Webmaster (Dr. Eric T. Karlstrom) Introduction: In the following U.S. Army report of 1983 we may, if we read between the lines, discern the fundamental, underlying purpose of Maurice and Hanne Strong’s Manitou Foundation Inter-Faith Spiritual Project in Crestone/Baca, Colorado which has run from the middle 1980s to present. Maurice Strong himself is thought to have been an MI6 British intelligence agent among many, many other things.
This hypothesis goes a long way to explaining what has transpired in my home town and to me over the past several decades.

The 1983 document below suggests that my suspicions expressed in the series of articles may have been well-founded; as we “pilgrims” and spiritual seekers living in Crestone/Baca may well be “guinea pigs” in a whole series of military mind control experiments for the past nearly four decades.
This possibility becomes even more plausible when you consider a recent equation/definition given for the global techno-fascist society proffered by Amazing Polly in her video entitled:

“Technocratic dictatorship equals the “Green New Deal” plus mind control.”
Thus, it appears to me now that the Manitou-Foundation-controlled Crestone/Baca inter-faith community may be an ongoing human experiment of the CIA, US military, and United Nations conducted on behalf of the occult global elite/Technocratic New World Order.
