Andrea Mae Metz. (June 7, 1959 – May 16, 2020). Artist; “Targeted Individual” Tortured and murdered through organized stalking/electronic torture.

Andrea Mae Metz was born in Denver, Colorado and she comes from three generations of artists. She worked in NYC and lived in Athens for a period of time, studying both the history and art of the region. The Greek culture became a major influence, rich in ancient mythology and classic archetypes. When she moved to Seattle in 1989 she found similar information embedded in the tribal cultures of the west coast. She spent time in Alaska and settled in Grand Junction where she continued to work on her art. Within the forms she created, she captured the struggle and grace that make a ‘heroic’ life.

Talented, kind, generous, empathetic and a gentle soul, she was greatly loved and will always be missed.

Bobby Fisher grew up 20 miles away from me. Funny.

They say all the presidents come from the same bloodlines. I believe my aunt identified that Obama was a Browning. We are like 3rd? cousins I think. His mother’s side. He brought in the brain mapping project and SAMSHA’s Trauma Informed Care Programs. I live 10 miles from one of Samsha’s 37 Trauma Informed Care Centers – Mind Springs. I highly suspect it is in part, CIA. The Bioethics committee at Penn State (Amy Guttman) that had the hearing with all the TI’s, had people on it’s board who also sat on Harvard’s J E Safra Ethics Foundation (I believe that’s the name – need to check). So did Lord Jacob Rothschild and Aaron Swartz. Of course you know the R’s own Tavistock. Safra’s bank (BofNY) was the one that did the Rape of Russia – moved the money for Browder, I suspect/believe. They were fined for this. (JE Safra died in 1999 or so, at his Monaco home of an “accident”.)

I suspect TI’s are the Rape of America – a kind of silent WWIII, by the same people who did Russia. Germany. Stazi’s. Stalin’s Russia, French Revolution, Italy’s P2 Mafia etc. Huegonauts. My grandmother (father’s side) was from the Huegonaut line. They settled on Staten Island in the 1600’s.

I strongly suspect the elite are stealing and “cleansing” all the significant DNA around the world as fast as they can. Keeping the “God” genes for themselves. After all, your DNA is the most valuable thing you own. (And we aren’t told whats REALLY in the Junk DNA…)

Crisper is a genome editing technology that makes it “easy” to edit specific genes in a person. It’s very cheap, and freely available on the internet. It goes in a shot and edits all the genes in the body, from what I understand. Vaccines, for instance, could be a delivery method. They are afraid people will “try” to make designer babies. We are long past that now. Mengele was essentially cloning with the twinning project, I suspect. BTW, my past therapist, Bruce Bishop looks, I think, just like Mengele. Genetics hide in plain sight.

That’s why free Obama care/ Cheney Care Medicaid and free Mental Health Care. LOTS of mental health care to develop the silent weapons and to keep people focused on anything but DNA. I’m sure I’ve been completely wiped. My mother’s mitochondria is also gone – now that she just died and was cremated. It all makes sense now. She was a fierce ruler. My sister came to my house while I was in the hospital and cleaned it top to bottom. She hired a carpet cleaner to come clean the carpets! Mind control! They didn’t need to be cleaned…just removing DNA.

Well.
I strongly suspect – and it’s a big word, suspect, I’ve been targeted by someone at the top of this crime cabal. He is connected to a genetics company and Ancestry.com, and worked with the R’s. Did he do the Rape of Russia? He certainly is connected to Russia. I was told he’s one of the wealthiest people on the planet. Very secret, and a “Dragon”, whatever that means.

I have been put through endless medical visits – lots of blood testing, and that final designed injection at the mental institution which is totally corrupt, I suspect. So are the hospitals here, I suspect. And everything else. I’ve been told this is very important info for the targeting program by someone high up in the efforts to litigate. I think my family has been targeted for generations. It’s just that I accidentally ran into a bloodline that didn’t know about me – but found out quick.

His employee told me I was “vulnerable” and “entitled” before I got chipped, and later, I remember being told that this man was going to “profit for a thousand years from my family.” That implies the access to immortality.

I received synthetic telepathy the last 6 months of my targeting that stopped in June. You would NOT believe what they told me. Much of it pure terror – but maybe some of it true? They talked to me 24/7 at the end. Unbelievable stories – I think in part it was a storytelling AI.

The last person to talk to me was the man I suspect targeted me. I think it was mostly CIA talking to me. They told me I was a “Nibel Ungen”. That’s from the 1200’s or earlier – Wagner’s the Ring Cycle/Lord of the Rings (ring: genetics?). I haven’t looked into it yet. Needless to say, if I did have the “God” genes, I likely don’t now. Also with HSBC and UBS and sat on their board. UBS is heading up a genomics company in Switzerland that I saw was working with the CIA. Couldn’t believe my eyes. That was a couple of years ago. Never occurred to me this could be what they are doing.

They’ve gone through everyone in my family, especially the women – mitochondria DNA – somehow very important. (Must have something to do with this changing sex type fad going on.) I don’t know. It’s a deep rabbit hole – but if they can do crisper gene editing with 5G – the whole human race is going to become slaves overnight. Once they identify the 13 bloodlines and lock in that info – they could likely delete it from everyone else. The torture is just a loud side show for what’s going on genetically.

I just don’t know what to do. The gap of inequality between my ability to do anything for myself compared to what they’ve done to me and my family is as big as the universe. And to think I’m going to be mind controlled to go back to a normal life after all I’ve been through – without even a peep about it? Or being able to accuse my targeter or get acknowledgement and compensation? That our entire medical system is human trafficking everyone and experimenting on everyone – exactly what the Nuremberg trials were suppose to prevent? I’m afraid they will be there after I die to force me to be tortured into eternity. I’m afraid they’ve cloned my entire family and have patented our dna. We are all being managed by a SGAI.

And finally, regarding the Psychiatric core of this Authoritarian Political Warfare, is the NIH’s SAMHSA.gov. They are directed by Tavistock and are run by military authorities.

(They merge DEA, DHS, Law Enforcement) SAMHSA had 2 documents, each ~100 pages long, which are now scrubbed from the internet. They outline the goals and objectives of SAMHSA Trauma Informed Care.

These 2 documents talk about remote viewing the patient in home to see if they are taking their meds, and then about removing “Trauma” from large populations quickly. They are very telling documents. I have been placed 5 times in our local Trauma Informed Care Mental Institution: West Springs Hospital, Mind Springs Health. Mind Springs is the now defunct website of top CIA remote viewer Courtney Brown (mindsprings.com)

U of Penn/Bioethics Committee board contained Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, Rahm Emanuel’s brother. He also sat on the JE Safra Havard Center for Ethics board. At the same time as Aaron Swartz, I believe. JE Safra owned the Bank of NY (or Republic of NY bank – not sure the actual name now – it’s been sold off). U Penn is a Tavistock school. So is Wharton where Catherine Austin Fitts went to school, around same time as man who targeted me, I believe. U of Michigan is also Tavistock. Mind Springs Health has several Psychiatrists from U of Michigan and U of Penn. U of Pittsburgh is also involved.

JE Safra strangely died in his home in Monaco in ’99 (I believe that’s the year) after running the Rape of Russia. Tavistock is owned by Rothchilds. Jacob R was chairman of JE Safra Havard Center for Ethics.

JE Safra’s brother built the largest marble temple in the world in Brazil. The Temple of Solomon, after his brother died.

I don’t know how you get such unknowns as those who are responsible for this worldwide program, with, as you say, millions of members.

I actually think there’s only 1500 – 2000 high value targets, if not closer to 600 max. This was confirmed to me by one of my SRA “tells”.

COUNTERING COMPREHENSIVE COERCION offers policymakers a better understanding of the threat they face. It argues that Russian and Chinese malign activities should be viewed part of a unique form of authoritarian political warfare: comprehensive coercion. Unlike most Western nations, Russia and China have long histories of engaging in political warfare, deep insecurities that have driven them to embrace a particularly aggressive brand of political warfare, and highly centralized governments that enable them to integrate and coordinate the diverse elements of political warfare campaigns.

Meanwhile, democratic nations are particularly vulnerable to comprehensive coercion because the open nature of their societies provides many pathways for rivals to shape and influence, while gaps and seams across government agencies can make an effective response difficult to mount. Nevertheless, COUNTERING COMPREHENSIVE COERCION also highlights how the targets of authoritarian political warfare campaigns can better position themselves to compete, not only by reducing their vulnerability but also by adopting more forward-leaning measures of their own.
