William Binney NSA Veteran, Technical Director

William Binney’s career with the NSA spanned more than 30 years, and in that time, he acquired the title of Technical Leader for intelligence. After September 11, 2001, he was astounded that the agency didn’t stop the attacks. He started exposing waste and corruption, through proper legal channels, and faced illegal retaliation as a result. Jesse Beltran Paramedic (Ret.); President of ICAACT

Jesse Beltran has a background in law enforcement and emergency medicine. In 2010 he became targeted by electromagnetic weapons, for purposes of neutralization and subjugation – when he attempted to report a murder cover-up. In order to encourage the medical and law enforcement communities to stop ignoring these emerging crimes, Beltran founded the International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies (ICAACT). He has performed numerous scans on victims of electromagnetic weapons, and he has recorded his findings in many videos. Dr. Cherubini is a retired educator that spent much of his career championing the cause of civil rights and equality for all. His noble efforts earned him the John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award. In 2014, he wrote about the use of electromagnetic weapons, and other stealth warfare tactics, on an exponentially increasing number of civilians. Mark Phillips CIA Veteran

Mark Phillips is a veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency, and he has witnessed firsthand the mind & behavioral control programs that are being used to torture; exploit; and subjugate innocent U.S. citizens. John DeCamp, U.S. Army Capt. (Ret). Army Intelligence Officer; Lawyer; Senator

John DeCamp first learned about the machinations of the Deep State while serving as an Army intelligence officer in Vietnam, under former CIA director William Colby. Upon retirement from the army, DeCamp served as a Nebraska State Senator, and also established a successful legal practice. However, he didn’t rest on his laurels. In the early 1990s, DeCamp took a lead role in investigating the Franklin Savings & Loan child-abuse and money laundering scandal that rocked the state and nation. His investigation uncovered the darker side of mind and behavioral control, used in what’s now generally referred to as the Monarch Program. Carl Clark worked as an operative for numerous intelligence services, including the C.I.A. and the MI5, from 1980 until 2003. Upon retirement, he began exposing the massively illegal operations he was involved with. In 2006, Karen Stewart voiced complaints to her superiors at the NSA about credit for her work being stolen, through the proper channels.
