I believe I can speak for the millions of targeted individuals worldwide when I state that we “TIs” have been secretly and unethically utilized as nonconsensual human test subjects for the development of these kinds of weapons technologies and systems for many decades (since the 1940s or earlier). We demand you cease and desist these criminal human experimentation programs and provide restitution of a minimum of $2 million/year/TI for the tortures and sufferings you have inflicted upon us as well as those multitudes who already perished under these programs.

It seems clear in retrospect that with Projects Chatter, Artichoke, Bluebird, MKULTRA and myriad other top secret mind control programs from the 1940s onward, you crossed a spiritual and existential Rubicon into the demonic realm. And yet you continue to deploy these demonic forms of warfare against the very American citizens you have sworn to serve and protect.
