US DOD Directive 5240.1R Procedures GOVERNING THE ACTIVITIES OF DOD INTELLIGENCE COMPONENTS THAT AFFECT UNITED STATES PERSONS (December, 1982)

Epigraph Quotes From DOD Directive 5240.1R:

C13.3.1. Experimentation on human subjects conducted by or on behalf of a DoD intelligence component may be undertaken only with the informed consent of the subject, in accordance with guidelines issued by the Department of Health and Human Services, setting out conditions that safeguard the welfare of such subjects.

C13.3.2. DoD intelligence components may not engage in or contract for experimentation on human subjects without approval of the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Defense, or the Secretary or Under Secretary of a Military Department, as appropriate.

Webmaster Comment: Targeted Individuals I am familiar with, including myself, are NEVER informed of their targeting and NEVER give their informed consent to be human test subjects. Clearly the DOD is guilty of violating this 1982 directive! The US military has been in violation of the Nuremburg Code and Geneva Convention as well as it’s own rules for many decades. I say: Court Martial these traitors for treason, torture and murder, then execute them and send them to hell where they belong.

A nation is comprised of its land, people, history, language, laws, and innumerable cultural traditions. It may be compromised and destroyed by people, 5th column groups, secret organiztions, and institutions if laws are broken and circumvented.

These crimes against humanity committed by the US military have been paid for with taxpayer dollars and have been ongoing for many decades. We need not blame these crimes on a shadow government. It is the US government itself- and its military-intelligence-academic-medical-corporate establishment that has committed and until now, covered up these crimes against humanity.

God damn the U.S. military for torturing and killing American citizens and thereby violating and indeed, destroying the principles, legal constraints, and Constitutionally-guaranteed, God-given civil liberties that America once stood for! God damn the individuals involved and those who went along to hell. Unfortunately, instead of being punished for their crimes, individuals involved have been rewarded.

  1. Amen to your comment… Yes, these evil entities who have no heart will absolutely be damned by God. My son, who has likely been a TI for 30 years, was actually fairly clear thinking today… almost like himself. What happened? Did someone go on vacation? The thing about it is, that when he is clear thinking, he describes quite well what is being done to him. He mentioned today that it was just one or two people when he was young, then, especially over the last year or two, he is constantly being mentally accosted by these negative and degrading and slandering overseers. How deplorable! How disgusting! How evil? Just ask the mothers who wondered for years what had happened to her children. Fortunately, I found out. And fortunately, I have lots of faith that God will mop up the floor with these wicked people and the spirit forces that make it all happen. Thank you Dr. Karlstrom! Thank you for your dedication to this cause!
