“Gang stalking and related psychological attacks are designed to surround, isolate, and eventually destroy its victim. … the gang stalkers’ routines may develop slow over a period of months or years. The gang stalkers’ intent is to completely surround the victim, cutting him off from friends, family, and other support systems. Eventually the victim’s 24-hour daily routine is monitored and manipulated by gang stalkers and other covert operatives. The psychological attack eventually overwhelms the emotions of the victim. He becomes mentally unbalanced. His emotional reserves are depleted and he is isolated from any support systems that can bolster him. … he will eventually react to these relentless psychological attacks in a way that results in incarceration, homelessness, suicide, or death.
This gang stalking methodology falls under a system of psychological operations being developed and tested on American citizens by covert quasi-law enforcement agencies.
The basic process described above has been taught by the CIA since the 1950s.
“The purpose of all coercive techniques is to introduce psychological regression in the subject by bringing a superior outside force to bear on his will to resist. Regression is basically a loss of autonomy, a reversion to an earlier behavioral level. As the subject regresses his learned personality traits fall away in reverse chronological order. The CIA Torture Paradigm/Matrix consists of four principle parts that often overlap with applications:
1. Causing Self-Inflicted Harm: The Primary Earmark of CIA Torture Programs, Mental Illness, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder [PTSD], and Suicide; etc.
2. Sensory Disorientation: • Light, Temperature, Sound, Voice to Skull [V2K] Devices Defined By US Army as NLW that use a specific sound frequency range to transmit message through the bones of the human skull, Direct Energy Weapons, Electronic Harassment, Telephonic Harassment, Weaponized Neurological Technologies, Gunfire, Loud Noises, Horns and Sirens, Repeated Ad Nauseam Stimulus or Subliminal Messaging scientifically proven able to permanently alter the human nervous system and change the chemistry of the brain aka Mind-Control or “Brainwashing”; etc.

Attacking Individual Fears: • Personal and Family Safety, Psyops Terrorism and “No touch” Invisible Physical Torture under the constant Threat of Death, Psyops, Brain Fingerprinting, COINTELPRO is an acronym for Counter Intelligence Program with ongoing operations conducting illegal fractionalizing practices since 1956 and which potentially enlisted the additional federal asset of the FBI’s InfraGard Program created in 1996. Counterintelligence Reverse Investigative Techniques, Psychological Herding, Fox and Hound Exercises [not to be confused with the subversive Anti-TI Activist myth of gangstalking or the legal definition of the stalking statute]; Harassment; Physical Assaults; Inappropriate Touching or same with recognizable False Apologies that might include a repeated frequency of occurrences while shopping or waiting in a line somewhere when an actor touches your bottom. Using Convicted Criminals released from prison to conduct deliberately visible and non-visible surveillance on former members of Law Enforcement who previously assisted in that criminal’s prosecution, to affect Political Retribution against the Targeted Individual [TI] and Government Whistleblower through COINTELPRO operations in conjuncture with the CIA Torture Matrix/Paradigm as an applied Clandestine Neutralization Campaign, which includes the prevention of gainful employment, separation from professional degrees or the completion of same while illegally disenfranchising the TI from all entitled state and federal constitutional civil liberties and inalienable human rights. The full version of the Blackfile Summary Report will include a 1994 COINTELPRO pseudo successful assassination attempt and conspiracy to commit illegal Cointelpro operations within the DEA, FBI and CIA on U.S. soil, before, during and after my employment with the FBI. Note: Gangstalking is a myth supported by Anti-TI Activist that know or should have known subverts current and previously documented historical evidence of U.S. Government culpability for ongoing COINTELPRO operations. The winning legal strategy for a restoration in the lives of targeted individuals is the reopening a 3rd Congressional COINTELPRO investigation with the appointment of a Special Independent Counsel possessing subpoena powers for obtaining classified government documents that shows a specific harm to a specific person by a specific federal agent. With this real evidence, the affected TI has laminated a winnable lawsuit that should harvest a meritorious restorative settlement.
4. Attacking Cultural Identity. • Anti-Semitism, Racial Discrimination, Gender Preference; etc. Individually these acts might seem commonplace, but when laminated together with a constant or nearly constant frequency of cyclical re-occurrence, these applications on multiple levels recognize the ingredients that become “no touch” invisible physical torture and terrorism often produced with the constant fear of death various tactics, techniques and technologies. Medical science recognizes that repeated stimulus alters the human nervous system and can permanently change the chemical neurology of the human brain. There is no more science fiction, everything has been manufactured or is already on the drawing board.

The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London, England grew out of the Psychological Warfare Division of the British Army during WWI and it remains one of the principle mind-control programming sites in the world today.
Original founders and funders of Tavistock included the (Illuminati) Committee of 300, the British Royal Family, the Milner Group, and the Rockefeller and Rothschild families. Another early influence on Tavistock was the (German Jewish) neo-Marxist, Frankfurt School.
Tavistock coordinated the ultra-secret behavior control research project that began in the United States in the 1950’s, including CIA Projects ARTICHOKE, BLUEBIRD, and MKULTRA. Other groups involved in this research included Scottish Rite Masons, the United Nations, and various U.S., British, and Canadian military and intelligence agencies, with the CIA as lead agency. As noted, this research was carried out at top universities, military facilities, hospitals, prisons, etc. by some of the most reputable scientists of the time. These secret projects involved brainwashing and torture of many thousands of witting and unwitting subjects by drugs (including LSD), massive doses of electroshock, sensory deprivation, hypnosis, electronic remote control, and many other methods of torture.
Tavistock claims to be an authority on ritual abuse, Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD), and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), the creation of which allows for the programming of “Monarch mind-controlled slaves.” Indeed, they are.
1. Dr. Fred Emery, senior “behavioral scientist” at Tavistock, outlined three phases of “social environmental turbulence” that are contrived and implemented against target populations by Tavistock’s “social engineers” (from Coleman, 2006). These include:
a) superficiality, in which the threatened population adopts shallow sloganeering in place of ideals,
b) fragmentation and panic, in which “social cohesion” falls apart,
c) passive maladaption, in which victims take “fantasy trips of internal migration, introspection and obsession with self.” This last phase is referred to as disassociation and self-realization.
(It may be inferred that many of the spiritual seekers who have migrated to Crestone/Baca have reached this last phase of “passive maladaption.”)
1. Tavistock continuously monitors Americans’ responses to its constant stream of external (political and cultural) manipulations at a number of Tavistock spin-off institutions such as the Stanford Research Institute (SRI).
2. The mind-control techniques applied by Tavistock-trained social engineers on target populations, including the American people, are designed to bring about incremental, “cyclical collapse” of society. Hence, they constitute a form of covert, “low-intensity warfare” on the civilian population. By definition, this is “terrorism.”
3. Chaitkin (2002) underscored the historic role of Britain in organizing the mind control research:

1) Ambiguity: if ambiguity increases, the perceiver finds it harder to form an accurate perception.
Counterpart: Eyewitnesses have conflicting accounts.
2) Social status: targeting a person’s position in society or in an organization
Counterpart: The official narrative has obvious domestic and geopolitical advantages for the governing body.
3) Impression management: the perceptions or impressions of others
Counterpart: The narrative behind the attack serves to leverage emotions like fear, as well as patriotism, in order to manufacture consent around a previously controversial issue.
4) Preparation – having clear goals and knowing the ideal position you want people to hold.
Counterpart: Military and law enforcement training drills occur on the same day very close by causing confusion to obscure eye-witness testimony and allow orchestrators to plant both patsies, disinformation and backup operatives. Immediate calls for gun control or restricting civil liberties.
5) Credibility – all information uses prejudices or expectations to increase credibility.
Counterpart: News agencies keep saying that they are “being given reports” or “being told” and do not cite who reported or told them the unconfirmed information they broadcast as real.
6) Multi-channel support – have multiple arguments and fabricated facts to reinforce your information.
Counterpart: No obvious motive for the mass attack and no prior indicators. Shooter leaves manifesto or lots of evidence “proving” they were “radicalized” or “on drugs” or other were other undesirables.
7) Centralized control – employ entities to promote propaganda.
Counterpart: Fake “victims” and crisis actors.
8) Security – the nature of the deception campaign is known by few.
Counterpart: All drill participants and crisis actors sign Non-disclosure Agreements with “National Security” clause promising swift and severe punishment if broken. Everyone involved is on a “need to know” basis and kept in the dark about the overall intent of the event.
9) Flexibility – the deception campaign adapts and changes over time as needs change.
Counterpart: Evidence gets destroyed or tampered with and the details don’t matter because the culprits are dead. No more interest in an investigation.
10) Coordination – organize in a hierarchy to maintain consistent distribution of information.
Counterpart: The federal agencies trump the local law enforcement agencies due to the “National Security” element of the drill which is ultimately controlled by the Department of Defense.
11) Concealment – contradicting information is destroyed.
Counterpart: Culprit is dead and evidence disappears from news reports, Internet, and media. Patsy has no military training, yet shoots extremely fast and accurately but no authority looks at the evidence.
12) Untruthful statements – fabricate the truth.
Counterpart: Families of “victims” have acting backgrounds and receive payoffs in GoFundMe accounts and direct payoffs, especially mortgages. They often show little to no emotion, and even smile or laugh.
The lie perpetuates and the “official story” is shaped by the media into truth.
Narrative Networks (DARPA) N2…. – as a form of Mind Control…
Subliminal Sound—SSSS- Silent Sound Spread Spectrum- UHF waves… and carrier frequency.
Ultrasound Neural Interface Program- can be used to change people’s beliefs, change people’s sense of identity and memory. Most common is TMS (Transcranial magnetic stimulation). Cause emotional change and influences body motions. Can be used to disrupt political dissent and extremism.
Pulsed ultrasound can be used to change brain chemistry- with effects similar to TMS.
DARPA and Obama’s Brain Initiative 0f 2013
DARPA and the Brain Initiative
President Obama announced the BRAIN initiative in April 2013.
Today, the initiative is supported by several federal agencies as well as dozens of technology firms, academic institutions, scientists and other key contributors to the field of neuroscience. DARPA is supporting the BRAIN initiative through a number of programs.
1) Electrical Prescriptions (ElectRx) – The ElectRx program aims to help the human body heal itself through neuromodulation of organ functions using ultra-miniaturized devices, approximately the size of individual nerve fibers, which could be delivered through minimally invasive injection.
~Translation: Military control of our neurological systems.
2) Hand Proprioception and Touch Interfaces (HAPTIX) – The HAPTIX program aims to create fully implantable, modular and reconfigurable neural-interface microsystems that communicate wirelessly with external modules, such as a prosthesis interface link, to deliver naturalistic sensations to amputees.
~Translation: Wireless brain-control over other electronic systems (robots, vehicles, planes, etc.).
3) Neuro Function, Activity, Structure and Technology (Neuro-FAST) – The Neuro-FAST program seeks to enable unprecedented visualization and decoding of brain activity to better characterize and mitigate threats to the human brain, as well as facilitate development of brain-in-the loop systems to accelerate and improve functional behaviors.
The program has developed CLARITY, a revolutionary tissue-preservation method, and builds off recent discoveries in genetics, optical recordings and brain-computer interfaces offering faster, better views of the entire brain.
~Translation: The basis of cybernetic interfaces between humans and machines.
4) Restoring Active Memory (RAM) – The RAM program aims to develop and test a wireless, fully implantable neural-interface medical device for human clinical use. The device would facilitate the formation of new memories and retrieval of existing ones.
~Translation: Control of memories and the creation of personal identities generated by computers.
5) Reliable Neural-Interface Technology (RE-NET) – The RE-NET program seeks to develop the technologies needed to reliably extract information from the nervous system, and to do so at a scale and rate necessary to control complex machines, such as high-performance prosthetic limbs.
~Translation: Neural interrogation invades our minds.
6) Systems-Based Neurotechnology for Emerging Therapies (SUBNETS) – The SUBNETS program seeks to create implanted, closed-loop diagnostic and therapeutic systems for treating neuro-psychological illnesses and networks of the brain.
~Translation: Mechanical psychiatrists will be able to prescribe neural restructuring of the personality.
False Flags are Domestic LEGAL Propaganda
By now your head is probably spinning and you are, like us, sick to the core at what our elected officials are permitting to happen in our country and the world in the United States’ name.
President Obama, and the powers that are behind him, weren’t kidding when he said that he would transform America. They have a motive, a means, and an opportunity to effect positive public support for any agenda items through the work of the DoD and the BBG within the boundaries of America. It doesn’t matter whether it is gun control, the Iran Deal, bombing other nations, TPP, ObamaCare, NDAA, or any agenda item, somehow he pushes it through without much resistance. And when public consent cannot be manufactured with perception management and psychological manipulation of narrative networks, Obama just writes another Executive Order, Presidential Policy Directive (PPD), Presidential Study Directives (PSD) or Presidential Policy Guidance (PPG), or whatever he wants to rename his misuse of executive authorit
In the name of “National Security” Obama has bombed Syria, Libya, Iraq, Somalia, and Yemen without any congressional approval. These acts of war were accompanied with excellent smoke and mirrors – perception management and DARPA subliminal devices. Only a few lone voices pointed out that we need congressional approval to wage war!
Crickets… Could the crickets be DARPA electronic warfare bouncing around in our manipulated brains?
Could Obama’s speeches be electronic warfare aimed at our neural narrative networks?
Why is DARPA so set on creating things that “control the human domain,” just as Jade Helm?
Has Jade Helm 2015 ended or does it get renewed each year by Obama just like the NDAA?
Are we targets for pro-Obama propaganda provided by the DoD’s BBG?
Could some false flags (where no one truly dies) be more propaganda films created by the huge BBG broadcasting network?
YES. The answer to all of these questions above is YES.
What Can We Do, Fellow Patriots?
First. Arm yourself with the truth – like a two edged sword. Read and re-read this article as painful as it may be for you. Do your own research from what we have provided you.
Second. Arm yourself with a consciousness higher than the driving force of global manipulation for personal power and greed – like a personal shield. Personal self-awareness has always been the fulcrum of human evolution. Oftentimes, it comes down to a few people, or even one person, who turns the tide of evil away from controlling the evolution of human consciousness. One lawsuit can turn the tables. One law. One person. One Patriot.
Third. Arm yourself with the knowledge of the weapons being used against you and the motives. Once you have that knowledge, you can find devices to counteract some of those weapons. There are an equal number of good devices to counter the evil ones.
Fourth. Arm yourself with the knowledge to discern when narratives (“story-lies”) are being used to manipulate you against your will. Take the 12 Steps of Perception Management, as presented above, and apply them to possible false flag scenarios to learn to recognize the patterns and see through to reality.
Fifth. Arm yourself against your enemy and attempt to neutralize them using their own methods and devices. A call goes out to all Patriots to secretly subvert political manipulation of Americans on American soil. In other words, wait for the right moment and then throw a monkey wrench into the works. Help the evil devices malfunction and upset the “official story” with random acts of Patriotism.
Sixth. Arm yourself with the justice of the law and bring lawsuits against domestic propaganda and subliminal manipulation of Americans – or anyone.
Seventh. Arm yourself against government agendas that now consider Americans to be enemy combatants on domestic soil who must be supportive of agendas that take away American civil liberties and constitutional rights.
V. “Cognitive Infiltration” of “Conspiracy Theorists” = “Gang Stalking” = “Information Warfare” Against Citizens
In the youtube presentations and article in Section II below we learn that former University of Chicago Law Professor, Cass Sunstein, a Jew who headed the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) and sits on the NSA Oversight Panel, wrote a book entitled: “Conspiracy Theories and Other Dangerous Ideas.”
In 2009, President Obama appointed Sunstein to be the “Information Czar,” i.e., head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs” (OIRA) after he co-authored a 2008 white paper, with A. Vermuelle, entitled “Conspiracy Theories.” In this paper, he urged government to put online trolls on the payroll to harass dangerous “conspiracy theorists” and to hire undercover agents to infiltrate the lives of “conspiracy theorists” in order to frame them and discredit them.
(ETK comment: Doesn’t this sound a lot like “gang stalking?”)
Sunstein stated: “Government may ban conspiracy theorizing. Government may impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories.”
Sunstein has also urged the repealing of the 2nd Amendment, saying the Second Amendment never intended that American citizens have guns.

The U.S. government policy of conducting “cognitive infiltration” of “9/11 conspiracy theorists” (see below youtubes and article) begs the question: What difference is there, if any, between “cognitively infiltration,” on the one hand, and brainwashing, propaganda, “information warfare,” psychological warfare/PsyOps, “perception management,” “low-intensity conflict”/”military operations other than warfare” conducted by U.S. Special Forces and “death squads” of cooperating governments, remote neural monitoring and manipulation/mind control, and indeed, organized gang stalking, on the other? In fact, all of these are official or unofficial policies of the US government and all share the same basic goals and modus operandi, which are to:
1) Deceive, manipulate, coerce, control, and terrorize the public into submission, and
2) Neutralize/eliminate designated “adversaries”/”insurgents”/”terrorists”/aka dissenters.
Indeed, all of these programs are basically cut from the same (CIA-DOD) cloth: all are “scalable” “counter-intelligence”/”counter-insurgency” operations conducted by intelligence agencies, the military, allied private subcontractors, etc., deployed against “undesirable elements”/designated enemies within the domestic population. And any and all of these programs may involve the secret deployment of extremely sophisticated military electronic (“nonlethal”) weapons about which the general public is completely unaware. Dr. Rauni Kilde’s (M.D.) book, “Bright Light on Black Shadows” provides the following extreme example of “cognitive infiltration” via secret technolgy:
“The term “psycho-terrorism” was coined by Russian writer N. Anisimov of the Moscow Anti-Psychotronic Center. According to Anisomov, psychotronic weapons are those that act to: “take away a part of the information which is stored in a man’s brain. It is sent to a computer, which re-works it to the level needed for those who need to control the man, and then reinserted into the brain.”
Can we even imagine a more invasive and destructive form of “cognitive infiltration” than this?
“Gang stalking” is, I believe, an intentionally misleading term. It is more accurately described as “counter-intelligence stalking/electronic torture/mind and behavior modification.” In one youtube, by veteran asserts that the CIA-Military refer to the program as “ISR” (Isolation and Removal). In my opinion, my term; GOG’S NeW GESSTTAPO (for “Global Organized Gang Stalking Neuro-Warfare Groups’ Electronic Surveillance, Slavery, Tracking, Torture and PsyOp Operations”) is yet more accurate.
My point here is that whereas this program is probably the most brutal, criminal, and draconian of all psychological warfare ops, we need to understand that it functions as just a part of larger government-military-intelligence “information warfare,” social engineering, and “perception management” operations. ALL OF THESE PROGRAMS involve various kinds of “cognitive infiltration” of perceived adversaries/“conspiracy theorists” (i.e., researchers and dissidents) within the domestic population.
While today’s technologies of manipulation and control are more sophisticated than ever, the main reasons they are deployed are not new:
As Nazi Joseph Goebbels, Hitler’s Minister of Propaganda, once stated:
“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”
To paraphrase Goebbels: government must deploy all means and weapons to defeat and destroy the truth, because the truth is the single greatest threat to its survival.
There are many ways to accomplish this. Economic journalist, Christopher Story, author “New Underworld Order,” defined our news/propaganda system as follows:
“What is usually referred to as ‘public opinion’ is really carefully crafted and scripted propaganda designed to elicit an intended behavioral response from the general public…. While the general thrust and content of a given burst of controlled propaganda is decided by the London-based Tavistock Institute, according to sources, implementation of the propaganda in the United States is handled by more than 200 controlled ‘think tanks’ such as the CIA’s RAND Corporation and the Brookings Institution, which are overseen and directed by the leading New World Order control organization in the United States, the Stanford Research Institute (SRI), located at Menlo Park, CA…. This grim state of affairs has been exacerbated in recent years by the emergence of more than 300 controlled intelligence “Information Warfare” websites (as of 2006) which exist to spread disinformation, propagate confusion and divert attention from questionable or downright evil official policies, so that no-one can fathom what is happening.“
In contradistinction to the elite philosophy that the public must deceived and manipulated, Thomas Jefferson declared that democracy cannot survive in a nation where the public is not well informed. Hence, it is the responsibility of American citizens to arm themselves and others with accurate information and hold government responsible for its actions and its lies.
This worthy task is strategically and tactically impeded by “information warfare,” “cognitive infiltration,” “perception management,” etc. Indeed, our government-intelligence-pentagon-corporate-media complex now spends many billions of dollars in order to wage total war on the truth and those who dare to speak it. This explains why Americans who voice their concerns and exercise their First Amendment rights are often overtly and covertly targeted as enemies. Once they (we) are designated as “potential terrorist threats,” they (we) may be secretly and extra-legally targeted via CIA-military gang stalking (ISR- “isolation and removal”/GOG’S NeW GESTAPO) operations.
Most Americans have been propagandized and educated into ignorance. We need to wake up to the fact that U.S. military doctrine mandates that they wage “Information Warfare”/”Psychological Warfare”/”Low-Intensity Conflict”/psycho-terrorism against their designated “enemies,” both at home and abroad. Immediately following 9/11, the military introduced NorthCom (North American Command), which effectively means that all of North America has been added to the “battlespace.”
The fact is that America’s military-intelligence apparatus is the most sophisticated and effective killing machine in history. And it is deployed by government to accomplish it’s political objectives at home and abroad. Thus, these military technologies are now deployed against America’s internal “enemies.”
This is the context for “cognitive infiltration” and neutralization of these enemies. While this term may be new to some, various kinds of cognitive infiltration have been deployed in this nation for many decades. Research presented on this website and my 911nwo.com website indicates that these policies are conducted covertly so that government can:
1) Conceal its crimes and protect the power and privilege of the elite syndicate that operates the United States military-intelligence-corporate apparatus as its global enforcement arm,
2) Extend the hegemony (“full-spectrum dominance”) of the American Empire (i.e., Anglo-American-Israeli banking-cartel corporatocracy) over the nations of the world to establish its long-sought “New World Order”-“One World Government” under United Nations auspices.
These agendas have been pursued by the Anglo-American Empire for over a century. Thus, as Dr. Rauni Kilde (M.D.) observed in “Bright Light on Black Shadows: “More crimes against humanity have been committed under the shield of “National Security” than have been committed by all the world’s mafias.”
To accomplish these illegal and unconstitutional objectives, our controllers have had to cast aside the rule of law and effectively shred the U.S. Constitution. President George W. Bush expressed elite opinion when he stated that “the Constitution is just a god-dammed piece of paper.” Alas, even while our politicians, military leaders, and law enforcement officers have sworn oaths to protect and preserve the Constitution, they have demonstrated through their actions that they hold it in contempt. Thus, a huge percent of our leaders are guilty of treason. Are they also victims of mind control-“cognitive infiltration?”
As a former Full Professor of Geography who taught at three universities, I realized long ago that much of what we call “the news” consists of a series of “cover stories” devised by intelligence agencies to mask their own illegal activities. Notably, these “cover stories” are often easily disproven. But I insist, with many others, that these lies must be disproven if the American people are to have any informed influence on the affairs of our nation.
In 2013, I began to realize that I am being “gang stalked,” i.e., subject to counter-intelligence harassment, no-touch torture with “nonlethal weapons,” and mind control-neuro-experimentation (GOG’S NeW GESSTTAPO). Presumably, before surveillance and stalking operations began on me, I was first “watchlisted;” that is, secretly and extra-judicially placed on the “Terrorism Watch List” and identified as a “potential terrorist threat.”
I’m a retired Emeritus Professor of Geography who has worked hard to research a number of topics of critical importance to our nation and world. Professors are supposed to pursue the truth, aren’t they? So I would argue that I have merely pursued my professional perogatives and responsibilities. Once wonders how a retired Emeritus Professor of Geography might land on the roughly 2-million strong, secret, and unconstitutional “Terrorism Watch List?”
Since I have not committed any crimes and since the identity of the individual(s) who placed on the watchlist is classified, it is impossible to know for sure. However, I can speculate that it might in be political retaliation for information I present in my extensive 911nwo.com website. This website proves conclusively that 9/11 was perpetrated primarily by the US military-intelligence “interagency” in cooperation with and evidently, as controlled by, Jews in Israel and America.
Within months after September 11, 2001, while I was employed as a geography professor at California State University, I wrote a paper entitled: “Reflections on the Origins of 9/11: Three Scenarios,” which was apparently widely disseminated on the internet. This research proved that 9/11 was fundamentally an “inside job” and military-intelligence “psychological operation” (PsyOp) that was pre-planned as a state-sponsored, false-flag, synthetic “terror” event to provide pretext for prosecuting the “Global War on Terrorism”, which in turn, provides the pretext for:
a) radical federal spending increases on military and “Homeland Security” activities
b) prosecution of a series of pre-scripted wars in the Middle East that mainly serve the interests of Israel, and
c) the radical expansion of “National Security Establishment” police state programs that target civilians like me for neutralization, elimination, mind-control experimentation, genocide, etc.
All of these outcomes were pre-scripted by the “Project For a New American Century,” a powerful Jewish conservative think tank. Incidentally, these same conclusions are almost self-evident and have been verified and widely disseminated by many others in innumerable books, articles, websites, etc.
(Now that I have read and published the “Gang Stalking Manual” on this webiste, I can trace the gang stalking operations conducted against me to as early as 2004, which is two years after I wrote this article.)
Another possible reason for my targeting? My website, naturalclimatechange.org, proves conclusively that the “man-caused global warming” hypothesis is another propaganda fraud and PsyOp that is being used to coerce people and governments to turn over control of all their energy use, and thereby, the wealth, economic viability, and sovereignties of their nations, to the United Nations. UN Agenda 21 (now renamed Agenda 2030), if implemented, would not only destroy all nations, it could impoverish, enslave, and genocide most of humanity. Again, innumerable other researchers have independently verified this conclusion.
Another possible reason I’m gang stalked is that after I retired in 2011, I began writing an extended series of articles entitled: “Is Crestone/Baca, Colorado, the Vatican City of the New World Order?: An Expose of the New World Order” which is posted on my 911nwo.com under the subheading “New World Religion?” My home is in Crestone/Baca, Colorado; and the more I studied and observed the New Age-Crestone/Baca phenomenon, the more I realized that this is probably another PsyOp (“cognitive infiltration”) against the American public as per the psychological warfare tactics that the CIA/MI6/Tavistock Institute has developed and deployed.
While government and media, (see first youtube below) characteristically dismiss people like me as “conspiracy theorists.” They do not acknowledge, however, that “conspiracy theories,” when proven, are “conspiracies.” Hence, if we unravel the Orwellian misuse of language, we see that a “conspiracy theorist” is really a term that describes a researcher or detective who is trying to ascertain the origins and dimensions of criminal activities that have been carried via conspiracies.
Speaking personally, if there is a silver lining to this despicable state of affairs, the experience of being a “nonconsensual human experimentee” (aka “TI”) has given me important insights into the draconian gang stalking program (GOG’S NeW GESTAPO) that I would otherwise not have.
These experiences, combined with my research, help me to understand what is at work here: the very spycraft technologies that our intelligence agencies honed during the Cold War are now being turned against the American citizenry and the citizenry of the world. It is, of course, equally obvious that it is the intelligence agencies that run our government that spin out the endless lies (“cover stories”) and conduct these endless covert activities in service of the ruling financial elites that truly own and operate government. Thus, the CIA and other intelligence agencies, form a critical component of the “Shadow Government” or “Deep State.”
Elites have long operated on Machiavellian rather than democratic principles. Machiavelli, author of “The Prince,” advised political leaders that in order to hold and wield political power they must implement the principles of “might makes right,” “divide and conquer,” “the ends justify the means,” “leaders must lie to their people,” “a pleasant lie is better than a complex truth,” etc. This political philosophy has resulted in the practice of “power politics”/”geo-politics”/”real politick,” or as the Nazis termed it, “weltanschauungskrieg” (“worldview warfare”), which is also known as “the science of coercion.”
Unfortunately, pervasive implementation of these practices produces criminal, totalitarian governments. Hermann Goerring, founder of the Nazi Gestapo, expressed the logic of a mafia hit man, or a psychopath, when he stated:
“I don’t have to worry about Justice; my mission is only to destroy and to exterminate; nothing more.”
Thus, obviously, the problem with the implementation of this diabolical political philosophy, from the point of view of the citizenry, is that it leads to pervasive corruption of governments and the destruction of democratic institutions and nations. Hence, patriots must point out government corruption, “cover stories, “ and lies and work hard to disseminate the truth.
In sum, “cognitive infiltration” and “gang stalking,” etc., are among many coercive methods employed by America’s post-democratic government to neutralize designated “threats”/”enemies”/”adversaries”/”terrorists” who insist upon take it upon themselves to educate themselves and others about the truth. To this end, government covertly deploys CIA spycraft methodologies, including a suite of torture and mind control techniques, derived from the CIA’s KUBARK torture manual and MKULTRA experiments, which are employed in various “cognitive infiltration”/”information warfare”/”ISR”/gang stalking operations directed against American citizens. Similar secret programs targeted and neutralized domestic dissidents in America in the past. These include the FBI’s COINTELPRO and the CIA’s MHCHAOS programs of the 60’s and 70s and the “Red Squad” programs carried out by innumerable American city police departments, etc.

Understanding today’s stalking operations involves additional complexities: “GOG’S NeW GESSTTAPO” seems to be mainly implemented by “The Organization,” which is a covert, highly organized “criminal syndicate,” which incorporates elements of police, military, civilian, and cults. “The Organization” utilizes a combination of street stalking and application of electronic and other mind control weapons.
“The Program” is protected by three critical elements of society; the press, the psychology/psychiatry professions, and the legal system. Control of the mainstream media was accomplished by the CIA’s “Operation Mockingbird” in the 1950s. The “psychiatric reprisal” against victims of the system has also been in place for many decades, as CIA-funded mind control experiments (MKULTRA, etc.) of the 1950’s onward essentially co-opted, weaponized, and misdirected the entire field. Thus, individuals within these professions are generally trained to diagnose the victims and “targets” of this system as delusional, schizophrenic, and paranoid. Meanwhile, the legal system, including federal, state, and local police, are also generally complicit in the operations through covert infiltration by “the syndicate.”
This “perfect crime” has thereby criminalized virtually the entire society.
