A Christmas Message to Targeted Individuals and Other Human Beings (2019):

TARGETED INDIVIDUALS: STOP PLAYING THE GAME (NON-COOPERATIVE GAMING THEOREM) BEFORE IT IS TO LATE!

I. Email to Targeted Individuals by Bryan Tew, Ex-DOD and FEMA employee and TI (December 28, 2019):

DO NOT COOPERATE WITH CIA/DIA TRAUMA-BASED MIND CONTROL OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR ETERNAL SOUL

If you cooperate and play the game thereby allowing the RNM Supercomputer to interpret and define your daily activity you will eventually find that the mental suggestions (Fabricated and Falsified Responses) will become more tolerable to you as the RNM System is designed to mimic your normal cognitive behavior and this to the point that you can no longer recognize the Remote Neural Attacks – designed to interfere with your normal memory and thought process – are happening.

It will be a fatal mistake to cooperate (play the game) as the cognitive model (copy-cat parallel personality) the RNM System and CIA/DIA Hive Mind Teams are remotely building inside the database of their Supercomputer will lead to you no longer able to read your Active Memory (testing and validating memory references) which will lead the mind control victim to readily accept the RNM System’s influences.

At the point when their copy-cat parallel twin personality is completed, Digital and Artificial Possession of the Trauma Based Mind Control victim will also be complete and you will face the possibility of eternal damnation as your Human Soul (Will, Intellect and Emotion) will be totally hijacked with you – the victim – no longer able to recognize modification of your Active Memory and fight back against the System’s influences.

The RNM system will then begin influencing you in a manner that you – the victim – can no longer recognize and this will give the attackers the ability to restrict you at will (CENSORSHIP) and to allow them to deceive or manipulate you subconsciously (MEMORY MANAGEMENT) without you realizing it (DIRECT BEHAVIORAL CONTROL).

You can only counter these mental restrictions if you are able to contrast the system’s influence from your own willful activity, which is called READING ACTIVE MEMORY. Again, reading Active Memory means testing and validating your thoughts (short-term memory references) as you are formulating your thoughts and preparing to act.

Victims who are hearing “V2K” and “Synthetic Telepathy” are being monitored in this manner and being influenced in this way as well. The words and phrases you are hearing will almost always be related to information captured from you by the RNM Supercomputer during what Neuroscientists call the ‘SILENT MONITORING PERIOD’ and those captured previous Memory References of the victim will then become the foundation (pattern) for the victims endless and repetitive verbal harassment.

Again, what they do is a deadly game of deception and manipulation, nothing more. A DEADLY GAME, based on the mathematical model known as the HYPER GAME THEORY.

If you can learn to READ ACTIVE MEMORY then you can learn to recognize and defeat the remote neural memory and thought process attacks and render remote neural monitoring useless or, better yet, manipulate it to your advantage.

Your advantage would be to be able to document and verify it is happening in a court of law.

Remember they are trying to alter your daily motives and emotional perceptions.

The remote neural monitoring system is designed to provoke you emotionally so they can generate response statistics which the system will use to determine how to interpret and link descriptions with data captured about your memory references. That is why they are constantly trying to keep you talking, or constantly stopping you and asking for directions, etc.

So always ignore prolonged random encounters with people you don’t know. You’re not being rude. Just refusing to allow them to manipulate you.

Once they have consistent statistics the system will use previous ‘choice references’ and inject them into your subconscious thought during normal activity which is also referred to as ‘impulse injections’ to convince you that the response was your own and influence you to complete or describe the reference by making the appropriate verbalizing or performing a related action, which is known as ‘Verification’. You can fight and/or control this if you learn to defeat these memory attacks by learning to read active memory.

Once they see what you respond to emotionally, or intellectually, they will fabricate ‘conversational’ or ‘situational’ scenarios (Street Theater) based on events or topics they know will capture your attention.

Keep your favorite music playing with headphones to overpower the visual and verbal entrainments of the RNM System and drown out visual and verbal entrainments as well as the Situational Scenarios and Conversational Scenarios (Street Theater). Not responding is how you control the Verification Process.

The Organized Stalkers are being used as Verification Markers and Verification Triggers as they must constantly Verify each Response by forcing you to repeat the same Speech or Behavior.

Never repeat the same word or engage in the same pattern of behavior if you see a pattern of your same responses beginning to develop.

For the CIA/DIA RNM System and Hive Mind Teams to verify their technology you must keep repeating your words of behavior over and over in a looping pattern. Stop it before it’s too late!

STOP PLAYING THE GAME! Stop responding positively or negatively. Do not engage in any form of verbalization or related action. Just ignore them. STOP PLAYING THE GAME is a moniker for one of the main ways of most effective methods of disrupting and defeating their technology: CONTROLLING THE VERIFICATION PROCESS!

That’s what you are doing by refusing to respond to their specific situations and conversations. Controlling their ability to verify your responses, meaning without your response to their SPECIFIC Situational and Conversational Scenarios (Stimuli) the VERIFICATION PROCESS breaks apart and mind control technologies fail.

Keep a handle on your ‘Situational Perception’ and ‘State of Activity’. Their technology works best when you keep repeating the same Words or Behavior over and over. So don’t zone on your activities. Be spontaneous each day.

My conversations with the scientists involved in Mind Control Technologies have shown me how to defeat CIA/DIA Mind Control Technologies. Torture Attacks are being used to de-pattern the cognitive effect (Active Memory) of previous memory references of YouTube Bible Sermons watched and listened to that not only break brain entrainment with their RNM System but de-pattern (break apart) the Satanic Ritual Abuse, meaning CIA/DIA Contractors that comprise the Hive Mind Teams (Cognitive Researchers) are using Trauma, Drowsiness Disorientation etc., to Disrupt my Continuity of Thought and ERASE my short term Active Memory.

CIA/DIA TRAUMA-BASED MIND CONTROL Technologies are dependent upon timing and location. This requires the stream of electromagnetic low frequency waves being specifically programmed to have an exact key and timing to hack a person’s mind. A person can be tracked anywhere in the world by supercomputer using a computer multiplexer routing the signal to one of three platforms, namely, Towers, Satellites and Mobile Platforms.

Meteors and missiles can be tracked all around the world, even airplanes and satellites, with exact precision, at very high speeds, so it is quite feasible to do it to all objects, even humans, and reverse the received radar pulses to send energy to that very precise spot which is called a ‘Time Reverse Echo’.

The Shadow Government is capable of reading changes in ion density created from particles of less than five hundredths of a microgram traveling at sixty kilometers per second. So they have the technology – resolution and sensitivity – to collect data from Human Brains using phased arrays known as IONOSPHERIC HEATERS (e.g.: HAARP). The cover story is that they are meteor observatories and, if you penetrate that lie, then the next cover story is that they are over the horizon ballistic missile radar systems and, if you uncover that lie…etc, etc, etc. The proverbial rabbit hole goes downward straight to Hell!

It takes one Human Being one billion years to accomplish what an EXASCALE Conscious Supercomputer can accomplish in one second of time, meaning these EXASCALE Conscious Supercomputers, capable of millions of calculations per second, can now track billions of people, simultaneously, in real time

So only the Mind Control victim absorbs the stream of energy or feels its effects because only the Mind Control victim possesses that specific unique one-of-a-kind brainwave signature which the stream of energy is specifically tuned into

Others standing around the victim do not possess the same brainwave signature as the victim and so the stream of energy just flows through and around them and they are unaware, while the victim of mind control absorbs the Fabricated and Falsified stream of energy and feels its effects.

This is achieved by timing and location meaning the unique brainwave signature of the victim must be unlocked using a BIT STREAM KEY to open the targets mind which is achieved by the timing of electromagnetic pulses of energy that exactly coincide with the end of a neurons depolarization allowing the victim to absorb the microwave frequencies that release neurotransmitters in the victim spring at the end of the Axon.

So the precise timing of the pulse train of Fabricated and Falsified energy, specific to each targeted individual and their brains micro-circuitry, allows the Department of Defense to Target any specific individual for over use of human weapons testing.

The BIT STREAM KEY acts like an encrypted message that only a unique human brain with the exact physical brain wave patterns which the stream is specifically aligned into can interpret. So only the victim’s brain will amplify the signal as the nanotechnology adhering to the neurotransmitters amplifies the signal

I appreciate your passion, justifiable and (refreshing) outrage and frustration, and ongoing commitment to educate TIs and the public! Outrage and frustration are certainly the proper response to a nation that turns its own people into guinea pigs and is trying to steal their souls and send them to hell. “Digital possession”/brain mapping (actually a form of cloning of minds) are important concepts.

It is very useful to get your understanding that the conference calls are a trap and why…. Naming names as you do in your Dec. 23 video is also extremely important. I came to the same conclusions as you re: who the government perps are- the same as you mention. This is very useful and important information for Tis. And we need to understand they are creating control groups, etc.

We can quibble about your definitions of body, spirit and soul (below)— But I take your warnings very seriously…..

By the way, alas…. I am nearly continuously being fooled by this odious and clever system…. One example: after doing probably over 20 interviews with Ramola D, I came to the realization, based on her behavior, that she, too, is in a chain of command, and therefore is not an independent journalist….. Therefore, she too must be dealt with very cautiously. This is very discouraging. Where are the “good guys?” The so-called “white hats?” If they’re out there, I can’t see them.

So now I (and we) finally can finally understand, or at least we have grounds to suspect, that the individuals on the “Techno-Crime Fighters’ panel- “ Dr.” Katherine Horton, Ramola D, “Dr.” Millicent Black, Karen S, Dr. Paul Marko…… could include perps- certainly they are very good at infiltrating all opposition movements. It is an interesting historic fact how “Techo-Crime Fighters” series came about….. Several years ago, after I had done a few interviews with Dr. Paul Marko…. I admitted to him in one interview that I was a TI, and then this snowball got rolling:

Ramola came on his podcast soon thereafter (I invited her, thinking she was a legit TI)- and then “Dr.” Katherine appeared on the scene suddenly with her lawsuit and her stop007 website. Basically, I now speculate that her purpose was to steal the limelight from me with her “Oxford Ph.D. in physics” qualifications, etc. Then Paul and Mindy asked me to participate in their panel discussion series with Dr. Paul, Ramola, Dr. Katherine, Karen, and Dr. Black which became Techno Crime-Fighters ..

I declined the honor then, smelling a possible trap…. And now I’m glad I did. It now seems like all or at least some of these individuals are government perps. Yikes. Is this just another form of swarming? There seems to be no end to the efforts made by the government to keep all this under their control.

I am haunted by Dr. Rauni Kilde’s assessment that this (gangstalking-mind control, etc.) is the “number 1 policy of the US government.” Which means the government itself is deeply satanic.

I didn’t even see the message for over half a year. But when I saw it, I contacted them and then did several interviews with Paul….

BTW I now have over 1150 posts on my gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com website now. And that is since I started this website in the fall of 2016. Personally (and I don’t mean to boast but to be honest) I feel like this is one of my greatest and most important life achievements….. I regard Dr. Rauni Kilde, with her medical background and experience as a TI, to be the most authoritative of all TI voices.… Similarly, Cheryl Welsh, Harlan Girard, Kay Griggs, yourself, and many other legitimate TI researchers have shown enormous intelligence and courage in stepping forward to help humanity understand what is happening.

To make these kinds of intellectual efforts while being stalked and tortured is an extraordinary achievement of the human mind and spirit. Since this is hardly ever acknowledged, I acknowledge it here… not out of egotism, but out of honesty. These accomplishments are absolutely phenomenal— and yet almost completely unacknowledged by society. It’s a vast coverup – almost as if our society itself, as controlled by intelligence agencies, etc., is in a catatonic stupor.

So I no longer regard Ramola, Karen Stewart, Katherine Horton, and Millicent Black and the others you mention in your youtube video as Tis at all- they are government perps. And as such, they are extremely dangerous people. The whistle needs to be blown on them… And yes, Sean Nunes, David Voight, Ella Free, Matthew Aarnegard, and others you mention are part of that team, etc.

What’s so difficult and deceptive is that these skillfully individuals pose as our friends… and since our lives are being systematically destroyed, we need friends and we are easily fooled… that is how pernicious and deadly this system and these people are…..

Targeted Justice is a control group, with Karen Stewart and other Perpetrators and/or Cyber-Stalkers at its head. It is seeking to drag legitimate Targeted Individuals and others into its fold to mask its insidious intentions.

VIATEC is a legitimate group of Targeted Individuals and there are others, but like all such legitimate groups they are heavily infiltrated.

They cannot allow the Mind Control victim to engage in random and chaotic patterns of Conversational Scenarios and Situational Scenarios. It disrupts their technology. So everyone you regularly contact and communicate with must either be turned against you (government informants turned into provocateurs) or they must be made a victim of the technology. This includes your family and friends.

I am somewhat convinced, however, that Ramola is a legitimate TI. Her symptomology matches up with the technology and she is clueless as to what and why, but that is my opinion only. I could be wrong. She doesn’t operate in patterns or scripts.

Plus, Ramola was heavily targeted by known Perpetrators like Katherine Horton, Karen Stewart, Ella Free and others, who Ramola call out as perps on her YouTube channel.

Anyone can be Targeted and Decieved and Manipulated with this technology if they don’t understand it. So they can be manipulated against you quite easily.

There are others who are legitimate.

Dr John Hall, Dr Robert Duncan, Dr Barry Trower, Dr Terry Roberts are people who can be trusted but they are mostly academic types, like yourself, who have suffered greatly to get the truth out and they keep trying because they know they cannot turn back now anyway. They are themselves Targeted Individuals.
