I am writing to urge you and the USA government to investigate the covert abuse and torture with remote voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control frequency technologies.

I am a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, who was first attacked by such technologies in December 2001, when I was studying for a Master`s Degree in Australia. At the time I was unfamiliar with remote electromagnetic weapons which can control thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system. Eventually, I came to learn of these technologies that are being secretly used or covered up by governments worldwide to control and harass the populace.

Noticeable effects started with some noises (whispering voices) which I heard from the floor below me or from the neighbors’ houses. The other people who lived in the same house could not hear them. Soon I started to experience a wide variety of symptoms.

Majority of the symptoms were: pain all over the body, stomach pain, toothaches, headaches, involuntary hand tremors, inability to stand firmly on legs, alternation of cold and hot sensations, excessive perspiration, high fevers, constipation, faece and piss incontinence, sexual harassment, sleep deprivation, dream manipulation, artificial emotions (induced fear, anger, shame, joy, hate, sadness), and manipulation of memory (forgetting/remembering/screen memories). Torturers also can make me say things (forced speech). All those symptoms would disappear without any medical treatment, or sometimes, a pain would persist, even if I had strong medication.

I was like a little trapped marionette being controlled by invisible strings. Some unknown people held the strings and controlled my actions: speaking, walking, eating, sleeping, and even my thoughts and emotions.

Since 2002, I travelled to many places to try to escape from the torture and harassment. I had been to Hong Kong, Thailand, China, New Zealand. When I was in Hong Kong in April 2002, my brain was controlled by voice-to-skull and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies, and I was taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong. I am living in China now and still suffering the harassment and torture with these technologies.

The proliferation of mind control technologies and their accompanying abuse and torture has become one of the twenty-first century’s greatest violations of human rights. Thousands of innocent victims across the globe have become activists for their freedom. We are demanding an international investigation into these crimes which constitute immense violations of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I have published my book “Twelve Years in the Grave – Mind Control with Electromagnetic Spectrums, the Invisible Modern Concentration Camp” to let the public know details of my story. I presented my paper “Mind Control with Electromagnetic Frequency” at the E-Leader conference held by China Fudan University and CASA (Chinese American Scholars Association) in Shanghai, January 5-7, 2015.

Provided the fact that my brain was remotely controlled by voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies, and I was taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong, I urge the US government to take immediate actions to investigate my case. I also require the cooperation and support of the governments of Australia and China, and request assistance from the United Nations and other governments in investigating my case.

My heart has never leaped so high such as upon seeing this news report, I have never felt so relieved in all my life when I watched this news report in China. I am from Philippines and a targeted individual as well, I can testify and prove as well that corrupted individuals such as policemen and local fraternities are being paid to stalk and harass innocent men, women and even children at a tender age of 3 years old to 5 years old and above. I have been targeted just for enrolling on college at their private religious school on 2014, I was 16 years old then and they don’t just harass their victims, they torture their victim around the clock by tapping their mind with loud noises and cause distortion with our mind until the perpetrators are relieved, they also sexually exploit us and our families. These perpetrators are from local drug addicts as much as alcoholics to international drug addicts as well as immoral and unethical individuals who are deviant and lawbreakers. They actually torture us using Electronic Harassment and V2K tech while they are drunk or are in drugs, we have been harassed for years and we easily find out when our perpetrators when they are drunk and in drugs and when they are drunk or not in drugs. There is no exceptional reason or story behind these criminal acts except for the perpetrators to take pleasure in terrorizing and fornicating with victims men, women and children as much as driving victims into suicide.

It has been years that targeting has happened and nowadays, such technology dubbed as “no-touch” torture have been modified and has been doubled in production which makes these torture devices to become more sophisticated and have different varieties. Some victims have experienced involuntary chip implantation but as modernization occurred, Torture devices have become advanced and was modified to torture innocent civilians and children even without involuntary chip implantation. There is more truth to unveil before WE are going to increase because these crimes have been increasing in all these years that victims has suffered, it is possible that you may become a victim or your children will be subjected to inhuman torture .

Is this done completely remote? How are they directing the energy to a specific target? How are they tracking a specific target when the target moves?

This is great seeing this more and more, a month ago some guy on Facebook posted the pic at 1:30 and everyone was talking about it but he was not answering our questions. Then I saw this and it gives me more hope that this will come out and be exposed! This is exactly what I am going through 24/7 now for the last few years by my former neighbors in Clifton NJ. I have a case against them for stalking and terroristic threats charges but the prosecutor wants to downgrade them to simple harassment which is nothing but fines! I don’t know what to do yet but I’m thinking about telling the prosecutor that I deal with electronic harassment/cyber torture since there’s more evidence like this now coming out!

Psychotronics or technology able to be utilized to alter the minds or biological processes within individuals have been studied and a furtherance of capability realized since at least WWII. Interfacing and coupling such instruments with intelligence driven supercomputers these are the ultimate data dissemination and intel counter intel devices able to alter any facet of conciousness in a target and indeed force cognition within the human brain. By utilizing and purveying various portions of the electromagnetic spectrum operating on the bodies susceptibility and effectively altering signals or producing stimuli within an organism to take advantage of neuro chemical response.

Voice to skull or (V2K) is one aspect of such instrumentation of mind-control. Microwave auditory effect was first reported by individuals working around radar transponders in WWII. These individuals reported auditory sensations of clicks, hissing and other phenomena. Alan H. Frey the first known western scientist to openly publish findings on this phenomena termed microwave auditory effect, (RF) or radio frequency hearing effect and also sometimes referenced as the “Frey effect”. A short citing from his 1962 published paper titled “Human Auditory Systems Response To Modulated Electromagnetic Energy”.

“The intent of this paper is to bring a new phenomenon to the attention of physiologists. Using extremely low average power densities of electromagnetic energy, the perception of sounds was induced in normal and deaf humans. The effect was induced several hundred feet from the antenna the instant the transmitter was turned on, and is a function of carrier frequency and modulation.”

In 1975 Don R. Justesen published a paper called “Microwaves And Behavior” in which he cites the work of Joseph C. Sharp and colleague Mark Grove who were able to embed voice into a microwave signal enabling speech to be transferred through microwave auditory effect.

“Sharp and Grove found that appropriate modulation of microwave energy can result in direct “wireless” and “receiverless” communication of speech. They recorded by voice on tape each of the single-syllable words for digits between 1 and 10. The electrical sine-wave analogs of each word were then processed so that each time a sine wave crossed zero reference in the negative direction, a brief pulse of microwave energy was triggered. By radiating themselves with these “voice- modulated” microwaves, “Sharp and Grove were readily able to hear, identify, and distinguish among the 9 words (which was all that was tested, seven being excluded). The sounds heard were not unlike those emitted by persons with artificial larynxes. Communication of more complex words and of sentences was not attempted because the averaged densities of energy required to transmit longer messages would approach the current 10 mW/cm2 limit of safe exposure. The capability of communicating directly with a human being by “receiverless radio” has obvious potentialities both within and without the clinic. But the hotly debated and unresolved question of how much microwave radiation a human being can safely be exposed to will probably forestall applications within the near future.”

Also around this time Robert G. Malech was granted on April 20, 1976 a patent (US3951134A) titled “An Apparatus And Method For Remotely Monitoring And Altering Brain Waves”. From the abstract of the patent:

“Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a position remote from a subject whereby electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject’s brain waves. The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified. The demodulated waveform is then displayed for visual viewing and routed to a computer for further processing and analysis. The demodulated waveform also can be used to produce a compensating signal which is transmitted back to the brain to effect a desired change in electrical activity therein.”

These are just a few examples correlated, from nearly fifty years ago of a more than plausible means in which could be utilized on people around the world to effectively exhibit mind control entirely covertly and without need for any auxiliary device to be in contact or in close proximity of an individual as the brain is effectively utilized as a transducer from a far by use of directed energy. I’ve experienced psychotronics first-hand since October 2018 there is no conceptual limitation to the inactions of these devices save for your own. They are orchestrated via supercomputers and individuals are crying out around the world for someone to listen. However, so called medical professionals write them off as delusional, as one could liken they were taught to believe by their studies and schooling. They never delved into it deeper, never abridged how these events could be actually transpiring. There are a few who recognize this plight medical doctor and author John Hall, Robert Duncan who formerly worked with the CIA and DOD on what he himself calls the “voice of god technology”. Duncan even though working compartmentalized realized what was taking place and has tried to convey this message to others in talks and speeches as well as through his writings. The technology utilized today is super-intelligent.

People are being tortured, and voided of human rights. I know my perps. They are using a frequency that they can hear on earphones when you’re in delta state and log into your brain and can do practically the same as the computer broadcast.
With frequency (“spirituality”) they can use and move your bio magnetic aura and touch your body as well as inside your body.
Stimulate and look out of your eyes, taste, smell and hear.. With the computer they need to be close to you so they can see your EEG in the program there after lock you into the program (maybe NWO tortureware) With the computer they can see out of your eyes, hear and see your thoughts, dreams and target parts of your body with the emf.
These people was harassing me before this happened. I can hear that this is their voices coming through and even talked with the girl on the phone pretending being her mom.

The bio magnetic aura. I base that on the spiritual side of this attack. As I wrote they there are or can be to parts of this harassment the computer based emf harassment and the spiritual side were a possession of your body takes place. They do that with a ESP frequency that link on to your brain as well.
Im not a scientist so that is only my opinion. With the frequency based harassment they can touch you and even put your muscles out of play, feel your private areas and stimulate.
With the aura (hand) they can make heat and do healing, that is why some feel heat over their body. The bio magnetic aura contain a bit of electricity and can effect your nerves in your body.

I am a victim of this type of tech and harassment . Started for me on May 18th ARMED FORCES DAY 2018. It’s been a living hell ever since and I have thought about wanting to just end my suffering even though I wouldn’t ever go through with it . Brutal torture round the clock 24/7 and same few thoughts on a loop on repeat and make me use my decisions against myself to keep me addicted and dying a slow but sure death.

I’m also a victim of this technology and this video summarizes it. They will provoke you to talk back to them. Don’t do it, that’s the way the system keep track on you. They will make you repeat the same thought over and over again, slow down your mind and have an operator said what you just thought, to entrain your mind to put your thoughts in word form, because that’s the way they can automatize the torture.
