The Surveillance-Industrial Complex: How the Government Is Conscripting Businesses and Individuals in the Construction of a Surveillance Society

1. DEFINITION OF ORGANIZED STALKING

Organized Stalking is an occult form of mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person’s life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless and/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, electronic, and general harassment. It is a ganging up by members of the community who follow an organizer and participate in a systematic, and ritualistic persecution of an individual. Organized Stalking is a destructive criminal program built on deception that exists to serve the intentions of a few who are aware of its true agenda.

The creators of this system have established a virtually traceless protocol for murder.

2. They are in violation of International Human Rights Law, including the Right to Privacy
Human integrity extends beyond the physical body. In their thoughts and in their personal environments and communications, all humans have the right to remain unobserved and unmolested. If sorcery lets them see through the victim’s eyes. One’s eyes are controlled by his brain; thus, by controlling the victim’s brain, the handlers can also see, hear smell and feel whatever the victim sees hears smells and feels. Not only that but they can also see what he thinks. For example, the handlers often comment on something only I would know. And even worse they can force thoughts that are not your own into your mind.
There is a clear and pressing need for vigilance in ensuring the compliance of any surveillance policy or practice with International Human Rights Law, including the Right to Privacy. As an immediate measure, States should review their own national laws, policies and practices to ensure full conformity with International Human Rights Law.

Article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), both of which provide that no one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment (CIDT), purposefully heightened the responsibility of State Parties to prevent such acts as well as to create and support mechanisms to punish the perpetrators.

3. How stalking is organized

The most disturbing thing is that so many people can be deceived, bribed, blackmailed, or threatened into serving something so extremely terrible. It can be awful to learn what people will do when they want to be part of large group and when they have approval from the state.

The sponsorship and influence may originate from the same sources such as a federal agency (FBI covert ops). Apparently the order may also come from a corporation, a group or an individual, that uses (pays for) the influence of a federal agency. The field supervisors basically use their resources and influence as an engine to carry out these harassment campaigns.

They are able to recruit neighbors, friends, and family of the target to participate in the harassment. This is done using sorcery, lies, threats, blackmail and bribery. Sometimes the harassers are unaware they are an annoyance to the targeted individual because they are mind controlled to do certain things at certain moments.

The structure resembles a compartmentalized pyramid. It consists of the followers who participate in the harassment, the leaders (field supervisors) who notify them, and financial support at the top of the structure. At the bottom of the structure, the cause outwardly appears constructive, it offers fellowship to people who participate. Most believe that their cause serves a higher purpose.

The compartmentalized pyramid system keeps the organizers and their financers shielded from group activities. It also keeps the community members at the bottom of the structure ignorant as to the groups’ true intentions. The identity of the leaders of these groups may not be known by group members for reasons of national security. A target doesn’t have to do something to deserve it. It is proven by the fact that sometimes innocent children are effected.

4. Examples of provocation

Below is an example of how groups use suggestions to harass people. Bolded words indicate ones that are emphasized.

Situation:

You’ve been harassed with noise campaigns, crowding and collisions on your way to the bus stop. You feel like you’ve been through a minefield and have been hit multiple times (you have). Your heart is beating fast. You sit somewhere in the bus. A couple sits down across from you and begins a conversation. You overhear bits and pieces of it.

Person 1: His car isn’t working.
You: You think, MY car is in the shop.
Person 2: They think it’s the battery.
You: YOU THINK: What a coincidence, my car is getting a new battery.

Now that they have your attention, the conversation unfolds like this

Person 1: I saw him last week, his car looks bad.
Person 2: That’s HORRIBLE what is wrong with it?
Person 1: It just keeps breaking down.
Person 2: I don’t want to be in that car in case it should just stop in the middle of nowhere!
Person 1: That would be sad!
Person 2: I hate to see him like that.
Person 1: He is crazy for keeping it. He knows it just keeps breaking down.
Person 2: I know he is. It just broke down so many times.
Person 1: Not to be cynical, but he should just leave it in the garage.
Person 2: You are not being cynical, I also don’t trust that thing on the highway.
Person 1: I don’t want be paranoid but an empty battery is a sign for a much bigger problem.
Person 2: Do you mean a spontaneous explosion?
Etc.

The conversation above is an example of an embedded hypnotic suggestion (and a threat) that can be effective if used under the right circumstances. It keeps the conscious mind occupied with an erroneous conversation concerning a car breaking down, while the actual message is slipped into the subconscious, potentially affecting the desired emotions (fear, worry, sadness and even insinuating madness). It appears a variation of this message can be conveyed with multiple people harassing a person with cut-offs while talking on their cell phones, looking directly at the person and emphasizing (meta-communication) weighted words and/or information about a person’s personal life that was obtained from surveillance or mind reading (sorcery). Groups will also use these phony conversations to harass targets in stores, restaurants, public places, elevators, and workplace etc. These overheard comments are intended to elicit a negative reaction within you.

When we hear something, even from another conversation, we can’t help but make images and sounds of it in our head. You know this intuitively. And they use it explicitly. You cannot isolate yourself completely.

Symbolism appears to be a big part of subliminal attacks. After a target has been sensitized, they can even be harassed, insulted, and threatened with symbolism using numbers and other items. Just as body communication (the middle finger) is used to harass a target, so too symbolic communication has that effect. Symbolism can be used with articles of clothing, especially during a wave attack where you are harassed by a crowd who smiles, laughs, stares at you, and cuts you off as they pass by you even when you drive. Some of the shirts I’ve noticed are “OB EYE” or,” “Watch Your Back” and other rude remarks, as well as Satanic and Wicca symbols (triangle with an eye).

Another example: “Shortly after I left my last place of employment after experiencing the Mobbing phenomenon, I began to recognize that I was the target of subtle harassment out in public as well. This harassment was consistent with the Mobbing I experienced at my previous place of employment. I dismissed these acts of harassment as coincidence because I was not aware of the existence of organized stalking groups. I could not conceive of such an idea and had no existing model of reference to compare it to. Later I learned that there was a name for this workplace harassment.”

“Dr. Heinz Leymann, a psychologist and medical scientist, pioneered the research about this workplace issue in Sweden in the early 80s. He identified the behavior as mobbing and described it as “psychological terror” involving “hostile and unethical communication (sorcery) directed in a systematic way by one or a few individuals mainly towards one individual.”

Many prominent, knowledgeable targets have concluded that this is no longer simply a group, but it has evolved into a stalking cult with positions in government. This is international and a part of the illuminati. Targeted people have reported that everyone from homeless people to white-collar workers have taken part in the harassment. How is that possible?

According to talk show host Alex Jones, the school boards in North Carolina repeatedly rejected this program, but the mayor was given a $112.000 grant (bribery?) to implement it. Jones also says that although these programs appear to be a relationship between two private entities (the schools and Pinkerton security), they can be directly linked to the FBI and the BATF with the mayor as a middleman. This is just one mechanism by which children are recruited.

It appears that the harassment that takes place out in public has many parts. One is composed of volunteers, and people who are paid. The second part are the people who are unaware they are part of this campaign, they are mind controlled to do certain things that fit into the harassment pattern. The other part is the mind controllers of the targeted individual, who aggravates every incident.

People who participate are city workers, janitors, taxi drivers, security guards, and store clerks. Groups of senior citizens reportedly participate as well. And even some police departments have a long history of participating in these harassment groups. They use their vehicles for noise campaigns, synchronization tactics, convoys, or other acts of harassment. Parents who are members of these harassment groups have used their children to participate. Most believe they’re public servants, and consider themselves to be investigators who are gathering information to be used against a target. The agencies use existing community-policing organizations. If this happens, you will have everyone from children to senior citizens harassing you using the techniques described in this article.

5. Examples of persecution by government

An example of how people will participate in the cover-up of something they know is horrible is illustrated in a book titled, The Franklin Cover-up, by Senator John W. Decamp. The book is based on his experience as a lawyer in a nation-wide Satanic cult and child abuse group. He was called in to discredit these children’s claims due to his previous experience debunking child abuse claims. However, after looking into their claims he found that they were telling the truth. Because of the involvement of high-ranking people, this was not only a covered-up by the justice department and the media, but the people serving the system participated in the harassment of witnesses and the victims. About a dozen deaths (murders) occurred and they tried to discredit and intimidate some kids by jailing them or having them declared insane.

When trying to understand how people could just go along with something this sick, he discovered that most people believe the system should be protected at all costs because it keeps them employed. And that people believe that once in a while flaws do occur, but this is acceptable because it is hoped that these flaws are the exception and not the rule.

How do I know when, or if, the system itself has become so corrupted, that evil is the rule, rather than the exception? And when that occurs, what do I do about it?

If we do nothing it could happen to your children or grandchildren. This system can only exist because people that participate either enjoy being part of it, are unaware of its true nature, or don’t have the moral integrity to refuse to participate. Because Congress has also received numerous complaints from people who are aware that they’re targeted, and has done nothing, congress must be complicit too in the cover-up of these organized crimes.

6. Well known examples are MKULTRA & COINTELPRO government mind control programs

The history of the dark alliance between medicine, politics and cults, is exposed in the documents of the state program MKULTRA revealing how doctors have forsaken the sacred vows of their profession to aid in government-sponsored research that subjected thousands of unsuspecting people to inhumane methods of medical torture and mind control involving unnecessary treatments, massive doses of mind altering drugs, stress induced illnesses and radical surgery.

This global organization has activities in all major intelligence services in the world, working together. It has recruited people from all important government institutions, state and local administrations. All kind of people, jobless, freed prisoners, students and the elderly are mind controlled by this organization to harass, follow, and torture innocent people, who for whatever reason have been put on the organization’s hit list. It is all based on deception and lies, so recruits are told untrue sinister stories of their victims to keep them motivated or something bad is insinuated. They have a military order and get rewarded for their evil actions, which include Satanism and manipulation in every form imaginable. They are known as military freemasons.

Some journalists believe that Cointelpro (a state program) is back due to the loosening of laws that prevented that type of abuse.

7. More proof of government involvement

A private investigator named David Lawson followed these stalking groups for approximately ten years. He concluded that not only were they cults, but they had connections to government agencies, and were in service to corporations. He also found out that tactics that demonstrated favorable results were recorded and used at a later date. When information gained by surveillance is passed on to group members to aid with harassment and the results of the harassment are recorded to enhance future harassment, then this becomes a standard operating procedure that government agencies use against people.
There is a basic protocol that they begin with which is consistent in NATO nations. It begins with surveillance so that a person’s personality traits can be cataloged. Everything including their religion is factored into it. At a later point, they are singled out for preliminary stages of harassment, which includes Gang Stalking, entry into homes and emotional abuse in the workplace. This Gang Stalking is apparently used to soften up a targeted person for the eventual assault with Directed Energy Weapons (DEW). The DEW harassment gradually increases to extreme conditions. This pattern has unfolded consistently. Some of the information in this section was written by a man named John St. Clair who worked with the NSA for a period of time. He currently has a Civil Action (1:92 cv 00449) against the NSA for Directed Energy Weapons harassment. This information on covert domestic spying and neutralization also appeared in an issue of Nexus Magazine.

There is a basic protocol that the perpetrators begin with. But the TI (targeted individual) contributes to the modification. Targets are constantly monitored. And if a target responds emotionally to a particular trigger. Then that trigger will be built into the protocol. It’s an ongoing process. 8. Their crimes are numerous

The stalkers are guilty of (1) stalking, (2) harassing with malicious intent, (3) coercion (in attempting to make the victim do things that he/she does not want to do with their mind control methods), (4) psychological and virtual rape, (5) breaking and entering (which they often do to intimidate the victims by unlocking locked doors, turning back clocks, moving items in rooms, hiding other items, etc.), (6) burglary and theft (which they commit when they enter a victim’s home and take items to confuse and disorient the victim), (7) recording a victim’s conversations without his/her consent, (8) peeping tom-ism (through their ability to view the victim), (9) assault and battery (studies show the stress causes fatigue states, depression, insomnia, aggressiveness, long and especially short term memory loss, short catatonic states, cataracts, leukemia, cancer, heart attacks, brain tumors and so forth), (10) slander (by circulating false rumors and stories that lack proof about the victim), (11) libel (when those rumors and stories are put into print in the form of emails, etc.), (12) computer hacking and phone tapping, (13) conspiracy, (14) in some cases, blackmail and extortion, (15) first degree murder (when a victim suffers a fatal car crash because of sleep deprivation), and (16) attempted murder (when their plans do not succeed). (17) These evil people are morally corrupted, so you will find them committing a range of crimes to benefit from it personally. Their list of crimes should put them away for the remainder of their evil lives.

The DSM-IV is thus a diagnostic manual for covering-up crimes by calling them mental disorders. It is periodically put out by the APA.

It is used to help keep the mind control and stalking groups operating in secrecy. If you search the internet about mind control and illuminati or freemasons you will find that the symptoms they pretend to threat are caused by sorcery and stalking and worsened by medication. Sadly you will also find a lot of disinformation put there by them. So praying to God will prove a better remedy then every medical treatment a professional can offer.

10. The connection with cults

Whether the perpetrators actually believe in Satanism is inconsequential. The use of themes (sometimes satanic) injected into occult crimes aggravate the trauma, and serve to discredit a person if the target wants to explain it.

Oc·cult means 1. Of or pertaining to any system claiming use or knowledge of secret or supernatural powers or agencies. 2. Beyond ordinary knowledge or understanding. 3. Secrecy; disclosed or communicated only to the initiated.

Apparently the logic of using satanic and other themes in occult-related crimes is that you won’t be believed because it’s too farfetched or it’s intangible. However sorcery it is the main reason this harassment method has such a devastating effect on the victim. And the perpetrators are NOT intangible.

A former cult member discloses the most frightening criminal phenomenon of our time. What most people don’t know -and what Interpol officers are only beginning to discover- is that cults are the biggest covert criminal group in the world today: They are guilty of child abuse cases, murders, drug dealing, creating far-right movements and even inciting war. The victims of wars they have incited are considered by them a sacrifice for Satan.

Ted Gunderson a high-level FBI agent, who has investigated cults for over 25 years, confirms these subliminal attacks, have been used by satanic cults when stalking their targets and human sacrifice is part of the occult. They combine implanted thoughts and real actions to influence, instigate or effect the actions or emotional state of the targeted individual.

This is a matter that people have to believe, even though it is difficult. We have to acknowledge that something like this is going on. Police may publicly deny the very existence of these groups, but many of them across the nation are aware that they exist. They are listed online. Some university professors are aware and complicit to this type of stalking and do not support research and counter-measures against it. Disinformation conceals the crimes of this mind control network. Many of the human rights agencies, medical institutions and Congress itself have been contacted and some acknowledge this occult phenomenon and others are prevented to take action against it. Why would organizations that are designed to help people, choose not recognize this type of harassment? They may have been bribed with funding/favors, or infiltrated, or are just part of these cults and/or cover-up.

11. What to do about it

When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.

And when that happens, what do I do about it? Until evil is named, it cannot be addressed.
Organize a support group: We should organize ourselves and resist them. We shall win! Good shall overcome evil. We should try to resolve this situation through the established channels.
In the Media: Contact investigative journalists. We should address this evil in mass media, alternative media and social media. Since such attacks depend on secrecy, it is important that the agents of evil will be exposed to the widest possible audience. Name and shame them: especially corporation and politicians are sensitive to bad publicity.

By re-education: People will get an understanding of domestic covert action, and be better able to resist it, if we also address the excuses that government officials offer when their clandestine operations are revealed. Make them change DSM-IV the diagnostic manual for covering-up crimes by calling them mental disorders. It is published by the APA. They collaborated with mental health specialists and designed a harassment program around symptoms.

Through legislation: Lawyers can file claims against the state or abuse of power by persons in agencies. Contact Congress and state legislators. Your senator, mayor or governor. The regulators: The Intelligence Oversight Committee and the supervisors of agencies. Get them to the International Criminal Court. Surveillance makes the individual easy to manipulate, while the state and the corporation operate in secret. As we have seen, this power is being systemically abused.

With law enforcement: File an official complaint to the military police, and local police and federal law enforcement. If perpetrators seem to be international, contact international law enforcement: Interpol, Europol and other Organized Crime Units. Cults are the biggest covert criminal group in the world today they are guilty of child abuse cases, murders, drug dealing, and creating far-right movements. I refuse to accept that a manmade organization can’t be dissolved and forbidden.

There are several choices:

You can choose to do nothing, and see the harassment get worse and on a larger scale.
You can choose a life as a wage slave stripped of moral responsibility to the fellow human being and to future generations serving them until it is your time.
