The above chart from Targeted Justice.com (12/11/24), purportedly based on the work of Dr. Steven Greer (The Disclosure Project) and Dr. Bill Deagle (Deagle Report), lists the uppermost of “38 Levels of Security Clearance” that include Unacknowledged Special Access Projects (USAPs). Levels 33 (ASTRAL), 34 (STELLAR), and 35 (ULTRA)) are associated with the CIA’s MKULTRA mind control and targeted individual programs (35), interstellar travel (Gateway Process/Hemi-Sync, Star Gate) (34), and extra-dimensional travel (33) and specifically tend to lend support the testimony of Chinese TI, Jian Liang. Apparently, Levels 30, 33, 34, 35, 36 and possibly other levels are related to the U.S. Secret Space Program. Information in the first graphic includes:
