Good morning:
It was a pleasure speaking with you last night. As requested, here’s a summary of Targeted Justice’s legal efforts to end the targeting of individuals:
–We filed a case in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, 23-cv-1013.
–The main claim is to have declared unconstitutional the inclusion of non-terrorists in a terrorist database known as the Terrorist Screening Database.
–Pursuant to US Department of Justice audit reports of the Terrorist Screening Center that prepares the TSDB, 97% of the people listed on it don’t meet the reasonable suspicion criteria to be classified as a terrorist,
–Former FBI Terrorist Screening Center director Timothy Groh admitted in a statement under penalty of perjury in a prior judicial case that there are many people in the TSDB that “don’t meet the terrorist criteria and are not screened as such” (when they travel) because they do not represent a terrorist threat.
–We discovered that the non-terrorist subcategory of the TSDB is the roster for the human experimentation “Program” of Targeted Individuals when one of our plaintiffs, Winter Calvert, was told by sheriffs that in his house lived a terrorist.
–USDOJ has known since its audit reports from 2005 that the Terrorist Screening Center is incurring in illegal practices, privacy and civil rights violations and has not done anything to curtail it.
–FBI field offices nominate people to the TSDB without having to comply with FBI regulations (Finding in 2008 USDOJ audit report of the TSC)
–Placement in the TSDB is secret but entails a life of torture, stalking, theft and suffering.
–This affects all Americans: people are capriciously nominated to this list by adversaries, competitors, upset former partners with access to corrupt law enforcement officials.

Although I cannot say if I have been targeted by DEW or microwave torture, I am severely gangstalked in all the aspects that are involved with that… electronic hacking, illegal home and vehicle entry, mail theft, street theater and the like.

Is the list of targeted individuals available to see? This is what Ana is basing her court case on and I wonder if she is in possession of said list. This is a list that she say’s, contains the names of terrorist, and non terrorist (persons of interest). If she hasn’t, then is she just making up this stuff, or wishing it were true? Has she found anyone on the list that claims to be a TI(a person from social media) for instance. Genuine question to Roy or anyone else.

Wanted to share one thing with you guys especially anyone making a stand for freedom, bentonite clay is great for the digestive tract when mixed with water and works wonders for the digestive system. ALSO if you make a thicker paste with it and apply it to sensitive areas hit by these frequencies (cochlea, sinuses, look up lymphatic glands in the body and apply topically) it seems to offer temporary shielding and eases the areas. Also, if your careful and work your way up to it make and take a SSKI [Saturated Solution of Potassium Iodide]. Be careful with it and treat yourself for the recommended levels of sporotrichosis. Not the one that gave the treatment advice, but it has worked wonders. Godspeed.

I am aware of the saying that water that has passed doesnt move the watermill and also aware of not putting the carriage in front of the horse… thanks, Ana, just do your best. All things they did to you they have done to me. Still, I have little credibility as a diagnosed bipolar, age 19. They blocked repeatedly from becoming a nurse and having gainful employment and any status. Blocked from marriage and being a mother as well. Once from a tightknit Portuguese family I am abandoned. In addition to be radiated, in the last week my body is being remotely poisoned with various different substances and toxins; a gas that numbs my nervous system, causing nausea and pain especially in the digestive system and weakening my heart, and a toxin that travels through my blood stream and feels like acid burning my cells internally. I recently had an email correspondence with someone trying to recruit me. They said they were with Textron Systems. They said they would send me a phone with an app on it and I’d have to sign an NDA upon opening. They said I would be paid $100 per hour for simple surveillance to start. They said I would need to stay within 20m of a target and take photos and video. When I inquired as to who these “targets” were they replied “generally Republicans, Christians, drug addicts, crazies, etc. The dregs of society. I still have the email thread if that will help with this lawsuit.

They used to project different RFs and frequencies at me . I bought 2 quwave defender, the big one and it lowered the attack by 70℅ . However when they saw this, they stopped sh00ting me with signals. Now when I go to sleep n wake up I feel my body vibrating. My entire body vibrates. RF used to hit like signal we@p0n , this one shakes my entire body n it’s not burning. You seem to hold great esteem for the attorney in Puerto Rico that handled that class suit and taught you that “For people to respect you, you have to make them respect you.”
As an attorney yourself, I would expect arguments to be made, based on sound premises, leading to iron-clad conclusions that will hold up to any refutations so that you are making convincing arguments and respected for such, as that seems to be the bedrock of being a successful attorney.
But then you make analogies based on statements presented in a factual manner coming from a “Targeted Individual” and spoken in a manner as if representative of a common experience of other targeted individuals as a whole, or at least, I’d say the majority.
As much as I hate to feel as if I am attacking “T.I.” experience and “defending” those involved on the other side of this torturous program, I cannot even stomach things you say coming from one who acclaims to be an attorney who claims to have to have first hand experience of this (do not read this as indicating any doubt of your experience as a T.I. this is strictly an analysis of your persona as attorney.
I use the term ‘analysis’, as I dare not refer to it as ‘criticizing’ – as you say that criticizing is equivalent to destroying? And doing so equates to what is done by those on the other side of this?
You go on to state “you know who destroys? it is our perps, it is the gangstalkers, the ones that go into your house and destroy your appliances, destroy your precious little things.”
Maybe my experience is so unique (been 8 years, plenty of “experience” of receiving this treatment) but I cannot fathom how you come to the conclusion, that those, who are privy enough to be on the know of this sophisticated technology, are employed in such a low brow manner, as to commit burglaries for the purpose of intentionally sabotaging and destroying appliances and other items inside one’s home?
Not only is the rationale behind that so fallacious, and absurd, to consider that as something that actually happens, and to state it so widespread when you are addressing T.I.s as a whole, I feel it should not even be a statement of analysis with an attorney.
What evidence would lead you to that conclusion, stated as a FACT? And since I am “criticizing” your spoken speech, your words- the primary tool of an attorney. I must bring up how you equate criticizing the work of an attorney as destructive?
Let’s take a look at that. Criticize. What is the etymology and root of that word? Pretty obvious, before any involvement of Merriam-Webster or other reference, to see “Critic” starting it off. One who forms and expresses judgments of the merits, faults, value, or truth of a matter.
A critique is destructive? These are not done in an effort to improve upon what is already constructed?
If you feel that criticizing, or taking the role of a critic; performing a critique of your work, forcing one to take the task of critical thinking, to come to better conclusions and understanding, is destructive… then you must feel as if the result of taking an introspective analysis of your work and seeing what solid ground is there, and what areas need improvement, is a conclusion that to move forward from what you have already constructed, you must “destroy” what lies there, in an effort to make way for constructions anew and improved upon solid foundations… then you are correct!
Is this not what is done in a courtroom? Criticizing of the other party’s arguments in an effort to come to a sound reasonable judgement? If you feel that this process results in destruction, it is perhaps because when in that courtroom situation, your results are that:
You, vis-a-vis your work, is “destroyed.”
We see such all the time in catchy youtube video titles: “such-n-such DESTROYS some other person”. Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts videos? Homicide videos? Maybe, but moreover what I am referencing is the destroying of a person done with SOUND, COMPELLING ARGUMENTS. Those so powerful and convincing, there is no response possible to save face.
For those who stay open to criticism, who welcome the notion of being wrong and identifying where the errors may lie so that improvement can be made, this “destruction” is a wonderful thing, as it results in a better understanding.
It is no surprise that you, (or we), will find no effective remedy from this cause, with a lawyer mindset built around the thought that criticism is harmful and destructive in a bad way. Even though such was apparent upon my first read of your complaint; this was not going to do anything to resolve or improve what I go through at all, nor any other T.I. – listed as a petitioner or not.
My initial thoughts were that this was actually, a false flag, even possibly a fictitious cause of action and not even an actual case presided over by a judge. I am truly not an abrasive or abusive person, and I want to express TRUE GRATITUDE for any effort made in an attempt to abolish or abate what is occurring to targets by you, or any other.

Take my words as my own attempt to help the situation, as critical thinking may not be so profound in many, and when statements are made as factual, when they are quite fictitious, especially when viewed as being stated by those in a position where knowledge and trust in presenting such is implied, this can be quite harmful, as people will adopt such as truth.
Adoption of fiction as truth, where it can then be spread further like a contagion, results in a lesser understanding of what is occurring. Inspiring critical thinking is my way of helping targets, because coming to a better understanding, and helping any who are suffering from this, wade through the harmful fallacious “facts” of who and what and why these things are occurring is my way of helping. This program is more deceptive than anyone not experiencing it could ever imagine, and realizing this as a target, will help your understanding of what is being done, which in and of itself, can provide great relief from such a tumultuous experience. As we as targeted individuals already know happens. I just want to ask you a few questions on how I can move forward in being MUCH more active against this illegal program. They have been doing this to many many years now. I have a targeted individuals support group on fb to try to at least begin to do my part. My name is Devon D Olson I’ve been a targeted individual for 20 yes my uterus was removed for fake cancer diagnosis so I could never have kids again because I refused to lie in a trial my husband was murdered and I was told if I don’t say I’m the shooter they will start killing my family and or make them dissapear ice moved from California to Nevada now Arizona they have so many people being paid or threatened to write false statements for a upcoming court case I am supposed to not know about. I have had to leave my entire family I’m a 45 yr old woman walking in faith and not by sight .Everything this wonderful woman has stood up for I’m living she is a hero and gives me hope God bless you please include me in your lawsuit I’m from Sac C.a. originally I want to bebinvolvedd in any and every way to take these devils down ! No one has mentioned how they put us into such a deep sleep that we don’t wake up when they invade our home in the middle of the night. I used to get up multiple times in the middle of the night and sometimes could not go back to sleep. Then when they moved into the neighborhood my dogs and myself sleep like logs.

I’m so glad I came across this video.
I’m being tortured in every way possible.
It is so bad that even the Texas State Comptroller’s office of Tyler called 911 and reported me as a possible suicidal subject; a sheriff deputy shows up to do a “wellness check” on me; I could have ended up at Terrell State Hospital with other TI’s like myself.
When I heard the call come across my police scanner I felt terrified to say the least; what that woman did to me was an abuse of power and she should be fired.
The list is so long it makes my head spin. I have developed an ulcer because of these evil people/entities.
