Webmaster Introduction: With the help of other TIs, I’ve now determined that the US government’s Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) and Automated Trusted Information Exchange (ATIX) are probably the key operational elements in the tracking, targeting, no-touch torture, and domestic terrorization of “Targeted Individuals” (TIs) in America (See: RISS-ATIX/HSIN/Fusion Centers: How Gangstalking is Administered, How To End Gangstalking (Greg Burton video) w/ Confirming Evidence in Appendices). The following ppt presentation by DISA (Defense Intelligence Sharing Agency) seems to explain how these “information sharing” systems function internationally to track, target, no-touch torture, and terrorize TIs worldwide.

While FVEYs utilize PEGASUS for information sharing, the US and coalition nations utilize CENTRIX. These partners also utilize Virtual Data Center, All Partner Access Network (APAN), and CFBLNET* (for LGBTQURST perverts operating throughout all theaters*…This is an attempt at a joke, as I don’t know what CFBLNET stands for).
“MNIS *(Multinational Information Sharing) is a “family of integrated DISA (Defense Intelligence Sharing Agency) enterprises and services that enable C2 (Command and Control)” of the entire world…. by the United States! There are many other fun acronyms mentioned in this totalitarian system. Is this the end-times BEAST system?
