1980 US Army Study: “Effects of Low Power Microwaves on the Local Cerebral Blood Flow of Conscious Rats”

Introduction: TI and Ex-intelligence officer, Julianne McKinney:

The microwave auditory effect has been known to DoD, minimum, for decades. See, for example, this study published in 1980 by Kenneth J. Oscar, Ph.D., while affiliated with the US Army Mobility Equipment Research and Development Command at Ft Belvoir, entitled, “Effects of Low Power Microwaves on the Local Cerebral Blood Flow of Conscious Rats.”

Prof. Oscar also discusses the potential of this microwave auditory effect to induce voices in the head (now referred to as voice-to-skull transmissions, or V2K), and he makes it clear that intensely-focused low-power microwaves can indeed cause brain damage.

I find the apparent “terror” of connecting microwaves to the targeting of the US diplomatic community in Cuba to be rather amusing. Perhaps it’s because the practice is incredibly widespread here in the U.S. (and globally), which no one is allowed to officially acknowledge. Detainees at Guantanamo are also being targeted (example, poor, allegedly-paranoid Shaker Ameer).

Microwave targeting of select individuals within entire communities is easy enough to do. All you need are an effective surveillance system, miniaturized antenna systems connected to surveillance cameras, and a power supply drawn from an electrical grid. BUT, I guess it’s more fun quaking in one’s boots while remaining silent, huh?

No matter. Let’s just sit back and watch how everyone pretends to not know what is going on, while avoiding the subject of microwaves like the plague. A lovely mystery, eh? Who knows? Maybe our DoD is behind the embassy targeting, not being enthused by Obama’s rapprochement with the Cuban government. Of course, the Russians have the same capabilities and have occupied Cuba for about 60 years now. So, who knows?
