Don’t Be a Perpetrator!
I. From: “Confessions of a Gang Stalker” AKA Life in the Syndicate
Organization of the Syndicate:
“…I was eventually offered a place in the syndicate. The syndicate was presented to me as a kind of fraternity, a masonic-like mutual profit organization with strong police-like overtones. I was told that I was helping to build a better society.
They make you give up your security privileges, so eventually all of your communications are watched (which is why I composed this email offline where they can’t see me, and sent it via an internet cafe) and you have to attend meeting after meeting of mind-numbing pledges and chants. The premise is that if you sign contracts giving up personal liberties for the group, and you are genuinely innocent, then you will be promoted. I have only been promoted once, to the rank of manager, and I don’t feel as if it is a rewarding experience. Worse, you are never allowed to leave because they think you will give away secrets. Leaving is only permissible with a special contract that permits the syndicate to destroy your credibility (usually they make sure that the most attention any secrets that you reveal get is from crackpot UFO magazines, or diagnose you with schizophrenia). There are other problems. If you have children, you have to send them to education in syndicate owned schools. If you have a wife, you have to report on her, allow her to be spied upon, and be prepared to target her if they decide to turn her into a TI. The official “compensation” policy is that you will get to keep the children if she lodges a divorce. However, you won’t get to keep most of her material goods. They only want her to lose in the divorce proceedings so she gets nothing, not so the husband gets anything, so the syndicate takes it back as a tithe.
1) Scripting, Observation, and Execution Bureau or “The Theater” -We do the work that the majority of people with any knowledge of gang stalking will be familiar with: pestering and scripting minor incidents.
The Theater is actually divided into two sub-branches: Scripting Orchestration Officers (or “playwrights” as they call themselves) and Field Officers (or “thespians” as we call ourselves).
We have the most variety in our recruits. Popular sources are the police, the fire department, the zoo, and technicians of any kind. But we recruit from all places. Most members are neighborhood watch types–not official Neighborhood Watch, but “concerned people”
2) The Bureau of Authority (aka the Moneybags) has a very organized system of lawyers, judges, medical officers, psychiatrists, etc. Whenever you’re committing a crime for the good of the syndicate, you must always report your location. Then they send Cousin Nancy (this is an affectionate term for the police in the employment of the syndicate that they send to arrest you instead of non- syndicate cops, so you can go straight through the appropriate channels without anything suspicious being seen) to tail you and “arrest” you the moment somebody calls 911.
3) The Bureau of Technology (Field), BoT(F) is the group in charge of the electrical equipment. They work alongside us Thespians and “gaffer” the targets by giving them the usual fatigue/headaches/medical problems. They can also destroy equipment, computers, screw up televisions, the works. I think they are particularly sadistic.
They manufacture pills that can cause deformities in the womb, as well as miscarriage and give them to women in their food. They can fake HIV/AIDS so the test shows up positive the first time, but subsequent tests show that it was a false positive. In the case of Xxxx his intent is to create real health problems and ensure they aren’t looked after or are misdiagnosed health problems where the treatment itself will damage the health of a healthy person.
One Field Tech I knew had a penchant for giving people Syphillis. They also conduct extensive testing without the target’s knowledge.
The Bureau of Technology (Communications) monitors the target’s phone calls, emails, and absolutely everything else. They tend to recruit from the national archives, census takers office, records office, credit card companies, medicare, insurance, etc. They are the logistics branch. As I said, most of the syndicate’s work is done from within legitimate areas.
4) The Bureau of Alliances, or “trading partners” handles our allies.
The syndicate is the syndicate is Xxxxxxan only. The only other gang stalking group in this country is a West Xxxxxxxxan organization called the confederacy.
5) Finally, the Supreme Council controls the entire operation. I have no idea who they are, except that they have a fancy name instead of being a Bureau. They do not recruit their own men. They promote from the other departments.
Most of them seem to be wealthy individuals with inheritances that manage to maintain their fortunes from investments. Not one is a CEO, Judge, or Politician. They are all just old money family types that live in the Xxxxxx Xxxxx and seem unusually lucky with their money (no doubt through insider trading).
Ranks in the Syndicate:
Lowest are the “pawns” or “concerned citizens” . A lot of our street theater is done by people that don’t even know they’re part of a syndicate. They think they’re a grass roots movement and don’t know that there are other people harassing the target.
We simultaneously maintain teams of “religious” actors and “punk” actors. A person might join us thinking he’s going to clean up the community. Another person might join us thinking he’s going to cause trouble and anarchy. And they can go about their merry ways. We even deliver information to them in different ways. To the religious ones, it’s wrapped up in prophecy and revelation. To the punks, it’s given a communist candy coating. However, they’re all aware that the group is large.
They’re also aware of a mutual benefit aspect to the operation. Only greedy unidealistic people get beyond the recruit rank.
Recruits perform tasks that they know are illegal, or immoral, but they still generally believe that they’re doing it for a reason.
Managers, like me, come above the recruits and do some actual organization, whether leading a crew to a street theater match or planning an attack.
II. Dr. Rauni Kilde: From “Bright Light on Black Shadows”
Recruiting the “street perps:”
…. Intelligence agencies infiltrate everything from left to right. From women’s organizations to UFO groups to cults. They use terrorism, Satanism, sabotage, disinformation and media outlets. They recruit the fieldworkers, old pensioners, invalids, handicapped, wheelchair patients, teenagers, housewives, etc. For neighborhood espionage. No one suspects them until it is too late. Jobless workers, outpatients from mental hospitals, released prisoners, motorcycle gangs, immigrants, non-white races are recruited. They become soldiers for “The Organization.” For their sabotage, threats, thefts, and psychological terror they get promotions and points.
…. Victim’s relatives, acquaintances and friends will be recruited to cooperate with intelligence services. This happens with the help of pressure and is generally not difficult. …. Intelligence agencies activities or counter-intelligence activities against the immigrant, which is the target, lasts throughout his whole life.
Target groups are also military research, research in chemistry, rocket technology and computers, medical research, especially cancer research.
Recruiting scientists goes the same way as with others. Material which is received this way is bought with money. There are also ideological reasons and also pressure can be used. Pressure can happen with infidelity, hidden homosexuality or with bribes which have been given. Threats against family and relatives makes many bow down. Intelligence services infiltrate also cultural life, e.g. journalists and authors. Meaning is to recruit persons who work also in other countries, persons who are there to form opinions.

Eve: Who are “they?”
A.G.: The organization. The drug lords, the intelligence agencies, men turned drug lords, bribed and now they control the majority of the world, but no one knows it.
Through a Jewish Organization she was sent as a nanny cover to the Norweigian lady’s ex-husband to steal during nights. Locations of state documents, valuables were stolen. She said they worked as sisters with one rule; secrecy- never tell your sister what your assignment is in each with their boss’s instructions once a week.
A.G.: You e, the whole point is that none can prove anything. That is the basic rule, elimination of proof and loyalty. Those that talk get eliminated.
Eve: Are you Jewish?
A.G.: Yes, and born in Hamburg. I never have a fixed address, but stay with other recruits around the world. You see, no one can get me. I have access to lawyers and judges anywhere, who protect me. You see, those in the organization are guaranteed salaries, tax relieves, old home and health care. Those who are not in the organization will be left out from the computer, they cannot even use money, but many will die and no one will understand but think it s from natural causes.
Eve: What do you mean, you mean they don’t kill with guns?
A.G.: laughed. Guns, she laughed, we haven’t used guns for ten years (1978), they use natural diseases.
A.G.: They have top medical staff, also dentists and scientists bribed with top psychiatrists and experts in business and finance to take over the world with microchips and the computer. You see, they have every big shot capitalists on the computer. They sabotage, lend money, and take over.
This is the most brilliantly self-financed war. They can see everything that another person does. They can read their minds, they cannot hide anywhere, and the same will happen to you. They can steer you, tiny transisters are placed in your homes, in the walls.
Here I interrupted her. Eve: In order to follow me anywhere I would have to have a connection in my body.
A.G.: Precisely. You will be implanted. The whole game is implant, microchip and computer. They will create chaos and sabotage everywhere and draw attention away from serious issues.
A.G.: They organized all the down and out people, those in wheelchairs, lost jobs, old people’s homes. After a planned bank crisis people will flock into the organization, but basically they take prisoners, youth without homes and family ties, to training camps where they are IQ tested and trained according to potential. Trained in burglary and sabotage, and MICROCHIPPED for mind control, and then they return them to Norway.
Eve: What motivates people to do this?
A.G.: When you own airlines, banks, corporations, the top computer experts in the world, what is next? The Pentagon, they control the scientists and steal all information from the computers after 2000. They made it like that. They are the only ones that have access to the computers after 2000. They have that chip.
(She kept on talking about a special chip and that their aim was a grand takeover of the world.)
Eve: Look, every nation has a military and will fight these drug lords.
A.G.: They have even fixed that. Elderly, those on pensions and social security have to be part of the organization, all in the name of National Security. Everybody will be grouped; the capitalists will feel like kings, they are the last ones to know what is really happening. Each political party will be approached and kept separate in the name of unity, peace, and the betterment of mankind. Everything will be legal and done through the government. You see, in order to save expenses for each nation with defense, they will have a one world army.
Eve: Someone will oppose this, what about the terrorists?
A.G.: They have them too. The Red Brigade, the Bahnhof Strasse gang, and Hells Angels, they all work closely with the very top. Everybody takes bribes, and they are trained by the tops of the military from every country. Unknowingly, they get microchipped. With a gas they knock you out during sleep, a tiny cut in the back of the spine. They also cut your chin and down leaving a tiny blood stripe on purpose to scare you. They use everybody when needed to their purposes. The covert activities of humans to mass-enslave humans are done with lies, misinformation, covert grotesque human exploitation and manipulation.
One, they call it the silent war, and two, “person to person” war. There will be an agent to every three people in Norway to don one in. The beauty of this is that no one is really doing much harm, because one does not know what the other is doing; but combined, it kills. It all happens over several years so no one reacts and it only that for ex. One person in a family gets hit. They have technology which goes direct to your brain and can make you crazy, paranoid or angry. The idea is that during your sleep, at 4 am, they wake you up to destabilize your sleep pattern, to wear you down. TV, radio, CDs will turn on by themselves, and all electrical items will function as a slow killer. The implant your walls and roofs with magnets, and make a sign on your roof or house, to be hit when the real blitz starts, and you will hear a sound in every room all night following you from room to room.
This is how they drive you nuts, you see. A psychiatrist will say you suffer from schizophrenia paranoia, and combined with a worm filament in your system, which will work like a sputnik, triggered by a computer program. When it rests, it lies in the elbow or hand or writs giving constant pain. This knuckle will be somewhat paralyzed for periods of time. The worm will eat up energy centers in your back spine starting from the bottom up.
(At this point I was paralyzed from listening to all this evil. She continued.)
Satanism, you see, is our strongest card, because no one will take it seriously. The whole idea is to be as evil as possible, because it is unthinkable to normal people, no one can digest it.
Eve: Who started all this?
A.G.: Oh, you don’t understand, it is practiced on the highest levels of government. We have meetings in the desert on the largest ranches in the U.S. and everybody thinks up the most evil thing one can do to another person. The CIA is directly involved; actually very heavily. We can also make ourselves transparent, but not everyone, only certain chosen for specific tasks. We have séances and do mass concentrations on a victim. Hells Angels, Nazism, and Satanism is propagated from the same source. (ETK: Judeo-Masonic-Satanism).
Eve: Is that we have this in Norway?
A.G.: Yes, through your mind-controlled recruit, you see, there is no politic, only one communist control over the world.
Eve: Why are you so greedy and money conscious?
A.G.: Well, the communists found out that they wanted money too, so they befriended the capitalists and made them work for them without understanding it. They are so easily bribed, give them ten years and they will be in the camps. By then, the infiltrator knows the whole system. It will be grandest takeover in history.
Eve: People will spot the infiltrators.
A.G.: Oh no, the first thing we learn are manners, then correct speech, then how to dress, and the most important thing, acting. Yes, they learn acting like in Lee Strasberg acting school. They are very well trained. The name of the game is deception and AFTER SEVERAL YEARS OF FRIENDSHIP, THEY HIT YOU! Every recruit, soldier, agent must be in a charity or organization and show impeccable behavior on the outside. This is important, credibility is the main factor.
Eve: How can a woman like you lead such a false and evil life, it will all come back to you.
A.G.: It is live or let die.
III. Gang Stalking Program System Described by Anonymous Source
For one, the strategy is to rely on an army of useful idiots – each of whom is told a suitably nasty story about the subject – and is told to keep their eyes open. Second — as with supply chain management, the implementation can be outsourced and automatized through some pretty simple software solutions. Again, one balks at the logistics of tracking the subject. In practice, the subject has helped the information operator solve that problem by carrying a cellphone in her pocket.
The overall implementation will then look as follows: Using a variety of means — gain access to cellphone/tower communication for the subject. Write a simple app that keeps track of a few dozen do-gooders who are either paid for this or provide their services for free, and the location of a subject. Every time that the subject comes within a radius of a mile or two of the operator, the server sends a message to the ‘good Samaritan’ with a picture of the subject and a choice of customized/personalized strategies for annoying the subject. Upon successful completion, the good Samaritan is able to submit feedback through his cellphone app back to the headquarters (hq). Each couple of days/weeks, a specialist back in hq sifts through the feedback and comes up with new personalized handling approaches which are put into the system.
By virtue of crowd-sourcing, a bit of disinformation, and off-the-shelf cellphone tracking solutions you have yourself a pretty effective ‘cocoa puff,’ or ‘psychic bunny’ (an industry/IC term, actually) management solution that rivals the old school KGB, and that for a few hundred bucks tops maintenance per week.
there are (also) other aspects which are crucial to the AI link of that kind of cr@p:
* “Mapping”: Using sensors and drones, they are able to literally watch our every move, gait and mood. Everybody uses computers at public libraries without covering their cameras. I have used the slip they give you to cover it and after a week that I have come back I have noticed it. Most probably people don’t even notice and/or care to remove it.
* “Journaling”: They ongoingly keep streams of the many technological crumbs of bread you leave behind as you conduct your life without even being aware of them (including all you say and to whom, in relation to what, …), your DNA, your bio-psychological profile, what you have been eating lately (therefore what you have been sh!tting and peeing), all you have ever texted and said on the phone, your cell phone gives your position with centimetric precision, …)
* “Über surveillance”: Even if, say, they aren’t able to easily track you because you keep your phone most of the time in a Faraday cage, they can still track you using the many street cameras (all cameras even inside of private businesses are linked to those “agencies”/fusion centers) and if you live in a rural area they will use satellites and drones you can’t possibly see.
* “Patterns correlation”: They say “the truth is in the details”. I would say “the truth of the truths is in the correlation of those details”, this last aspect is the most crucial one when it comes to “predicting” behavior, which is ultimately where the “results” are demonstrated …

Our brains/minds are the last bastion of freedom. They are also able to disassociate stress if you allow for them to do so. That is why they need to relentlessly give us sh!t. If they don’t or we are able to somehow take breaks, we start getting immune to their cr@p.

Total Individual Control Technology Perpetrated by the Cult of Power
In concluding, it’s important to realize how such cruel surveillance is being perpetuated. As Kofron explains, it’s all about creating an “in” club of perpetrators who get rewarded with money, sex, power and the intrinsic human need for belonging, get told they are on the “right” side and the TIs are on the “wrong” side – and get threatened that if they speak up or quit, they may end up on that wrong side. It’s the cult of power.
He identifies the following “Private Security” contracting companies as being deeply involved in “the Program:” Amazon, Blackwater, Academi, Pinkerton’s National Detective Agency, G4S, Dyncorp Security-Protection, Security Industries Specialists, Inc. (SIS), Scientific Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Infragard, and Lockheed Martin.
V. Total Individual Control Technology – Insider (Bryan Kofron) Exposes How You and Your DNA Are Being Targeted

Total Individual Control Technology is a type of EM (Electromagnetic) and V2K (Voice to Skull) mind-control technology that is being experimented with and deployed by the military industrial complex against segments of the American population. Total Individual Control Technology is the ultimate weapon of control, since it can targets your individual DNA. Those attacked by this electronic stalking are known as TIs (Targeted Individuals).
In interviews or presentations such as this and this, Kofron explains that this technology is being used by psychopaths who have little scruples about the harm they are causing. They are targeting specific groups of people: those who are cognitively inclined, highly intelligent, knowledgeable about advanced technology or interested in ‘alternative’ research (i.e. conspiracy research). In general, they are either targeting empowered individuals with free minds (to stop dissidents and revolutionaries) or those too poor and weak to fight back.
The Drive to Create a Worldwide DNA Database
This leads into another aspect of the NWO agenda: the drive to create a worldwide DNA database. When seen in the light of Total Individual Control Technology, the acquisition of an entire population’s DNA takes on a very sinister meaning. It is no coincidence that Amazon and Google (who are ultimately controlled by the same force, as David Icke suggests) are racing each other, along with Microsoft, IBM and other companies, to assemble a DNA database as quickly as they can. Those in power who gain access a completed worldwide DNA database and total individual control technology would have a horrifying weapon at their disposal to target literally anyone they wanted.
Kofron warns about an alarming trend in American society: the rise of private security companies who mostly employ ex-military and ex-intelligence agents. As I covered in this 2-part series, the US Military Intelligence Complex is completely and utterly out of control. It runs the government and pulls the strings attached to all the puppet politicians, who don’t have the necessary “clearance” to access the truly top secret information. These security firms, like the MIC itself, appear to operate above and outside the law.
The culture inside of these companies is toxic. People rising up the ranks are conditioned to use this technology against innocent victims, and are told they will be rewarded with everything (money, power, women, sex, connection, access, status, belonging to the power club) if they go along with the program and become perpetrators. If they have a strong conscience and refuse, they will be sacked, shunned, cut off, threatened and even made into TIs themselves.
The Rising Danger of the Private Security Firm Industry in America
The Human Rights Loophole: False Diagnoses
Another aspect of Total Individual Control Technology which the perpetrators use to shield themselves is the cruel use of false psychiatric diagnoses. Here’s how it works: they manipulate TI victims to see a psychiatrist, and then they bribe the psychiatrist to deliver a fake diagnosis that the victim is mentally unstable, deranged, delusional, crazy, incompetent, paranoid, schizophrenic, suffering from Multiple Personality Disorder – or they invent some similar legal-medical-psychobabble diagnosis. This has the unfortunate effect of stripping away the victim’s natural or human rights, which leaves him or her with no recourse to fight back against his attackers, since his claims and testimonies will be dismissed as the ravings of a madman.
This is a similar tactic to what is used with other victims of mind control. In my interview with Max Spiers, he touched on the use of the Big Pharma “false memory” foundation, which includes bogus therapists and psychiatrists who convince mind control victims that they’re having false memories (when they are actually recalling how they were tortured and programmed).
VI. Leidos-Lockheed Martin Want Ad For “Law Enforcement Advisor” To Work With DHS & FBI Fusion Centers (to Stalk Civilians!!!???)

Gang Stalking Defined (From “Bad Experiments;” Chapter 10, “Why Gang Stalking Works”)
“Gang stalking and related psychological attacks are designed to surround, isolate, and eventually destroy its victim. … the gang stalkers’ routines may develop slow over a period of months or years. The gang stalkers’ intent is to completely surround the victim, cutting him off from friends, family, and other support systems. Eventually the victim’s 24-hour daily routine is monitored and manipulated by gang stalkers and other covert operatives. The psychological attack eventually overwhelms the emotions of the victim. He becomes mentally unbalanced. His emotional reserves are depleted and he is isolated from any support systems that can bolster him. … he will eventually react to these relentless psychological attacks in a way that results in incarceration, homelessness, suicide, or death.
This gang stalking methodology falls under a system of psychological operations being developed and tested on American citizens by covert quasi-law enforcement agencies.”
B. The basic process described above has been taught by the CIA since the 1950s.
“The purpose of all coercive techniques is to introduce psychological regression in the subject by bringing a superior outside force to bear on his will to resist. Regression is basically a loss of autonomy, a reversion to an earlier behavioral level. As the subject regresses his learned personality traits fall away in reverse chronological order. He begins to lose the capacity to carry out the highest creative activities, to deal with complex situations, to cope with stressful interpersonal relationships, or to cope with repeated frustrations.”

The CIA Torture Paradigm/Matrix consists of four principle parts that often overlap with gang stalking applications:

3. Attacking Individual Fears: • Personal and Family Safety, Psyops Terrorism and “No touch” Invisible Physical Torture under the constant Threat of Death, Psyops, Brain Fingerprinting, COINTELPRO is an acronym for Counter Intelligence Program with ongoing operations conducting illegal fractionalizing practices since 1956 and which potentially enlisted the additional federal asset of the FBI’s InfraGard Program created in 1996.
4. Attacking Cultural Identity. • Racial Discrimination, Gender Preference; etc. Individually these acts might seem commonplace, but when laminated together with a constant or nearly constant frequency of cyclical re-occurrence, these applications on multiple levels recognize the ingredients that become “no touch” invisible physical torture and terrorism often produced with the constant fear of death various tactics, techniques and technologies. Medical science recognizes that repeated stimulus alters the human nervous system and can permanently change the chemical neurology of the human brain.

ETK Introduction: Please bear in mind, dear reader, that 9/11 has been proven to be a multi-trillion dollar staged, false-flag, state-sponsored, synthetic terrorism event. Hence, the ‘Global War on Terrorism’ and the ‘Terrorism Watch Lists’ are nothing more than massive frauds being used to advance the National Security Establishment/Enterprise-global police state. The “Defense and Intelligence Group of Leidos” (the Lockheed Martin subsidy that builds C4ISR systems for the US military; and “covert quasi-law enforcement agency?!”) posts the following job announcement. (Lockheed Martin Manufactures C4ISR Systems for US Military
In all probability, this “Law Enforcement Advisor” employee is tasked to help DHS Fusion Centers and FBI target innocent American citizens in gang stalking operations (“GOG’S NeW GESSTTAPO: Global Organized Gang Stalking Groups’ Neuro-Warfare Electronic Surveillance, Slavery, Tracking, Torture, and PsyOps Operations”).
Note that Leidos’ client is the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). The add reads:
“The Defense and Intelligence Group of Leidos is currently seeking a Senior Law Enforcement Advisor to support our ODNI (Office of the Director of National Intelligence) customer. This position will serve as law enforcement advisor to advance the Information Sharing Environment (ISE) by supporting intelligence and information sharing and safeguarding integration and coordination efforts.
This position does require a TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide subject matter expertise on state and local (S&L) law enforcement issues to advance the mission of the ODNI among federal, state, local, and tribal (FSLT) governments through interaction and collaboration with appropriate mission partners.
Plan, develop, and implement information sharing strategies with S&L partners consistent with the mission and vision of the ODNI and appropriate national strategies, plans, and orders. Advise the Government and support the advancement of key information sharing projects to ensure interagency coordination and compliance with policy, legislation, and appropriate authorities. Provide subject matter expertise regarding fusion center activities with extensive knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and regulations (e.g. 28 Code of Federal Regulations Part 23, Criminal Intelligence System, operating procedures, etc.). Coordinate and liaise, as appropriate, with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Bureau of Investigation, and other partner agencies and associated professional organizations on issues impacting the National Strategy for Information Sharing and Safeguarding Priority Objectives. Coordinate development, implementation, and evaluation of the ISE with FSLT and private sector partners, as appropriate.
Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years of work experience related to the technical requirement against which the individual is slated to perform); and Five (5) years of work experience related to the technical requirement against which the individual is slated to perform.
If 4 years of equivalent experience are used instead of a Bachelor’s degree, then a total of nine (9) years of work experience related to the technical requirement against which the individual is slated to perform are required. Extensive knowledge of S&L Jaw enforcement issues with at least ten (10) years of experience within a law enforcement agency;
Expert knowledge and first-hand experience working closely with various national law enforcement associations/organizations, such as IACP, NFCA, ASCIA, HIDTA, RISS, etc.; Advanced understanding of strategy and policy development, training, and project management related to information and intelligence sharing at the FSL level; Expert knowledge of fusion center operations, applicable policies, and procedures to advance the national fusion center initiatives; Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to express complex and at times controversial ideas, explanations, and concepts in a manner appropriate for the audience (one-on-one, small groups and large audiences); Advanced ability to balance competing work requirements to ensure that priorities and deadlines are met; Excellent problem solving skills and ability to identify complex problems, develop a range of options, and offer preferred courses of action; and Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, including a superior ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team or collaborative environment, and sustain professional networks both internal and external to the ODNI. The terms ‘enemy of the State’ refers to traditional enemies of the Masonic Mob, historically speaking these Mob enemies are Catholic. The Catholic “Mafia” is simply the Roman Catholic Church and the families that have supported it for centuries. They are law and order people.
