The “communitarian”-“community policing” mechanism described by Nikki Raapana may explain how and why I became blacklisted on the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Data Base (TSDB) as a “potential terrorist threat” (DHS term) aka “non-investigative subject” (FBI term) aka “Code 4 silent hit” (police term) or possibly a “Level 3 Terrorist National Security Threat” with these and other agencies (See: TRAPPED IN A BLACK BOX: Growing Terrorism Watchlisting in Everyday Policing (ACLU pfd, 2016)).

Recall “Occam’s Razor,” the notion that in a philosophic investigation, the simplest explanation is probably the best. Thus, the process of facilitated communitarian dialogue in small groups within my Crestone/Baca, Colorado community may well account for my being watchlisted on the Terrorism Watchlist. Following 9/11, Crestone/Baca had many such voluntary citizens groups that probably went through the process that Raapana outlines in the short video above. For example, some of my friends volunteered to be involved with CERT (Community Emergency Response Team), a FEMA program.
These citizen volunteers may have initially had good intentions, but were led through a process by outside “facilitators” in which community members were asked to identify which of their neighbors are “problems.” I wonder if these conscientious citizens, the so-called “assets,” understand that their blacklisting of “problem” neighbors resulted in a relentless, extra-judicial campaign of torture, terror, attempted murder and murder of their neighbors. Indeed, that this program constitutes high treason.
I recall having a lunch with two Crestone/Baca high profile activists, Lisa Cyriaks and Louis Jarvis, the latter of whom has CIA connections and was/is a close friend of Hanne Strong. They informed me that Maurice Strong, Crestone/Baca’s “godfather,” had considered suing me for writing this extended series of articles: “Is Crestone/Baca the Vatican City of the New World Order: An Expose of the New World Religion.” A Canadian high school drop-out billionaire and CEO of an incredible number of energy and water corporations, Strong was also a major United Nations potentate who is credited with authoring UN Agenda 21. He has been dubbed “the father of America’s destruction,” “the inventor of climate change,” “planetary savior,” etc. He was the Secretary General of the 1992 UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED), aka the “Rio Earth Summit,” at which UN Agenda 21 was adopted as soft-law by 179 nations, thus, providing a mechanism for implementation of world government (aka “global governance”).
Of course, everything I have written about Strong is true and is derived from well-sourced and well-researched documents. By nominating me as a community “problem,” did Maurice Strong or a UN/NWO surrogate or intelligence agent find their revenge against me for telling “the rest of the story?” This may be the simplest and most logical conclusion as to how and why I became a TI. Having participated in a variety of political and environmental campaigns in our town, this hypothesis seems quite possible to me. (See: Appendix 1: Crestone/Baca Group Dynamics (2006-2008)).
Alas, due to the inherent secrecy of these government-facilitated operations, it is impossible for TIs to know who secretly nominated them to be enrolled in the TI program. Before rushing to attribute this nomination to any particular neighbor, we should consider that these small group meetings would probably have included a mix of permanent residents, temporary residents (renters), and infiltrators (change agents/spies/provocateurs) in our community, any one of whom could have secretly done the nominating. It is said that in the post 9/11 period, DHS/FBI did not scrutinize “terrorist” nominees at all, but simply added names to their watchlists.
Divide and conquer, the age-old war tactic used to conquer adversaries, has now been applied en masse to the American population under the guise of “protecting the homeland.” In truth, the war-tactics now applied by Americans against their fellow Americans include those formerly used against foreign enemies. The entire military apparatus has been granted (though illegal) license to conduct “counter-terrorism,” “counter-insurgency,” and “counter-intelligence” operations against political/environmental activists surreptitously labeled “terrorist threats” or “enemy non-combatants.”
Perceived “threats” to the UN-globalist-New World Order agenda would certainly also include those who, like myself, question the official 9/11 narrative. (See my 911nwo.com website.). Thus, my second hypothesis is that I was watchlisted by FBI/DHS/local police or a neighbor for my activities as a 9/11 researcher and truth-teller. Of course, there are other possibilities as well.
The essential takeaway from this short video clip by Nikki Raapana is that a Bolshevik-style communist revolution has occurred in America and that the American people have been weaponized and turned against each other in order to accomplish totalitarian objectives that very few of them understand. Knowing the tactics used against us and identifying those who wield them is our first line of defense.
