive processes, providing indirect insights into thought patterns.
Physical Health: Bioimpedance sensors can measure changes in body composition and detect abnormalities.

Here’s some examples of how it is possible to remotely, and without biosensors on the body, read bio data.
Magnetometers can detect subtle changes in the Earth’s magnetic field that are associated with physiological processes in the body, such as heart rate, brain activity, and muscle movement. The frequency used in magnetometers is typically in the extremely low frequency (ELF) range, specifically around 0.1-30 Hz.
Spectrometers can analyze the spectral signatures of biomolecules in the body, such as proteins and metabolites, to track changes in health and disease. In Spectrometers, the frequency used is typically in the infrared spectrum.
Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) – Measures changes in blood flow and oxygen levels in the brain to detect brain activity associated with different tasks or stimuli. fMRI uses radio frequency pulses.
Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) – Measures changes in the levels of oxygenated and deoxygenated hemoglobin in the brain to assess brain function and activity.
Bioimpedance sensors – Measure the electrical resistance of tissues in the body to assess hydration levels, muscle mass, and body composition. The type of frequency used in bioimpedance is typically radio frequency (RF)

802.15.4 -The basic framework conceives a 10-meter communications range with line of sight at a transfer rate of 250 kbit/s. This is crap stone-age bandwidth and not useful for corporations to pay for access to. Line-of-sight propagation is a characteristic of electromagnetic radiation or acoustic wave propagation which means waves can only travel in a direct visual path from the source to the receiver without obstacles…..so how does an embedded bio-sensor couple packets through your body tissue to an external node such as laptop or phone when 2.4GHz is absorbed by water? Think power density, signal to noise…its not there yet, maybe someday but this standard does not specify.
