Webmaster Comment: Whitney Webb’s research is extremely important and provides essential insights, the chief of which here is the ongoing partnership between CIA and Israeli Mossad in our uberveillance state. But she seems to be unaware of the phenomenon of “organized stalking-electronic harassment” aka “the targeted individual program,” which is perhaps the essential feature of this system. Webb also seems ignorant of “cognitive warfare,” NATO and DoD’s new 6th warfare domain, which I believe, is essentially the same program. Is she covering it up? Is she ignorant? Is there an invisible firewall between what we TIs know to be true from our experience and what Webb and others are exosing from their research? I’m really scratching my head here.

After all these years of my efforts, and that of many other Tis, to get the TI program exposed, is Whitney Webb still ignorant of “the program?” It doesn’t seem possible to me. She’s one of the best reporters we have and yet she is unaware of what they’ve been doing to us TIs for decades? So I have to wonder if Whitney Webb is part of controlled opposition. Or could our cyberstalker controllers just be that good at keeping us plebes compartmented, separated from one another, and spinning around in our own circles?
Whitney mentions Harvey Weinstein, the Jewish movie-mogul and serial rapist, and Blackcube, the IDF-Mossad cutout that did the organized stalking-electronic harassment/domestic terrorism of the women that Weinstein raped and the reporters that covered the story. That’s a prime example of how “the program” has been privatized and deployed by Jews to cover up Jewish crimes. These are war crimes and crimes against humanity. But Webb never mentions organized stalking or “the targeted individual program” in association with Weinstein or Blackcube. Why does she ignore the victims of this psychological-electronic warfare system? To be part of a cover-up is to be complicit in a crime. Is WW complicit in this crime?
It seems to me we are living in a world of actors now. Is WW just another role player? “All the world’s a stage,” said the bard. While I admire Webb for work and her abilities, it seems to me that the name of her website, “Unlimited Hangout” is a misnomer. “Limited Hangout” would be more accurate.
Everything today seems designed to present only partial truths rather than truth. The logic seems to be that if they (the Deep State) slice and dice the truth into 500 different pieces and then present different combinations of the pieces of truth to different audiences, then everyone will assemble different images of the truth…. Alternatively, by simply omitting key words, like gangstalking, or example, or using different words, the same effects (confusion and inaction) can be achieved.
If Webb were to associate Blackcube, Harvey Weinstein, the Deep State and the USG with the war crimes of “counterintelligence stalking”/”counterterrorism” and discussed the damages done to the victims, then perhaps we could move forward with a basic understanding of what is happening. Meanwhile, Webb and Ryan Christian, for all their talk, leave us nearly clueless as to the crime of the ages.
That said, Whitney has provided major pieces of the puzzle. She seems to have a large audience. But it remains for people like me, which is to say TIs, to fill in the rest of the pieces of the puzzle.
